Spend over 20 for a a max sized pizza and tiny not worth the money poor customer service over the phone will never be ordering from there again!

Not too bad a place. You'd eat here if it's really late at night and it's open till super late, however, it wouldn't be my first choice of pizza places when better options are available. It's also not too expensive considering UK prices, so a good option if you're really drunk and it's really late.

Ordered off of perfect pizza as 2 young girls. Home alone. Took longer than expected which was fine. We called to see where it was, person on the phone was rude and ended the call on us. Delivery driver turned up & smashed on the front room window’s… which as 2 girls home alone was scary. Opened the door and delivery driver proceeded to laugh in our faces and drop our food on the floor, not even hand it to the person who opened the door. Our drinks were missing, so we called them and asked if we could have our drinks or be refunded. The man on the phone laughed at us and told us they would send them out… We’ve waited an hour for our drinks and have yet to receive them. I will never be ordering from here again. The staff are so rude and belittling and don’t care for their customers needs. I would not recommend this place for takeaway & the people who work here need a course on people skills as well as kindness and respect.

Ordered regular crust, got what looks like deep pan, and it wasn't 15", it was less than 14. I thought it looked tiny so I measured it. Meatballs were horrible, wings were fatty and undercooked, and the wedges had no seasoning. I find it very frustrating when restaurants can't even do as well as a ready meal. Oh and the coke is foreign and doesn't have an English ingredient list or nutrition info on it, which is illegal. I know loads of places do it but it's still illegal.

Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 hour later.. no pizza. Called them to ask where the pizza is. Guy on the phone kept stopping our conversation to talk with someone else on the other end of the line. Reassured me the pizza would be 15 mins. 1 hour later... Still no pizza. No answer when I call. Not so perfect!!

Great tasting food, had starters, salad, two pizzas - all food was very hot and came in time. The driver was great - actually drove to the back of the hotel and then came round the front when he realised i was in front - very courteous driver as well. I feel like choices on the menu were really good as well.

This place has one of the worst customer services. They always have I DON'T CARE attitude and always have reasons to charge customer extra money and when you ask justification for the charges they simply say that's how we do it... business like these who have crazy money making schemes don't survive much longer.

Great food and delivered right on time. Thank you! I ordered 8 pizzas and sides for birthday celebrations. I ordered online and then called to confirm receipt of the order and the team were great. Reassured me it was all in hand and sure enough it was bang on time and delicious. Perfect indeed.

Placed an uber order. The order was cancelled by Uber since my phone was out of network coverage. The delivery driver went out of his way to get the pizza to where I was. So thankful for that.

Better than domino’s but not as good as theme park pizza

Food is always delicious and arrives as hot as if I made it at home. The sides are some of the best I’ve had from a takeaway. Highly recommend the chicken wings and the garlic dough balls. Also, use their website and not just eat. It’s a little cheaper as just eat add their own taxes etc. their website also have loyalty points and different deals available.

I'm disgusted. This place use to be amazing. My food took a hour and a half! Not 45 minutes. The pizza has come all over the box. My chicken has come uncooked! I was offered no change at the door he just assumed that I didn't want it? Won't ever be ordering again. Disgusting service!!

My experience was very good and the staff is very kind and quick. Is a good place if you want cheap pizza. I recommend to try burger pizza, it's my favourite.

Terrible experience. We ordered some food and called to add onto the order, but the man said it wasn’t possible so he said he’d cancel the order. He didn’t, and we found out only because we called him back. He said it was too late, and that was after we had already ordered again. Called to explain the situation, and he hung up on me mid sentence . I was flabbergasted by the appalling service. Bad. I will never order from here ever again. Keep your money!

Yesterday sunday 11th of october, arround 00:40 am i went to perfect pizza. Ive been told there were close when in the webside say close tieme is at 1.50 am aprox. So rude the guy been with me. Lazy guy didnt want to cook me a pizza.

Got the medium chicken and chorizo pizza from there about 45mins ago and it was so tasty. Guy serving kind of looked like he didn't want to be there and was hoping to just clean up and leave but, he made the pizza fresh and in front of me in about 10mins or so. Definitely worth visiting this particular pizza place for a takeaway, for sure.

Lives up to the name! Pizza was perfect! I didn’t really have any expectations for this pizza place as I’ve never had it before, it completely surprised me! The food was delicious, super fast delivery and really kind delivery guy. Would definitely order again!

Nobody should order from this place, I was really ill and ordered lots of food together from them so I don’t have to cook. Other than one of the item I couldn’t eat the rest because they were disgusting and had hair on it. When I complained they were very rude to me and said I am lying. I don’t recommend this place.

Edit: I am still quite unhappy with my experience, I did receive a refund. Do NOT order from these people. They charged me for an online order, confirmed the order, took my money and sent me an email also declining the order. I never received the order. I called the next day, and they hardly were able to communicate with me. I'll be initiating a chargeback ASAP, and reporting the merchant to actionfraud if I do need to fully proceed with the chargeback next week. Completely absurd!

Popped in last night, admittedly as where we wanted to go was shut (hadn't checked the opening times), got 3 of their biggest pizzas, 1 small and 4 sides for only £58. Everyone agreed that it was probably the best takeaway pizza of that type that we had ever had and great value too. Service was also good and very efficient. We will be using you guys again.

I recently ordered from here. I did a deal and recieved all of my food on time. The reason for my 1 star is because of the poor customer service and health and safety. My food arrived and one pizza was burnt, I had about 10 potato wedges in a box (this deal was a large) and was supposed to feed atleast 4 people. I also ordered a desert. The plastic container it came in was smashed and the desert couldn't be eaten. Me and my friends found pieces of plastic in it. Upon phoning the store the guy on the phone was unhelpful and was told "thats just the way it is" and I would have to ring up the next day to speak to the manager. I also kept being told about company policy. They couldn't offer me a refund of another pizza to replace the burnt one that my friend couldn't eat. (my friend doesn't eat meat and the other pizza we ordered had chicken on). I spent almost £40 on a food that couldn't be eaten or was lacking in portion. I email customer service with photos taken of the food and they don't even reply. So don't waste your time with this place because they don't give a damn if your food is burnt or has plastic in it as long as they can take your money.

The pizzas are ok - sometimes you don't get quite what you order! Some of the sides are really good, delivery is pretty quick.

Ordered through just eat and the order was confirmed then sent out for delivery (according to the app) but never arrived! Was waiting for them at the widow well before the estimated delivery time so we definitely didn’t miss them! Called the store 10 times over a period of half an hour and go no answer. They obviously took the order then closed with no intention of actually delivering it! I’m not the first person this has happened to looking at their other reviews! Don’t order from here Terrible service AVIOD!

I went in this place thinking I'm getting a nice pizza, I wanted to check if it was halal and if it wasn't I would eat the veg. So I asked the gut behind the till if it was halal, he began to answer the question when the chef who told me his name was khan (wouldn't give me his full name and probably lied) interrupted us and asked if I had been praying5times, he then went on to say he needs to check my faith (my imaan) I was absolutely disgusted as my faith is between myself and my creator I shouldn't have to answer to any human about my faith especially when I didn't ask him anything along those lines, he was very rude to ask me such a question!!! I left as I was very upset. I calmed down and I went back in to find out what the gentleman was called as I wanted to make a complaint against him as it was disgusting what he said but he wouldn't give me his name and he started to lie and say he didn't say such things he told me his name was khan!!!! Train your staff on how to speak to people with respect!!!!!!
