Used this place several times now,over the last few weeks, lovely pizzas, quick delivery, and friendly staff. Grilicious Pizza 🍕

Food took 2 hrs for delivery and was missing chips and drink. Food cold. Said they would come back with chips and drink instead of giving me a refund for them (which I asked for). Guess what, not brought them. This is NOT how to run a business. On food apps they are called "GRILL BOX" so be aware.

No consistency. Food at weekend was great. Tonight was famine Wednesday, tiny piece of lamb, tiny piece of chicken and too much Donner meat. Stop ripping folk off.

Awful... ordered a doner kebab with salad and mild sauce. Originally wanted it on pitta bread, but after being told the price would be £5.50!!!, and that, in there words, 'was small', I opted to pay the extra £1 for it to be on naan bread. The bread came undercooked and tasted raw, the doner meat, was also undercooked and very pale in colour. Personally I prefer this to be darker and have more of a bite and a chew. However, I suppose that is partly down to preference. It was overloaded with salad, that consisted of lettuce and raw onion, and the odd tomato thrown in. It was drowned in sauce, probably to mask the awful taste, but trust me, this didn't work. Was not keen on the eye in appearance overall or smelled very appetising. They also had the cheek to throw in a menu..., as if I would ever go back here. Hard pass I'm afraid, much improvement needed, sorry Grillicious Oldham.

I ordered a mixed grill for delivery, and it was very disappointing. The naan bread was incredibly tough, making it a chore to eat. For nearly £12, the portion of meat was meager, with the seekhs being extremely dry, so dry that even Nivea cream couldn't help. The chicken was thin as biscuits. The overall flavor was bland, with the only taste coming from the burnt sections of the meat. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was told this is their standard, with no apology offered. I strongly advise against ordering from this place if you value your jaw's well-being. The first time ever not being able to finish a kebab....going bed hungry I guess.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusting. Nan bread was over burnt crispy and dry. Chicken was over burnt. Won't be ordering from here again

Lovely kebabs containing real quality meats Had yet another lovely meal from here last night, 11/04/23 and as per usual it was top class, the kebabs from here are out of this world. My compliments to the staff and keep up the good work 👏 Had the special kebab from here again the other day and as usual it was too quality 👏👏

Burnt chicken which was raw in the middle, chips were soggy and raw, donner kebab looked like it had done the shake n vac, coleslaw tub exploded in the bag over the other food. Food left me with bad guts. Worst takeaway food I’ve ever had.

Nice little place. Food was to be expected, needed after a drink. Shame I ordered and two people after me got their food before I did. Only waited for chips and chicken. Would go again if around

I have been using this takeaway for a very long time and during that time have never been disappointed. Food is very good and salad is always fresh . Good value for money and very helpful staff.

I had to leave a star to review. Ordered over 2 hours ago. Rang over 1 hour ago to be told its out with delivery driver!. I didn't order from Leeds. Cannot get through to even get my money back. Will do it through my bank. Definitely won't be ordering from here again

Ordered Keema nachos, special mix kebab and peri chips, the keema nachos came all messed up and was fully burnt!!! Also missing toppings in the nachos, it didn’t even taste good I can make better nachos at home! Kebab mix was disgusting, they call it a stir fry but it just looked like it was dipped in oil and peri sauce tastes disgusting 🤢🤢 DO NOT RECOMMEND 🤮🤮

Must say I was fascinated when I ordered I been going past this place but never went inside or ordered after work so thought il order on the weekend must say was pleased and fresh.

I would leave zero stars if i could, the food is mediocre for the price and to make it worse it's not even close to authentic. When i called up to express that i was disappointed with the food quality and taste the owner was rude and defensive about it. I understand it may have been a busy evening, i get it, but a apology would have been sufficient instead of the gruff and rude response i received as if it was my fault the food was disappointing. Worst service i have experienced. Go anywhere else! Visit here if you want attitude :) clearly the owner doesn't appreciate honesty and confrontation 🤔

The food was very late and when it arrived it was very cold as well as missing toppings. I was very disappointed with the food and when called to discuss, the manager was very rude not saying sorry once. Definitely not ordering again.

I ordered some food from this place I ordered a pizza which arrived after an hour cold. cheese on one side. Half of the pizza burnt very dissapointed. I called to say I was dissatisfied the guy that spoke to me was very rude he advised me if I touched the old pizza he wouldn't make me a new one despite me saying I have kids in the house they need to eat and go bed. They agreed to make me another which came 1hour later cold with missing toppings. I also ordered a chips so I kindly asked will they make me another chips with the second order they were going to.make for me the guy simply said no to me and said if you have a fryer just re cook them he was very rude not proffesional and with no management skills. So an hour later cold pizza missing toppings old chips that went staly waiting for the second pizza. Very dissatisfied it the first time and last time. DO NOT RECOMMEND ESTABLISH FULL OF DISSAPOINTMENT. EVEN THE DRIVER AGREED THAT IT WAS OUT OF ORDER!!!!!!

Order from here regularly, normally it's ok (not brilliant, but OK). Recently had one order take well over two hours as "the slip didn't print out", they didn't even start cooking it until over an hour and a half after it should have been delivered, and only then because we rang, then tonight ordered peri peri chicken breast. Came and it's a chicken quarter not a breast, complete with burnt bits, bones and lots of gristle and swimming in grease. They insisted on coming out to look at it then said that's what it was supposed to be and it was fine! No description on their website but somehow I'm supposed to know that they can't tell the difference between a quarter chicken and a chicken breast. By that time it was cold as well, so a complete waste of time and money and now I've no tea as the cold chips and congealed greasy gristly chicken went, deservedly, straight in the bin. Has been getting worse for a while, more and more mistakes, and they're not willing to sort them out. Order from somewhere else, I will!

If there was an option to have a 0 rating that's what my order would be. I ordered lamb tikka on naan only to have a few pieces of lamb. The naan was not properly cooked and was full of grease. 2 cans of Pepsi was missing. When the take away was contacted they were very unprofessional and hung up the phone when confronted. The only good thing was the salad Food is not worth the money!!!

My Donner kebab was so greasy America wanted to invade. This place doesn't deserve even a one star rating. The naan was not cooked and very dense. The only edible thing that I received was the salad. I also never received my drink. When the take away was called they called me a liar, then hung up.

The only place that I trust for fresh and well done food. Staff very polite and the place is very clean .

Ordered my tea at 6.22pm it arrived at 7.55pm still sat waiting for the missing bits at 8.40. £35 for a cold half tea don't bother. Chips just arrived 9pm bloke on phone says manager not available no refund as most of tea arrived 50 minutes late. Then called me a liar and what did I expect as only 2 drivers like it was my fault. Tea now stone cold, never again🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Wouldn’t even give their food to an animal, absolutely vile. Bit into my wrap and there was raw chicken, did try to leave a review on just eat however they decided not to show my comments. Clearly needs shutting down. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Chicken had blood in it on the tikka kebab. And the other order lamb kebab there was no meat at all just a mayo salad kebab. Shame just eat dont refund. What a shame

Nice flavoured seasoned peri chicken, also there seek kebab is the best great with less oil which is very nice, will be recomending to friends and families.

Fresh hot steaming pizza arrived on time ordered 3 14inch American hot which must say was the best had in Oldham tasty normally you don’t get good food but this place has got to be the best.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered from ubereats and the driver couldn't find us. Called the restraunt who said it's not their problem. They get paid either way so they dont care if the food arrives or not. Suffice to say I told them I wouldn't use them again. They said they dont need me money anyway. So that's that.

Went here to buy a bird. Which jumped out that cage door like a sodding kangaroo and flew round the shop like dumbo at the circus. Chased by a guy with a blanket. Glad I didn't buy a kitten @ £99. grief can buy them on any estate for a fiver

Absolutely rubbish and spent 30 pound and threw it straight in the bin dry and plastic donner disgusted by the smell I recommend no one to order from here took over an hour and wasted our money when we could of easily ordered from anyone else and get the food quicker and cheaper

Ended up in A and E after eating donner naan from here resulting in severe food poisning .. donner tasted like plastic would not recomment no one to experience what i went through

This is not a fake review before any of you think that.So I ordered on Uber eats,waiting time was fine,but when the food came my chicken burger was completely plain idk if you guys do it like that or I got the wrong food but I could hush about eat it.Whith the meals we never even got our drinks only the big bottle of Pepsi and half the things out of the kids meal was missing.Cba ringing them back, just please do something. Black burnt chops, Soggy hash browns,Brown salad,Chicken burger you can knock nails in with, Chicken nuggets resembled a dried out shrivelled date!!!! Disgusting and won't be ordering here again!

Visited this place over the year, keeps getting better the customer service and the management are very friendly the delivery service i must say is perfect always on time for those who haven't tried grilicious try it best of all flavours going.

The mixed grill starter is amazing and so is the chicken stir fry. My partner loves the peri chicken skewers thats all he ever gets he loved them that much. Always friendly staff and food is delivered in a reasonable time. Would recommend definitely!

This is the third time ordering. 3 times iv had the wrong order or an item missing. Not gonna ring up to have it corrected when iv already had to wait an hour. Definitely don't order the chicken steak. Waste of money and chewy. (And they forgot my chips) Won't bother with this place in future.

Ordered from here many times. Food is always fresh. Pizzas are ok but expect it to slide off once in awhile. Kebabs are fantastic but the grilled chicken is excellent.

Had to eat the topping of my pizza with a fork as they had put far to much sauce on the base and when I picked the pizza up the toppings simply slid off, so yeah cheers enjoying my lump of cheese, chillies and chicken tikka!!! 😡

The food never came, when questioned about it they hung up the phone multiple times, they hear the address and end the call. I am horrified at their ignorance. Certainly would not recommend!

Have ordered from here many times over the past year or so. The food is always really good. The meat in the kebabs is fantastic...even the donner meat! The pizza's are average but this place is all about the meat (hence the name Grilicous).They link your address up with your phone number so you are not having to give your postcode, address etc each time you order.
