Easily the best pizza in welling, and great value for money if you go and pick up. Save £7 on a 15inch . Have tried many and they are all good

Ordered 2 .15 inch bbq base stuffed crust with cheese hot dog the other one with just cheese so sent me two with cheese hotdog rang them up just to make out they carnt hear me after listening to me I was passed around from worker to worker they haven't sorted me new pizza the one I rang u for ...just to mugged off with can't hear u on phone knowing the could worst shop ever welling

Our favourite pizza place in welling. It always tastes great and the staff is really kind and friendly . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update June 2024: I'm really surprised to read the bad reviews here. I've been there like 6 times in the last half year and never had an issue. To be honest I always do collection in the store and wait so the pizza is always warm and never got the wrong order.

Placed an order for a standard base pizza from Welling branch. I have ordered standard base for years from GOGO Pizza. The Pizza arrived cleary as a thin base. It could not have been any thinner 5mm!!...When I called the branch, all that I was advised is that they will pick it up , and deliver another one, which would be the same !!! As they stated the first one delivered was standard base ?...when I said I will send them a picture, and if they are stating that the one sent out was standard (which was 5mm) , then if I did order a thin ...what would it be...2mm!!!. Clearly no accountability of their manufacturing and preperation of the dough.. Shoved off, as its an online order from the branch so no compensation !!!!...shocking service from the branch call handler , no customer service or resolution skills...just take it or leave it...not much choice at 11pm at night!!

Great tasting pizza, shame about the service. They got the pizza wrong despite the order clearly mentioning no jalapeños/ chillies and other things instead. Called them to get it rectified and he expected me to wait 40 - 60 mins for the driver to collect the pizzas uneaten, and then wait upto 60 mins more for corrected pizzas. Would not accept pictures proving this(picture attached). Avoid this branch as they have poor customer service.

Rather disappointing tbh, at least is better than when I ate at their gravesend branch 4 years ago but the dough on the garlic pizza tasted sweet which makes it worse, the 3 is for the pizza and that’s it!

Nice place to have pizza of your choice as you can choose your own toppings out of the menu too.

The pizza double cheese double peperoni does not have double anything... it's plain cheese, with 1 or 2 slices of peperoni each slice... really guys... adding more toppings to your pizza won't do any harm to you. it will only get clients more satisfied.

DON’T ORDER IF YOU ARE HUNGRY! YOU WON’T GET YOUR PIZZA! I ordered a few times from this store and last time when I ordered I had to wait 2 hours and a half as I called them few times to ask what happened to my order and every time they was giving me same excuse “the delivery man is doing delivery at the moment and mine one will be the next” but this next took nearly 3 hours. Finally, at 12.30am I received my order. Today, I have decided to give them one more chance and I have taken the risk to order again, but…Guess what happened… Of course, this time I have cancelled it. The same… So, I definitely don’t recommend ordering from this store if you are hungry.

We went to buy some pizza, potato wedges and fried wings directly from the shop in Welling , the service was awkward, probably high out of their minds , took me a good 10 minutes to place my order because it felt like they were zoning out , at the end , they gave us only two boxes where as we orders three items and I asked if the wings are there with the potato wedges and they guaranteed me they are , to my surprise when i got home they weren't there so I think they left them out on purpose , wouldn't recommend this place!!!

SCAMED ME OT OF MONEY NEVER USED THESE PLACE always enjoyed pizza gogo when I lived in lewisham, however since moving this store become my closest and appears to be poorly run. first time being a 2 hour wait, and I've just had to cancel an order right now because according to the staff I phoned the driver has been out delivery for over 30mins. Since this I had to phone back 5 times as they are refusing to give a refund. SCAMMERS

1 hour delivery time is unacceptable. The most important however is the food and it is very poor. Bad quality bad experience would never use again.

Just ordered from pizza gogo today, I noticed that they have lost their standards. First of the food were cold, wings are very small and all the cookies I ordered are all burnt. I don't think I would want to order from them again, this will be my last order ever.

We really love Pizza GoGo but last 3 times of ordering, delivery has been over an hour late. Currently waiting for our order over an hour and half! Lesson learned, will have stop using them :(

Terrible service. Made an order at 6:57pm, called at 7:57 to get an update ‘it’s gonna be late, it’s being cooked now’ is the rude and abrupt answer I got, no apology. Was told it would be another 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I called again and was met with more rude vague answers, couldn’t tell me how long it would be. It eventually turned up 2 hours after the order was placed, food was cold and didn’t taste great.

Totally useless, it's Friday afternoon and it's been an hour and still not arrived. Phoned the shop and he said I have your order it hasn't been dispatched yet. What a joke of a company!... Save your money and buy from somewhere else

I buy the pizza pick up deal £7.99 for extra large. Always excellent feeds 2 easily.

It was Saturday afternoon to be fair, but my special pizza lunch with my sweet young daughter was almost entirely ruined by the fact that it took over an hour to be delivered. Driver said it was traffic but I live about a one minute drive from the store! Pizza was barely warm and thus quite hard and unpleasant. Still tipped the driver a fiver because I'm a top geezer, hahaha and Covid has made it hard for them to get tips. Splash a few quid, people! These people have families. Total cost of meal: £26, I will be using Domino's next time.

Missing food, gressy, rude people on the phone

Burnt, Tasteless pizza, curly fries smelt like dirty oil and sauces a week out of date, August expiry date! Will not order again. 2 stars for delivery and the other one for delivering what was ordered.

My order was damaged so I called the restaurant and said what happened. Someone who picked up was shouting to me that I'm lying and how small pizza can be demeged that was ridiculous honestly very rude staff and very unprofessional I'm working restaurant by myself and doesn't matter if its take away or not I just can't imagine talking to customer like that! Try this first time and never again !

Terrible experience, if I could rate 0 Star I would, food and assistance terrible also the delivery driver hit my vehicle and then they all pursued to approach me aggressively, never ever will I go here again!!!!

Not happy with how long the wait was... Rang at 7.30 told me 45 minutes wait come to 8.30 still hasn't come rang again they said another15 minutes... No show and we rang and rang and rang no answer to cancelle the order and finally turned up at 9 o clock its a joke..... Not happy

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I have been waiting for two hours and still no food! I have called constantly and the one time the phone was answered I was told that my order was just leaving, that was 45 minutes ago! They dont pick up the phone!!! If I could give less than one star I would! UPDATE..... it’s now 2 hours 39 minutes and I’m still waiting, I just got through to be told my order is just leaving AGAIN! When I pointed out the mistake the guy backtracked and said that it’s left not leaving! Apparently because of the snow the driver can only drive at 5 miles per hour hmmmmm really? I told them not to bother now as it’s nearly 11pm at night and I would like a refund, to which he replied it’s on it’s way and to contact customer services! I am furious!

Tasteless pizza. Put in bbq sauce instead of tomato sauce.... never in my life have I had that mistake. Wouldn’t give me refund or replacement! Rubbish service!

Nos comprar pizza de esta tienda en ocasiones y normalmente es bien y normalmente recomendaría. Esta noche pedimos una pizza para colección, llegamos a la tienda y a su debido tiempo antes de la pizza dada nuestra. Cuando llegamos a casa estaba seco y templado y realmente no creo que alguien agradable, que no recogerá una pizza antes y así se pasó a nosotros, no comer y muy decepcionado. Tenía cuatro horas de viaje en tren y así no le apetece cocinar, que era la razón por la que pedimos, no debería haber molestado.

Awful pizza. Really oily, tasteless and lacking in toppings. The few ingredients that were on the pizza were obviously the cheapest quality possible. The amount of oil that had soaked through onto the base of the box was disgusting. At least the delivery was on time, although in hindsight, I'd have preferred it if it never arrived!

Really enjoy it and so far I'd say the best in the area. Good taste, quick delivery and (using their deals) the value for money is great too. The only warning is that the stuffed crust is so cheesy it gives you nightmares - awesome!
