pizza was good but the potato tots was undercooked

Think my pizza was tampered with as the seal was broken. I ate it as thought nothing of it until I woke in the night throwing up

Lovely pizza but the box had clear been tipped up as both pizzas were squashed down one end of the box

Had 1 pizza with the wrong topping in. The drink ordered was tango but had Pepsi and had two lots of potato pots but only ordered one

Too expensive otherwise would be good

Undercooked and greasy pizza. Buffalo wings had no sauce on them... I thought they were plain but I got on mild hint of spice on on wing - the rest were bland. Tater tots were (as always) undercooked. At least the drinks were nice and cold.

Got the order wrong, and the starter I got(not the one ordered) had very mushy potato bites. it's now the following day and I've been on the loo all day. The pizza normally very luxurious was very minimal in terms of toppings. Not what I'd expect from PJ.

Driver was rude and kept telling us he never knows where to park here like it’s our fault( when he delivers other peoples orders. Then told us not to order so late despite us order 30 mins before the available time on the app. Would rather have had the order cancelled than be spoken to rudely and be delivered a greasy undercooked pizza.

On 2nd March, we ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for £7.99 for collection. Specific request to ensure it's crispy and well done. Opened pizza at home and it was very undercooked, the dough was soggy. Very disappointed. would have taken it back but it's raining like hell outside.

Ordered a pizza here, price was very good at £10.50 but the middle of the pizza was very thin and then the crust and other portion of the pizza was very thick. The dough was raw. Once we realised a few slices in , we called up the shop and explained. We were told that because we had some of the pizza we could not be helped. How can you know the food is no good until to start eating? Anyway no effort made to make amends and told over the phone that they don’t normally have this problem. Wouldn’t recommend!

I wish I could give this place a 0 star! Make sure you never order from here on Uber Eats! It’s a scam!! They accepted my order, took my money and then cancelled the order within 30 seconds. Now I’m trying to get a refund with Uber eats and it’s such a long process and they make it so difficult to try and get a refund. AVOID!! Please so no one else has to go through this ever again!

Thought I’d try papa John’s for once after only ever using Pizza Hut. They marked my food as delivered at 5pm, no one delivered it. Waited until 5:10pm to give them a call just in case it was an error. Told the man on the end of the phone about what had happened and asked where my order was, he responded 2 words: “just wait” in an annoyed tone. I’m still waiting. Awful customer service.

missing a bottle from order, driver returned to grab it but wrong drink given. driver was fine, papa johns just doesn't seem to be good at delivery. tried ordering through their app before I tried on justeat but they wouldn't accept payment.

Disgusting customer service by the lady who served me today. She doesn’t know how to welcome customers and to treat them. We are not coming to get anything free here. We pay for what we buy. You have to think on the staff who is in the front line.

Thanks so much! We ordered nine XXL for some very hungry 10/11 years after a swimming party and had them delivered to the sports hall. Perfect timing on the delivery and everyone very happy with tasty pizza.

Cookie was a bit crispy around the edges, slightly overcooked. Still good, but not as good as it has been.

Went in here for first time and Rece who was serving was really friendly and welcoming. Nice menu selection. Wanted meat feast pizza but didn't want beef so he done half without and it was no problem to him at all.. Found it reasonably priced. We also had chicken poppers and they were really nice the pizza was really tasty and hot. We said definitely go there again. It's on stroud road just off Bristol Road you can park in big car park opposite or just walk from the Quays. It is also within walking distance from the park so can always grab a pizza and sit out there and relax.

The food was cold and was missing a special garlic dip that I paid for additionally.

We originally ordered via the deliveroo app but it didn't arrive. I phone the restaurant up as we were in Gloucester Royal Hospital with our son. They were so helpful in trying to get intoych with the deliveries driver. Although unsuccessful they reprocessed our order and delivered efficiently and followed the instructions I originally gave

No delivery or refund. Husband twice went to the shop to try to sort out the issue. Had to complete online then ovens broken. No one obviously has a clue. Order somewhere else is my advise.

Changed from domino to pappa johns

I was notified that my order was out for delivery and was estimated to take up to an hour to get here. I waited another hour past the latest estimated delivery time (so a total of 2 hours since placing the order) before having to call, just to be told that they hadn't started the order nor were they aware that they had one. All of that after being notified that the driver was already on their way. Avoid this branch (Stroud/Gloucester).

At the beginning of the pandemic I couldn't get my usual 50% NHS discount at Domino's as couldn't pick up( the usual conditions). So rang Papa John's who gave me a 50% NHS discount and delivered! They are much tastier and will always use Papa John's from now on. Thank you.

First time ordering with Papa John's and will definitely be ordering with them again. Food was hot, tasty full of flavour. Absolutely delicious 😋. Great delivery lady, friendly and polite and engaging with my children when they chatted to her. 100% recommend to everyone wanting great food and great deals. Lovely treat.

This order came about from the 2 for 1 ben and jerrys deal that was on today. I ordered hot desserts which I was a little sceptical about when it is being delivered because I thought they would be on the colder side by the time they got here. But I was mistaken! The brownies and chocolate dough balls were still very much hot. I know, I know you’re thinking wow that is a lot of chocolate for an evening. Much hey, it is a saturday and we are in Lockdown, we all need a little pick me up 💪🏼

The pizza arrived warm and the delivery guy was friendly. I stopped ordering from another well known pizza chain and decided to try PJ's, the pizza overall lacked flavour, the pizza sauce was bland and the base has too much salt. My daughter loves cheese pizza ans she only ate two slices with the rest going to waste. My pizza was cheese but I added the vegan sausage and vegan pepperoni as I don't eat meat. The added extra's I really liked but because of the main pizza lacking any herbs or spices this fell short, so unfortunately I'm still on the search for a replacement pizza delivery for our monthly treat.
