I can't believe this place is still open. The food is absolutely rank. As for the manager getting rude. He wouldn't do that to me. He's not that stupid. 💥

Great place. We come back again and again for the same pizza (Arabian delight, thin crust). We order it in store and it's freshly cooked in ten minutes. Can confirm we are Arabian Delighted.

Always brilliant, nice, pleasent staff. Good price and tasty pizza. My kids love it specially the Punjabi special which is rich in flavour.. yummy.

They did me a fantastic deal on providing pizzas for my wedding reception. All the guests raved over the selection and taste. Absolutely delightful gentleman dealt with my order. Thanks so much.

First visit to Farmhouse Pizza and it was delicious. Why didn’t we try it before. I also love how you don’t cut in triangles. Definitely recommend.

The best pizza all over Reading.

I asked for plain chicken with BBQ sauce. The guys were on the phone having some funny conversations, at first they didn't even want to notice me I guess.. after I asked for chicken BBQ pizza, one of them said no we don't have.. I get out and the other one when he finished his funny conversation on the phone came out to ask me what I wanted, he said yes they do.. I shouldn't order it as for the strange behaviour, but I guess when we're very hungry and tired, we want to trust them. Unfortunately this guy is not to be trusted at all in any way!! I got some kind of marinated precooked chicken in tikka masala so much sauce it was just sliding from the dough, cheese partially mixed up with the sauce.. very oily and very painful to eat, bland tasteless, they also charged me extra for maybe olives as I couldn't have sweetcorn, but that's I find out when I looked on my bank statement.. however I was hungry, I was able to force myself to eat a some, but only to get something into my stomach and I was far to get back to give back, I have diarrhea and stomach pains so the rest going to bin.. couldn't get anything else from other place as I can't afford it.. £12 totally wasted!! Deffo needs to check your pizza before you go 🤢

Amazing pizza! The best in reading. The price is great for the quality and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I have been a regular for 5 years and have never had a problem. The asian special is the best pizza from here alongside farmhouse special. Thai place is the only pizza place I order from and have never been disappointed. The sides, especially the hot wings are the best. The spice is unmatched!!!!

This outlet is very small, and is only a take-away pizza outlet. Farmhouse Pizza, is excellent value for money, with all pizza sizes bigger and cheaper than most competitors. There are a wide verity of pizzas, including, veriterian, meat and make-your-own. A unique feature in the kitchens of this take-out is that you can see the pizza's coming out of the huge pizza ovens that they have. This store is located near the "Berisford Road" bus stop, on Oxford Road in Reading. There is Minimal parking, however it is not very accessible to wheelchairs, due to the step at the front door.

PLEASE do not order from this place. I am definitely not going to order anything from this place. We have ordered Asian special pizza for delivery and it turned out to be a burnt reheated pizza, it was not fresh at all, dips exploded, also pizza box definitely dropped, because as soon as I opened the box, pizza was folded at one side. Very disappointing service, unbelievable the way manager spoke to us and just hanged up the phone. Very rude. I am definitely not going to recommend FARMHOUSE pizza from Oxford road Reading.

I recently put in an order and they were happy to take payment and my address but then called up and told me that there will be a 7 pound delivery charge this is unacceptable as should have been stated before purchasing

Please avoid this place at all costs!!! The food is atrocious and the customer service is the most rude one I’ve encountered ever. The food portions are a rip off for the money you pay, and then you receive food that is absolutely horrendous, being topped off with the worse customer service experience I have had so far from any food place. You really need to try hard to be that bad. Just avoid this place, not worth the time and money

My first experience of having Pizza 🍕 in the UK, well I guess this was much better and satisfying 😌 😉

The pizza is tasty but there’s always issues with their side, for example, the first time I’d ordered at around 8pm I wanted to go to sleep before 10 and was hungry so i ordered a pizza. After one hour it hadn’t arrived so I called and they said that they had lost my order? Whatever that means, they gave me a free coke to make up for it, the second time I ordered there was a speedy delivery and the pizza was good , but today when I ordered, I ordered extra garlic sauce on the side as that’s what I enjoy most about my pizza and when I opened the box there was not even one garlic sauce. I called the shop and they apologised and assured me that they’d bring the garlic sauce over, it has been over an hour my pizza is cold and I haven’t heard a word from them. Overall the pizza is good and they are all polite but the services is not worth it so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. If I do, I’ll be going to collect it as there is always one thing or another wrong with the delivery.

PLEASE AVOID!!!! Worse pizza and greedy owner. Owner sold us old pizza which was ordered for our 7 year old son’s iftar. Upon confronting the owner he got highly combative and rude with my wife! Sold us old pizza and smelly wings. We are highly disappointed. We normally don’t leave bad feedback and it is the first bad feedback for asian Pakistani business on our part however we couldn't resist letting everyone know! If you don’t want old pizza and old fried food then PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!

Farmhouse has done well by catering for the local community. I to was a regular customer. I've found that with the cost of living crisis hitting everyone. Farmhouse have raised their prices, unfortunately these prices don't reflect in the pizza. There are establishment out there which even now offer good prices, I should say cheaper prices. A local champion, that's still standing tall for its customers amongst the cost is PRESTO Pizza, offering great deals on collections. I have to apologise Farmhouse, your prices have swade my decision where I get my Pizza from.

Be carful when ordering from farmhouse pizza in Reading online you wait an hour for the pizza and when you phone in they tell you they did not receive the order , after you proved them wrong they tell you it will take another 20min , you ask to speak to the manager and he/she is never there and they say the manager will call you back and no call back , what a joke they are !! This Business need to be held accountable for false advertising they will deliver in 55 min as stated on their website ….,

Awful customer service, long wait and overcooked cold pizzas. Recently ordered directly from the shop. Had to wait 1 hour and 20 mins for the food to arrive. I called after 1 h 5 mins to ask when it will be delivered and they hung up on me! Won't be using them again.

The pizza itself was great but the garlic bread was incorrect but they were busy with deliveries so I guess I can forgive them

Ordered from here for Iftaar, absolutely poor service. We ordered a pizza. And came home to see it burnt. When we called back the guy on the phone didn’t know how to communicate in English, got rather frustrated that he sold a burnt pizza and cut the call on us. We called the store back and explained to another gentleman that we would like a fresh pizza and we’ll return the pizza, however the gentleman said it’s because he used ‘frozen peppers due to the Covid situation’ hence it’s well cooked. If it was well cooked it wouldn’t be soo hard, and the pepperonis wouldn’t be rock solid. All we wanted was a new pizza, we didn’t want to get a refund either. Again the guy cut the call. If a customer is not content with your service/goods, you should discuss it with your customer. However the gentleman decided to run away from the situation. We used to order from here before until seeing their hygiene rating. And today for iftaar (time for breaking your fast) we thought we’d order from here but it’s really embarrassing that people are running a business with a very negative mindset. I do hope you learn how to deal with customers as your main priority and main source of income is from customers :)

Ordered a XL peperoni pizza, wings, nuggets and cheesy garlic bread for me and my wife! Pizza was very overcooked, the food was not actually hot on arrival even though we live aprox 10 mins away! Previous good experience lead us to order, however this was NOT good! Food was ok taste wise, if not over cooked pizza and was hot or at least the hot side of warm I think may have been nice, shame! Bit dangerous when part of order chicken too! I understand a busy time, but don't offer what you can not cope with! Would have prefered to be told too busy to take order and returned at a later date than have poor quality that makes me not want to return! Disappointing!

Never ever again Ordered a pizza only to find ant like bugs at the bottom of the box.. at least 20 of them! Ordered and complained and was told there was nothing they could do as id already eaten part of a slice. Complained to reading council.

Driver called to tell me my postcode didn't exist, and put the phone straight down. I found this odd as they had managed to deliver to my address on a previous occasion. Called driver back to help with directions, he said "postcode no good" and put the phone down. Phoned store (already over an hour had passed since ordering) promised me a fresh pizza to be delivered by a different driver. What turned up (1 hour 45 minutes after ordering) was a cold pizza, pretty obviously the original one delivered by someone more competent, I complained, heard nothing back as they do not know the meaning of the word customer service. I have worked in the Pizza Delivery Industry for 11 years and I can tell you in no uncertain terms, this place should be avoided.

ordered delivery but can't tell you what the food was like as it never arrived!! However the service was shocking!......placed an order and called several times to chase to be kept being told "it's on its way" and after two hours when I called again the man was so rude and told me he he had cancelled the order and we would have to place it again!! As I was not his customer as I had ordered via Uber!! He became very rude and raised his voice so I asked politely to not raise his voice to a customer and then I asked for a refund and then hung up on me!!! Shocking will never be going there again!!!

Reading some of the reviews opposite, I don't recognize them as the same place. I have frequently ordered pizza from them and have never had any problems with our orders. It is easy to order and pay online. They have always been delivered promptly and the pizzas have been well cooked. I like the Caribbean Tuna. We have come to prefer them to Dominos and find them better value.

I was horrified of verbal abuse I got when I complained about very badly cooked pizza & even had to call police to get my receipt as manger/owners didn’t want to give me receipt for payment I made in cash. I have never had such bad experience in my life😬

This isn't the first time they have misheard our order.. We ordered a half and half, I explained in detail in which was fairly easy to understand. Chinese chicken, mixed peppers red onion on a bbq base pizza with only cheese on ONE HALF and not to add cheese on the other side. About 3 quarters of an hour later, half a Chinese mix came on one side and a plain margarita came the other. I rang back up to explain they got my order wrong and how I do not like cheese, They then explained they misheard and that they will send me a fresh pizza with all my required toppings. (Chinese chicken, mixed peppers, red onion, bbq base no cheese) An hour later I get just a pizza base and bbq sauce on it? Is this some kind of joke? I spend my evening picking the chicken and peppers off the COLD first pizza we recived and putting it on to the heated up bread they call a pizza. Which may I add tasted absolutely foul and I couldn't even enjoy it. Service is an absolute joke. Your better off taking a stroll to asda or tescos. Or better yet, spend an extra £2/£3 and go to cheesepizza or dominoes who ACTUALLY LISTEN to their customers orders. Will not be using this pathetic excuse of a "take away buisness" ever again. And will be spreading my word of how much of a joke this place is.

I have never been so appalled. The restaurant never delivered my food and then continued to shout down the phone at me calling me a liar and telling me I was rude and disgusting after simply asking why the order never came and informing them that I never received their call. They then hung up on me and refused to give me a refund telling me that I was “barred” from ever calling again. To add to all of this they told the just eat app that my food was on its way after I went through them for a refund and then called me telling me I was being a disruption. Disgusting attitude.

They messed it everything up!! 1) they delivered the wrong pizza( instead they gavr asian special) 2) there was no pineapple on the pizza which we paid for. 3) the forgot the garlic bread, wedges and drink which we paid for extra. After calling them they said the driver forgot and will bring it to you. It took 20 mins to deliver the rest and a drink which he promised another driver will drop off. I complained to the owner and suggested you cant do a service like this, i didnt receive what i wanted. He rudely and arrogantly replied that hes busy and he can't do nothing about it. I said i wont ever order from you again to which he repsonded "i dont care" I would upload the phone conversation if i could. This is what you get from farmhouse pizza! Please see pics for evidence.

Had a pizza 2 sides and Coke for £16 the cheese was like normal cheese pizza was very doughy. Pay for what you get I suppose. I wouldn’t order again

They offer Vegetarian Spicy pizza , had once and they are not too bad. Home Delivered and it was quick within 45 minutes, warm and tasty.

La granja es un buen lugar sólido pizza, tienen una buena selección de ingredientes y los lados. Tenía una especial con kebabs y asiático pollo tikka, llegó caliente y rápidamente y era muy sabrosa, con corteza de peluche bien hecha. Yo probé el pollo tiras demasiado, que era muy agradable. Estupenda relación calidad-precio también - en general una buena apuesta para pizza en la lectura.

Rather disappointing. It had something very spicy on it which i dont eat so couldn't eat my pizza. I have contacted them but no response...

Pedimos simplemente por casualidad ya que pasear por y los niños tenían mucha hambre, y lo que una muy agradable sorpresa agradable que todas las 4 pizzas diferentes ordenados eran todos muy fresco, caliente, y era muy sabroso y con mucho sabor. La corteza estaba perfectamente preparada, no pastoso, no como un Cracker, lo justo. El personal era muy amable y servicial a los cambios. Pizza bases were like fibreboard, toppings generous, but dried up and cardboardy. It looked like Reading festival leftovers, and it probabably was.

Ordered purely as a friend recommended them. The delivery time was good, the pizzas were tasty and it was one of the few times where a "hot and spicy" actually was as described! The amount of green chillie was insane, and it totally took my mouth apart...which is exactly how I like it! Would definitely order again.

don't order bacon as a topping. It was not bacon but some reformed meat that had been coloured in stripes to look like bacon. Had to throw pizza away.
