The food was disgusting didn’t feel like it was cooked properly and also ever since I ate the pizza I’ve had a really bad stomach ache. Do not recommend

Website Shows Bombay spice is a vegetarian pizza. I received the one with chicken. It's clear deception, misleading and fraudulent selling.

Order a hawaiana pizza and barbecue chicken wings I live 2 minutes away to the shop, he make the mistake give my chicken wings to someone else or didn’t understood my order I asked him shall I wait or came back for it he said wait. 5 minutes late he give me plain chicken wings no well cook ( I didn’t check in the shop because I said he can’t be wrong this time) I opened at home ready to eat plain, no well cooked so I took it back to the shop, he didn’t apologise, Instead he asked me to paid for the barbecue, wich I don't mind. But the fact that he makes the mistake made go to the shop 3 times an I already paid because I asked for barbecue wings since the beginning. My result I was very unhappy and ungryly with he poor customer services I left the chicken wins already paid. Results I'm not caming back to them ever

Pizza was ok but customer service is atrocious. Ordered extra dips which were missing from the order. Rang the branch to chase them and well and truly got the runaround. Staff gave fake names, one claimed to be a manager but didn’t know any other staff members names. Promised to “try” to deliver the dips then claimed he didn’t know how to send an email when I asked for that in writing.

I ordered , waited for the order 1h, then called to see why it was not coming, and they said that they didn't receive the order. Then , proceed to not refund me the money or send me the food..... I will never order from them again...£33+ lost 😤

I rang up with a simple query, the person who answered was so rude, and cut off the call twice, im now sat wondering if i’ll be eating tonight or not. Joke really xo

Stop the greed!!! We’ve paid for 6 extra topping over two pizzas and I had 15 sweetcorn’s, minus mushroom, minus sausage that we’ve ordered! An absolute joke! Give us our money back as this is the 3rd time in a row this happened!

I’m ordering papa johns almost 5 years from this branch. I ordered yesterday night, the horrible customer experience, they made normal garlic pizza stick instead four cheeses. When I called them to change the order, the manager or the franchise owner was very rude and hung up the phone. So only order if you are ready to face the worst customer service.

I placed an order on the app, it kept timing out and to my frustration I called Sidcup branch to find out why ordering on app does not work, he then replied we have your order I was surprised, and confirmed my order, I then checked my email and recieved 4 different order numbers and checked my transactions and been charged £47.35 x4 resulting ne paying £189.40, I called again to be told that they can't help and should call customer service, I then asked to speak to a manager when Nathan said its been refunded a total lie as I been told by another manager its impossible... I then called customer service today to be told I need to fill in a form online, why is the process so hard to get my refund like what's wrong with you and your service l, why should customers be more inconvenience as it is??? In this day and age service should be a whole lot easier. Well I'm still waiting for a response anyway and I'm due a refund of £142.05, like it's an easy fix who orders 4 exact ordered one after another??? So far the worse service I've ever had.

Tracked my food on the website, said it had been delivered but no food. Rang them they said the driver will be there in a min. Half hour later food turned up cold and not even edible. Stay well away unless you like wasting your money.

Delivery times always late. Track your order is always wrong. The pizza wasn’t made properly. Very doughy crust inedible. Cold aswell. Wouldn’t recommend

Worst customer service ever, the staff kept lying about my order, ordered on Saturday and received on Sunday after 1pm after cancelling the order in the morning, refuse to provide any sort of help or normal customer service, in the end was about to go into to the store as the staff member was very brave over the phone, luckily managed to calm down. Worst Papa John's store ever!!!!

Ordered a half and half pizza, you guys got the order wrong yet again. We ended up with a lge mixed meat pizza. Chicken wings were good and so was the garlic bread. I would of called to complain but it was a Big London derby football match , am pleased to say that our team won. We ordered pizza and give them exact time for delivery. The order came late and completely cold. I called several times after the time I mentioned in my order, the guy kept playing with me, The driver left, it is on his way, there is traffic light. No apologise and no respect to the customer.

I ordered a pizza at 4pm to be delivered by 4.45 it's over and hour late 😡 have phoned twice once to be told it was all ready delivered and then to say that the driver was still doing 2 delivery before mine and would be 5 minutes, would of cancelled it but it's my child birthday and this is what they wanted.

Got a delivery from here one night, got a deal buying 1 pizza and get one free. Had the meat feast and veggie pizza, both were ok, nothing to write home about

This place has gone down! Awful pizza! Cold, burnt and took 1.5hr when they are only about 10mins away from me!! Worst Papa Johns forever! What’s worse is that they kept lying to me saying the driver is left/is leaving - couldn’t even get their story right! I would give zero stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a vegan pizza that came with meat on plus they forgot to bring the ice cream we ordered as well. They offered to replace the pizza but the replacement pizza we got was wrong as well! When I had to ring up again they were so rude and tried to get me to read out my phone number so they could block me and didn’t even try to resolve the issue. I would avoid this Papa John’s like the plague.

Ordered pizza yesterday Saturday afternoon. Great quality pizza and amazing hospitality. Enjoyed pizza stick and large chicken pizza. Would love to visit again. Love papa johns and once again 5 stars for very friendly staffs working there.

Have ordered many times and some OK some had problems but today was the worse. Ordered pizza, took over an hour so called and was told will be there any minute as driver already on way. 15 mins later it arrived cold. When told the driver it was cold he just said yeah we are busy. Soo upset and angry. Tried calling but couldn't get through. Will not be ordering from here again 😒

Do NOT order from Papa Johns Sidcup. Worst pizza with the worst manager on site. Rude and not willing to listen a thing us as customers have to say, instead he shouts at you on the phone. Pizza tastes like rubber. Ridiculous. Absolutely horrified by the experience of the manager.

We order Takeaway delivery from Papa Johns in Sidcup for dinner every fortnight. Pizza is always perfect, always hot and always on time. We’ve never been disappointed, always find a great offer to suit our family and excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you to the Papa Johns staff, from one pregnant happy customer who’s pepperoni craving is now sated!

I've ordered from this branch many time. The pizza is always hot, always has all I've ordered and I'm never waiting longer than an hour. Driver's always friendly and kind. So I'll leave 5 stars cause in my opinion they deserve it

Pizza quality amazing not greasy like other pizza shops. Ordered over phone and staff were really helpful giving me the right deal. Quick delivery time and really polite delivery driver. Overall great takeaway pizza would recommend to others.

Used to be superb, now shocking!! Service, quality and ingredients, certainly my last delivery from this place. Tracker says they’ve delivered on time then turned up 50minutes late cold.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered pizza for lunchtime in plenty of time. 20 minutes after pizza should have arrived they called to say it will be another 20 plus minutes. Lunch would be over. Why promise a time if you can’t fulfill it??? My advice....... use somewhere else.

I recently ordered two pizzas from Papa John's and I found it absolutely appalling to find some hair in both of my pizzas . I immediately lost my appetite and tried to complain however they told me that we should have brought it before.This is not the response I was looking for what I was looking for was for improvement. I completely decided that I would not order again from Papa John's Sidcup however I hope that they will improve this and check before giving the pizza. The Person who answered my complain also got uncoverd hair and long beard which was not covered however they were still cooking the pizza.

The best Papa John's franchise I've ever known. They actually come close to looking like the marketing images in terms of the amount of toppings you get. Other stores are terrible with the amount of toppings, especially the Welling store. This one is top quality, and I've ordered at least twice a month for last 2 years, don't remember ever an issue with quality.

This particular branch is awful. We have ordered from Papa Johns mulitple times from other branches and had no issues, and also from this branch in the past. Recently it seems Sidcup have had new management / staff reshuffle. We have spoken to one member of staff in particular multiple times and have had serious problems with his attitude; it also appears he has difficulty understanding basic English (no disrespect meant whatsoever, just a mere observation). He not only has difficulty understanding English but also becomes annoyed and rude when he cannot understand simple questions he is asked (including “is my pizza going to be delivered or not?”), raising his voice and even putting the phone down! We were told our order was going to be refunded on one occasion, but this never materialised. I strongly suggest that if someone is going to deal with customer service, they should not only have sufficient language skills, but it is imperative that they are well-mannered. It has left a sour taste in our mouth in all the years we have been ordering from this branch, that in recent weeks, on multiple occasions, we have been shouted at when simply querying the status of our order.

It's a shame the only real choice you've got for takeout Pizza in Sidcup is this and Dominos and a couple of other really basic places. Both grossly overpriced, both mediocre big chain-style pizzas. This is the last time i'm ordering from here. Past few times have been wildly disappointing. I honestly think they just don't know how to cook a proper pizza, and to add to that I'm almost certain they've been told to cut costs by skimping on the toppings, which is frankly ridiculous considering how much they charge for them. The pizzas we got today barely had a tomato sauce base. My wife ordered herself a chicken/bacon/onion tomato. There were literally 3 bits of tomato on the entire pizza, she was lucky if she got a minuscule piece of chicken on a slice. I ordered a double pepperoni, a DOUBLE pepperoni, and i was lucky if I even got one piece of pepperoni on a slice - most of them had nothing on them. Absolute joke of a place.

Gettings worse. I stopped ordering from here a while ago because the quality was dropping. I gave it another go recently and the food wasn't even cooked properly. We ordered for a set time and it was delayed. The driver apologised saying they had a lack of drivers. Ok not his fault. When we got the food inside it was tepid and was not cooked properly at all. Cheese was unmelted and the pizza base was like warm bread. It was stuffed crust and the cheese in the edge was solid and not even warm. Very disappointing and the same as last time we had from the same store a while back. That was the last chance they had. Won't be ordering from there again, there are loads of pizza places around so we are spoiled for choice. Shame as I used to like Papa John's Pizzas but they've got a serious quality control issue.

Food is great and the staff are really nice. Delivery is very good too.

Usually very prompt but sometimes the website/app will say it's delivered when it could be another 20 mins away. I don't care that it's another 20 mins away, don't say it's been delivered because you need to fulfil some target.

Pizza isn't that nice, but for the cheap pricing I suppose you get what you pay for.
