Fantastic meal would really recommend everything was on point the only bad thing that happened was the driver knocked on the door at night when I put in the comments please ring me when outside and not really good customer service and didn’t speak at all opened up the bag and there was no drink apart from that everything was superb

Absolutely disaster, I ordered through Uber didn't receive for 2 hours and cancelled after two hours cancelled my order. Shirt joke

This is just to revert my poor just eats review for them. I gave them a one star on just eat because the driver was late and thought I didn't receive food, but it later was delivered to me, but a pizza was missing but I called them and they complied back with that they will deliver the pizza

No stars. I tried this place once and never again. I had 4 pieces of chicken meal and noticed a piece didn't seem cooked properly. Felt ill later that evening and had some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had for several days afterwards.

Overall good value food and open until really late hours only issue is consistency. 1 in 10 meals are good rest is trash with seasoning rushed and low quality.

I normally Don't leave negative feedback I always give another try But this place i would say for both time it's most disgusting food you can find in Sheffield, if you want food poisoning Good luck going here When Munchies Next door to this, why risk your health ?

Food is fine but the service is unbelievably bad, waited up to 50 minutes one night for a simple order. Doesn't have the same charm as the previous place

Ordered last night - donner meat and cheesy chips with garlic bread pizza. Took them over an hour to only deliver the donner meat. Delivery driver said they forgot to do your garlic bread but he came back half an hour later with my garlic bread. It was STONE cold. It had clearly been sat there for a good while. We’ll skip to the best part, I wake up this morning throwing my guts up. All I ate yesterday was their food (minus a bag of crisps and some toast at work in the daytime) so I know it must be down to the food from chinos.

I would not recommend this place at all. The rest of the restaurant unfortunately left much to be desired. The food was subpar, and cold. I wouldn’t serve it to my worst enemy. I asked to speak the manager and he was incredibly rude and very dismissive of my concerns. The way he looked at his female staff made me feel very uncomfortable and they didn’t seem very comfortable either. That being said, the people on the tills were pleasure to speak to and very helpful.

Best sit in place and takeaway in Sheffield wouldn’t even take my dog for a walk down past the wicker takeaway's !!! this place is number one even before this new place. Excellent low prices excellent presentation 💯 food quality ignore the negative comments super new establishment can’t say much more number 1 staff are nice inc the owner came out and asked us if all was ok told him we come from other side of town to this place very good quality…

Disgusting service! Ordered twice with home delivery and both times didn’t get drinks and salads. I called them second time to request my missing parts of order and lady on the phone assured me that the driver would bring them to me. Guess what??? He never showed up… Thieves

It took them an hour and a half to deliver a school canteen style cheesse burger. I don’t think my dog would eat that. After complaint, they were supposed to send another cheese burger with salad as picture on Just Eat. 2 hours later nothing. So I rang again to be told that managers said not to send another one because I was supposed to use options to choose what I want on it. There are no options to choose from on Just Eat. Several of my colleagues checked. They said again that they will send another one. Now I was demanding a full refund as well. 40 minutes later still nothing. I rang again. They put phone down on me and keep sending my phone to voice mail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE! Obviously they think their reviews are not bad enough yet.

Ordered a pizza for collection so that it'd be ready by the time I got to the restaurant or at least didn't have to wait as long. When I got to the restaurant some of the staff didn't understand that I ordered for collection via their website. After figuring it out they told me it'd be just 2 minutes which made me think that the pizza was almost done. No, instead I had to wait another 15 minutes for a pizza that by then I'd ordered 30 minutes ago. They only started making it after I came to collect it. When it was done, no staff told me, I had to walk up to the counter again and only then was given the pizza which was almost cold.

Overall not a bad experience, however there is room for improvement. I’ve seen people on here moaning about the food but my experience of it was relatively good. I ordered the 5 peri rings meal. The chicken had a lovely flavour but I had to eat it with my fingers as they only supply you with a plastic fork, it wasn’t the end of the world however there a wasn’t any hand wash stations So it didn’t feel to sanitary. The chips were pretty disappointing, it would be better if they offered peri flavourings on it similar to Nando’s. Another idea would be to add different spice levels for the chicken. Salad was fine apart from the plastic fork. The staff were very friendly and made the experience a pleasant one. However I did have to ask for napkins as I was only provided with one and had to eat the chicken with my fingers. It would be a lot easier if they left some out and then people could stand up and get them on their own. Overall the vibe of the place was cozy but the music was so overpowering. They were playing cheesy songs from a few years back at very high volume. I don’t mind cheesy songs but maybe turn the volume down a bit. I would recommend checking it out. It could be brilliant and could easily be a competitor to McDonald’s. Nice experience and I would recommend checking it out but there are clearly a few areas they need to improve on.

I'm so fed up with this takeaway. I used to like the food, but they often get the order wrong when ordered online. I've paid for extra toppings on pizza and not got them, but the most annoying thing is receiving a dry kebab. This has happened before, so I send a note that I want salad and sauce. Just received yet ANOTHER dry kebab. Who on earth wants just dry bread and kebab meat? I'll not use them anymore now, and I don't recommend them, unless you love dry kebabs (then you'll probably get one with mountains of salad and sauce) Why have a message for restaurant field if they never read it? Good job I've not got any allergies! Not good if youve got any important dietary requirements.

Just taken over two hours for food to arrive, it was cold and half the order was wrong. When my husband phoned to speak to someone they put the phone down on him, he rang back and they ignored his call. Never going there again. Awful food, awful service!

Ordered two burger meals last night. Came with couple of wedges with the meal. Minimal portions. The worst thing about it is they didn’t give me my drinks with the meal. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered through uber eats , they weren't absolutely nothing , doner pizza comes with no doner in it. Rubbish avoid the place at any cost.

DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered it as a takeaway and they forgot half the order. The portions of the chicken strips and chicken kebab were tiny, and massively overpriced. Delievery was really slow and staff were rude and unresponsinve when I told them about missing items. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Probably the saddest burger I have ever had in my life, the only thing slightly nice about it is the bun. Delivery driver was nice enough but I think the food quality is really bad 👎

Flies around my food my mate had a fly under his cheese on his pizza. My pizza was covered in onions when I only asked for a garlic pizza. Then staff tried to refuse a refund to the point where I had to walk into the kitchen

I ordered a 2 piece of chicken (meant to be £2.50) and a regular chicken kebab (meant to be £4.99,) however I got charged for 2 separate pieces of chicken which works out at £1.99 each resulting in my total being £8.97 rather than the £7.49 it was supposed to be. I know it’s only £1.48 difference but it’s the principle of abusing the fact someone is drunk. Even when I complained “the best thing they could do” was give me an extra piece of chicken. 3 pieces of chicken is meant to cost £3.80 so even then my total costed more than it should have. The food is nice and some workers are lovely but just make sure to keep an eye on your total amount due else they may try to rip you off.

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Half the order was missing and when we rang to tell them they made us wait while they continued to take orders hoping we would put the phone down we didn’t and then when they came back on the phone they just put the phone down. The food was freezing cold, beneath mediocre and an extremely minimal portion with your burger meal you get four wedges. I was really looking forward as it had been revamp and I was severely disappointed with the staff attitude and the food!

I've just ordered a donnor burger and there's no burger just donnor meat 😂 I've never had a donnor burger and they be no burger 🤣 what a joke I don't recommend getting that but everything else was fine just the stupid burger I could have got donnor meat and chips for cheaper and got more of a meal 🤣🤣🤣

Thought I’d give Chino’s a try after the refurb, order a chicken wrap which tasted reasonable. Definitely didn’t taste good enough to warrant the stomach that I had the day after. Wont be returning

The quality-price of the food is totally fair. The service in the place is 10, super kind people, no matter even when is late. We went twice and was our lifesaver for food in the middle of the night

We came here after the pub, it used to be a typical takeaway but has transformed into a lovely fast food restaurant. Looks great & the taste is great! I believe the girl on the till was called Gift, she checked to make sure we were okay when we came in and she was super attentive during the ordering process, she even brought the food over to our table, she is an absolute credit to this restaurant :)

I've been a customer for absolute years, never been anything more than cheap and cheerful and that was fine by me, finish work late pop in and get something decent to eat that didn't cost a lot. Gone in tonight into the new building on the corner and I was very impressed with the shop bright busy cheerful etc but sadly that's where it ends. First I was stood in the que for the lady that was serving totally disregard me and told the people behind me to come forward. When i fid get served it was £11:98 for two burgers and £1:99 for a can of rubicon!. Then I had a half an hour wait for two burgers!!. When I got home with them I didn't have what I'd ordered I had burgers but they weren't right. And neither had salad or sauce on. I'm sorry chinos but I for one won't be back, the service, the food and the wait wasn't worth the price ill be going across the road from now on.

I go for lunch with my family. The food was great at a reasonable price, and they gave us extra drinks. They also provide a kid's meal.

Wish I could put 0 staff are rude and should all get fired whoever the manager is seems like an imbecile don’t order from here if you don’t want the meal exactly as it comes if you want any extra or anything taken off it won’t happen if you order at 11-12pm it’ll most likely arrive at 0245/0315 and they’ll say driver is on way a million times when food is wrong they’ll forget to send the new food out and when it comes it’s wrong again anyway then they argue with you saying they can’t take peppers out as it comes already in the kebab

Absolutely vile service order my food all plain sent it with peppers and onions and sauce, called up and got replacement food sent 3 hours later and that food was also wrong I called them up and the manager argued with me saying we hadn’t sent them the previous food which we did, he said the driver just got back and we didn’t give him our food however the driver was still outside our door as the guy was arguing with me. Rude staff and vile food would not recommend ordering

I was there last night round 2am. Me and my boyfriend were just getting some food after a night out and a random man who didn't order was being creepy and scaring me with how he was starring and acting towards me. Thanks to the staff we were able to get home safe. They asked if we were ok and if we needed police. Luckily we didn't live to far form there so its wasn't a long walk home. One of the staff members walked us out and made sure the man was unable to follow us. Cant thank them enough for the help we where given.

I bought apna style pizza from there and it was really really nice and tasty. Staff is friendly. I recommend this place.

Went twice first time was ok nothing 2 special donner meat looked little anemic but edible. Second time went SFC chicken burger was really good and came with chips all for a fiver so reasonably priced

The chicken and meat Donner is okay but the chicken piece is terrible and the chips are soggy . Everything is not fresh and the sweet chilli sauce is disgusting .

If I could give thos place 0 I would ! Order was totally wrong there idea of a pickle tray is chilli sauce no yogurt, mango or onion salad. They sent a pizza with chips in it instead of the Indian starter's (we found yhis out after the driver had left) and took over 2 hours for delivery. I did try to contact the store to resolve the issue but they just ignored my calls TYPICAL.

All the staff are ignorant, proceeds to put the phone on the counter and ignores it when you ring back. Clearly muppets the lot of them they only get coustom as everyones pissed when they walk back from town, absaloutly discusting arogant staff. If i was you id just hold on untill youve soberd up and place an order at Ts chippy

Ordered 4 burgers received 3 specifically asked for salad and ketchup in the notes for the burgers as they don’t even have the option for ketchup no sauce or salad on any off the burgers the one portion off chips that came were soggy and wet delivery 40 min late when we rang the restaurant up they clearly wasn’t bothered would avoid at all costs waste off money not to mention the food arrived freezing absolutely shocking.

Chicken is no better than okayish. Service and delivery is really bad. They delivery when they feel like delivering. Really annoyed by the fact that I didn’t get any food despite ordering an hour before they closed.

We have enjoyed the food from this eat in & Delivery Reputable Restaurant. In the years We have been afforded the brilliant food, warm efficient totally hard working staff. We have eating beautiful chicken, lightly spiced fried potatoes, charcoal grilled lamb and chicken kebabs, and always been incredibly satisfied and super grateful for this fast food restaurant which only shuts when the last customer has finished eating at their pleasure. The curry's of vegetarian, chicken and beef are so smashing with gigantic portions. As hard as I have tried to muster up something slightly as good, I persistently conclude that Asian women and men craft the best. If however, to feel Italian, the Pizza's are to die for. But then, we are all on borrowed time, so don't delay folks. Hurry to the Tantalising Treats of this restaurant.

I ordered a mixed Kebab - the chicken was full of skin, the salad was wilted - the whole kebab was just second rate. Get the basics right.

What happened, used to be great, where's uncle gone, used to get Saag gosht and tarka dhaal and now it tastes nothing like how it was made for me before. So disappointing 😞

We paid for 2 large chicken kababs lastnight 25 pounds thay came with food did not give it to us drove off to then return in 10 mins to just sit in car saying something to just drive off again wost way i have been tret by a takeaway in my life never ordering from there again you have lost a very long good custamer

I've been ordering from chinos for a good few years now and I honestly can not fault the place , food is always cooked how you ask for it, the pizzas and potato wedges are beaut. The Curry's are also great . Would recommend 👍

Ordered through deliveroo, was waiting for over half an hour outside my flat for the food, eventually rang them as the food was still not delivered almost 40 minutes after it was due to be, they then claimed they had been sat outside my building and rung 8-9 times which they certainly didn’t do as i had been out there waiting since before the app even showed the food to be out for delivery, then proceeded to try and deliver again, charging me an extra £2 when they finally did arrive. When i went to go and eat the food i ordered i discovered that they had sent me the wrong order, containing olives and mushrooms which i can’t eat. Overall a shockingly terrible experience, should have listened to the reviews but i decided to give them a chance, safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again

Absolutely discusted with the food from this place, they said next time I order, ask for more meat for free. Sorry there won't be a next time after that. Don't take much for a takeaway to keep customers but this is not the way.
