Wrong dips delivered with pizza!

Food was pretty good. Annoying you can’t choose the dip with wings. Given frank hot sauce but not keen on it. Worst was the delivery driver who called me from his car and I had to go out to get it. I have a door bell. Awful.

Tried to order food numerous times unable to do so as it’s a caravan site and they are racist and will not deliver

Guildford food quality compared to other Dominos stores is very poor - The Farnham store is leaps and bounds better. The cheese often arrives dry and stale-looking. They also don't adhere to paying for extra's on the pizza to expected amounts e.g. paying for extra pizza base tomato sauce, the staff for some reason take it to mean *not including any* on the pizza base despite multiple orders, resulting in just cheese and a pizza dough base which is very bland. After complaining, nothing changed with future orders. I ordered from the Farnham store to compare again over xmas, and it was dripping in pizza sauce after paying for extra. Bottom line, If you enjoy Dominos pizza, don't expect the Guildford store to have the same standards as other areas.

Food quality isn't as good as other Domino's in the country and the plant based options are delivered with dips containing milk, egg or honey. Disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Not impressed with the service as they forgot one of our pizza as part of the 3 pizza 3 sides deal. Had to call twice to get one of our pizzas to come. Furthermore more they burnt our nachos! Lucky we got refunded for that but the fact we had to call 2-3 times was unnecessary! Don’t recommend.

The pizza was delicious. My kids enjoyed watching it being made. The only thing my daughter pointed out was a lack of gloves. But everything else was superb!

Pizza arrived with RAW chicken!!! Raw bloody chicken!!! Sent photos to head office and was told someone would get back to me. Chased several times, same sort of answer. Horrendous store. Horrendous customer service.

Our usual love for Domino's Pizza was severely diminished after a recent dreadful experience. The pizzas that we ordered were delivered overcooked and burnt, and were also cold. Furthermore, the delivery took an excessive amount of time. Upon calling the staff to complain, they were not particularly apologetic and only offered us store credit instead of a refund. We decided to give them another chance, but unfortunately the pizzas were still of poor quality. We strongly advise avoiding this location at all costs, and not wasting your money.

Dominos Woodbridge road staff have shown racist behaviour, two times i called for delivery and they just hang up,first time they said my card had no money yet it did i went in physically and it was worked, next time they just hang up,i called dominos stoughton road and the gentleman over the phone was kind enough to let me know my address was blocked on the system after i probed further. Not happy.

I have specifically asked for extra mozzarella on my pizza, twice I said it and I hardly have any mozzarella on the pizza ...

Manager, JONA was a RUDE, ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL personnel I dealt with. Can't believe that domino's has recruited such type people and promoted to them at this live! I ordered vegan pizza but got normal pizza with normal garlic and herb dip. Instead of apologising and fixing the issue, he asked me back "you did not order for vegan pizza"! WHAT A SMART AND POLITE! SHOULD BE AWARDED BY THE COMPANY. as if I don't know anything and all fault is mine.On top of it they do not provide dips with sides like garlic bread dippers where the company provides dip. Upon asking about this problem, he did not have ANY VALID REASON!

Not good at all. Lacked flavour / dryish / cold (was large order so might be unavoidable) - stingy with cheese and even tomato and other ingredients. Doughy base. Worst takeaway / restaurant price pizza I've eaten for a looong time sadly

I am currently sat in my car waiting for my pizzas which had already been delivered.... Cold!!! We ordered on the app and all seemed well. The app informed us the pizzas had been delivered, but no! So we rang the shop to be told the app is sometimes ahead of delivery and to give I 5 minutes. 10 minutes later and whilst on the phone for the second time the driver rocks up. This was over 40 minutes from order. I check the pizzas, only just warm so I sent them back. Third time on the phone, we're told they will remake them and collect in 15-20 minutes. So I head out to collect, I arrive and they give me back the very same pizzas that had been delivered 🤣🤣🤣 to be told that the manager said they were hot... what a joke. After a stand off with the manager who's attitude stinks he finally agreed to remake the pizzas. No offer of a refund not even for delivery charges. I will now get my pizzas and finish my rant later.

Like other review states - app says pizza is under quality check for ages, then Delivered but still no Pizza!!!! Rang and lady said app not right - will be on way! Gave benefit of doubt but after 10 mins still no pizza!!! Rang and she said when did you order - my reply - Surely you would know???? Pizza turned up and we checked it - COLD!!!! So sent back, rang to tell them, agreed will have again but will collect. Hubby went 15 mins later as agreed and checked the pizzas - were the same returned pizza on hot plate to come back to us!!! What a joke!!!!!!! Spoke to manager who is arrogant, agreed it was the same pizza and launched pizza in bin with rage and not happy to remake as apparently busy - even though lady on phone said they weren’t!!! Never ever come across such a sham in my life and an organisation where the manager does not give a s**t!!!

First of all I would like appreciate the food. It was delicious as usual. But I have given low rating because of the delivery. We are being charged for delivery and is said to be door delivered and contact free. The delivery person kept the pizza in some flat two buildings away from me and called that it's at your doorstep and cut the call. It happened even with the delivery instructions to find the flat were clearly mentioned. When I called him back to say it's not there and the way to to come, he asked me to come to some common point. Then why are you guys charging for delivery. But finally I asked him to come my block and got the pizza. I am very much disappointed the delivery service.

A great place to get pizza. Some times it takes a few minutes longer than they say it will be but other than that everything is good. Tasty Domino's pizza.

They really take their time...waiting time over 1 hour and 50 minutes. They will say that your delivery is on the way when it's not and you'll get a soggy pizza.

Just ordered a vegan margarita pizza and it looked like someone had opened a pepper grinder over it and spilled the whole thing all over the pizza then sent it out to me. It was completely inedible, tasted like I was eating just spoonfulls of pepper. Had to throw it in the bin. I'd have taken it back myself and complained if it wasn't two for Tuesday and I had a second different one.

Love Dominos Pizza. Been country country wide, EU even Iceland and never had a problem. I seems Guildford has some front of house issues. Recently visited Guildford outlet of course with covid restrictions only 2 allowed in the shop at a time. The front of house interpretation was only 1 order to be taken every 15 minutes. I was outside for seven minutes with not even my order being taken whist the chefs were standing doing nothing but waiting for a pizza to cook for the couple in the shop. In future I’ll go to Godalming where I’ve never had any issues.

Domino's never fail me, pizzas were still hot and crispy as always after got it delivered. Side chickens were alright tho, bbq chicken would be my fav so far, followed by chicken stick. Chocolate-orange cookies were better than my expectation. So all great, these were so satisfied me.

Drivers work with no masks. Drivers rude. The manager is extremely rude!!! They failed to deliver my order. When I called to find out why the manager didn’t want to listen to me and whilst I was talking he said well refund you thanks bye and hung up. The I called again and I said I will complain he said complain as many times as you want we don’t care. Awful customer service. Avoid this place...

Three of us got a pizza each and all of us had the runs

Ordered the special offer of a small pizza and garlic bread for £6.99, very good value. Pizza and bread both very good, also had side of nachos which was also very good. App worked perfectly, although I did do collection rather than having it delivered.

Awful. Been a customer for years until today when a driver, driving a blue Toyota Yaris almost ran myself and my mum over when speeding into a space. The assistant manager and the driver were extremely non efficient at helping us when we entered the store to complain. Dominos need to train their staff better, and the driver needs to be trained on health and safety when driving. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread to be delivered and they only turned up with pizza. I live not even a 5 mins drive from shop, delivery driver said he forgot and would go back for it and it would take him 5 mins. It arrived 20 mins later, after I had telephoned and the person I spoke to on the phone couldn't care less. When driver arrived he said he had another delivery to do after me, hence it being more than 5 mins. Very bad customer service. I never had a problem with the main one in Guildford before this branch opened, but each time I order it automatically goes to this branch. Will just try and ring and order from main branch next time!

Deliveries for none UK phone numbers are not effective because drivers cant call you. Not mentioned before when ordering thus I had to call myself and ask to ģet my pizza.

We called in to try this relatively new pizza place. The small pizza was a penny under £15 and it was awful. There was very little topping with pieces of chicken and mushroom so small they were hard to detect. You could get a better pizza at a sit down restaurant for the price.

Took over 2 hours for pizza to arrive. By time it finally got cooked, I was tracking the driver. He had to do 6 or 7 stops before finally getting to my address. By time it arrived, it was lukewarm. I didn't want to complain, it was late at night and I was hungry. Just be aware of this when you place an order. This was October 2018, so perhaps things have improved? Probably not by looking at the other reviews. I can sympathise with the staff, as I'm a chef myself and work long 16 hour days. But honestly, do yourself a favour and just avoid this place. The managers are probably donkeys.

The second time in a row you have delivered me the wrong side and had no way to contact you or your delivery driver directly via phone (wasnt picked up) or app to contact you re the delivery. Maybe you should give your staff tickets with what they should be delivering?? Or more training?? Its getting annoying now.

States on the door & website it is open until 3am, we turned up after work at 12:30 and they refused to serve us. The guy we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and insisted they were 'too busy' despite no customers being inside. Nowhere did it state that they stop collection after a certain time, I have left work before around this time and turned up for collection and they were open and serving as usual. Extremely annoyed and unsatisfied, will not be going back again.

Terrible customer service - there was a problem with my order and when I rung to discuss it, the woman was incredibly rude and sarcastic, and refused to do anything about it other than insult me.

Was very good pizzas value for money tasted great very efficient and picked up on time. I did ask for cheesy garlic bread. Staff member did not listen and add in I was running late and did not bother to wait for it to be made. Hoping staff will actually listen for whole order

Ordered a pizza last night to deliver to the hotel on their website it wasnt a choice of correct addres to that hotel so typed it in a comment box for driver and rung them to tell them pizza for 20 pounds never artived we i rung them they said it is my fault in sarcastic way and can give me part refund, stay away from them guys

2 hours after ordering the order was still showing as "baking", I tried to call the restaurant several times and the phone rang out for 2 minutes every time. Over the evening I rang about 20 or so times, a few times the phone was picked up then put down. 2.5 hours after ordering the pizza is marked as delivered, still no pizza. This is the most disgraceful food experience I've ever had in my life. I drive to the store and the member of staff says they're very busy, then laughs at my situation, I was so insulted I had to just walk out the store. I wonder why domino's found this funny, they never responded to my complaint email either.

My first hand experience regarding the quality of pizza (compared to Domino's back home) is pretty poor considering Dominos has such a big name to live up to in the world of pizza. I only came on here to praise the two delivery drivers that came to our student house today. The first one (didn't catch the name) was a young man, extremely polite and although the coke was missing off a housemates' first order he was incredibly lovely and offered us amazing service. The store hasn't been able to pick up the phone all night but we decided to see if the next delivery driver would happen to have our missing item in his car. The next delivery man who I believe was called Florian??? "The Maverick" was absolutely lovely when he came to the door - I asked him about the missing bottle of coke and they also forgot one of our big dips so THIS GUY left and came back with a litre bottle of coke and another two big garlic dips. To a bunch of students you're an absolute hero, apologies for screaming 'You're a babe' in your face but I hope Florian gets some recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you so much :))))

I genuinely don't see why so many people on this website rate these guys so poorly. I've ordered from here 11 or 12 times in the past year, and every time its been perfect. Quick delivery, order always correct and great delivery drivers. Try them for yourselves. Don't take heed of any of the negative reviews on here.

Stopped at the premier inn on Tuesday night and thought I would take advantage of the two for Tuesday. Was struggling on line to order so decided to call, the person who answered could hardly speak English and confused the hell out of me. All I wanted was 2 pizza and some garlic bread. Over an hour later the one pizza arrived and I told them why would I order 1 when it’s 2 for Tuesday. I told the driver I wasn’t happy and he just said not his problem. I called the place up and the manager basically said they had new staff and that he was sorry and that the correct order will be with me within 13-25 mins. This was over 1 hour after placing my original order. 2 1/2 hours after I first ordered and they were not answering the phone I decided to go to bed on an empty stomach. Best thing is I could have walked to the shop and collected it in 10 mins. I will not be using this shop again and advise anyone who stays in the Guildford premier inn to collect or try somewhere else.

Waited for one hour then had to ring then to be told will be with you in 5 minutes whilst it been sitting around for 30 minutes. Offered a discount on my next order why would I want that, I would rather be told when ordering major delays. Cancelled my order told a refund would take 2/3 days from head office let’s see if that comes any quicker.

The online app is about as much use at a fart in a space suit my pizza did not have the extra topping I paid for and I use to work for dominoes in knaphill so I know what it should have there was hair in my girlfriend's pizza all this fom one order I think the conservative party could run this place better also you know have to ask for garlic and herb dip is this some thing to do with Britex we now have to ask for the dips sort it out your less busy than before but the standard is lower

Waste of time. Order food and it takes over an hour and a half to even get close. Probably the next blockbuster..... Large company set in its ways and can't keep up with what customers expect and deserve.

Disgusting service !!! Vegetarians be carefull.Found piece of fish on garlic bread. Also on same order of vegetarian pizza they added fish after complaining staff excusing its an online order so they cant help into it 😡 Go there around 9 pm and you will find staff mixing up old toppings which should be discarded at the end of the day with the new toppings changing date /day lables and containers. No way I am going to visit this place ever again .

This particular Dominoes is a complete disappointment from quality of food to the service experienced. The pizza itself is never dressed and more like thrown together by a child, the slices are never cut properly causing the pizza to continually rip making the topping to just smear off. The packaging comes crushed so half your pizza will be stuck to the box. Any extras wi bw missed and its rarely within an hohr of orsering. Overall avoid and use any other local brand, you really couldn't go wrong unless you risk this place.

The service we received was disgraceful. The manger Krizti was not very helpful. The food we first received was burnt and the second time we did not receive at all! Poor service from the manager. Only person who was very apologetic and polite was Chris.

If you want pizza that's been sat cooked for 20 minutes before it goes on a delivery run with several other orders, then get your mushy stale food here. NEVER again.

Ordered two pizzas at the start of June, we waited an hour for them to be delivered, when we finally got them, they were stone cold. Myself called the branch in Guildford and explained to them what was wrong. Upon hearing this I was promised a free pizza as a gesture of good will. Now on the evening of the 28th June 2018 I have literally just called that branch in Guildford and they acted like a load of kids at school, denying everything they promised! I called and called and called after they put the phone down on me, but then after that every time I tried to call they just ended it. The manager of that Guildford branch is nothing short of low life after refusing to speak man to man “ even on the phone “ but left the check out girl to deal with me, relaying messages back and fourth. Absolutely disgusted and would never eat at dominos again. I am that angered I’m going to the local news paper to report this issue, to name and shame this particular branch. I honestly welcome the “ so called Managers feed back “

Service can be good, sometimes extremely busy and timings are wrong, I recommend you go in-store rather than order, its alot faster!

Rude staff, i ordered online and paid by card then i only received half my order and when i called them to find out where the rest of my order was i was told i am being an inconvenience when i requested to speak with a manager she refused to come to the phone and got her rude underdog to tell me they are sending the remainder of my order out and it will be with me in approx 35mins when the remainder of my order finally arrived it was stone cold and inedible so all in all a waste of money and will be taking my business elsewhere due to there incompetence, i had been in touch with there head office who quite clearly accepts this kind of behaviour and thinks offering me a £15 voucher is sufficient enough for the £25 i wasted on this order.

What an absoloute disgrace of a store this is spent over £30 at this store for our order to turn up with half of it missing. So I phoned to see where the rest of my order is all they could say is you didnt order from us well if I didn't order from you how come you took the payment from me and delivered half my order. Then to be told that I am an inconvenience for ringing them about my missing order. Wanted to speak to the manager who point blank refused to talk to me. The person on the other end of the phone was rude 6tried to over talk me when I was asking about my order to be told why don't you just start eating your order then the rest will be delivered which was disgusting considering the part of the order that was missing was the chicken kickers which me and my husband and our guests would eat first befor the pizza and pudding. This is my first year in guildford and I think I have ordered from here about 4 times. Every single time the order is delivered it is either undercooked, burnt, 3 or 4 BITS of cheese or my favourite one all the toppings scrapped off in the middle. As a student I’m not really meant to care that much about quality of pizza because at the end of the day.. it’s just pizza. But Dominoes pizza in Guildford doesn’t make pizza. Quite literally makes feces in a box. Thank you for nothing.

Myself and my husband are staying in Guildford for the evening we have never been here before so really don’t know the area. We decided not to eat at our hotel but to take a drive to Dominoes. I ordered my pizza and emphasised that there should be no tomato on but would like garlic butter instead. On returning to our hotel which is an 11 minute drive I discovered that they had put tomato on. My husbands was fine and while he was eating his I decided to ring Dominoes and ask them to bring me a replacement Only to be told I could have a voucher for my next visit but I don’t live around here so they offered me a replacement but I had to drive and collect it. I explained that it was their mistake and asked if they could deliver as I don’t know the area and my husband was eating his tea therefore his would be cold by the time we returned. They was having none of this even though they admitted it was their fault. I would call this a terrible service and will never go to any Dominoes pizza place again

Worst Dominos I've ever had. I was visiting Guildford for work and I ordered my regular veggie supreme. Order was there in half an hour but what I had tasted nothing like veggie supreme..in addition it left me unwell through the night and over the weekend. Never again Dominos Guildford.

Terrible branch, will never use again. One star is really too generous Ordered about a month ago, pizza arrived raw in the middle. Called shop, manager apologised and promised us two free sides with our next order. Went to order tonight, spoke to manager to get our sides with our order and was met with several excuses about why we could no longer have what we were promised - so along with being served raw food, we were lied to. We decided to cancel our order and have blacklisted dominos in Guildford.
