Lovely fresh food 👌will definitely order again!!!

Good delivery time, kebab meat was average, garlic bread was like a cracker it was that hard, chilli sauce lush, garlic sauce was average at best and tasted more like yoghurt. Salad was nice too but jeezo do you get a lot of it in the offer we chose!! Overall 3/5 not bad but not good either

Pizza was spot on, however there Menu doesn't offer a lot of variety through Just Eat, you cant order stuff like Garlic Breads or Sauces. Please can you get this sorted.

Proper nice kebab but they delivered wrong pop. Sent it back and rang the mush at the restaurant. Then the delivery driver (who was extra sound) brought right one. Don’t think it will put me off ordering again like just done me head in a bit so a thought ad av a twist!

Food was hot fresh and very tasty thank you.

Delicious pizza deal value for money

Very quick service, food arrived still hot to eat. Pizza had plenty of topping and of good quality. Base was on but a bit thin for my taste. Chips were hot and not greasy but a little bit dry. Pleasant delivery driver.

First time here since it’s been taken over, I will definitely be back. The food was amazing and it arrived before time. Best food I’ve had in a while. Well done guys.

Food arrived in excellent time however when we opened the order an item looked incorrect. Upon contacting the store we were told that the store had recently been taken over and that the menu hadn’t been updated on just eat and that a special chicken kebab now came on top of a 10” garlic bread 🤔the person on the phone was quite snotty as if we should of known the store had been changed and could do with working on her customer service skills. Chicken was rubbery, chips bland and the garlic sauce was more like mint sauce. Pizza however was decent.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered two pizzas, one was absolutely fine (the usual quality that we receive) the other was burnt and we were missing a garlic from our order. We rang them up as we knew that this wouldn’t be a problem, they were fine about it and sent another one out which arrived fairly quickly. I opened up the pizza while the delivery driver was there and it was even more burnt than the first one. I then said to the delivery driver to take it back and I’ll give them a ring, which of course wasn’t the delivery drivers fault. When I rang and explained it was even more burnt, he proceeded to shout down the phone and tell me that’s how they all look (which was never the case before) when speaking to the owner he started to get aggressive saying I can ask other people if they think it’s burnt and see what they think, absolutely disgusting service. He eventually got fed up of shouting at me and told me to never order from there again and put the phone down. We’ve been ordering from here for 20 years (all of my friends and family) after telling them all, we all won’t be ordering again, would not recommend.

Family Feast (For 4 People)£13.50 barley feeds 2 people absolute rip off 2 half cartons of sauce and half a portion of salad although it did taste nice it was a £8 meal at tops...pure greed(portion control/price needs reviewing), never again

Didnt receive order, restaurant said wasn’t there fault it was just eats problem. Terrible service won’t be using again. Didn’t even ring to inform me, I had to ring them and couldn’t tell me if payment had been made. Disgraceful.

How can you charge £1 for chips in a wrap and not put them in. Also charge an extra £1.50 for cheese in my wrap. How can you justify £1.50 for cheese. On the plus side the delivery was earlier than expected.

The order was late, and was NOT worth the wait! We ordered a pizza and a shish kebab. To start the pizza was missing a topping we had paid for...to top it off the pizza was inedible! It tasted of grease and nothing else...it looked anemic yet the onions were burnt? The shish kebab was as dry as sticks and WAS NOT LEAN! It stuck in my throat. Don't bother ordering an overpriced (£7.50 ) disgusting pizza! I would be ashamed if I worked there. I only gave them 1 star because I couldnt give 0 !!

Orderd from here last week brought cold chips forgot the pizza then brought wrong pizza with cold chips again thought we would give it another go this week again freezing cold chips, forgot garlic, kebab meat was like rubber and dont think the chicken was cooked. Won't be eating from here again! What a shame use to be the best take away food from round here, deffiently gone down hill!

Very poor service delivery was 1 hour later than stated on just eat and there was no lettuce or tomato in the salad box also no chilli or garlic in the chicken kebab. This is not the first time iv not been happy with their service recently. once a very good pizza shop now going down hill sadly

Kebab meat was really poor and under cooked, most of it got thrown in the bin. Pizza was decent though

Cold food sweetcorn on pizza didn't ask for it looked like forgot to put chicken on and just chucked it on the top of the pizza..

I usually love my food from Turkish delight.. but must have been a one off.. didn't enjoy my pizza ham was salute think it was off so binned it.. but chicken was lovley6in kebab..but never order kebab meat again only chicken from now on.. .

I ordered a simple meal for me and the Mrs, small plain pizza, garlic bread, a burger and extra chips. Pizza was over cooked on one half and burnt to a crisp on the other half, the garlic bread was exactly the same but burnt to a crisis the middle, what's happened to the beautifully cooked, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside pizza's and garlic breads we used to get from here. Sadly the burger was by far the best I have tasted (my first one from here) Every time I bit into it I found it tough and filled With gristle. On the good side, the chips were perfect this time and the bun itself was ok, much what you might expect for burger bun. I can't believe the price hike of takeaways these days, although Turkish has not been too bad (the Chinese across the road is shocking! They are charging near restaurant prices for mediocre food) but I did feel that nearly £16 for the standard of meal I received was hard to swallow. I don't often order, maybe ever month or so, and usually do so as a treat. My family always preferred to use Turkish as our regular choice but after a series of bad meals from them my family have unanimously voted not to order another meal again until we hear things have improved. We let the last couple of meals go, thinking that the odd nearly burnt garlic bread and well over cooked chips was just an easily forgiven accident ( I admit that their kebabs are always nice and We have never had a bad one from Turkish), but after talking to a few relatives and friends who used to use them, and stopped for the same reasons, I'm sorry to say that it will be a while before I think about ordering from here until I hear it starts to improve and get back to the lovely pizza's they used to make.

Waited 90 minutes for delivery food come absolutely freezing. Stale and hard

The worst service I have ever recived. It first said that food was 10 minutes late - well fair enough but when I phoned 20 minutes after the 10 minute delay I was told that the driver was lost (sat nav anyone?) and eventually put phone down on me, nice! The food arrived 1.5 hour late - 2 pizzas, cold and actually inedible! never again! beyond bad food and even worse service - stay away people

Food came earlier than expected but a few items were missing. Had to call back and the missing items were then delivered 15 minutes later, which then all of the food that was delivered first was cold. Was unfortunate and wasn't given any good will gesture to compensate for this mistake. A free bottle of pop or garlic bread would have been a good gesture. Was disappointed with the service. Food otherwise was of good quality and taste.

Ordered the last twice from here and both times food was cold and was well over half hour late poor service

Order came after an hour and half , half the order was missing when I rang to ask why got nothing but abuse then they hung up , and the food looked disgusting been a long customer that place has gone down hill fast .

Pizza burnt in places, 20 minutes late and I requested 2 additional topping which cost £1.98 (prepaid by card) which did not get put on. Used to always order from here but lately it's been terrible service. Will not be ordering from here in the near future.

1 hour 35 minutes till food got delivered turned up luke warm and not very nice will not be ordering again

Food was 40 minutes late, tried to call several times, no answer. Specifically stated no peppers, littered in peppers and the food was cold before I had to stand and pick all of the peppers off. Won't be ordering again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nearly 2 hours for food and it was extremely disappointing. All of the meat was well over cooked and rubbery. No flavour, salad was leaking all over the food. Meal for 4 wouldn't feed two. Absolutely disgusting wouldn't feed it to the dog.

Food was freezing cold for a second time and delivery time is always extended once ordered.

Order was 45 minutes late so obviously stone cold.

Food arrived at first with a squashed pizza , however they quickly resolved this by sending out a new pizza.

Food was cheaply made, staff was very distraspectful argumentative and cheeky, and I had to wait over 30 minutes before my order arrived and my order came wrong, I phoned up asked for a refund and the staff member refused and said they were going to speak to the manager and they would phone me back, they never rang me back which is is disgusting service. Neither me or my family will never order again and direct friends and family to alternative choices.

Ckicken kebab on skewer came as tasteless chunks of chicken, no skewer or what you'd expect, ie peppers, onions etc. Cold. Tasteless dribble of watery sauce, chilli sauce tasted of tomato ketchup with chilli powder. Donner was ok bus asked for no chilli sauce and got it. Chicken parmesan was not good. Salad with all disapointing. Chips cold. Never use again!

We use this service regular but this is the 1st review. Order arrived 45 min late (than advised) and food was was only warm also 2 items missing. Pizza had been sat on/squashed (picture taken). Very very disappointed. Phone call to the store to be told it's late now and they can't do anything?!?! Loosing a valuable repeat customer.

Thought I'd give Turkish delight 1 more chance seem as though last 2 orders were terrible. This order was not much better at all! Pizza's should come with the topping actually on the pizza and not allover the box. Done with this place!

Food is excellent but the delivery service is very poor i waited over hour for my order and it's not the first time aswell as getting orders wrong.

Cannot fault the food or value for money, we ordered the kebab for 4 people, would be better if the garlic chilli and salad were a little bigger to go around 4 people a bit better.

Ordered 20 mins before closing, obviously given the scraps. Freezing cold and too much sad in the wrap which wasn't even fresh. All in all, Pile of shite!!

There was a nice long hair in my pizza and a piece of sweet corn in a MARGARITA pizza. What if I were to be allergic???

DISGRACEFUL, the kebab was burned and rock solid, when we complained we were told it was the scraps from leftover out of basket as they took kebab meat down and the portion tiny, again told they had nothing left. What they should have done was contact to give us option of somethings else. DISGRACEFUL

Cheesy chips were nice, only issue with the pizza was it wasn't cut through all the way.

Ordered a mixed kebab for four and it bearly went four ways lamb didn't have much taste and I'm not sure what the beef burger was meant to be.

The food was not the quality I would expect and does not meet with local competitors. Unfortunately this was a meal uneaten by me and my children due to burnt dry parmasen, however kebab meat was nice .
