The food was smelling bad and tasting horrible, been feeling sick for few days after having that bad food. All I can say disgusting kebab. Not recommended at all.

Ordered a chicken Kebap and anhour after felt so ill avoid in any cost. No returning

Avoid this place if you value your health! Ordered a kebab here, and within hours I was regretting it—nausea, stomach cramps. Meat tasted off, and the veggies looked like they'd been sitting out for days. Honestly felt like I was poisoned. Spend your money somewhere that won’t make you sick!

Walked in for the first time on Saturday lunch-time. Ordered lamb chops: my test for good quality meat. Delicious! Juicy and well-grilled. Very pleased with this new find!

A fast food place more suited to youth market than for me (pensioner). I didn't feel comfortable. Having said that, my burger was cooked and presented very well and the fries freshly cooked too. So good marks for the food.

I am so frustrated I paid £14.25 for the smallest portion ever, looks like someone leftover. I am 100% certain that someone took a bite out of the chicken. I had to throw the food away I’ve tried calling but no one answers the phone

This is my second time ordering and both times honestly couldn’t complain about anything. Will be ordering from here more and more and recommending it too. Pricing is better than other kebab shops and the quality of the food is much better too. Both times I’ve ordered my food has came hot, the donner meat has been nice big bits that are soft, salad is lovely and speedy delivery. Nice packaging as well it comes in. Nothing better than a juicy kebab after a night shift thanks guys it’s lovely :)

Really disappointed from this place. Only one person is working. That guy never smiles and always in bad mood. The food is so expensive for that little portion. And the taste is really bad. Their rice taste as they made it a day before. Hygiene is also very bad. Don`t know why they even have 3 stars. Not recommended. There are better places in guildford.

Order wrong for second time phoned to tell they got it wrong gentleman on phone was rude and put the phone down multiple times it's a shame I used them for many years

The taste of the kofta is not good, the service is bad, and the prices are very expensive, according to the rest of the restaurants. I do not recommend it.

Came in the cafe to buy some food for lunch, worker came out of the office and didn’t pay attention to us. I tried to speak to him but he reluctantly answered me muttering something under his breath and then turned his back again and ignored us. So we went out without saying anything

I ordered from them twice. I usually dont bother if i dont like something i never came up and gave feedback but this was terrible honestly they dont even care their rating is already so low still instead of improving it they are same. Only thing is they are open late night and pizza and this one is only option and they disappointed. One thing that took me to review is i was angry already and saw their menu it says halal and then in bewrages they are selling all non halal things what kind of halal is it ? Very bad

Wouldn't feed the food to my dog he would turn his nose at it.Asked for a large donor got chicken and donor daylight robbery portion size.Both the guys I work with threw there's back up when we left.

Its my second time ordering food from this place and the delivery time is just as perfect, food quality is really good and the prices are reasonable too. Today i finally got the chance to go and see the inside restaurant and ordered beef burger which came out to be one of the best fresh beef burgers unlike other takeaways providing frozen beef burgers. Staffs are really friendly and good mannered. I recommend everyone to take a look at this place.

Absolutely discussing everything came wet and soggy because they packed it like children I asked for certain things to he removed from my order and it came with everything so my whole meal was ruined I ate a tiny amount and gave the rest to my dog it was that bad waste of money worst kebab in Guildford hands down

Very poor quality poor. For prices. I would seriously find an alternative. I ordered a chicken burger for £7.50 . It was like a asda frozen one in a bun cooked in fat fryer. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I have tested several models of food, they are excellent. And the behavior of the staff is very good and respectful. I am very happy that this restaurant is located in our city.

Quite good good but they SCAM. Making prices how ever they want, ordered 3 Times the same thing, first 2 Times were a price and 3rd time the ask me "large or small" and there is no difference. Shame on Them. I won t buy again.

Bit disappointing that I need to wait 20 mins for a donner kebab. The meat was overcooked, too dry. The vegetable were quite fresh. Portion is small compared to other store. Not entirely good.

You are rating order #7180489 Terrible experience made an order 00:30 while the website was showing the store is still open but my order was pending tried to cancel the order at 01:30 as nobody accepted it but it's impossible as there isn't any option to cancel the order the next day received email at 11:40 saying my order is accepted so I've been waiting for a delivery and 2 and a half hours later I've called the shop and explained the situation and ask what is going on just to be told I'll get a refund and they hung the phone ... 🤦 They never asked about the order number or my details so far nothing Still waiting for the refund...

Since the change of management prices have shot up around £3 per meal, the food me and my partner got after a long wait was very dry and just not up to usual standard, shame because this place use to be one of my favourites

Don't normally write reviews, but this place has become absolutely awful. Actually started out being a semi regular user of this place, but things have rapidly declined. Huge wait times (just under 2 hours most recently), food turning up stone cold, and worst of all, unapologetically delivering 4 legs as a 'whole' chicken. Can't say I've ever seen a 4 legged chicken. No refund offered, even after most abysmal experience imaginable. Won't be around long under the current management, you'd imagine. Dreadful.

I ordered 2 chickens from this place – ended up receiving 8 legs!! No breasts! I called and complained that when you order a chicken you expect to receive a full chicken – the person answering did not apologise and said that they only do legs and this should have been shown in the online menu but it has not been updated by the vendor managing the website. I wasn’t satisfied and asked for a refund which he agreed to do after complaining for several minutes, when I asked about how the refund will be processed I was told that I will need to deal with a separate company who will refund the money and this falls outside his responsibility. I told him that as a customer I shouldn’t be expected to chase another company, it is bad enough that you’ve ruined my evening and wasted my time, Piri bite should deal with the third party internally and process the refund, he didn’t like that and started cursing, effing and swearing on the call. As I insisted that he deals with this issue, he called the company dealing with the refund explained the situation and asked them to issue a refund who I called later and in turn reassured me that a refund will be processed. Overall it was a horrible experience and the people managing this place have no understanding of customer service and how to manage expectations, deescalate a situation or deal professionally with customers. Instead the person I spoke to was damping down everything I said and mocking me throughout the call. Looking at the reviews I found that others had similar negative experiences. Truly Despicable

Must visit for Guildford chicken.

Garlic mayo recipe has changed. Tastes cheap/worse and is half the size for the same price. Piri chicken strips used to have better coating but now it's more watery and lacks flavour. The burger I had wasn't hot. Chicken popcorn isn't crunchy outside and soft inside anymore, now it's these soft balls that tastes like oil. Not sure what's going on as Piribite used to be the best in Guildford. Now I won't be going back. Not worth it.

Fell off so hard under new owners, take a million years to make the order, just for it to be wrong. And then miss out things from the order. No communication either, guy cooking just doing his own thing and making random stuff.

No longer my local because I moved away but I always had excellent service and the food was cheap and tasy!

Been a regular customer for quite some time now. But last 2 orders have been completed disappointing. Ordered 2 whole chicken and they were undercooked. Called to complain and asked for part refund but was told justeat had the money when it was paid by cash. Then they called me again to give them the food without any refund and on questioning their method I was swore on and called names. Today ordered a Wings meal and they charged me £6 for the tiniest wings they could find in guildford and upon informing them I was laughed at and was told it is what it is. I won’t order from them again and won’t suggest anyone given the customer service they provide. Absolutely Pathetic

The best chicken in the Surrey area, I just love it, it is fast food but healthy. I normally order online to have it delivered, the orders are always delivered within the timeframe, the food arrives with the perfect temperature and great packaging. The only thing I have to say is that my last few orders were not accepted, the orders took longer than an hour to be declined and I don’t know why; Also, I few times I have ordered food and I had missing items that were not delivered, I could not even report it, so this is why I am giving 4 stars

Horrible customer service to begin with, followed by gruesome disturbing food heat preservation, broke and scamming methodology to rip off students for additional sauces and extras. I ordered the family menu: consisting of 4 fried chicken pieces + 6 chicken wings +2 fries and drink. They were “polite” enough to switch one of the fries for a piece but I quickly understood why. Aware and concerned from previous similar establishments and their negative feedbacks. Firstly, I asked if the fried chicken had been recently fried. The receptionist replied with a sarcastic offensive tone “No, they have been there since last night… ofc they are freshly fried we have been opened since 12! I barely felt any heat from the main chicken box, I touched one of the pieces to check it’s temperature… almost non existent heat… My theory is that they were probably trying to get rid of the previous fried batch that didn’t sell completely and were too lazy or just lacked the decency to fry a new one for me) I politely complained but the rude staff members focused on the fact that I touched one of the pieces rather than the issue that their food was not fresh and obviously not well preserved after cooking. They could have offered to changed the other none touched pieces but they were too busy being irrational. In general, I strongly do not recommend this establishment to any student or any future consumer in Guildford. It’s the representation of a low class standard and horrible quality chicken shop.

Decent food with generous portions!!

Ordered via just eat to pay with cash then order was cancelled, then called for reason to find out they won’t accept cash!! Replaced and paid by card, for the delivery drive to phone us to meet him at the front door of the block of flats Becouse he wasn’t going to get in the lift and walk up ten stairs, why would I pay £3 for delivery to meet him half way! I believe a delivery should be to the door!

Stumbled across this place whilst roaming looking for something to eat. Working away and staying in hotel. Wow, had the chicken kebab with their chilli sauce along with Peri chicken strips. I used to think a kebab place in Walthamstow was the best. This place topped it.. Staff were friendly as well, so been back for another fine takeaway meal.. My gosh their chilli sauce is tasty.

One of the, if not the best, chicken shop iv ever been to the sf chicken is always delicious 😋 and hot and the grilled 🐔 is to die for, id recommend the hot wings there big and juicy 😋 full of great flavour. hot, medium, or lemon and herb, the staff there are great always friendly and happy to help were they can. The prices there are so reasonable and seem to be the cheapest so all round 5 stars. Great job guys keep up the hard work 💪 👏 👍 👌

Not the best, but it is only a take away kebab shop. I was more concerned with the lack of masks when preparing the food and the guy who prepared my kebab proceeded to lick his finger to pick up a sheet of paper then started to handle my food. Lovely.

I did a order for dinner and I tried a Lamb donner kebab with chips and it was so tasty but they forgot to put the pita bread. Also I tried the chicken dippers and it was tasty too.

Great food, consistent and juicy chicken everytime. Crispy chicken wrap is so good and a regular favourite. Chicken and spicy rice is really good everytime.

Chicken are freshly prepared. Fries are super fresh. Option for dine-in and also for home delivery. Very fast delivery. Usually arrives under 30 minutes.

I ordered from Deliveroo. The food was bad. Rubbery chicken. Flavourless wraps. Only ordered because everywhere else was close for sold out. Won’t bother again. This place needs to upgrade it’s fridge with some flavour. Sorry to be so negative.

I ordered twice from piri bite only, but each time i really enjoyed the food. Today i ordered two burgers and chips for delivery (usually when you order chips for delivery it's cold and not very tasty) i was so surprised food arrived within 25 minutes, chips were hot and still crispy. Burgers were great! Will definitely be back. Thank you !

Ordered lamb doner wrap and chips, turned up within 20 minutes piping hit, portion very generous! Had to take some of the meat and and salad out to eat the wrap but certainly not complaining! Great value for money and very tasty. Friendly moped driver dropped food at door then waited at the gate to make sure I got it.

Appalling customer service, ordered for delivery with sauce and recieved no sauce, the chicken burger tasted like cardboard, and the chips tasted like they had been cooked last week and dipped in warm water. Called the shop to complain and they told me that they couldn't do anything. Never eat here!

Absolutely poor service! Ordered the strips and rice! Strips were atleast two days old (dry, with no flavour at all), the rice and strips were given in a small container, which also contained the sauce. I asked for it to be put on a plate as i was eating in, he said 'the dishwasher was broken" i then asked for it to be in a larger container and he said it will cost 60p extra. I asked for sauce, and he gave the bare minimum. Absolutely shocking service and food hygiene.

Most of chicken donner was burnt and chicken skin, didn't enjoy the taste.

A great family run service with outstandingly tasty piri take out. The chicken and rice is delicious and very well priced. Love visiting.
