Domino's Pizza in Bexley

Order never arrived and they won’t pick up the phone as per other reviewers. Won’t order her again, they need their franchise taken away

Ordered five large pizzas. One was the Hot and Spicy. This was almost bare, no sign at all of any beef, no tomato sauce, no cheese, not spicy at all. It was basically a pizza base with a few bits of red onion and a bit of jalapeno. The other pizzas in the order was acceptable, nothing special but they were eaten. Was told by family they always order from Darford branch and it is great. Will not be returning to order again.

Shocking customer service, they really do not care about customers here. Order came an hour late, food cold and inedible. When you call them back they will let it ring for a while, hang up but if you stay persistent they will eventually answer and give you a lot of attitude. Seriously? Was promised a coupon for a meal off and never received anything. Honestly a really bad dominos branch and I order a lot. Do not order from here, best to order from the Thamesmead branch as there are never any issues with them and they deliver within 20 mins! Usually also much more friendly.

I placed an order for a veggie supreme at this Domino's location in Welling and discovered a hair strand in my pizza. I called the location to report the problem and they offered to give me a free pizza as compensation, which I obviously accepted as this was their fault. But even though it was their fault for making such an unhygeinic mistake, all I asked for was a complimentary dip alongside my free pizza as a kind gesture of good customer service. I will never order from that branch again because of their terrible customer service, and even though it was their fault, they insisted that I pay an additional 50p! Now see why they have such bad reviews! I will never be ordering from here again! Now see why they have such bad reviews! This wasn’t just only about the dip i’m reviewing this over the terrible customer service aswell and I will be complaining about this to the Dominos head office as well!

Avoid at all costs. Cancelled my order haven't been refunded. Thanks to the little manager there

Never again overpriced pizza came overdone just rubbish and it was my son birthday party AVOID GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Offer was for any size pizza for £6.99 which could only be ordered via the app for collection. However, total came to nearly £9 asked in store and all they kept on saying is they don't know why it does that. They offered no assistance or resolution. Well if they don't know how are the customers supposed to know. Terrible customer service!

They forgot my chicken strips, when i rang the lady said they will deliver them. Within 10 mins they had.. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Rude staff I ordered a pizza for delivery Wrong pizza got delivered I called to complain and wouldn’t help so I took it to store and they laughed at me and told me it was correct. I WOULD NOT GO OUT OF MY WAY TO TAKE A CORRECT PIZZA BACK. RUDE IGNORANT STAFF NOT EVEN OFFERED A REFUND

To be honest I used to work in domino’s not this one in particular but our motto is always washing hands and great communication skills and making our customers feel welcome but….. when I went into domino’s welling I was brushed off my pizza was rushed very disappointed pizza tasted like a pizza but just very rush not good at communicating

I tried Chicken cheese pizza here ,is very delicious and hygiene.I suggest to try Cookies and Garlic bread aslo which are very good in taste

This Domino’s is crap They are not there to be help full We wanted to order several pizzas all half and half as everyone wanted something different The girl on the phone was quite rude as I said that it’s ridiculous that they don’t do half and half no more and she said no you just buy all small pizzas This place is only out for making money snd don’t care about the public it should be happy to serve. Please call the Sidcup dominions the girl on the phone was really helpful and they still do half and half The pizzas and all the food was better than we have ever had from welling The welling store we have found to be crap on previous times as well Will just go straight to Sidcup store every time from now on

Took ages to come was freezing cold and had a slug slivering all over my pizza. Could see wet marks over the box where it had gone all over the pizza and box

Half price everything on collection, happy days! Watch out for the deal wizard online, it doesn't always pick the cheapest combination for you. Saved about £7 doing it myself.

Placed an order tonight, prompt delivery and person who delivered was lovely and polite. Released that I had forgotten to get my bottle of drink from him, and he left. An easy mistake for both of us to make. Called the shop and they said they would send it straight away. Second driver arrived with the drink, again very friendly, also apologised for the error. Very pleased with service and staff.

I ordered a large meat pizza with chicken wings. Great value and the pizza was the best I have ever had! The only thing is the BBQ wings could have come in a sauce instead it was s bit dry!!

Pizza from here used to be good but over the past 6m the quality has deteriorated. Texas BBQ with little chicken and too much pepper and no sauce, pepperoni passion not much pepperoni and too much cheese. Add to that delivered cold. Sort it out Dominos, it not like you’re cheap!!!!

Orderd my pizza over the phone, Called back same number after an hour to find out where my order was, to be told by the manager “ there was no phone order I must have ordered it online” after several failed attempts of trying to get him to understand what I was saying I asked to speak to someone else! Thankfully the guy I originally ordered with came on the line and remembered me but after being put on hold and him going back and forth to his manager he said he had found it but it hadn’t gone through....ok so I’m a little disappointed but what happens now? He went back to the manager (11mins later) and come back with “you can have 50% off” ok so I asked how much it would be now knowing original price was £37.00 (so it should be £18.50) he said £27.50??? I asked him how is that 50% off he said because £37.00 was a deal? The manager wouldn’t agree to actually giving me 50% off so I told him how disappointed I was and to not bother, I put the phone down 2 mins later he called be back and asked did I want to go ahead with it I said “no” but now the manager said I could have it for £20 still £1.50 more than it should be! With a hungry family to feed it was now not just about the misplaced order, the hour I had waited or the £1.50 but was how completely frustrated and disgusted by the managers customer service I was..... Needless to say I didn’t accept the managers offer and would advise anyone to not waste their time using this branch!!!

Not only was the guy answering the phone stroppy from the out set it ALSO try to give me every childish excuse under the sun as to why he can't just amend an order. The only one he didn't say was "my dog ate my homework" he was just plain rude and when I told him he was over complicating a simple amendment told me I can have my money back in a weeks time(!) Not only are the pizzas from this place constantly late from all the reviews on Google but the refunds are all late too!! He had no intention of even trying to help or even recommending a way to solve such a simple amendment!! I have no idea why I keep believing that maybe they won't screw it up next time... but no. I keep banging my head against a wall and keep letting them either mess my order up or delivery it over 2hrs after it's order... At least we have something in common, neither of us are learning from our mistakes!!

I can’t recall an order from this specific dominos where I haven’t had to wait over an hour and 45 minutes or my order was wrong. I’ve read other reviews and seen it’s not me, a serious look at this shops performance needs looking at.

i went to domino's welling a few days back and was served by a colleague Divesh. The colleague was so helpful and gave fast service, really loved his job.

I stopped at the store on my way home and ordered 2 large vegetarian pizza’s. Ran straight to the car as freezing outside and when I got home discovered one was a meat lovers supreme!!!! We are vegetarian so I was pretty annoyed and called them. They were super nice and really apologetic. They sent out a new pizza and it came with a surprise tub of Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream which was very much appreciated!!! That is what I call excellent customer service

I have been ordering here for about 15 years or so, always good deals and food is great. Can't comment on the delivery as I live nearby so collect, but I have never had any problems with service. Unfortunately on here people will generally only review this sort of venue when they have a poor experience, so the reviews become skewed to making the place look bad, when in reality 99% of people are probably like me and very happy (generally who bothers to go online to review a pizza delivery shop if it turns up on time and tastes good?).

The pizza was great but my wedges had hardly any flavouring and were not cooked enough they were cold in middle so will not be using again.

Pizza? Great, its Dominos of course. However, the guy who answers the phone Alfie Rowlandson is so rude. Literally, I cancelled my £30 order because of his attitude over the phone! All I asked was if I could have flat wings instead of the drumsticks (as the previous order I had was solely drumsticks- which, as stated from our last order my partner cannot/wont eat due to severe learning difficulties). May sound petty but customer service is key, I wont be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Standard really. Expensive pizzas that taste good. Everyone knows what they are getting here. And better value if you collect

Ordered over 2 and a half hours ago. Received a text after 20 minutes "your order is on its way" etc.. and then over 1 hour and a half went so I decided to call, first attempt "user busy" second "user busy" the third someone picked up and said they were already on the way, another half an hour went by and still no food, I called again and told them it had been 2 hours, they said they would put the manager on the phone then as I waited for 5 minutes they hung up. I called again twice no answer and on the third I said I'd waited for two hours yet again and they said it hadn't left and it is going to take another half an hour due to "traffic". I am still waiting for the pizza and it's been over half an hour.

Yo un pedido hoy que cuando aparezca una parte del pedido faltaba, llamé por teléfono a la tienda para quejarme y me dijeron que iban a enviar inmediatamente. 40 minutos más tarde y todavía estaba esperando, llamado tienda de encontrar donde falta parte de la orden, y le dijeron que estaba en su camino por una grosera individual!!! Pedí hablar con el gerente y básicamente tenía el teléfono poner en mí! Peor parte era que la parte de la orden que faltaba para mi hijo autista que no podía entender por qué no había llegado su comida!!! Nunca volvería a ir!!!

Días más calurosos del año y su pizza se convierte hasta frío! Probablemente según el texto que llevaba la rama por 30 minutos me desanime dominos anteriormente por esta razón pensamos que volvería a intentarlo no vuelven a molestar.

¡Me encanta Domino'S .. te gustaría estar loco para no!! Limpio y accesible, al recoger su comida incluso puedes ver la preparación y lo limpio y ordenado es ... aunque yo diría que sus un poco agobiante ellos desheredados! No me puedo quejar la comida o el servicio de entrega.

I normally order from here and its normally fine, but i ordered from them this one time and someone had clearly sat on the pizza, disgusting, didn't eat any of it.

I rang sidcup branch and was transferred to welling branch, who continued to argue with me that I should be ringing sidcup branch.. who ever is in the wrong here the lack of information and communication between branches means I will not be making this mistake again.

I'm not a greater lover of takeaways but I find Domino Pizzas very good quality with the usual range of toppings. I cannot faukt their delivery, it has always been well within the timescale given. Also we live in a rather secluded close that many have difficulty finding but the Domino Pizza deliverers have never had any problems. If takeaway pizzas are you thing then I would recommend that you try Domino Pizzas.

My fiancé and I always order the same... he has a large pizza and I have a medium stuffed crust. It is always hot and well within the allocated times.Most places don't put the garlic butter on even though I pay for the topping...with out fail every topping is on the pizzas. Very happy!

They always deliver my Pizza's HOT and Prompt!!! Huxley Road is not the easiest places to get to but they always manage to deliver on time. The delivery man always has time to talk to Michael ignoring his special needs.Great service!! Thanks Guys & Girls
