Domino's Pizza Gloucester - Quedgeley in Gloucester

Ordered 2 pizzas, pepperoni and cheeseburger. Too much burger sauce added, ruined the pizza, was literally smothered in the sauce as though the lid had fallen off of the sauce bottle, disappointed

Ordered for the family for a particular time, was slightly after but we didn't mind that. The driver left in haste whilst I felt no heat coming from the bottom of the pizza box. The two sides were cold too, seems it had either been on the road too long or barely hot when leaving the restaurant. We're currently on our 9th call to the Quedgeley restaurant with no answer each time, the order untouched. Finally answered on the 10th try, explained they were really busy. We had a similar experience with the same restaurant before and now unlikely to return 0/5 if possible 😒

as i took my cookie from the back was a chunk of hair. and it couldnt have been my hair as the chunk of hair was baked in the cookie.

Best dominoes in Glos. Always friendly staff and quick delivery. Better than others in the area. Recommend.

My family often order from this branch. The order is always delivered hot and within the time given. Can't ask for more.

Pizza from dominos is as you expect but this doesn't have any bad bits or greasiness to it like from some others

Ordered at 5.45pm for delivery at 7pm. Called at 7.15pm to sat order was late to get a facetious teenager giving me a poor excuse- he should not have even been allowed to answer the phone. I spoke to the manager who resolved nothing at all, after claiming he didn't even understand what my problem was. I will not be using Dominoes again, anywhere.

Just ordered a pizza this evening, took over an hour to come! Said it had been delivered on the app half an hour before it was actually delivered. Rang up twice to see where it was, had no apology from bloke on the phone, said it would be a couple of minutes each time I called which then arrived 10 minutes later after the last time I called them, AWFUL customer service! And to add to it, the pizza was cold when it eventually turned up!

Pizza deliciosa, e muitas outras coisas deliciosas. Cardápio tentador, só coisa boa. Atendimento simpático.

2 pizza's ordered from Domino's pizza Quedgeley and both were awful. One of them the topping was burnt and unrecognisable and the other was swimming in grease to the point that the box it came in was leaking grease

Ordered two pizzas for a business meeting and was told it would take 40-45 minutes. After an hour I called back... it’s been marked for collection. So we all really enjoyed our McDonalds!

Ordered 4 pizzas with no changes to them , mine was the tandoori hot my usual request and when I got it it was normal chicken not tandoori thought ok but once I started eating it was not the same I shouldn't of accepted it but live and learn so people always check your order is bang on first

Fancied something to eat very late on a Sunday night the wife suggested a Domino's pizza, I must admit I wasn't keen but ordered one. The delivery was great and the pizza was excellent. Glad I listened to the wife for once

Every time I order delivery pizza from here they take too long have keep calling them up asking where my order is over 1 hour late food cold also wrong order !!! Not once in blue moon ALL THE TIME!!!! 😡

Sólo tenía una pizza pepperami (mi primera y última) que alguien más ordenados. Era tan delgado que creo el cartón que caja era de gruesos. La base no sólo era finas pero correosos y muy poco. Ni de cerca tan buena como una pizza de supermercado y cuesta mucho más. Tenía dos de 5 como el pan de ajo que fue un acompañamiento era bastante agradable.

Pizza arrived 30minutes after the time requested 2hours earlier. Driver was not apologetic and the store didn't answer the phone during our request to ask where it was. Will definitely order with Pizza Hut next time.

Hemos tenido muchos problemas con esta Dominos a lo largo de los años para conseguir la orden equivocado 5 veces, siendo por dos veces y llevó casi un mes para obtener el reembolso, entregar a casa equivocada y comida fría de última hora. Tienes que ir aquí como st Oswalds no entregar a nosotros ya estamos fuera de allí pero tan pronto como Quedgley cierra hace dirigidos a St. oswalds Sin mucho preferimos ir a St Oswalds todo el tiempo.

Fast enough taking a payment but pizza's never arrived. Having waited over 2 hours, called to find the store was already closed. Nearby store answered call which had been diverted and this store wanted to take a further order to fulfil delivery !! Is this some kind of Joke ?Very poor customer service. Will never use again or recommend.

Ordered here by default after moving away from the St oswalds park dominos, pizza tasted funny, gives you a bad belly after about 20 minute. The potato wedges were still hard and undercooked & the cookies were burnt. If I could leave 0 stars I would have. There's nowhere to get back in touch with this place, but I won't be ordering from these again.

Ordered pizza, chicken wings and 1 ben and jerrys at 01:41. Took 45 minutes to come and forgot the ice cream, they went back to get it and returned 40 minutes later. Very dissapointed.

My partner and i ordered a pizza with wedges and chicken strippers on Friday 9th January 2015, the pizza arrived pretty much cold and the wedges and strippers were also cold and the wedges uncooked in the middle. I called to complain and received the order for free again on our account (or so i thought). We thought we would be fatties and give it another try on Monday 12th January, only to find out hat they had only put the wedges and strippers on our account. I did speak to the same manager who fed me some rubbish but gave us the pizza half price. The same quality of food arrived again despite giving them a second chance. We live less than a mile from the store so this is totally unacceptable. Poor quality food, poor quality service - AVOID. Try Pizza Hut when it opens on the Kingsways estate instead or get a pizza with fresh and quality ingredients instead of this processed junk.

Me and my wife ordered a pizza on the 24th of December and I must say it was horrible my chicken wings and potatoes wedges was cold and tasteless the pizza was cold we only have a pizza now and again and after last night food I don't think we will be getting one again overall a very disappointing eating experience thought it would be better because they are very expensive

Walked in the door to see a young lad making the pizzas was picking his nose. I walked straight back out. Need I say more!!!!
