For the last four years I have ordered by phone as I'm dairy intolerant and can't have cheese on my pizza. Today after three attempts to order by phone, the phone was finally answered and I was told they no longer accept phone orders and to order online. I attempted to order online but it does not allow me to remove cheese. I went into the shop and explained my issue to the manager who stated I should order online and then call to tell them no cheese. I stated that was difficult when they don't answer the phone. The manager was unhelpful and unsympathetic. The manager told me I could remove cheese online and didn't believe me that you couldn't until I showed him. Very poor from Dominos around food intolerance and zero customer service. I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.

Awful. If I could give Got an incorrect order (items missing) thought it was a bad day. Tried again tonight, now sitting here 45 mins no sign, should have been 20mins. App says delivered. Ring up no answer. Eventually they answer and say the app doesn’t work and it will be another 15mins been that already. Clearly they stack the orders up till they have a few and mass drop. Will never use again - not worth the money off coupons. Papa Johns next time!

£33 order and no drink arrived. Customer service at Store. Rude actually put the phone down on me . Will be contacting head office about this matter . Looking at all the 1 star ratings this shop needs training and a new manager

Not a great experience of using this branch. Ordered online, tracked it on the App, it’s out for delivery. Happy days. The only problem is it was being delivered via Wilmington (I live in Albany Park). 40mins are leaving the shop, the driver turns up. Food is cold. It goes back! Wanted a refund but that’s going to take 3-5 working days. No choice but to wait another hour for fresh to be cooked. Poor, very poor. Won’t be using again

I honestly don’t know what wrong with this branch of Domino’s but the food is disgusting. I would rather drive all the way to another branch and eat the pizza cold. Waste of money every single time.

Awful, 1 hour and 15 mins no delivery and the phone just rings out. The app says delivered!!!!!

I have ordered two pizzas one chicken feast and other vegi volcano with extra pineapple topic but they have sent me without it I didn’t enjoy really bad don’t order from here

Ordered for 1 pizza 8.50 but at 10.20 not arrived, phoned twice and told only 1 driver, ridiculous. Am hungry and feel let down. Unlikely to book again

Excellent service and the pizza was 10/10. Definitely be ordering from this place again for sure. Highly recommended

Usually really nice. Was poor today, total waste of money, slow delivery, pizza was warm, not piping hot. It took 20 minutes to arrive to my house even though i live 5 minutes away. It's gone down hill, i won't be returning.

Been there twice now both time's the order was wrong so had to go back i didn't even order hard pizzas to there credit they changed them but after waiting as they messed one of the pizzas up first then to have to go back was a pain. Will give them 1 more try after today fingers crossed

I go dominos recently everyone bad smell after how to order food. We are vomiting 🤢

Online order, very easy, family meal deal, late delivery by 15 mins,pizza toppings are getting smaller and the crust bigger! Tasted ok though, sides ok , value for money? Not sure!

Rating is for the service and inability to speak to any one whilst waiting as the phone wasn't answered. Food when it eventually arrived was unsurprisingly cold - it had been under 'quality control' for over an hour as well as being in the prep stage for over an hour before that. Yet when I ordered and paid they said 30 - 50 mins delivery!

Awful. I placed order 130PM - it took almost 45min before the status on the tracker went to 'Prep' stage. After x4 calls to the shop, i cancelled the order and requested a full refund. The management was not prepared to compensate me other than offer a free drink next time (what next time!). Delivery driver turned up 3.20PM. Declined him at the door - so much was my disappointment. No food can be enjoyed on an annoyed stomach. Will try Welling branch next time.

Do not order from here, please avoid to order any sort of food from here as you will be waiting 2 hours for you food just to get in the oven!

2 hours late. My friend left to go to work before pizza delivered. No answer on the phone. So one pizza no longer required 24 hours later. Just phoned to complain about last night. Not prepared to do anything about as then they would have to do it for every customer. Not prepared to take responsibility for last night. And when I said I wouldn't use again said that was fine. Doesn't care about losing customers!!! Appalling management...

Do not order from this place if you are hungry. I placed an order at around 8:30pm on 18th June for 6 pizzas to be delivered and after hearing nothing for 45 minutes, I decided to call, I had to call 46 times with either it saying "were busy and leave a message" , with no facility to do so, or someone actually picking up the phone and putting it down again without saying anything, when someone actually picked up the phone, I was told it woul be another 2 hours. Absolutely appalling service JeffD

I would like to say they do nice pizzas, but as I placed an order for 6 pizzas at 20:30pm and left it 45 minutes to call them to see where the order was (46 times before someone actually picked up the phone) and was told it would be another 2 hour before delivery) I can't comment on the food. Disgraceful service

I visit this superb restaurant every couple of days as I like the special air that is characterizes this restaurant. The personel is very attentive and qualified. The service is remarkablywonderfully efficient. Needless to say, the food you eat is outstanding. I came many times and I was always delighted. The expense is fair. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

Called as soon as I placed my order and asked for garlic and herb instead of bbq with sides. They said that was fine and theyd sort that out. Order came. With bbq sauce, no garlic and herb. So i drove to the shop and called from my car asking if i could change. They put me on hold for 2 minutes to ‘find out’. So i got out and went into the shop and the staff were all standing around talking.

When you need a pizza fix this is s good place to go. If you can collect you can get a much better deal than delivery. Plus delivery can be a bit hit and miss and big events like football or rugby when every one orders delivery. If you hi in person wait time is around 15 minutes for a pizza.

I like Domino's pizzas but have been disappointed with the Bexley branch at Albany Park recently. On my first recent visit they had turned off the oven and packed away well before their closing time and would not serve me. I ended up driving to the Sidcup branch (which has the same closing time!) and they still served me. Staff at Albany Park clearly wanted to go home early. On my second recent visit I had a collection pizza for £11.99. I paid with £12 and despite the manager counting up her pennies she did not even offer me the 1p change. When I asked for it, her attitude was surprise that I would even ask. I said it was the principal not that I wanted the penny, and that she probably made a a lot out of regularly not giving change. The change was given with a lack of grace. I have complained about this branch cheating the system in the past. The managers appear to be trained too cheat which is really not good public relations. Bexley branch is not showing Domino's Pizza in a good light.

Worst franchise location in London. Never on time per given time. More than one occasion wrong order completely or wrong ingredients or if they manage to get it right its cold or at best luck warm. Unsure if they've even heard of customer service and not even worth mention the state of some of the drivers when they arrive at the door. Disgraceful how it remains open and unchanged is beyond me.

I pre ordered here and all items were ready and my order was professionally dealt with. Well done Domino's Bexley

All taste the same and over priced

Always go to the Bexley one over Sidcup, great staff & pizza is always cooked perfectly, never overdone!

Okay pizza's but not the kind of place to go back to a lot. I've grown attached to vegan cheese as it tastes nicer to me and they don't have vegan options. Also, like most takeaways, of course, they're quite pricey.

We like dominos pizza and loved the Sidcup store which we used for years, then this one opened. Now you can’t order for delivery from the Sidcup store you have to use this one. Never had a problem with delivery as in time of arrival, but the quality of the product is indifferent at best, too often we had poor pizza, with missing toppings, little cheese and sub standard toppings. Never had this issue with Other stores. I would urge you to avoid and use Sidcup instead, although you might have to collect.

Order took a long time. One pizza cold. Also there was 1 pence coin in my chips

With previous poor delivery experiences, tonight I ordered a collection. 20 mins post ordering I arrived, just as a text told me it was ready. 15 minutes later it was ready, no idea why it was so slow. Why bother with the app updates when as always they clearly don’t work! To be fair the Pizzas were very nice but the sides were all cold & inedible.

Absolute joke!! waited 2 hours and 5 calls later for pizza and then arrived cold and the driver advised me to throw it in the Bin asked for a refund still waiting 7 days Later

A Joke of a dominos... Sometimes acceptable, more times just a joke. No love or care in the world about keeping customer commitments.Always late, food is always cold. i'm done ordering from this dominos.Even their own tracker showed the food was still being cooked 15 minutes after requested order time. I guess the only good thing is their consistency to always be 30 minutes late... The Company really does need to place this branch under serious review!

Use them a lot. Sometimes great, sometimes not so good although complaints usually dealt with. Staff training sometimes lacking in evidence but I suppose you have to remember they are probably on minimum wage.

Very very disappointed in that I went to place a order and they hung the phone up on me. I am also not very pleased that when I called back the person who picked the phone up pretended to be the manager and then started arguing with me. Wouldn't order here again.

Forgot bottle of drink the first time , forgot pineapple the second time on a Hawaiian pizza . Phone the sidcup one in the future

Ordered by a large pizza at 6pm for 7:30 pm via Domino's app. Pizza arrived half and hour late, cold and overly cooked. Would not recommend

3 times now the pizza has turned up cold and without the condiments. On the last occasion we asked for a refund. Still waiting despite being told it would be in my account within a few days! Do not use!!

Another messed up order! Cold, missing ingredients even after paying extra for mushrooms!

Had a dodgy start when first opened, wrong pizza delivered, poorly made, very late, etc. In the last few months has really improved, pizzas look and taste great, delivered speedily and no problems. I don't know what changed, but am happy to be an (occasional) customer again
