Domino's Pizza in Reading - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

After a busy day at work I thought i would treat the family to a pizza. The order went through online and said I could track our food which i did making and baking took 20 minutes and then sat in quality check for 30 minutes, finally it was on its way 10 minutes later it said my order had been delivered and still no pizza. I called the store and was told my pizza had been delivered, it really hadn’t so the lady went to call the driver who was the ringing our doorbell. I opened the Pizza boxes while the lady was still on the phone and our pizzas were luke warm at best, which i told the lady only to be told back that it will be hot as its in a hot bag.

Dominos - sort Tilehurst out….. I could have made, proved and cooked pizza dough it’s so slow… there is absolutely zero indicative waiting time indication but with young kids, tell us it will take 100 minutes (and counting) and we will make other plans.

Have only ever had a home delivery from here but yesterday popped in on our way home to order two pizzas. The staff were polite but their cleanliness was amazing. Constantly cleaning surfaces, walls, moving equipment and spraying and wiping behind them. I was very impressed. Well done to the team

I've ordered delivery pizza deal online and they haven't arrived the money was taken from my card as i checked once i placed the order I've been calling for 15 mins after waiting 40 mins as me and the kids are hungry and still waiting but no ones picked up the phone. Must have called 10/15 times never experienced this before with a company like Dominos you would think you'd get a better level of service . pretty upset .. Tilehurst branch very poor

Ordered pizzas for delivery online. They took payment but they didn't arrive. They did not answer phone either. Awaiting refund.

Ordered some pizzas and sides at 17.15 Christmas Eve, and eventually had to collect it myself at 19.40. During that time my wife rang them to ask what had happened. She was left on hold for 15 minutes, then someone else picked up the phone and asked her the same questions. She was then put on hold for a further 15 minutes before someone cut her off. When I arrived at the shop I was offered the choice of having cold pizza or they could bake it fresh. I chose the latter option, but when I got home, the pizzas were luke warm and the potato wedges stone cold. Thanks Dominos for putting a huge damper on our families Christmas Eve.

Need proper training to handling situation and talk to the customer!!! While I'm talking to him and explained everything still he is very rude the way he talking to me. And he don't want give his name and proud and confident saying he is the manager in dominos tilehurst reading.

Poor service, staff just look at you and do not acknowledge that you are there - Food is as you would expect but service is lacking.

And won’t look to continue that. They’ve taken Black olives off the menu. They’ve also taken anchovies off the menu and they’ve taken goats cheese off the menu. Now I’ve looked back at my bank statements. I spent more at this dominos than ANY other company I’ve paid money too.. that includes my rent. Which is hilarious. Since my last order, the delivery driver was so rude to me. He was 25 mins late (considering I live a 2 minute WALK, from the store). The stuff slipped out of his bag, and luckily I caught it, but when opened it was all smushed against the stop of the box. He also said something about a tip? Now I normally tip drivers if I pay cash. However it was online payment. But to ask for a tip and then Swear at me when I say I haven’t got any change on me is pretty rude if you ask me. It’s such a shame. A real shame because I had such a great experience with this branch, until recently. Spent THOUSANDS of pounds, which is ridiculous when I think about it However I’ve just been told by a friend Pizza Hut Delivery and Papa Johns both deliver to me. And they both do Anchovies and Black Olives. So I think I’ll take my custom and my money there from now on. Sorry Dom

Saturday night, ordered online, took payment and was waiting for delivery. I received a call to inform me that outside area of delivery , even though my address had been accepted online. Apparently down to having to cover different shops but apparent it was due to a lazy branch manager that wanted to go home. Last time I try dominos delivery. Hopefully you get better luck!

Had a surprise party to go to, so needed some quick food for the family before going out, so called Dominoes to order 2 pizzas for collection and the conversation didn’t start well as I had to give my contact number 5 times! Having explained I wanted a Texas BBQ chicken *2 with NO bacon, I then picked up the pizzas, took them home to find that both were covered with chicken, beef and salami! The gave me 2 Ranch BBQ pizzas, so I called them to explain there was an error and barely got an apology. I was asked if I wanted them and I said no as I don’t eat pork. I then arranged to take them back and was told 15 mins for collection of the new ones and I’d be called. 30 mins later no call, so I drove back to shop and was called just as I got there. The Pizzas were ready, so this time checked them before leaving and guess what? They gave me the exact same pizzas for a second time! I expected an apology, but was told “I’m sure you can appreciate how busy we are tonight”. The shop assistant went on to say that I confirmed that ordered a bBQ rancher, so I asked him why then does it have pork on it? He then agreed he got the order wrong, that I wantedTotal disgrace. That was over an hour since the order was placed, so I asked for a refund, only to be told that it would 3-5 working days. That was the final straw! I demanded my money back immediately and asked for the manager, who duly arranged the refund. Needless to say, I was late for the party, so won’t be putting myself throough that again. Avoid avoid avoid!

hot and fast quick delivery local shop very convenient lots off choices for different topping and extras

For all the pleasant staff and quick turnaorund - the ingredients reveal themselves much later after meal as stodgy & cheap. consider going much much further afield

Ordered online and the website said 15 minutes. Arrived after 20 to be told another 40. It appears that there is no one working here over the age of 18 and they’re completely overwhelmed.

Ordered online and used there 40% off as glad we did prices are high. Received a text to say food was on its way but then didn’t arrive for 50 minutes so misleading. When it came food was all correct and tasted nice but wasn’t hot.

The food is consistent. Pretty good I live around the corner always fast delivery unless a driver hasn't turned up and they only have one working but you are always told it may be longer and these things happen .... can't fault it

Hemos tenido un número de pizza desde aquí, en los últimos meses y todas han sido estupendas. Nunca hemos tenido ningún entregado como vivimos a la vuelta de la esquina, el sitio web no está pensado para necesidades dietéticas especiales. Sin embargo, están más que dispuestos a personalizar su pedido en persona, que es lo que hemos hecho cada vez. Tengo que probar algo diferente, así que no albóndigas con salsa de la BBC. Fue muy bueno. El problema no es para la primera segunda o tercera vez la orden estaba equivocada, normalmente es la base equivocada aunque hoy pizza equivocada. Ahora que todos cometemos errores, pero este fue manejado tan mal no estoy usando Dominos de nuevo.

Mis amigos todos pedimos una pizza en la noche de boxeo. Pedimos en 12-30 por la noche llegó a 4 de la mañana y aún no han llegado. El idiota cuidados tumbados sobre 'estar a la vuelta de la esquina" no lo estaban. Se sentía como un montón de juegos. cerraban a las 4 llamó nos seguían diciendo 'estaban cerrados' ponen entonces llamar debo de haber llamado a 30-40 veces todos nosotros no comer ya que estábamos esperando. El peor servicio jamás no conseguir una disculpa turd absoluta

Pedimos dos pizzas y después de 55 minutos me persiguieron con el pedido y me dijeron que la orden no fue procesado. Prometieron entrega rápida y un vale para la próxima vez. 40 minutos más tarde no hay pizza y una vez fue entregado no vale ni disculpa. No es lo suficientemente bueno.

Pedimos pizza por 7 personas, que tuve que hacer por teléfono ya que el sitio no permiten alergeno requisitos especiales.

Had pizza - it was nice and hot, delivered on time. Would use again. Best to use vouchers as dear otherwise.

Mi pareja y yo somos clientes regulares pidiendo aproximadamente 2 o 3 pizzas un mes, nuestro fin delicia. El servicio de la sucursal de Tilehurst es 100 m va a peor y peor. Esta noche nos esperó una hora para nuestra orden, cuando apareció el pan de ajo y patatas friolera faltaban. Nos dijeron que el conductor volvería con el resto de nuestro pedido, no lo hizo. Llamé y me quejé directamente. Nos ofrecieron una pizza gratis la próxima vez. No habrá una próxima vez, no vale la pena molestarse, hay un montón de otra toma de pizza en Tilehurst escapadas.

Ordering for kids is fantastic online - try it! Deals are always available and pizzas are always hot and tasty. If things do go wrong (wrong pizza delivered), replacement was delivered with a refund and a £5 voucher for next time.

Had used Domino's on the Oxford Rd until the Tilehurst one opened. However having tried it a few times I have found that the Oxford Road one is for some reason better!
