The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

What is going on with this place. Used to be the best I the area but just went in and charged £3 more than advertised and when questioned the menu in shop he said prices have gone up? Then update your menu please. Refund given after argument but just not acceptable

My pizza was damaged and all over the box when it came. The toppings came over and stuck all over the box so I had to throw the box away

I checked the Just Eat website to see the stairs of my food an hour after I made the order. It said that it had been delivered. I phoned Papa John's and they told me that the pizza was coming out of the oven just then. I mentioned the status update on Just Eat but they didn't reply. My food arrived an hour and a half after. I felt the service was very poor. No explanation and no apology.

Meat feast pizza with added green chillies is the way to go! Pizzas are the best we’ve had. Very nice food and always on time with deliveries, will order again☺️

Very bad service and very rude staff

Ordered 2x med pizzas and 2x sides at 7:30pm and it didn’t arrive until 9pm. I know it’s Friday night but that’s madness for some conveyor belt pizzas. When they finally arrived they were stone cold and I could have banged a nail into wood with the potato tots. We called the shop and explained the situation to which the store manager explained that “as we’re so far away we should have expected it to arrive cold and that the food was prepared 12 mins before the driver arrived and is given to them fresh” however our first driver cancelled so we had to wait an hour for another to accept the order so I imagine the shop prepped the order and it sat under a heat lamp for 1 hour. The manager said he couldn’t give us a refund but instead if he writes our name and number down he’ll give us a free pizza next time. What? No. We made it clear we wanted a refund and he said he couldn’t do that for us and after asking for a complaints procedure he said he’d “message the back office for us”. He refused to give us any details to make a formal complaint, he also refused to give us a name instead saying he’s the store manager. We’ll be doing it ourselves. We just thought we’d give them a chance to make it right before doing so. Terrible service. Food awful and delivery time was unacceptable. Avoid.

Worst Dominos ever. Came cold and half the order missing. Promised to deliver rest of food, waited an hour and had to call back, only to have my call put on hold forever. Called again and they said “I’m sending a driver right now”. You spend £30-£40 and expect it to be Dominos standard. This branch is appalling. Not the first time either. Last time we ordered large pizzas and got medium. We decided to give them another shot but seriously, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Really rude to customers I was waiting 1hr and 30 mins for my order I called them and they were rude with me

Used to be great pizza, the last one I had was disgusting. Wet and soggy and almost no cheese or peppers. No wonder it's closed down.

Was delivered pizzas that had been dropped and crushed. Called to complain and was offered two free replacements. Tried to reorder a week later and got absolute nonsense, asked to call back the next day because the manager wasn’t in?! Was told we’d be called back in 30 minutes. We weren’t so chased. Was told we’d be called in a minute, we never were. Appalling.

Avoid this place, under new owners, don’t speak clearly, told 20 mins, got there, hand t even started the order, I won’t be back !

Terrible staff that get our order wrong every single time.

Very good place to order a pizza excellent customer service over the counter. Very welcoming team. They gave me the precisely time to my order. Love my pizza yesterday was really savory. Strongly recommend ordering at this pizza place. Nov.24
