I recently ordered from Pizza Pizza, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The ordering process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and efficient. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the place is. Even as a takeaway spot, they clearly prioritize hygiene and cleanliness, which is something I really appreciate. When I picked up my order, the pizza was fresh and hot, and the aroma alone had me excited. The crust was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy on the inside. The toppings were generous and bursting with flavor, clearly made with top-quality ingredients. Despite being a takeaway, the pizza tasted like it was straight out of a high-end pizzeria. Pizza Pizza has definitely become my go-to spot for a great pizza night at home. I asked for both pizzas to be well done as I always do, both pizzas were sloppy and only just cooked, definitely no where near well done, delivered was way early so maybe cook the puzzas properly before sending them out for delivery, most of the pizza was thrown in the bin, been coming here for years and always ask for well done, very disappointed especially as a regular customer.

Delivered hot and fresh. Food was delicious. Possibly could add abit more tomato base sauce on the pizza or add an option to add more in the extra toppings section as I'd be happy to pay for more as it was lovely .

I ordered the thin crust pepperoni pizza small and it was beautifully cooked. Really tasty too. Best I’ve had in a while. Chicken pieces were also delicious.

Much better these days. Pizza very well seasoned and chicken strippers nicely cooked with seasoning much tastier than a few years ago.

First time I used this place. The pizza was good, the side of chicken pieces were spot on. The chap who served me was pleasant enough, took the order and busied himself in the kitchen. Nice and efficient, sorted out some dips for me with a nice manner. I had read reviews where the staff were rude, saw no evidence of that and will happily go back

This order arrived a little earlier than expected and I was especially pleased that given that my address can be a little hard to find, the delivery chap didn't get lost and then have to ring me for directions. Justeat delivery people getting lost happens a lot and it can be very annoying - especially when that person's native language is not English. So when they ring me for directions I often find that they can't speak English very well, and then I find myself struggling to understand what they're saying. Whilst I completely understand that these non-native-English-speaking delivery people are just as deserving of jobs as anyone else, delivery jobs is perhaps not the best choice for them. At least until they can speak very good English and can be understood perfectly on the phone. My suggestion would be for Justeat to pay for these non-native-English-speaking delivery people to be put through a good quality 6-10 week course through which they can learn to speak good English (especially on the phone), before they start going out delivering. That said; the pizza that I ordered was hot when it arrived and was very tasty, with lots of the toppings that I ordered. I will certainly be ordering from this takeaway again. However; cost notwithstanding I sincerely hope that Justeat will seriously consider my suggestion of putting non-native-English-speaking delivery personnel through the aforementioned course. This would add greatly to ensuring consistently high quality customer service.

My cheesy chips had no cheese on either of them.

My order arrived slightly earlier than I expected, which was good. However given that I have quite severely mobility limitations I found it a little annoying that when the the delivery chap rang my intercom bell, he told me that for security reasons he couldn't actually come into the building - which would have made it impossible to take my order from him.

Food wasn’t great.. wasn’t actually expecting the delivery because for some reason payment through pay pal kept saying order couldn’t be sent but I now have paid three times for this order and they have taken all three payments, appreciate it might have been an error on PayPal but surely the company knows they have received triple payments? Not ordering from here again

Everything was perfect, except they didn't deliver the drink.

Food tastes great, reasonably priced if you get one of the deals. Only downsides are actually ordering. Can only get cheesy chips via just eat which is a shame. And can't select dips when your order. Otherwise love this place.

Lasagne was made with just tomatoe puree paste no mince nothing..2 bites then went in the bin. Microwave Lasagne taste better and that's saying something..

Undercooked chips and horrendous pizza first and last time for me ordering from here.

Really disappointed - delivery took ages and when it arrived the pizzas and garlic bread were all burnt and cold. It’s expensive now you’ve raised your prices so I expect it to be good for the money but it’s gone downhill.

Pizza Pizza never fail to impress. Often need to make minor changes to a pizza before delivery and they never fail to modify. Pizzas are well-topped and tasty. Delivery is always on time! Cannot fault and my number one destination for pizza in Gloucester.
