Delicious Pizza and Great Service! I had the pleasure of enjoying pizza from Pizza 2 Night, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! First of all it’s under new management just before 2 days thay told me, i had a best pizza ever so good great atmosphere and the staff are really friendly and attentive. You definitely won’t be disappointed

Ordered some food from them this evening and it was really tasty. After placing my initial order; I received a call-back from the Chef to re-confirm my pizza toppings (needed to cater for kids who don't eat spicy foods). I was impressed that they did their best to get everything just right for me. The food was delivered in good time, and the service overall was excellent. 5 stars from me, and I will be ordering from them again in future. Thank you!

Update: I just see their reply, it wasn't word of mouth, it was the advertisements you had plastid on your windows for years. Was only removed shortly after this review! Would be nice just once to go to one of these off set pizza places and have them actually offer their deals they have on display.

I made an order that turned up nearly an hour late. When i rang to ask where the food was i was told its because of where i live 🤔 The food all had to be microwaved as it was barely warm and only 1 item was right. I will most definitely NOT be using this place again!!!!

I have to say you get what you pay for . Standards vary from day to day and who’s working but I’ve never had a bad one! They do the best seafood pizza though

Worst place in reading to order food from, completely disgusting and gave me the dirty wet brown stuff for a week! Chicken was so undercooked it started talking to me Edit; to your reply about free food, I have no idea what you’re talking about. I don’t ever wanna eat from here again let alone get your free mouldy food thank you very much. You clearly can’t take criticism, no wonder you’re getting so many 1 star reviews.

Just called to try ordering a pizza for pickup. They wanted me to pay card over the phone which I totally understand for a pickup.. but was then told I'd need to order when I got there. The whole point of pickup is to not wait... do better guys

Was walking to town an fancied a pizza, opened the door an a mouse ran past my foot. Seems unclean.

I overheard them laughing about spitting in someones food that was rude to them over the phone. When I questioned them they got very rude and offensive towards me. Will definitely not be returning.

Tried buying a PIzza on Friday and went into the store where I see two of the staff in the back comparing the sizes of their manhood and flopping them around near the cheese and it made me feel revolted. I don't think they even notice me come in they was so into what ever weird stuff they were doing, I'm never coming back again

The pizza was terrible, greasy, sauce was everywhere, cheese was hardly melted and forgot my drink and didn't get any garlic bread, and they don't even do chips! What takeaway doesn't do chips?! But when I left my last review I was told to prove my order number... Apprently the owners can't take criticism unless its 5 stars, I don't see them asking for order numbers on the 5* reviews though, and I've seen on some 1* reviews they're accusing people of helping a friend how do we not know the 5* reviews are not pizza 2 night getting there friends to boost there restaurant rating. Milanos pizza and presto pizza are much better I wouldn't recommend going here!!

absolutely appalled with this place… im not one to complain but this was the worst service ive had in my life. i ordered the vegetable lasagne for my mother and a meat feast pizza for myself. my mother has been a veggie for thirty years now due to her having chrones and cannot eat meat. halfway through the meal my mother found what i can only describe as a rancid chunk of meat in her lasange...not impressed. shes been on the toilet now for hours and having a flare up, this isnt fair. do better.

Terrible pizza and terrible customer service. Firstly got my pizza wrong and after having an argument with the staff on the phone the driver then mocks my friend who was wearing a dress when he answered door got abused with trans hate even though he was only wearing it for a laugh. Save yourself money, time and a bad stomach. NEVER order from here

Absolute vile. my 15 year old sister answered the door to which was the weirdest delivery man anyone could ever encounter. Kept telling her to smile really strangly and not letting go off her hand when he handed her the cash asking her to say thank you for something she has purchased. will be reporting them to an authority as this is weird behaviour. What a waste of money! Ordered a veggie pizza and when it arrived i was shocked to find murder on a pizza base! What kind of a sick joke is that!!!

Think the guy I spoke to has severe learning difficulties. Put on their just eat they accept cash but apperently they don't but have ordered multiple times with cash before and been accepted. Just don't think the guy know how to count personally as nothing wrong with cash as it's actual currency and it's not like they don't avoid paying taxes and probably pay everyone in cash anyways.

pizza and wings all good, staff are rude, and don't give a damn about customers, I like the pizza's here but always find the staff are rude and have 0 customer service, when i order via Just eat 90% of time any notes are ignored. that to have the cheek to put a service fee.

From JustEat, I ordered a single pizza menu (pizza, chicken thighs, can and garlic bread), paid with Apple Pay. The guy delivers the pizza telling me he gave me 2 cans instead of one as the garlic bread was finished - shame. The day after the same guy comes at the door, knocking and ringing the bell multiple times , saying in a very rude way and shouting that I haven’t paid. I showed him the bill on the app, despite this he called his boss telling me I had to pay. At the end he gave up and left. I’ve never been treated like this when ordering a take away. Never ordering from them again!

Ordered pizza with stuffed crust paid extra for this. The pizza i got did not have have the topping I ordered or stuffed crust it was a deep pan. I have ordered before there always seems to be an issues its not a one off and there is no customers service or help to get issues resolved.

Phoned the restaurant after the delivery time said 5 minutes to 2 arrived at 2:30 when we phoned the restaurant they said it was because we hadn't put the postcode when we had and when the driver eventually turnt up he said that when he got to the restaurant to pick up the food it was only just finished cooking. Complete waste of time will never be ordering here again complete waste of money.

The best pizza in town. Staff were friendly and the waiting time is minimal too. Overall the experience was a good one. Will visit again for sure.

Pizza 2 Night has got new management. The pizza has really improved and its very tasty. I would recommend it for anyone.

The food is ok but 8 out of 10 times they fail to put my tuna extra topping on and I'm fed up with paying for something I don't get. At the least they should refund my money for the extra. I've been looking at other reviews and it seems not bothering to get orders right is a big problem for them. I've phoned a couple of times but they don't seem to give a monkeys, though it's technically stealing. I've had enough now so will be looking for new pizza place. And we order often! Update - tried phoning to get around the "didn't read the ticket" excuse - man came to my door and had audacity to tell me extra £1 - for the topping - got pizza inside... No topping. I don't care that much about topping, but stop lying and stop taking people's money under false pretences. Will never use these cowboys again. More fool me for trying to support local business.

Hello world this is the voice of reason. We have thoroughly enjoyed 20 minutes of pure entertainment, scrolling through the reviews, which was quite frankly better than watching a movie. last night we ordered two giant pizzas, one vegetarian and one pepperoni. all 6 of us loved them, we couldn't get our heads around the quantity of food at such a LOW price. Compared to pizza express prices we were shocked at the quality of the fast made pizza. We didn't pay for customer service, we paid, for FOOD.

Omg, don’t do it to yourself. This place is shocking, it makes pizza presto seem like a five star. Meat medley at this place, the ham pieces tasted like a pink bouncy ball had been cut up and put onto the pizza.

Never buy a pizza from here. As the great Aristotle said, “It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light”. Well I can safely say that this pizza is absolutely not the light. Being an A-level business student, I am outraged that a business is run like this. Simply, the poor customer service speaks for itself.

Ordered a pizza tonight. Although it turned up on time it was not cut properly and i ordered 3 pots of dips. I got one pot only. It is disgraceful that i paid for 3 and got one.

I ordered pizza, chicken strips and cheese twists from here to break my fast. Half an hour later, I was violently sick. I know for a fact it was the food from this store as I hadn't eaten anything else for 18 hours. The hygiene practices in store are very poor. Staff don't wear gloves, masks or any protective clothing whilst preparing food. They prepare food with their bare hands, shake hands with staff coming back to the store, then continue continue prepare your food. Spare yourself the food poisoning, go somewhere else.

Ordered two pizzas and garlic bread from here (meaty and hamd and mushroom) we received a pineapple pizza along with one with just pepperoni on. We called up immediately to have this rectified yet were told they were "too busy" to do anything, we told them we wanted a new pizza as this is not what we paid for and were then told one was on the way. This was a lie as one never even turned up.

Order at your own peril but it is gokd and quick no idea what your actually eating but will always leave you wasted more and when I say more I mean more tissues to cry into when you realise how much your eating

Called to order a collection guy on phone said shop is closed. drove past and it was open this has happend multiple times they pick and choose who they serve. walked in for a collection order staff always wants cash they hate card payments staff barley speak English as per other reviews. wanted to order an offer that was on the leaflet they said cant order that because it was printed 2 years ago and is no longer available despite being printed which is false advertising. the shop employs young Afghan boys they are not interested in customer service at all i believe the place is used as a front for blackmoney/drug dealing and frauds. Take your money else where not worth it at all the worst service i have ever had from a pizza shop.

We called to order pizza as we always do (pizzas are ok, very greasy but cheap and tasty for a treat) and the guy straight up refused to take the order. We asked why, we shouldn’t have had to, and he said it was “busy”. I work in a busy restaurant and I know how hectic it can get. I still think it is not acceptable to refuse an order, there are no valid excuses to do so. If you are a professional and it’s very busy, you give a longer time estimate, the customer will decide if he wants to wait or not, and you don’t lose a customer. I also wonder if he would have refused the order if we had been to the shop, but as we called we were like second class customers I guess. We always try to support local businesses but this one is not worth the support anymore. We ordered Pizza Hut instead.

Both Garlic bread and the Greek salad were quite good. On the other hand, I also order chicken and mushroom pasta - but there was NO chicken/mushrooms. Only pasta with tomato sauce. Terrible.

They lied to us saying they couldn’t deliver, then lied again saying the driver couldn’t find the location & the continued to lie saying they called the mobile 4 times however I never received a call! They then refused to re deliver the food & hung up twice. Disgusting manners & customer service. In my advice, do not risk ordering from this company!!!!!! Disgusting

Soy un cliente habitual cuando quiero llevar pizza, ya que está a 5 minutos a pie de mi casa.Llegué para pedir mi pizza, que tuve que decirle a un segundo miembro del personal, ya que no se me puede pedir que la pase después de la identificación ya pagada.así que la pizza llega más tarde de lo que me dijeron y la pizza está mal.Así que vuelvo para que me digan que estoy mintiendo, etc., para argumentar que el primero que le diga al joven que en realidad estaba en lo cierto.En este punto, intentan engañarme con la primera pizza de la cual uno de los ingredientes, como he dicho que soy alérgico, a mitad de precio, así que me dijeron que ya hicimos una nueva que luego toma el doble de tiempo que la primera y en ningún momento hay disculpas por la confusión o acusarme de estar equivocado.No volveré, no es bueno tener una buena pizza si el personal es grosero, perezoso y hace que la gente se marche.
