Pizzas looked amazing and the dough was proper fresh just a shame the meats didn’t taste of anything.

Great food as always. Tried on the off chance a while back and never looked back. Pizza always turns up fresh and hot. Chips etc are nice and not sweaty like iv had from other takeaways. Worth the money!!!

From someone who has the constitution of an ox! Having been sat here for 24 hours since ordering the food with stomach cramps, least to say Im dissatisfied😒 The garlic bread was hard and burnt.🙁The coleslaw was my concern.😨After taking a mouthful, it had an odd...(sweet taste), like something had been added to it?🤷🏾‍♀️ Then the taste made me smell it, and the cabbage, smelt like it had been in that pot for waaaay too long.🤢 It may as well have been kimchi! Hot wether makes me think it may have not been in the fridge, or in date. The pizza a standard mozzarella, unfortunately it lacked any flavor.😬Communication taking the order was difficult too.🙁It's the frst time I've tried here. Unfortunately won't order again. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Sorry guys.

Ordered a thin crust chicken tikka pizza, chicken and fries via Uber eats......I tracked the driver who took another order to Moston before delivering mine.....Driver was polite and I tipped him a quid as you do.......The pizza was stone cold and bland as f##k.......The fries tasted ok but were cold......The chicken was quite nice tbf and hot........I'd never order from here again which is something I never say about a takeaway

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !! I am absolutely disgusted by this ‘restaurant’. Firstly , they only sent one of our items on delivery . We rang them about this and their customer service was utterly appalling . They told us repeatedly “we sent your order , it isn’t our mistake” . They offered no solution to the problem . The staff on the phone were incredibly rude . And now we’re left having to go out and buy frozen pizzas etc because we have no other option . The one item that arrived was the chicken kebab and chips . After taking one bite , I immediately ran to the bathroom and threw up . I never leave complaints about food but I am absolutely disgraced . This place should be shut down immediately !

Very disappointing the chips were stale they tasted like they had been out for a month. Our cheeseburgers came with no cheese. The chicken was dry. None of the food had any flavour.

Used to be the best pizza going and the kebabs used to be something special. Used to be. Give them chance after chance on the hope it would be good again because it really did used to be delicious and they've let us down every single time. Pizza oven must be broke because it's always cold and the toppings are never cooked properly to the point the cheese isn't even melted in parts and this happens time and again. Feel like a right mug for giving them so many chances to be good again and spending a lot of money because there's 4 of us just to be let down.i will never order from prima again and I know that many people feel the same way.

Food was absolutely horrendous even BBQ sauce didn’t cover the taste of how disgusting it was, food had to be spat out immediately on all items we ordered ( pizza and burger and chicken nuggets ) pizzas was rock hard way over cooked, burger was slimy and squishy and like mush and the chicken nuggets even my cats refused literally had liquid coming out of the chicken ( if you can even call it chicken ) highly recommend everyone avoids this place p.s my order cost just shy of £30

good pizzas but they need English speaking staff that understand a order i have used this place for 18 years and has gone down the pan due to poor communication had 2 orders wrongly made and now couldn't order because they couldn't understand me

Ordered delivery wedges were cold and raw from the middle apparently the manager told the women on the phone that it was ‘impossible’ told use to go down and show them proof. There’s a reason why I ordered delivery I don’t drive they’re very unhelpful people and rude. My family have been ordering from this place for years and they’ve gone down hill. And they’ve charged an extortion price for delivery without telling me the costs.

Very very disappointed recently, both with the service and quality. I had waited near enough 2 hours for chicken and donner kebab and a double cheese burger. One of which was what I had ordered, the other was not and what ever was in the kebab/burger gave me a real bad stomach (wont go into detail). They said that they will make up for it on the next order and that I wouldnt pay for the majority of the next order(in so many words), so I tested what they had said and still ended up paying full whack. I have been going to this place for years. I wont be going back there, that is for sure.

Decided to have a change from our usual (last Friday (23/11) and what a mistake it was. Only ordered 4 things (mega kebab, chips, pizza, side salad) and most were wrong. Firstly the kebab came and was on a pitta instead of large nan, we'd been told it was enough for two but it barely did one. The pizza was edible. Chips? They forgot! Side salad? They forgot! We had to repeat our order 4 times so I was a bit worried there would be something wrong. When phoning back they said we hadnt ordered chips so I queried the bill. Worked out they had charged us £8.50 for the "mega" kebab (£7.50 on Just Eat) but the bill still didnt match up. They then said they had charged us for delivery (free over £12) but would bring the salad back. Hardly worth it but out if spite I asked how long. The guy put the phone down and the salad never materialised. During lockdown our family look forward to a once a week takeaway and this was ruined by the incompetence and poor customer service of PP. It may only be £20 a week we spend but they have now lost a regular customer. In future we'll stick to T-Spoon, good food and care about their customers.

We ordered a garlic margarita with spicy beef and were delivered the pizza attached below! A below average margarita with hard bits of ‘beef’ on the top then sprinkled with herbs that hadn’t even been cooked and came off in your mouth! I at least expected a Garlic butter base not garlic power and oregano and thyme out of a jar sprinkled on the top of a pizza! Highly disappointment and will not be ordering again!

Absolute rubbish the worst pizza i have ever put in the bin ... greasy uncooked toppings was raw like added after the oven ....not even worth the one star..... never again!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ordered the Lasagne. The meat was bad, smelt and tasted raw. Felt sick after I had 1 bite. My sister was sick after she ate the food. Do not recommend ordering from here as the food is also low quality. Everything tasted bad and raw.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 garlic bread with cheese, Donner meat and chips and a portion of chips. 1st delivery attempt no Donner meat and chips. 2nd delivery attempt 1 chips no Donner meat. 3rd delivery attempt donner meat and chips donner meat dry as cardboard told it was fresh? Might of been fresh yesterday. Pizza and garlic bread were fine.

Absolute joke ..they are so bothered about the just eat customers than when u ring at 9.30 pm to place an order ..then ring back at ten past ten ..to be told oh it's on way ..to ringing back at 10.30pm to cancel as up for work at 4.30 am ..i was repeatedly asked was I a just eat customer ..clearly all staff incapable of taking n placing an order over the phone ..also incapable of cancelling as at 11.05 pm they just banged on my door ??. so if you want to wait for an hour and a half for staff that may or may not remember your order then go for it !!

Use prima pizza quite a lot and very pleased with the food and delivery service.. would like to see a reward system for regular customers..i.e. for every 10 pizzas ordered a free one given.. but hey ho still pleased with the service.. 👍

Some days good some days standard. And they earned the 2 stars for ignoring the phone and when i drove up they shut up and got in car 25 minutes earlier than they supposed to meaning wasted journey

I have always thought there pizza are great but I’ve just been to collect a pepperoni pizza and there was one pepperoni on each slice 😡😡😡🤫 I’ll mention it next time

Called in for a pizza nice deep pan 12" ordered plentiful filling very tasty and cooked fresh to order.

Ordered 2 chicken and dinner on Pitts bread... the guy who took my order asked me 7 times and repeated the order 5 times to me... got the food and although receipt says what I ordered they only sent chicken on pitta... it took 50 mins to get here and when I phoned them back to tell them order was wrong they told me I said no chicken!!! Why would I order it and pay for it... and only get chicken kebabs...very very poor service just recently from here. Would not recommend it and don’t think I’ll be ordering again for a long time.... they said would resend my order ... so sat for an hour and 20 mins waiting.... not good

I'd have given it no stars if I could have! Looked like a pile of Muck! The naan wasn't fresh! Also the naan looked like a pre cooked pizza base! I specifically asked for a fresh naan! The Donna meat looked like it had been in the tub all night the salad and chips where... Even worse than they looked and they looked Shite!! Then he had the nerve to charge £0.60p for an extra sauce!! Never again!! Binned the lot!! Disgusting muck !! Also just found out he has the glorious food hygiene rating of one!!! 🤢 Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered last night with family, I didn’t expect the takeaway to arrive 5 minuets later because it was Christmas Day night/Boxing Day early hours. But I certainly didn’t expect to wait two hours, we were all nearly asleep by the time it arrived. The guy phoned us 1 hour in to tell us he had to swap part of the order due to him running out of chicken pieces, we agreed to this as we had already waited an hour. I rang back after a further 30 minuets to ask where the food was, the guy apologised and said it was on the way and would be 5 minuets. 25 minuets later! I had to ring again and was told he was on his way still ( I did think prima pizza was in failsworth not in Peru!) god knows where he had been if it took him 30 minuets to get to chadderton. Any way the food arrived finally, was really cold had to be microwaved and the order was wrong, we ordered a garlic bread and got a chicken pizza instead. Ordinarily I wouldn’t bother about this but the person who ordered it is picky and wouldn’t touch it so there for she had nothing to eat. The guy from prima pizza said next time we call up we can get some free stuff or something like that but to be honest I wouldn’t order again and I wouldn’t recommend either. It was Christmas Day night but we order late takeaway and that time every year from different places and it’s never been as late, cold or wrong.

What a fantastic bunch of people! I wanted a pizza that spelt out best man with meatballs, cheesy I know but nonetheless he helped with this and then said it would cost £13! I was completely gobsmacked as there must have been more than that worth of meatballs on the pizza as I used so many. I insisted in paying more but he objected so I left the extra on the side!! Really happy! Thanks again! Top guys!

Best pizza in Failsworth and surrounding area.

This place is normally great but I ordered a pizza and kebab. The pizza seemed to taste of dough as though. It was too thick and the meat in the kebab didn't smell right so I left it. Not cheap at £11 so bit of a waste. Especially as I had to warm the pizza up in my microwave as it was cold!

My food was 50minutes late It took the driver 20mins to drive up 1 road to my house When he arrived he no understand English My food arrived freezing Well not worth trying I have been ordering for years and this is how they treat loyal customers

Ordered food and yes they were to busy to deliever I couldn't collect coz I had a drink so I wasn't prepared to risk my licence but then I phoned them n told them am only 2 minutes away hung up on me and that was it very rude customer service will not be ordering from them again

2 kebabs a ser entregado a través de comer solo. Llegaron rápido, pero eran un millón de kilómetros de digno de £10 precio. Ninguno de nosotros recibimos lo que pedimos, y cuando nos llamó el chico se negó a aceptar lo que estaba equivocado. Como kebabs ir, estas fueron las peores que he tenido. Failsworth Tandoori es mejor y más barato. Nunca va aquí. Adecuado estafa!

Soy un gran amante de pizza y este lugar hace unas pizzas. Realmente clara masa fresca incluso el Deep pan es ligero (no bastante pesado ). Todas las coberturas sabor agradable y fresco. Los precios son buenos. Mi amigo tiene sus hamburguesas, ella es un poco exigente en lo que se refiere a comida pero ella les da 10/10 .

Fui allí de kebabs, pedí un pollo y donner, caminamos a casa y abrimos el kebab de descubrir no había donner. Me llamó para decir les y el chico que comenzaron a gritar y se estrelló el teléfono! Kebabs en sí no estaba mal, no es genial, pero no está mal. El servicio era pésimo.

Soy muy exigente cuando se trata de pizzas, puedo decir si su fresca o no y este lugar sin duda hace que sus pizzas frescas desde cero. Realmente masa fresca y suave y un montón de ingredientes, sin duda comprar desde aquí de nuevo. Todo mi familia pedimos desde aquí ha sido un grado, no me puedo quejar del lugar :)
