This place is an absolute gem! I had no idea I like deep dish pizza until I tried here.

Service was top tier!! The guys are so lovely and attentive, thank you. We originally wanted take-out but when we arrived we changed our mind and decided to eat in. The Mac and cheese pizza was to die for. I would definitely recommend this place, I would come here again for sure🤤

Not generally a pizza person but I think I've found my style of pizza 🔥 Incredible dough, very fresh ingredients and amazing balance of flavours. The delightful Brummie lad on service was absolutely brilliant from the second we walked in, he's an absolute credit to your business. Thank you for a lovely (rare) evening out. Will definitely return with my pizza loving daughter, although she might request a BBQ base 🙈😂. 5*+

So this place has been popping up on my insta for ages so we decided to drive over on a Monday night. All good so far checked online it said open until 8pm I put in the postcode and Google maps said open until 8pm. We arrived at 6:30 to the shutters down 😱😭😭😭. I had been bragging at work about smashing the pepperoni slab, had to drive into Manchester for a regular pie.. Will ring and book next time.

Popped in today after seeing a post about the food on instagram. Extremely glad we did. Food was amazing! Service was fantastic! Price was right for the quality of the food would defo recommend 100% will be back again. Can eat in or takeaway.

We drove from Manchester town centre, took us 25 mins to get there and It was absolutely worth it, everything about it is brilliant- people, place, pizza, price. I cant recommend more. The guy (likely the owner and manager and server) was just so nice and easy going, but very considerate and polite. A really cosy and trendy ambiance with pizza that was full of flavour. Its like microtastography performed by your teeth starting from the toppings through the cheese down to the crunchy crust. We ordered half and half, salt and pepper chicken+ meat feast and it was just so bloody tasty with actual sight of reasonable quantity of meat toppings, but it was the actual dough that did the trick for us. I’d say, try it asap. Its gona be a taste and place to remember for you, worth being heart-ed on the map 👍🏻

Absolutely AMAZING food. So nice and the service was amazing. The chicken poppets were unreal. The person who served us was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back. Not too busy and not a long wait for food!! Nice little find 😊

Absolutely the best pizza in Manchester and the best Detroit style pizza I've ever had! Had the Red Top and the M**t F**st, and they were both amazing. Can't wait to try all the other flavours. And the chilli honey sauce is 🔥...an absolute must to accompany the already tasty slices. I will be back to try every single pizza on the menu. Oh and the parmesan waffle fries and the Malteser cookies were also delicious. 10/10 🙌🏾

Our recent visit to The Corner Slice in Failsworth turned into an unexpected treasure trove of culinary delights, solidifying its status as our new favourite pizza haven. With a menu that tantalizes the taste buds, we embarked on a gastronomic journey that led us to order four pizzas to share among us. Despite our hearty appetites, the generous portions meant we happily took two pizzas worth of leftovers home. The standout star of our meal was The Red Wing, a masterful blend of sweet and spicy pepperoni that danced on our palates, closely followed by the special Hoi Sin Duck pizza, which unanimously won everyone's vote. The rich, flavorful layers of Hoi Sin sauce paired with tender duck created a symphony of flavours we couldn't get enough of. Not to be overshadowed, The Don and the Meat Feast were both hits in their own rights, each bringing robust and hearty flavours to the table. In an effort to balance our meal, we also opted for the Lazy Life Salad and Parmesan Waffle Fries, which were the perfect accompaniments to our pizza feast. The salad was fresh and vibrant, while the fries were a decadent treat that we couldn't resist. The ambience of The Corner Slice added to the overall experience, with lit candles on all tables and fairy lights twinkling in the window, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Despite being the only patrons inside shortly after opening, the place buzzed with activity from a steady stream of Just Eat and Deliveroo drivers, as well as the occasional customer popping in to collect orders. Our meal concluded on a high note with 4 Cadbury's Mini Egg Cookies, lovingly handmade by the local bakery Piccadilly Bakes. Taking them home, we warmed them up and topped each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, resulting in a dessert that was nothing short of perfection. The staff at The Corner Slice were incredibly friendly, enhancing our dining experience with their warmth and hospitality. It's clear that this gem in Failsworth is not just about great food, but also about creating a memorable experience for every customer who walks through their doors. We're already looking forward to our next visit, ready to explore more of their delicious offerings.

Hands down, one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Unlike standard pizzas, the deep dish base adds so much and the new menu is great. ‘Sunrise’ is a particular favourite.

Had read about Cornerslice before visiting Manchester and made the short trip from the city centre to give it a try. This is the best Detroit style I've had in England, and better than most in the US as well. The menu is great and varied, the staff knowledgeable and really friendly, and crucially the pizza was fantastic. The base perfectly cooked - airy, crispy and not too dense and filling. The toppings were premium and varied in their options. This place deserves every success and is one you should absolutely visit if you like pizza.

This place & Ramona started my love for Detroit pizzas and chilli honey. One of the first places on my list when come back to Manchester.

Absolutely outstanding, a food oasis in a suburb of Manchester that’s worth going out of your way to try. You won’t find a better deep base pizza anywhere in the vicinity. Mega!

Wanted to try Detroit style pizza for a long time, so I had to visit this place. The staff is really friendly the place looks good and if you are lucky you can parking outside. The pizza's /pies are delicious and definitely enough for two people as they are very filling. I will definitely keep coming back.

I came with my niece, the staff were very friendly, they went through the menu with us, the pizza was really tasty, we couldn’t eat it all, they boxed it up for us and we took it home, great price too, we will definitely come back

My husband and I are from Detroit, but now live in the UK. We were up visiting Manchester for the weekend and decided to test Corner Slice out for our *very* picky Detroit style pizza taste. I could not believe how close they got it to the real thing — the pizza was better than some in Michigan. They have the technique down. The best pizza I’ve had in the UK so far.

We stumbled across corner slice on Instagram recently and drove from Stockport to Failsworth to try out this well reviewed Pizza shop! Honestly, upon entering we were greeted with a lovely welcome & advised which pizza from our request would be recommended. We ordered 2 pizzas, having been told we would only need 1 between us! Soo right! These pizzas are not only the best pizzas we have eaten out but they are so filling! That so that having drove to Failsworth at 3pm...we are still eating Pizza at 11pm in Stockport! Both pizzas looked amazing and the flavours..wow! Each bite gave another flavour. We are hooked and will most definitely be back again. For the amount of ingredients and taste packed into these pizzas they are amazing value . The customer service was outstanding. So relaxed, yet exceptionally helpful & welcoming. We cannot find any fault, all praise and wish you the best of luck opening your Second venue in Manchester. We will see you again to try out the rest of your fab menu! Funky place, friendly staff, chilled and relaxed vibe. Interesting style of pizza, nice flavours and thick, fluffy deep dish. Crispy cheese edges were the best part.

Ordered for delivery. Arrived hot, fresh and on time. I had the vegan cauliflower, absolutely delish. My mate had the iron borne, seemed very happy. Word of warning though one pizza is a heavy lunch 😅

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Honestly can’t find fault with this place! Opening a City Centre kitchen has made it even more accessible and I am over the moon. Fresh ingredients, amazing flavours and even better service. You can’t go wrong with a single thing on the menu, you’re missing it if you haven’t tried it already.
