fantastic food 6th order of them in last 4 months not one complaint to be had burgers are fantastic

Chips were red hot. The kebab was really nice, big chunks of tender lamb and chicken and plenty of donner, the seekh kebab was tasty too. Thanks guys.

Order took an extra hour than expected, I could have watched a full Harry Potter film in the time it took to arrive, by the time it did arrive I wasn’t even hungry because my greedy belly couldn’t wait that long so I indulged in 2 fudges and a twirl. If it had taken any longer, busted would have wrote a song about it. When the food did arrive though, it was pretty nice. Slightly redeemed yourself but next time I’m gonna order by collection and crawl to the shop in quicker time. Thanks.

Pizza was delicious but too spicy with all the crussed chillies

Food arrived late. Was of poor quality for the amount of money I paid. I ordered a chicken and sweetcorn pizza but it tasted like it had spices on it which wasn’t what I ordered. Regret ordering from them and will not do so in the future.

Originally ordered and delivery time said 30 mins, we waited an hour and 15 minutes and when the delivery driver arrived he claimed that he "had been waiting 10 minutes outside" which was not true as we came to the door immediately after he knocked.

Food was ok but margarita pizza has a spicy sauce on which isn't stated on the menu so couldn't eat it.

I ordered the food at 5 and they arrive at 7.15, I missed the first 15 minutes of the England game cos the driver delivered the wrong persons food, luckily I didn't open it otherwise someone else's order would have messed up, and then when the right order was delivered two things I ordered were missing! Never again, it's not my fault I had a discount on the order, you were the ones who offered it to me in the first place for repeated orders and this is how I get treated as a loyal customer! Disappointed...

Ordered a milkshake for a young child. Didnt send it out with the order. Rang back and they said they’d send it in 20 mins, i was reasonable but now its been 1 hour and they have been ignoring my callls.

I want an refund because they only give me a can of coke when I ordered pepsi and I got beef burger with NO salad which I ordered salad! They didn't separate burger and chips which is unacceptable. Bored and disappointed taste ever cos of lack of salad. I can't believe they forgot to add a salad into beef burger. I also add for salt on chips but they didn't add and they taste a bit bad.

I don't know what's happened to mamas but the food quality and service has declined. I'm a street away and it took forever for two kebabs without the tikka and a tiny portion of salad on each. The donner was super salty too. You've lost a customer.

Onion bhaji was burnt yet soggy at the same time. The pizza was far from satisfying. The pinaple frittas where freezing cold tasted like its been sat out all day, also tastes like the bater wasn't even mixed was really clumpy would not recommend

Great food as always love the fresh nan bred and they put the kebab in tin foil not a try so it doesn't go soggy

We ordered a 16inch pizza and a 12 inch pizza they were both really over cooked to the point of being burnt, they were also not cut equally my brother recommend to order from here but we were disappointed

The pizza was burnt to a crisp and dry which really ruined the meal. There is no way they couldn’t have noticed it was so burnt and dry. They should have cooked it again and not sent inedible food for the money I paid. Disappointed.

Two things missing and one pizza wrong First time ordering and wouldn't now order again

I placed my order at 730 they delivered at 920 and they messed up the order. I ordered a pepperoni for my 2 children and instead of putting extra chillies on my pizza they out it on my kids pizza now they can't eat the pizza because it's too spicy and then they don't answer the phone disgusting never ordering from there again

Great kebabs but 1 fault I always order extra mild sauce at 30p per tub. But they never deliver it with my order ? Hey ho it’s only 30p but come on

The pizza is oily and greasy, the chicken was very spicy even tho it was meant to be normal. The wrap was dreadful, soggy, no salad teasted horrible and bland. Wouldnt recommend.

Nothing wrong with the food but I did order it to be delivered at 10:30 pm they brought it at 9:15pm and for the second time forgot to bring the drink which was ordered. I phoned up and they said they would drop drink off .... they didn’t.

Good value for money kebab house my donner was tasty and clean. The chicken tikka wrap was also tasty. I would buy from here again my daughter also liked the pineapple fritters.

They brung the wrong order, I asked them to send it out again correctly, they said yes! Waited an hour an half to say actually ‘my boss’ won’t allow me to send it out again! I’ve been ordering from here for multiple years and never had service like this, disgusting!

Garlic bread was hard and tasteless, pita bread was hard and stale and chicken was uncooked

The food I ordered last time was good but this time is was awful, I was very disappointed the chicken and other items ordered were dried out and tasted like it had been recooked and hard as anything, the rice was watery the curry sauce didn’t taste like curry sauce but tasted of soup. Dinner ended up going in the bin.

Order was correct but late & cold. Phoned to complain they said would re deliver order. 35 minutes later fresh order arrived. Not cold but not far off. Not impressed at all

We ordered befoer they opened and we got a 5:45 delivery slot. 5:50 we got a text saying food is on it's way 6:15 I phone to chase 6:24 Food delivered. Garlic bread with chess was just a dry cheeesy no garlic taste pizza. Pizza's were dry. Bothe chicken kebabs (1naan, 1 pitta) were not filled very much, all bread, too much sauce not enough meat. I wish I had stayed with our usual ' Bella Pizza ' but we live and we learn. Won't be using these guys again that's for sure. Sorry guys. but late and un-appitising food means no more orders from me.

Firstly i have noticed this since ordering this place has two stars on food hygiene which is is poor and i will definitely be avoiding in the future, this information should be on the front page not hidden in the information section! But anyway this place is an absolute joke every order there's something missing, the last 3 times there's something missing it's like they do it on purpose. Thought i would try one last time and they sent a special mixed kebab minus half the meat they sent a naan with a few pieces of chicken and beef. Time before the garlic bread wad missing, time before no chips, and the half a special kebab had happened before also.

Absolutely love the pizzas they do. Fresh toppings and really cheesy. I just wish pineapple would be a choice in extra topping section. My favourite is chef's special 😍

Absolutely shocking food and service will never order again! The 2 chicken burgers was burnt to a crisp. My children couldn’t even bite through it and I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. How any chef could let food get sent like that is beyond belief. I rang the restaurant and complained and said they’ll refund me still waiting 2 hours later They need shutting down

After waiting over 2 hours and making several calls to ask where my food is... It arrived but even then the order wasn't complete
