Excellent food and friendly staff.

There was no drink with my meal,

I was there on July 3, 2024 for pizza. The tables were dirty and sticky. After drawing attention, the waitress told us to walk around the room and choose a table that wasn't sticky. It was a shame. The pizza was very poorly made. Served on a black tray, the pizza literally swam in oil. Terrible .

Had the Self service pizza deal. Was nothing special. I saw staff cleaning the tables, but there was no hand sanitizer for customers before touching all the serving cutlery and self help ice-cream tongs etc. Won't be going back in a hurry.

the order arrived late bd was totally unedible. thge margarita was over cooked and tasted like cardboard amd the farmhouse was lise rubber and again over cooked. non was eaten . the restaurant have tole me to rasie my complaint with you which is what i am doing now. i think paying almnpost fifty pound for a takeaway is a lot anyway but when you cant even eat it is rediculus.

The extra miles the staff went to make my boys birthday special - service was good as well

I remember when it was £7.99 for all you can eat 😭 Now nearly doubled... Food is still nice The garlic bread pizza was like a rock so wasn't overly impressed with that.

Sorry but if that is usually the food from pizza hut that is a disgrace. £46 for a pizza, three starters, a drink and two cookie dough £6 pound each. Never felt as ripped of as of now having received this cold food. Disgraceful and Pizza hut Elk Mill should be embarrassed as to send this rubbish out. Will be contacting Pizza hut head quarters as to complain about this embarrassment. Do not order from this place rubbish cold food.

Wasn’t one of the best pizza huts I’ve had, pizza was hard in places on the base and it was stone cold as it was a delivery man on a bike!

Absolutely abysmal and extortionate!! It’s cheaper to eat at a restaurant in central manchester and you actually get service rather than ordering on an app! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever so ever. Asked for a lemonade but apparently the refill machine is broken and the bottles on the shelf are for take away/ Deliveroo orders which clearly take presidency on the actual customers!! I haven’t actually eaten my food yet but turned up and the Buffett finished at 3 yet there was an abundance of food left over and 6 people in the restaurant! Asked for a glass of lemonade for my friend’s son as we couldn’t order on the app and were told no! This is sold as a restaurant but there is no service it’s more expensive than dominos and they are more interested in take away orders so what’s the point of having a restaurant! I would suggest avoid at all cases and I will certainly never be entering one of these establishments again.

Food was freezing and it turned up there was only two slices of pizza I’m not not happy about this atall after paying 10 pounds for this plus delivery as well wouldn’t recommend this

My order was crushed to the side of the box after paying £35 for one pizza I expected much better we were so disappointed

Fries were stale and cold, the halloumi fries were cold and also stale. Disgusting absolute waste of money.

Nice enough food, nothing amazing . Ice cream is nice, but the topping are awful to get out of the little shakers. The atmosphere is dead, and the service is ok 👍. Parking is a nightmare outside . It was quite expensive for what it is . I would rate it 5/10

Driver went long way around and then sat in his car outside the house food was cold

I'm actually baffled as the driver complained that he had to drive 8 miles to deliver my food. I had it delivered for a treat for my autistic son and was made to feel wrong for ordering a delivery that I PAID For.

Took order quickly. First time at pizza hut for many years. Resturant was virtually empty but drinks took just under 10 minutes to arrive. (Bottled beer) Went to salad bar but could not eat my salad as no forks. When the order arrived after 20 plus minutes, I was told that cutlery should have been on the table. Flatbread pizza had no flavour to the crust and no seasoning at all on the topping. Staff were stood around talking to each other. Also £9 for 2 330ml of bottles of san miguel. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I came here last night with my partner, I have social anxiety and a lot of the other food places were a bit busy so we went Pizza Hut as it was quiet. Having the qr code scanner to order was the best thing for me even thou I know my partner would have ordered for me. The staff members were very polite and asked us if everything was going alright. The food was nice

My order has not been delivered, I ordered food left a message to be contacted so I can meet the driver at the main entrance to collect my food. He didn’t contact me until he got to the hospital, I rushed out standing in the cold for over 20 mins, I have been in contact with the driver letting him know I’m at the main entrance, there is only one main entrance in Oldham hospital, I have sent him my location twice but to no avail telling me he is at a car park which is not even the one at the main entrance. He didn’t deliver my food.

Once again the delivery driver went to the wrong street and submitted that it was delivered and did not read the notes! Having to look for fry him before our food went missing again! How do we change the pin on our address?

Had a little issue when placing order (our fault) spoke to Nicola at the restaurant and she was super helpful, asset to Pizza Hut! Food arrived pretty quickly, pipping hot and good portions (sometimes can be a bit stingy esp with the fries, but when paying over a £5 for some fried potatoes, you want it to at least be justified) Great job tonight, Pizza Hut dream team was clearly in shift 🤣

Pizza was cold. Cheese cake was warm. Maybe separate them better?

awful is the only word i have to describe my dining experience at this pizza hut. firstly me and my family walk in and we get sat at a table, the staff was extremely morbid and didn’t crack a smile once. the food was dry, tasteless and overall disgusting. not to mention the salad bar the food tastes like it’s been coated in bleach and left for a week. i think i’d have a better dining experience at a funeral.

Staff weren’t very attentive and just directed that we use the app to order .. more than happy to, asked for sauce to be told it’s over there. The restaurant was very quiet and didn’t really seem to be a point in staff being there as they really weren’t doing much ‘service’. Very overpriced and won’t be returning

My pizza was cold and inedible. The cheesecake was fine though.

Both pizza were well over cooked - not enjoyable

My issue is not with the restaurant but with the delivery. He was on a bicycle and took over 30 minutes from collecting the food to delivering, so the food was stone cold when it arrived.

delivered the wrong order , pizza hut apologised and said they would re send the order with a complimentary cheese cake. when the correct order arrived you could tell it had been sat on one side the whole time, food was cold and chips were uncooked. No cheese cake either. Absolutely rubbish.

Prefer a human taking my order its quicker than having to do it on your phone. They only accept card payments. Won't be going again.

Easy walk in quick food great deals and value for money. We also got to pick where we wanted to sit, with me being 8 months pregnant I wanted to be comfy and not in a booth

The pizzas were a culinary delight, with a level of taste and quality that outshone any other Pizza Hut I've visited, including those in London. It's safe to say that Elk Mill's Pizza Hut has set a new standard for pizza perfection. In comparison to London branches, Elk Mill Pizza Hut stands head and shoulders above. The restaurant was not busy, the ordering is all done on apps which takes the human experience out. It felt like a robotic dining experience. The food was served quickly but the salad bar was a bit messy. For the portion sizes the prices was a little too high which puts me off visiting often due to financial restraints.

Really enjoyed my vegan pizza and I’m so happy it’s now delivering to my post code. Delivery driver was super friendly too.

Nice and quiet we was the only customers in store, food was okay, customer service wasn't great as the staff wasn't happy to see us. They wanted an early finish..

Poor…. I just can’t justify how they can charge what they do. No service, it’s an app based restaurant. I may as well have gone in the kitchen and made the food myself. How they can charge £20 for a 9” inch pizza a basket of fries and a small drink I will never know. Never never again And the icing on the cake, was the cheek to ask for a service tip on the bill. They couldn’t wait to get rid of us, they didn’t even feel like they wanted to work there. Sticky tables, the salad bar was horrific. Lettuce was brown, I took one look and decided against. I looked across the way, Nando’s opposite, full to the brim, and yes it’s expensive but it doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not. Won’t ever go to any Pizza Hut again

We know what to expect from a pizza hut visit as the pizza is always a standard at any hut but what stood out is the service offered by our waitress who was always on hand for anything our group needed. I would say that the price is a little high for pizza but that's nothing against this site.

Being seated immediately, able to have salad and drinks whilst we waited.

Greeted with a warm smile and taken to our table. Explained how mobile ordering worked. We went for all you can eat buffet. As we were after two when we got there there were a few pizzas missing I mentioned this to the team member and the manager put a whole selection of pizzas out all fresh amazing service and will be going back. Keep up the good work!

Staff checked in with us regularly that we were okay with accessing the ordering & app; everything was good with our order, however, it wasn't overpowering. A good level of attentiveness.

Ended up walking out! I Have not come to eat out to then order online - while sat inside pizza hut. The staff are there to wait on paying customers. Not stand around doing nothing with an attitude. If I wanted to order online, I would do it from home! The attitude of the lady staff member, was not right at all. She knew we was walking out and says byeee very obnoxiously. Not a very good look.

When I got my order everything was burnt and cold at the same time. The cheese bites were that burnt they were crispy, and the pizza just taste of burnt and all the crust was black. I order from here quiet often and honestly I’m seriously disappointed!! £40 on food I didn’t end up eating!

I submitted a form to just eat and personally spoke to someone from pizza hut. I was told there was something wrong with just eat online service, they didn't say it was going to be delivered. It took over 2 hours

Gave me somebody else's order. Phoned them up but said we had to do it through Just Eat themselves. Awaiting a refund. Absolutely stupid. Missed both pizzas and gave us 1 small pizza and 2 sides we didn't even want.

The staff are extremely helpful. It is always clean and tidy. The salad bar is always restocked.

I'm not sure why they have staff anymore, you order online and if you're having the buffet you serve yourself!

I visited this Pizza Hut with my friends and their kids (5 kids and 3 adults). The food was served quite quick. The staff was friendly and never stopped going around and checking on guests if everything was ok. The place gets busier from 5pm on Saturdays. Parking spaces are available either in front of the restaurant or across the road.

Food and drinks were very nice. The kids loved it. Would go again.

Was a bit disappointed pizza was lovely, but some of the salad was awful. I did tell staff and she took some of it away but still didn't look good.

Food was well over price needed a bit of a clean sticky tables food under the table staff was very helpful. Very quite not sure if that was because of the time we went but it just seemed dead.

When we arrived we were greeted very warmly by the manager. There were only a few people seated so we were offered the chance to sit anywhere within the restaurant. He explained the mobile ordering and said if we needed any help to just give a tram member or himself a shout and he'd be happy to show us. I'd recommend this particular restaurant to anyone. Keep up the good work

Lovely food and lovely service from Rabinak. It's such a pleasure to have her because she is so kind and helpful!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Darcy, we eat out quite often and have never had a server been so nice, Friendly and thoughtful. We were there with our 9 month old twins who share a kids meal and she brought over a spare plate and bowl to split the meal. She came over every so often to ask if we were okay. And when we left we didn’t realise one of the babies had left their socks and she came running out to our car to give it to us. I hope someone at Pizza Hut sees this review and can pass on how good of an employee she is

All good experience, pizza hut prices though at the moment, way higher than expected. However in terms of this branch etc all good.

Had to order through a QR code on the table. It's post covid so that's a daft practice - and here's why...after our mains, our table was cleared promptly. We then sat around for over 20 minutes. No waiter would even look our way to see why we are still there. Eventually had to call someone over to ask why we haven't got our dessert. They said a waiter should have asked if we'd ordered dessert when clearing our table. Staff was apologetic and that's fine but if waiters took people's orders (as is standard practice) then this wouldn't happen! Also, surely there should be a ticket somewhere in the kitchen to say there is a dessert ordered as part of a meal. Ruined the experience.

Me and my Fiancee are at Pizza 🍕 Hut using Meerkats(2-4-1), clean, friendly staff, great service, Great food. We both really enjoyed it and it is 5* from us.

So I'm not the biggest fan of pizza but my son wanted to go for his birthday with 4 friends. To he fair the kids meal was OK but the buffet was awful! The pizza was dried up and tasteless. The pasta... you would not have the nerve to feed to your dog! Come on pizza hut, raise your standards!

We were able to get seated as soon as possible and served right away. The speedy service allowed us to dig into our delicious meal right away!

I've been in England for a year now, and have found the level of service provided by wait staff to be either non-existent or plain unpleadant. Imagine my surprise to find that the best service I've experienced to date came from this Pizza Hut! Staff are welcoming, friendly, attentative, and on the ball. The restaurant was spotless and staff were prompt to clean up after every table departed. A super vibey mood was created by the nostalgic tunes playing - patrons were half dancing while navigating their way through the buffet! The food was super tasty and the buffet was great value for money, but I'll honestly return for the service and atmosphere primarily!

I won't go there again. Food is dumped to you and no one is bothered to ask if everything is OK. Lack of customer service and atmosphere. Felt sick after eating. Definitely not going back again.
