I ordered two pizza for my kids for first time from this pizzeria. Pizza came in time but when we start eating we had a big surprise. There was very very salty, basically we couldn’t eat it. Big disappointed !

The pizza was oily with minimal meat toppings no tomato base and overly salty..I had to throw it away. hot chicken wings were flavourless. I will not buy from here again.

We have eaten here many times but it seems nothing has changed from one review spotted. I had the meat lasagne, my husband had a pizza which was fine. Mine however was lacking in mince beef, in fact there was none just sauce and cheesy pasta. The waiter came over and said maybe it is under another layer of pasta so we had a search and nope none in sight. He then asked if I would like anything else, I ended up with a pizza. He said they would change the suppliers but it looks from the review that has been written before meat is lacking in these dishes and they was written a long while ago. So nothing has changed. If your looking for meat then avoid the lasagne.

Excellent pizza we got from these guys, much better than some of those 'larger chains' (I'm sure we all know their names haha). Very much glad the pizza wasnt dripping with grease either and was full of flavor - And the garlic bread with cheese was absolutely amazing.

My mate and I just wanted a Pizza the other night. I phoned to ask if they sold wine....no was the answer, but please bring your own to drink here. We did !! The Pizzas were brilliant and tasty. The service by the boss was superb. We travel all over the world and would classify this a definite GEM !!

I ordered margarita pizza And I received ham and pineapple Made my little daughter cry. Ruined our evening Order replaced but too little too late WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

No matter if I put in a late order after a long shift the delivery is still prompt and to a great standard. The pizzas aren’t doughy and heavy like non fire ovens so you can enjoy the good quality toppings much more! Great sides too, the chicken wings with chilli and mushroom are always 👌🏼👌🏼🔥🔥🔥

Lovely pizza, only 4 stars as the Alette Di Pollo chicken wings were a bit dry this time, still good but not as good as usual.

Went here on Sunday evening after being out all afternoon and decided to treat our 5 year old son to a pizza, Firstly cans of drink at £2.50 each and nothing for children apart from fresh orange juice or fizzy drinks. Then the server didn’t understand what we wanted to order, The people cooking the food with an AirPod in his ear and nobody wearing hair nets so wouldn’t be surprised if someone has hair in their food Asked for a kids pizza and it came out the same size as the adults and still charged for an adult price Tv in corner was playing with women dancing around in thongs and underwear Not really something to be shown on a Sunday evening When I went to pay, there was service charge on the bill and they was being quite stubborn in removing this Restaurant was completely empty If you think an authentic Italian pizza restaurant should be in welling high street then at least make it feel like you’re in Italy instead of over priced place to eat.

The pizza, potato wedges, and Alette Di Pollo (Chicken Wings) were lovely, 5 stars for those, but the coating on the spicy chicken wings was awful, thick, very dry, and inedible, nothing nice about it at all, we had to break it off and eat the wings inside, definitely wouldn't buy those again!

They must have multiple cooks, it's becoming a bit hit or miss. Such a shame as I love their pizza.

Unfortunately I don't know what happened last night, but we order from here all the time and the cheese was awful. We have never had a bad pizza from here before, so was absolutely gutted. The cheese was really grainy and tasted terrible. Real shame as it's really put me off.

Pizza was v oily and salty, potato skins were dry

By far the best takeaway pizza around , knocks spots off all the other takeaways which are all the same old thing , they were so hot on arrival just straight out the oven & chicken wings were delicious too, will not be ordering pizza from anywhere else again

I have ordered same pizza 2 nights ago and tonight one was very disappointing. I have purchased Parma ham and I find 2 slices of it only on pizza, little buffalo mozzarella and cold pizza was delivered. Shame it used to be my fav pizza place .

Vomited 20 mins after eating, nuggets tasted like fish.

My desert was frozen, the lasagnas were cold by the time I received them. Delivery time is too long for food to be cold. Not what I expected trying somewhere new.

Food would have been delicious if eaten in restaurant but would not recommend as delivery. Was late in arriving and was tepid at best.

I buy a lot of margarita pizzas from Bella Napoli pizzeria and they are usually excellent and arrive hot. However this time the pizza arrived stone cold , the delivery driver had to call me to find our address, very disappointed , it’s put me off from ordering again any time soon.

Poor quality, high in salt & a bit pricey for what you get. Service charge added for eat in.

Spicy wings were burnt, zero quality control and they placed dip in the pizza box and it exploded over the entire pizza during delivery... driver had placed heavy items on top of box causing this so pizza lid contained all the toppings and dip everywhere.

Diavola pizza wasn't spicy at all. Big disappointment. The rest was fine.

Not a great pizza tbh. Smothered in BBQ sauce pizza just about breathing still when it arrived. Never seen drown before or have a pizza that come like that. Maybe this is English welling style food not sure but absolutely nasty. Tried to dab the BBQ sauce off and put back in the oven to revive it but didn't change much. Waste of 20quids

The food arrived nearly after after an hour it left the restaurant (not including the time of order and the notification when it left the restaurant). Food was cold by the time it arrived, food taste was okay, but the dessert - tiramisu came directly from the freezer, it was the worst tiramisu I have ever tasted. Overall, a very disappointing meal.

No sauce for pizza and pizza was kinda "wet"/ soggy

I had the all meat pizza which was good but the outer edge of the pizza was to hard. The spicy chicken wings were good but the crumb coating on the Wings has room for improvement,and a bit to spicy the curly fries very good.

Was a good meal although my expectations did not meet as I was waiting for a wood fired oven pizzeria feast. Did not give the feeling of a traditional pizza. Overall, it was like Pizza Hut or Pizza Express in a sense but different, specially the price was higher than those two...

Excellent pizzas - quality toppings on a yummy thin crust. Onion rings a bonus. Everything tasty and fresh.
