Hi I ordered a takeout from a pizza shop and when it arrived it came burnt like charcoal then we called up the store asking for a new one which they did send out 2 new pizzas but arrived burnt again and when we complained they screamed threats down the phone such as ‘watch what I’m going to do to you’ then started calling us dirty scavengers trying to get free food and calling us tramps then blocked my number as when we asked for a refund and when I try to contact them they block me and don’t try to have any contact whatsoever so I asked Uber eats to step in but I wanted to let you guys know about this shop as I would not like that to happen to anyone else as it’s not good customer service and violent

Last Saturday I had a top quality 10 inch Garlic Bread with cheese and the taste was very scrumptious made me feel hungry just after the football they do great Garlic Breads with cheese not called Angel Pizza for no reason cause their Garlic Breads are made by angels 😇

the worst kebab!!! first time came here ordered chicken kebab, smell weird and thought it was come from the spice but my partner all night in the toilet and vomit.

Absolutely delicious food, I ordered a parmesan tonight ahd a pizza and everything was fresh, on time and just really well prepared. Thank you we will be back.

They got my order completely wrong, ignored me when I called and stated the incorrect items, asked them (reasonably) to get the order to me in 20 minutes as I’d waited approx 40 for the wrong order; was called horrible and told they will never be delivering to this address again. Used this place for years, even after it changed management this experience has completely shocked me.

No idea what all the bad reviews are about. Ordered the Party Box, ALL of the food was unreal - even the chips were perfect. Great service too, the man I spoke to on collection was very polite.

Lucky to get one star ... if there was an option not to, I wouldn't have. Rude service. Food did not turn up. Rang shop and they did not follow instructions on my ticket. Refused to refund. Will be taking action further.

Awful, got the wrong pizza when I ordered. Asked for a chicken tikka and got a margarita full of mushrooms that looked off. I’d rather have eaten my 80 year old nans toenail clippings.

Ordered the Muncie box from angel pizza food came, started eating it found multiple hairs on my pizza, and my chips and the garlic dip was out of date. Won’t be ordering for there again!!

First time ordering and it was very late, over an hr and a half for delivery and when it arrived it was cold and dripping in oil.Not to mention how over priced it is which I expected some sort of standard. I Will not be ordering again from this take out, Really wish I had read the reviews before hand. Which is my own fault. Avoid people.

Well it been ok until 2 orders that they forgot my pizza and call the shop both Times and the delivery guy has had to come back with the right orders and this time went we ordered my boyfriend had to re heat his kabb up and the chips wear cold and the food just was not nice so won’t be ordering for hear ever again

Up all night on the toilet after having one mouth full of what I can only explain as the worst food I have ever experienced in my life . Kebab meat was definitely from the day before, the salad was brown and wilted and what ever they done with the chicken was disgusting. Called just eat and they couldn't do anything as we paid cash for the order. A waste of £60 as I wouldn't let the kids eat any of it and it went straight in the bin . Be carful ordering from here please someone is going to get seriously ill .

I asked for chilli 🌶 with my kebab not garlic, spoilt the kebab. Chilli is red Garlic is white!

The chicken kebabs are almost restaurant price at £8.99 but having said that, there was plenty of chicken and it was nicely marinated. Served with a choice of chips or salad, one pitta and both chilli and garlic sauce. The salad was adequate but we ordered an extra salad, as we like plenty. The pitta was surprisingly decent and the sauces fine. Well worth the extra and the delivery was on time.

Ordered a takeaway through Uber eats which took an hour to get here ,in the the order was a peace of red velvet cake for my daughter which had glass in it , my daughters mouth is cut in two places. After phoning the shop I was met with a load of abuse and told not to ring the shop again. I then sent the photo to the Facebook page and again was given a load of abuse. , after a conversation with a lovely man from trade and standers I was told the shop is well known to them !! Wouldn’t you think they would actually want to know which cake was so he didn’t serve this to any body else .,absolutely disgusting customer service and even worse food ..

We ordered our delivery through Uber eats which we all know can take up to an hour for delivery. After receiving our order my daughter was eating a slice of red velvet cake and pulled a piece of plastic out of her mouth which was cut in two places. I phoned the shop and after telling them what was wrong was told I’d waited an hour to complain and shouted at not to call again. Wasn’t in the slightest concerned about my daughters mouth or to even ask what cake it was to check for other pieces.. after being blocked on the Facebook page he tried to black mail me via a friend who was messaging him .. absolutely disgusting behaviour crap customer service skills and even worse food!!! I hope no one else’s child is hurt because of their lack of care .. emailed sent with pictures to the trade and standers!!!

Worst food I have ever had in my life . Pizza was not cooked at all . Kebab was cold and when I rang to tell them I got abuse and told I was gettin nothing back . I then got my partner to ring who they also swore and told she was gettin nothing and to report to user eats so I went to shop with the food were they gave us new food what was still nottttt cooked and I was called vile words and so was my partner who is buy the way a woman. All went in bin stayyyyyyy clear!!

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Delivered bang on time. Good value for money too. I asked for a thin crust on one of the pizzas and they were happy to accommodate. Definitely ordering from them again

Frequently returned customer but won't be ordering again. They allowed us to put an order in their website and rang me half an hour later to say they don't deliver to our location. They told me to place the order again but to input Gateshead as our city. I did as advised and they rang again go say they they don't deliver and their colleague was incorrect telling me to order again. I'm sorry but you really need to train staff better.

I ordered pizza from Angel Pizza shop witch it was uncooked, tasteless and I contacted them, they were extremely rude and their comment was ‘when the customers orders they have to tell us to cook the pizza well otherwise it meant to be half cooked’ 😂😂 honestly??

Would neve order again chicken shawama was soggy and the chicken was discustig looked like the under dredges of a chicken. I asked if it was halal meat they said yes so I ordered pizza with no sausage or pepperoni because obviously that wouldn't be but they gave me pepperoni I called in saying I said no pepperoni but they said I never and didn't offer a new pizza.

Absolutely terrible...... didn't even taste the food as I was 30 seconds late and the driver demanded paid off my autistic teenage son or he was taking it back. Even though he was 20 minutes earlier than time slot.... recorded conversation with manager and took pic of driver number plate as a precaution as both seemed unnecessarily aggressive. Another driver arrived with a refund and was very polite and apologetic.

Food was late, only by 5 minutes but the delivery time was already 50 minutes and it was only a Thursday. Not really sure what kind of Shwarma that was- was like the fatty bits of chicken you pull off the carcass after a Sunday dinner. Chips were ok but nothing special. They were just frozen chips and the garlic sauce tasted odd. It was like minty. Nothing really all that wrong with it still are it but won't be going there again. All in all a little bit of a weird meal.

Angel special kebab absolutely lovely. Chicken was fresh and marinated to perfection. Steak was seasoned well. Chips cooked from frozen however they go well with kebab. Would easily feed three people. Would order again
