just ordered some food as we are all hungry and have nothing in, one kebab is freezing cold and they forgot my naan bread!!!!! tried calling and no answer. want a refund and it's unacceptable

Ordered 12” pizza that arrived not full size as it a rectangle and sliced into wedges. Called restaurant and said that is how the order is when selecting the ‘sub’ upgrade despite no clear description which is important for new customers. Was not clear that upgrade meant to pay more for less pizza. Upgrade offered a selection of sauces and only received one small tub of mayonnaise.

Ordered online, no sign of delivery. Waited an extra 20 minutes just in case it was traffic. Ring up, tell them my address and guy tells me what I ordered. Says he'll track down the delivery guy. Comes back several minutes later and says the order didn't come up on their system and did I want it sorting now or a refund. Of course I went for refund....you literally just told me what I ordered so it wasn't even slightly convincing. I won't bother in future.

Chicken tikka that well done that it was inedible. Ordered two kebabs with salad and received no salad

Finishing the night off in Royton after a few drinks we decided to go to Royton pizza for food. We ordered a calzone pizza. And a chilli burger. When we got home opened the burger it didn’t look rite I broke the burger to check it and it was RAW flash cooked to make it look cooked. So customers who’ve had a drink wouldn’t notice and just eat it. Bit of advice. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! YOU WILL BE POISONED.

DANGER TO HEALTH. ESPECIALLY IF YOU DONT CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!!!

Always good food, hot and tasty. However on this occasion the chips to the upgraded calzone were missing. Delivery charge is a rip off tbh. But I'll probably order from here again

Ordered through Uber Eats. Estimated delivery time 40mins. 50mins later my order was cancelled as we’re apparently outside the delivery area. Don’t care whether it’s the shop or Uber at fault. What a joke.

My Pizza was better than expected but not perfect Very good though 👍 Delivery time of 60 mins is a bit too long for me but it is Saturday night Overall - Very Good , Cheers 🍻

orded at 18.30 to get delivered by 19.30 at 19.45 we phoned they said he was on his way, the shop is three mins away, they phoned at 20.00 to say they could not find the address, we had a delivery two day's before delivered, eventually the food turned up the man said his sat nav didn't recognise the postcode and the shop was busy. one hour and forty five minutes from ordering is ridiculous for a wednesday. Very disappointed

ordered 2 lamb chicken and donna kebabs with separate salad and sauce ,food was fewsh hot and tasty and they also read instructions and did everything separate thanks guys really enjoyed it x

Orderd takeaway it was terrible the curley fries was over cooked and rubbery pizza was dry and look old I'm so disappointed never order from there again

Always get food here this time the kebab wasn’t right no lamb on it donner was dry ordered the lamb tikka starter and came chicken no coleslaw on salad

Food was very good. Chicken tikka was a bit burnt but still edible. Would order again in the future.

everything was utter perfection tonight 👌 delivery was early and the driver followed my delivery request 👍 The food...completely amazing! chicken was lovely - with a light, golden coating and donner was sliced perfectly. Flavourful and not too greasy and the salad was crisp and fresh. Absolutely spot on

Absolutely terrible, ordered a cheeseburger and chips it only came with chips no cheeseburger. When I rang to see where my cheeseburger was I was greeted with hostile customer service and they refused to send the cheeseburger to my address.

Used to be a great place but a pizza is by definition the base and toppings yet they decide to suddenly charge you extra for a base... pure greed and will be going elsewhere from now on

Delivery fast, food mediocre, greasy and not particularly warm, and the sauce was missing from the burger. And your pricing is disgusting and false advertising. You say pizza from £7.70 it's not possible to get a pizza for that price because you are charging and extra 1.70 for a base. That's literally part of the pizza not an extra. Ordered from you because the kids all wanted something different and we used to really enjoy it. I won't be ordering again.

I normally only leave reviews after I’ve tried a place a few times, 4th and these guys are spot on one of the best pizzas in Manchester hands down, always fresh and full of flavour. For some reason the 16inch tastes so much better haha. My new go to spot 5 stars all round

The pizza from here is to die for, tastes lovely and always arrives smoking hot! Plus they read and listen to your notes. Had a houseful of hungry kids and I asked for a quick delivery and they dropped off the pizzas in 30 mins, amazing 👏🏽 👌 😊

By far the best pizza place around. It’s always hot and fresh no matter the time of day, staff always hospitable also! Pizza subs are to die for, keep up the great works brothers👍🏻

Driver couldn’t find our house so when he did find us the food was cold. Ordered around 19:20’amd took nearly an hour for the food to arrive. Royton Pizza is a mile from hour house.

The best kebab we’ve had. me and my partner fancied a nice kebab and came across this place, the kebab was tender and delicious and the naan was soft to eat, probably one of the best kebabs we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend.

I have an awqud mother who happened to be at my house while we was ordering . We ordered her a plain burger well she was super impressed it was piping hot so we're the chip not greesy at all really nice amazing value for money too

Service is poor. They lie to you about what food is available then serve the next people In the queue the meal they just told you wasn’t available. Order was wrong, burnt and expensive. When you ask why you were told something wasn’t available but the next people in the queue were served the exact same thing you asked for you get screamed at by the man behind the counter because they’re busy and it’s late How hard can it be to do cheeesy garlic bread

Never order from this place. They say the food is delivered but it's not and when you call them, they leave you hanging on the phone for ages until you hang up. These guys are frauds 😡😡😡

Ok to be fair initial pizza arrived in a state, looks like it was dropped on its side so all the toppings ran off. Showed this to the driver and rang the shop thats the bad bit. This is the good bit, within 20 mins a new pizza was delivered that was bang on and perfect. I work in a different industry ad we make things and sometimes things go wrong. Judge a company by what they do if something goes wrong and how they handle it. Will order from them again and I am a first time customer. Reliable responsible business is my first impression.

The driver was so rude I made sure the he took it back to the restaurant and I called the restaurant they refused to give me a refund and told me just will give refund and hung up the call I’m waiting on my refund just eat

Rip off 9" garlic bread ordered on line. Delivered 6" garlic bread Ordered lamb kebab on pitta. Delivered a very small pitta containing 5 small pieces of hard tough lamb. Basically a pitta with a handful of the smallest pieces of meat. Pitta bread was the main meal. These guys are a rip off. Also charged a flat £5.00, delivery. We live less than half a mile away. Cowboys. I just hope more customers experience this level of delivery service and this lot who rip people off soon disappear. There are other kebab definitely places in Oldham. Please use them and support local business. Not these people. Rip off

Kebab and cheese burger was over cooked

All the food was nice and tasty. The lamb & chicken tikka was very tasty. Not massive portions especially the naan bread mixed kebab. I’ve definitely had bigger from other places. It wasn’t worth the £11 although if bigger it definitely would be worth the money. Could have been warmer. They forgot the 12” garlic bread with cheese & mushrooms. It was delivered around 20-30 mins after…very fresh & delicious. Pleasant & apologetic delivery guy. We would order again. 🤗

Only ordered 2 things, Donner + Chips & Lamb + Chicken on Naan. Took them 1 hour to deliver, food was barely warm, Lamb + Chicken on Naan was burnt & hard to chew meaning straight to the bin. Wasted my money, needs to seriously improve.

The restaurant is located approximately a 5 minute drive away. they stated it was out for delivery and then didn’t arrive for 30 mins after this. The pizza was undercooked and covered in a thick layer of grease.

There wasn’t an option to add salad or sauce so I thought they either provide it separate or at least put on salad on the Laban but they didn’t. It was dry and I couldn’t eat it. There was lots of meat. Curly fries were ok but I was put off. Don’t think I would order from there again.

Thought Id order from somewhere else to support other local business’s on this occasion it says on menu that kebabs come with salad and sauce but no salad or sauce on chicken tikka kebab and the option to add are not there. Portions are so small my usual take away (same order) feeds all 4 of us. But I had to put a frozen pizza in the oven and cook some chips on this occasion to stop bellies rumbling. Won’t order from here again

I was tracking my order on the app so I could see when my order was out for delivery because I didn’t want the driver to wake my wife and daughter. The scheduled delivery time was between 00:00 and 00:20 but the driver turned up at 23:30, despite the app not having confirmed the order was out for delivery. The delivery driver woke my wife and young daughter. Aside from my order turning up 30 minutes early (with the app not updating the status) the food which I ordered was surprisingly cold. I don’t know how this was possible considering I live in close proximity to the shop. I’ve always had good experiences with Royton Pizza before, but this was possibly the poorest experience I have had on Just Eat.

I ordered from this astablishment, I got a medium garlic bread pizza and a donnor kebab. When the food arrived on time which was great, I opened the pizza box to find a burnt garlic bread pizza that was almost charcoal. I opened the kebab to find that it was cold and warm in the odd place. I wouldn't usually mind a cold kebab the day after but when I have payed 15 pounds I would like warm and not burnt food.

Only the second time I have been here Food was not the best, must of been having some issues.. meat tasted very tinny. Chips was okay but soggy.

The pizzas were great! Nice and fresh , but the chips and bottle of Pepsi weren't delivered. The driver said he would drop them off but didn't return.
