The service was very bad, the order was not exactly what we wanted. Customer service was terrible, and the Chicken was not cooked enough! This business needs to recover as soon as possible.

Highly don't recommend. Have hurt myself thanks to them and they couldn't care. They just hire a bunch of useless people

Hygiene very poor. Went in the a chicken burger. The staff was smoking outside went I walked in. I was standing there for nearly 5 mins, nobody else came to serve me so I called the guy smoking out. He came in without washing his hands and started prepping my order. Where is the gloves??? Why not wash your hands???

Very small portion for doner kebab, most other Turkish takeaways such as Harput and Istanbul Grill offer very big portions for less money

Moody staff and not very helpful, food is OK and probably best consumed after a night out.

It's a kebab shop and is open until late. What else. A staff member was very rude to all customers, but I don't know why. Maybe you have to be to deal with drunkards or who not.

I went for dinner and ordered a chicken tikka pizza 🍕. The pizza were ridiculous, it didn't smell good, and chicken toppings were not properly marinated. I can say that this restaurant has a 4+ rating over Google, but this maybe for its doner kabab but not for the pizza 🍕. I won't recommend having a pizza from this restaurant, as they barely know how to make a pizza 🍕. Thanks.

I had the mamaris special mix grill with chips this was a nice mix grill and was eaten by 4 of us everything was made spot on even the lamb pieces were cooked properly and not really chewy like some places where you can't even chew on them, the staff were friendly, I have been here a few times now and always good quality food.

Great food, good value and nice people. The chicken doner is proper. I've always gone shish but saw the guy out back one day making it from fresh chicken layer upon layer. Thought it was fascinating to watch. Love it.

Food lovely. I asked for ASAP. Why does Just Eat treat food arriving earlier than stated as a problem? Don't stop delivering your lovely food early you lovely people!

Nearly good as any kebab shop except they did not use red cabbage in the salad, I had a small lamb kebab, very tasty.

You’re not attentive to details . Portions way small for the price you charge , i asked for sauces to be on the side and sauce was mixed . I usually dont leave feedback today i had to.

And do not recommend . The gentleman who served us had a person in front of us who placed the order and then, interestingly enough, he first gave us the kebab, which was spoiled, sour meat. And we didn't come back because we were already far away and we are not local. That's probably why he gave us a new client first, who are not from here and won't come back. This will be reported to the appropriate services. Please report it immediately if you feel acidity. The meat is rotten. you have to throw it in the trash.

Warm, flavourful and all satisfied. Chicken shish with garlic sauce and salad everytime! Lamb doner kebab was also good. Chips were fresh and crisp. Definitely be back again!

Requested for 730pm, arrived at 630pm. Not a problem but I did ask for that time for a reason.

Felt we only waited 10 minutes, always quick. Always good when we get it normally but today was a bit dryer than usual

Average British style kebab, of course on pitta bread...In Germany or Poland kebabs are better but it is what it is in UK.. However their own made chilli sauce is very nice. Prices are bad for portions, my large kebab wasn't enough for me and my wife and we paid £10 for it. In High Wycombe (Wycombe best kebab) for £9 large doner we can't even finish it and tastes better.

Absolutely disgusting place. Salad is not even kept refrigerated. Just kept on a counter in uncovered containers. Bloke who served me looked filthy with unwashed dirty hands. Avoid this place like the plauge.

Food a little cold on arrival, might just be having to drive through centre of town.

Delivery was running late. Called Marmaris and the gentleman I spoke too was extremely rude to me and claimed if I used a Just Eat voucher with them again he wouldn’t deliver as there’s a £30 minimum spend for delivery!!! Extremely disappointed with the customer service on this occasion!

very bad service, bad staff attitude, expensive and third class quality food, there is a menu board ,but nothing available.. you can’t get any thing on time, what the purpose of menu then ?? Highly Not Recommended

We ordered three items, two of them were wrong. Food is otherwise delicious.

Tonight wasn't the best, really garlicky chicken, dried and no sauce( forgotten), but in general l like the food and the delivery is really fast.

We usually just pop in and order, but this is our go to kebab restaurant - generous portions, quality meat and the shish kebabs are always tender and cooked perfectly.

Re fried chips! Happens to often. Last time I order from here. Everything has gone up which is fine if the food is on point. Not acceptable. Customer gone.

unfortunately our food was a little disappointing , chicken was dried out and generally the kebab was too dry, The kofta lamb kebab was very tough and chewy.

I've tried nearly all the Kebab shops around Reading lots of them are a bit tasteless but This place is about as good as it gets ...the best I've had fo a long time .. chilli sauce is amazing by the way .

Chips so over cooked, very little salad with the kebab, not the best experience for an expensive burger and kebab!! Also ordered a diet coke and they sent a pepsi!!!

New to the area and first time ordering from this Kebab shop. WAW is all I can say. Meat was tender and cooked to perfection, salad was so fresh! I would highly recommend their Sheesh Chicken and Lamb kebabs you won’t be disappointed ;) Only suggestion would be if there was an option to select the lovely sheesh meat in a wrap rather than just pitta bread. 5 stars Thank you ;)

Asked for a chicken shish kebab without jalapeños and with garlic sauce. Staff carefully double checked a few times to make sure it was right and I got exactly what I asked for. Small kebab was a good size and still with plenty of chicken. Chicken was tasty. Would definitely return!

Ordered for 8pm, but first arrived at 7:15pm. I turned it away as I was nowhere near ready to acept it! It came back at 8pm, but the chicken shish was literally stone cold and not just small ... as ordered ... but EXCEPTIONALLY small. In fact, I initially thought that I had just been sent salad in/on a pitta bread! I DEFINITELY won't be ordering from Marmaris Kebab again, that's for sure! Once bitten ...

Disappointed pitta tasted stale, not much salad or meat for x-large.

States on website it closes at 1am yet I was turned away at 12:45, went out of my way to come here passing other restaurants to be told " no go away we closed" thanks a lot going to bed hungry after work won't waste my time again

Terrible service called to make a order 3 people struggled to even take my number then told me they don’t take card so that’s clearly something going on off the books avoiding taxes can’t think of any other reason for not accepting card after covid and the day and age we are in

By the time our food was delivered the meat in all three meals were cold. Not as enjoyable as on previous occasions. Will not be rushing to order again.

Great food and the most ptofessional and polite delivery. The guy brought the food to my door, as opposed to been asked to meet them in the street. Much appreciated for this and definitely order again.

I went there late last night to order some Kebab on the way back. Ordered some Doner meat and chips, asked if i could have the chips separatety as it usually gets too oily when put in same cointainer, the guy instead of saying yes/no, said it would cost me another £1 extra to do that in a very arrogant tone, which i could not understand, so i said no point as the meat and chips was already £7.50. That is way over priced. The rudeness of the chef was what struck me. I was a customer who was willing to spend his money, even though the price was too high, to be treated in a way that it felt like, my custom was being a burden for him was extraordinary. Will never go back there again. The Kebab was average at best, and portion was not worth £7.50 and that too without a drink.

AVOID. DISHONEST. Server strangely fiddled arranging the coins for my change before handing it to me in a stack, now I know why, 200 Forint coin passed to me instead of a £2 coin! I didn't realise what was happening at the time, thought he was just double checking the change, but NO that was deliberate. Deliberately stacked between other coins, it was only when I fanned them out on table at home that I saw the £2 was actually a 200 Forint (similar size and colours) OK, people will say I should check my change, yep, I would sure advise anyone going here to do so. AVOID they are dishonest. Contact me if you wish to make good guys.

Pre ordered food for 7pm as we would be putting our baby to bed. The food came at 6.30 meaning we couldn’t eat it for at least 30 mins so it was then cold.

Taken payment twice for order that is not coming. asked to speak to manager not available. Man on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all.

Wouldn't let me add 1 or 2 pounds of donor meat to an extra large lamb sheesh.(therefore £14.50 in total) They abruptly told me it had to be 3 pounds when I asked for 2 pounds of donor meat (never had this problem anywhere else). Kebab was just average. They get a star for the homemade chili and garlic sauce There is a gap in market for a real high quality Turkish restaurant in Caversham with easy parking - this definately isn't it.

nice place for a good quality healthy kebab. bit pricey for kebab and chips but can’t put price on quality . good service . tried today for first time after recommendation from a friend . kebab was quality meat and cooked perfectly. chips slightly crunchy but not over done just prefer mine slightly softer. overall highly recommend for a treat as slightly expensive for £9.80 for large kebab and chips otherwise would have given a 5 star

I wasnt even going to comment about the delay cause I called the restaurant and they apologized about the delay. but then the delivery guy ignored my comment about calling me when he arrives and more over he started breaching me about the buildings numbers. eventhough I mentioned clearly in the notes. pleaee call me when you arrive otherwise u wont know which building u should deliver to.
