Had an excellent experience ordering from Pizza Pizza Gloucester, Southgate Street! The food was absolutely fantastic. The pizza was perfectly cooked, with a crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. The customer service was also exceptional. I called to place my order, and the staff member on the phone was friendly, patient, and made great suggestions when I couldn’t decide what to get. The delivery service was just as impressive. The driver arrived promptly and was very polite, even greeting me with a smile. I highly recommend Pizza Pizza Gloucester for anyone looking for delicious food, excellent service, and a hassle-free delivery experience. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

The delivery driver as awful!! We had already paid for delivery and i was told at the door that i needed to pay more as my house was to far out. Ive paid for delivery with the price of my food. If places are too far away maybe rethink your delivery charges

Service wasn't great, called in the shop to order and collect, not much customer appreciation, treated more like a cash cow, no effort to smile and engage. The pizza prices were confusing, sign on the wall said any 12" for £8.99 but mine cost £11.99, maybe I missed some small print somewhere on that? The pizza itself, i ordered Pepperoni Passion, if that was double pepperoni then I'd hate to have single, I hardly noticed the extra olives I'd asked for, the stuffed crust was the worst ever, I don't know what it was meant to be but tasted like Dairylea, yuk, it was really bad, the tomato base was ok and the amount of cheese was good but I like mozzarella on my pizza, not cheddar which was just so dominant and overpowering, there was zero stretch to the cheese!! The dough base was really poor too, more like bread than pizza base. Overall this was in the bottom five pizza I've had in 40 years. Did I eat it all, yes, I was that hungry, did I enjoy it, absolutely not, it didn't help that I came back from Naples 5 days ago, the birthplace of pizza and the baseline to compare to. I hate to give bad reviews but that just wasn't fit to be called pizza, supermarket ones are much better!!

I think probably the best takeaway pizza I have ever had , it was lovely and fresh with flavoursome base and fresh veg. I will definitely use again.

Order arrived 15 minutes late. Driver was rude, and just gave me my food. When In the house noticed dips I’d paid for missing so rang and they said they would ring the driver. 10 minutes passed nothing so rang restaurant again and they said they just refunded me without communicating anything to me. Food was cold pretty poor

I asked for both pizzas to be well done as I always do, both pizzas were sloppy and only just cooked, definitely no where near well done, delivered was way early so maybe cook the puzzas properly before sending them out for delivery, most of the pizza was thrown in the bin, been coming here for years and always ask for well done, very disappointed especially as a regular customer.

Delivered hot and fresh. Food was delicious. Possibly could add abit more tomato base sauce on the pizza or add an option to add more in the extra toppings section as I'd be happy to pay for more as it was lovely .

I ordered the thin crust pepperoni pizza small and it was beautifully cooked. Really tasty too. Best I’ve had in a while. Chicken pieces were also delicious.

First time I used this place. The pizza was good, the side of chicken pieces were spot on. The chap who served me was pleasant enough, took the order and busied himself in the kitchen. Nice and efficient, sorted out some dips for me with a nice manner. I had read reviews where the staff were rude, saw no evidence of that and will happily go back

This order arrived a little earlier than expected and I was especially pleased that given that my address can be a little hard to find, the delivery chap didn't get lost and then have to ring me for directions. Justeat delivery people getting lost happens a lot and it can be very annoying - especially when that person's native language is not English. So when they ring me for directions I often find that they can't speak English very well, and then I find myself struggling to understand what they're saying. Whilst I completely understand that these non-native-English-speaking delivery people are just as deserving of jobs as anyone else, delivery jobs is perhaps not the best choice for them. At least until they can speak very good English and can be understood perfectly on the phone. My suggestion would be for Justeat to pay for these non-native-English-speaking delivery people to be put through a good quality 6-10 week course through which they can learn to speak good English (especially on the phone), before they start going out delivering. That said; the pizza that I ordered was hot when it arrived and was very tasty, with lots of the toppings that I ordered. I will certainly be ordering from this takeaway again. However; cost notwithstanding I sincerely hope that Justeat will seriously consider my suggestion of putting non-native-English-speaking delivery personnel through the aforementioned course. This would add greatly to ensuring consistently high quality customer service.

My cheesy chips had no cheese on either of them.

My order arrived slightly earlier than I expected, which was good. However given that I have quite severely mobility limitations I found it a little annoying that when the the delivery chap rang my intercom bell, he told me that for security reasons he couldn't actually come into the building - which would have made it impossible to take my order from him.
