THE STAFF SUCKS HE WAS ON HIS PHONE IT TOOK ME 20M TO JUST SRART MY ORDER THE FOOD IS SO EXPENSIVE AND THE STAFF SUCKS The large pizza box costs £10 and it's not even big the best thing they have is a milkshake and they do not even understand ENGLISH

Me and my partner ordered some chicken wings to eat for a late bite I waited over an hour for the food to arrive and came cold and was disgusting and I rang to phone for an update and I've never been spoke to worse over the phone asking about an order that is late being delivered. Disappointed and simply pissed off with the service I received. Disgusting food disgusting customer service disgusting attitude

Ordered my pizza over the phone at 1:20am. Told it would be ready in 20 mins. Arrived on the dot, attempted to pay by card however there card machine wouldn't connect to the internet so payment couldnt go through. I explained to them they had this issue just 2-3 days ago and i ended up having to wait there for 10 mins and keep trying to pay whilst my pizza went luke warm. I explained that i came back and paid last time so i didnt want to wait around again on this occasion for their card machine issues as i didnt want my pizza to get cold as its not nearly as enjoyable and i need to get to bed. They guy explained its there internet playing up and bare with him, i waited about 5 mins and tried twice more to pay. I then said look mate its late, im hungry, i want to eat my pizza hot and go to bed he then snatched the pizza and slapped it on the counter out back and said no pizza for you then. So i ended up waiting 25 mins and driving down to shop for absolutely nothing. No where else was open so i had to go home and cook when i needed to go bed as i had work early. And for context this was a £6 pizza, i came back and paid same day last time they had the card machine issue which was only a few days ago so this guy would rather waste the pizza than allow me to go home with it and come back and pay. Unreal. Couldn't believe it. i have ordered there about 10 times in the last 4 months so im a regular and they see me often. Poorly effecting my customer experience because of there card machine internet connection issues. Shaking my head. They have just lost a customer. Completely messed up my night!

We ordered food at 3am, to be delivered in 40 mins. At 4am I called the company multiple times to no answer. Our food never arrived.

£12 for and 18’ phenomenal the seats are incredible so comfortable I very much enjoyed my trip to milanos

My visit to reading was a big success and all thanks to Milanos. Best food i have ever tasted. Loved the chicken wings as well as the garlic bread. The crust was cooked at a perfect temperature. Sausage chicken and Butter chicken pizzas are too die for. Service was excellent too.I will recommend everyone to have a bite. Cheers

Best Pizza I had in such a Long time. This place is a heaven for cheese lovers like me! Definitely give it a try. So worth it! Every bite is super flavourful. This place has become one of my top favourites for sure.

I'm really satisfied with Milano'Z Pizza. You'll leave feeling full with yummy food and wonderful vibes. I recommend trying their Paneer Oven Cooked Wrap, which was fantastic, but all other menu items were awesome too. The team was really welcoming and the service is extremely good. Milano'Z Pizza...Love it.

Overall WOW! What a great sets this place in the base apart of thin crust.. Not too so chewy and hard... Best and right Feel for th cheese and mixture of sauce. I love it with Yummmm 😋😋😋

I like cheese to be well cooked properly on my pizza and with there pizza it was . I am hard to satisfy but honestly Margarita pizza was very well cooked .

Food was decent and very tasty , no long wait as order time was 20 min and given in less . Most I liked is every one was greeting with smile . Over all it was happy experience.

What an Amazing Pizza place!! Curly Fries & 7” Garlic bread pizza is super tasteful. Most Appetising Veg pizza options I ever came across. Definitely good quality food. This has become my go to pizza place for sure!🤩

Delivered on time but food was very amazing. Fries were nice, "peri peri burger" seemed like a nice hot sauce, pizza was unremarkable. Would order again , good job to the delivery driver

I found this restaurant in google so I went for it and I asked them about the chilli cheesy bites but they don’t do it but the best thing is the perfect service as they done it for me so they are the one and the only restaurant that they care about the customer happiness I’m so much happy and flattered about their service as the pizza it was incredibly tasty so recommended

Usually never a late delivery but my delivery today was half an hour late. At least I got a free can of coke out of it lol. Pizza still best value for what you get.

Good quality pizza delivered on time. Pizza base is good but not great, toppings were all excellent; good quality, fresh ingredients. We had the Chicago and Milano's Special and would happily order either one again (but probably would go for the Special in a straight choice).

Usually is delivered early, but not a problem.

But considering we live nearby the delivery took 1hrs which was a bit too much. But food is good.

Mis amigos y yo pedimos 3 pizzas hace más de 2 horas. Llamamos al hombre después de 40 minutos y dijeron que el hombre estaría en camino. Luego lo volvimos a llamar una hora después y nos dijeron que un hombre saldría en 5 minutos.Finalmente aparecieron 2 h 30 y todo lo que obtuvimos como consuelo por la espera fueron 8 piezas de pan de ajo mediocre. Hambrientos, hambrientos y hambrientos, abrimos nuestras cajas de pizza con vellón en la cara. ¡Nuestras caras se pusieron pálidas con el shock cuando el 67% de nuestra cobertura se pegó a la parte superior de la caja! ! (ABAJO)En general, no recomendaría este lugar, el servicio es horrible y gracias a esto mis hijos ahora están llorando y han arruinado la noche. I love the pizza at Milano as the dough is nice and light so it doesn’t make you feel bloated after a meal. They will also be happy to do half and half which keeps everyone happy, the deals are good value too so I will tend to go here over Dominoes which is sometimes twice the price!

unfortunately your delivery drivers think they can park outside ring and demand you go outside o get your food even if it means leaving a toddler on their own the driver doesn't care.. this was for food paid for before receiving it and having paid a delivery charge

delivery man refused to deliver to my flat taking about he couldent come in the permises because of store policy’s changed I rang the store to find out the delivery driver was lying and be mega lazy considering you have to pay a delivery fee to go all the way outside when u have kids

So delivery says 60-70 which already is rediculous. But I ended up receiving 30 mins later than that. Even though I wrote the exact instructions to where my address is I still ended up on the phone having to direct the driver. By the time my food got to me it was barely hot. No more orders from me

Placed a order through just eat for delivery from miliano had confirmation from miliano waited over 1hour called them they said driver had left they will call driver then call me back no call was made to me 10mins later I call miliano said they cancelled order because they tried calling and had no confirmation I told bloke this is rubbish as I had a lady call me to confirm order...for no reason this was I am not happy food never delivered asked for discount told me no!

Pizza was lovely as always, nice and hot on arrival. Was abit of a wait for delivery time but wouldnt expect any more as there was grid locked traffic. Staff very proffesional and polite. Would deffinetly recommend

Cuando me apetece darme una pizza, elijo mi Milano local. En mi opinión, es mejor que la pizza de marca como Papa Johns y Domino's y mucho más barata. Si solicita la recolección, ¡espere un cambio muy rápido! He ordenado un par de veces y cada vez ha sido súper rico, ¡con algo de sobra para el desayuno pizzza!

He ordenado este lugar un par de veces y pensé lo mismo, terrible servicio al cliente.El tipo del teléfono era grosero y necesita aprender gestos telefónicos decentes. ¿Qué pasó con ser cortés y respetuoso con el cliente? ? ? Fue condescendiente y obviamente odia su trabajo. Usted está bajando la marca. Nunca volvería a pedir de este lugar, lo cual es triste ya que prefiero pedir en pequeñas tiendas y luego grandes cadenas de pizzas. Si continúan a este ritmo, perderán todos los clientes.

first and last time I use Milano, ordered at 6.45 and was told 8.10 delivery which is poor enough considering I live 3 miles from the shop, it got to 8.30 and no sign of order so I called up and the woman told me there was no order even though I had it confirmed. after much messing around she then realised she hadn’t pushed the order to the kitchen so it was never prepared. I then waited until 9pm for it to arrive and when it did it was a mess and cold. never again!!!!!!!!!

Estaba realmente hambriento una noche y mi novio me dijo "¡Vamos a conseguir pizza de Milanos!" Nunca antes había tenido una pizza milano. . . pero ahora raramente tengo otra pizza. Mi favorito es hawaiano y SIEMPRE es delicioso, como, cada vez que ordeno a partir de allí, es solo una satisfacción 100% pura.Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar si estás muy hambriento de pizza.Siempre hacemos la opción de entrega, pero hay algunas buenas ofertas de colección que conozco.

Normally the pizzas from here are great. I order the same everytime. I put the same order this time and it was layered with Chili. I never change my order each time, but for some reason this time was too much chili and far too hot! Couldn't eat it which was a shame. Looks like I'll be looking for another place which doesn't do hot.. If this is your bag.. Hey, this is the place!
