Very fast and hot ordered after 10pm and the staff are friendly

We had to phone to complain about pizzas being not even lukewarm, overcooked, toppings came right off pizzas, and as hard as a brick. We were then given a free main and side which was slightly more edible. One of the worst dominos, really terrible food I wouldn’t order from here again.

Good food but the customer service is appalling. After an issue with toppings on a pizza I was asked to choose an alternative topping. I asked what there was to choose from, hoping to see a list of toppings, but instead a staff member said abruptly “just choose something”.

Absolute liars... missed items from our order. Promised theyd arrive in 3p mins but they never showed up... Called the store multiple times but no response. Will put in a conplaint to head office instead

They always deliver and the staff are friendly, cant complain it's exactly what you expect when you place and order. As always with delivery it could be hotter when it arrives.

Shocking worst piza’s ever absolutely shocking , complaining is a wast of time as never done nothing

Pizza barely had any cheese and was overcooked. I left specific delivery notes as I'm hard to find and wanted my food left somewhere safe but driver didn't get the notes so had a hassle. Not really good enough given the prices.

Used the App to order had no problems with it will definately be using again, the service was spot on.

The staff are lovely there but come on, there is almost no toppings on the pizza. I ordered extra mushrooms, it does not look enough for a single portion.

Cold pizza 1 1/2 hrs late half order missing

This place can be hit or miss. Sometimes the food is delivered hot and other times it takes an hour and it's cold by the time it arrives. On one occasion, I had to wait for my order to be completed as they didn't make everything I had ordered. Overall, the food is nice.

Ordered from here a handful of times and each occasion there's either something missing or wrong. For nigh on £30 you'd think they'd at least get the order right.

This is the first time in my life I've tried domino's and never again . No lies the pizzas I ordered were like a cheap oven pizza there was hardly any cheese on my pizzas and the crusts were mostly burned ill stick to my local instead.😠

Bad food apart from cookies. very overpriced. Would recommend going somewhere else.

I usually order from here, only had one issue and Julie was very helpful and sorted it out for me. The issue had nothing to do with the branch it had to do with the stock they received. I even placed another order with her on the phone.

got charged in store more than on the app and then made the wrong pizza. 45min + wait. tragic

Lucky to be even getting a 1* absolutely appalling!! Decided we'd get a treat for myself and kids tonight. Only for us to now be vomiting!! Never again!

This place is infuriating. Every single order I’ve had this year with them (4) has been wrong. It’s always the easiest things to get right that they get wrong - like the wrong sauces or not cutting the pizza properly. The worst experience I had was an order that was meant to take 15 minutes taking 90 minutes while I waited in the store without so much as an apology or even saying that the orders were running late. When directly confronted the manager working at the time took no accountability for it and blamed it on the order system. Never going through them again, Whickham is a million times better and service is better too.

I would highly recommend, Julie the manager here was outstanding and such a massive help

Worst piza shop ever absolutely shocking , food cold when delivered Got my self a piza what was meant to be a hot /spicy piza if had half a dozen jalapeños on it and that’s it what a disgrace Had two slices and it went in bin my 9 year old daughter had cheese and tomato same goes two slices rest in bin . Complained but wast of time . Aldi frozen piza’s are ten times better tastier and better quality than dominos piza’s and 30 times cheaper . All I can say is don’t do it stay well clear .

So I’ve 2 experiences with this dominoes, The first - the pizzas took over an hour to arrive, and I kid you not when they arrived they where stone cold. So being a little disgruntled that I had just paid 25 pounds for the satisfaction of this I rang and complained. I was put through to the manager who seemed really confused as what I actually wanted.. after some deliberation and a really awkward conversation some new pizzas where sent out. Secondly - giving this shop a second chance, I ordered a pizza and a cheese garlic bread.. arrival time was 55 minutes and the food was Luke warm at best. The cheese garlic bread wasn’t even cut into segments and genuinely looked like someone had punched it. It seems to me like the store is trying to save money by sending a shed load of pizzas out at once with one driver and is sacrificing what dominoes is renowned for.. fast delivery and hot food. Won’t be ordering again from here.. hope you can improve you service.

Order on line at 18.15, had to ring at 19.45 " what happened to my order " IN A VERY COLD OFF HAND RESPONSE ITS OUT THEN PUT PHONE DOWN, what a shambles no customer service & I hope the franchises understand why they aren't making money ............. £30.00 for 2 meals what joke !!!! never again

Great service and delicious pizza

Pizza tasted off, cold and hard dough. Almost like it had been put in a big microwave. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a pizza online last night, I waited and waited. Rang the shop 4 times being informed that the pizza was on its way. After a 2 hour wait, I rang them and asked for a refund. Going to ring the manager today. I've always ordered from Blaydon but the shop seems to be run by kids.

Horrible dry tasteless pizza, worse I've ever had . Why Doesn't higher management address this awful store . ?? Look at the reviews the staff obviously don't care what they churn out . I feel completely ripped off after paying £20 for something that can only be described as disgusting. There is no quality control cause if there was my pizza would never have left the store. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and it's not the 1st time I've had a bad pizza here !!

Alright but they still advertise that they do Gluten Free but they don't.

Would rarely if not never review a ‘chain’ or ‘franchisee’ but this dominos served us possible the worst food i have ever eaten. Stale pizza even though it was fresh. Me and my partner were both ill the night after. Terrible experience .

What a joke. I order regularly but Monday was a joke. Terrible pizza, called the shop and the manager was impossible. Can't understand or speak English ended up in the bin. I could not find an email address to complain therfore will be posting a letter to HO. You can't do this in 2020, if you cant bake a pizza do something else. These a few local pizza places around will be trying them. Dominos employ decent staff and look at the joker you employ as a manager- i personally wouldn't let him run my bath let alone a business!

...but it isn't. Having avoided Domino's Pizza for my entire life thus far, due to the extortionate prices, I decided to take advantage of the 999 workers discount and treat the family. Off I goes onto the website and selected a number of items for collection. Upon entering the payment page, it became clear that you had to pay with a card prior to the order being processed. This would mean that I didn't get the discount I was entitled to. I phoned the Blaydon shop and asked what the process would be. The chap on the phone confirmed I'd have to pay cash in the shop when I collected the food. "Ok", I thought, "I'll have a drive down". (Now for the exciting bit...) I walked through the door a saw I was the only customer there while there were, at least, 10 staff members behind the counter. After trying to catch someone's eye, a tall, skinny young fellow wearing glasses and a face mask (the only person in there who was!) asked if I'd placed an order. I explained the situation to him and he shouted for "the lackey" to come over. I could tell from the accent that this new chap was the one I'd spoken to on the phone. Before I go any further, there was a laminated menu on the counter, so I began perusing it in order to refresh my memory as to what my people wanted. I began to open my mouth and the lackey said, "you have to order over the phone". The following is a fairly accurate recount of the conversation that ensued:- Me: BUT I'M HERE NOW, CAN I JUST PLACE AN ORDER HERE? Him: NO, YOU'VE GOT TO PHONE. Me (after a moment's thought): WHERE'S THE PHONE IN HERE. Him (no answer) Me: (Sighs...) OK, WHAT'S THE PHONE NUMBER? (The lackey hands a scrap of paper to me with a handwritten phone number on it). (I take out my mobile phone and type in the number, not quite believing what I'm doing and looking all over for a hidden camera). (The phone on the counter rings and the lackey picks it up). Him: HELLO DOMINO'S PIZZA, CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER PLEASE... I'll leave the rest to your imagination, but, needless to say, I'll not be back there again.

Called with payment problem on line not sure the girls name however so nice to get friendly help we’ll done who ever you are 🙏

Love Domino's pizzas. Delivery is always quick aswell.

Hit and miss better to collect as yoi then more likely to leave full order as always something missing and can get it hot as I fine it's left out for delivery on hot plate which just maintain a warm heat by time gets to you it's cold.. dommino pizzas are probably by far best pizza when your willing pay price or they have a deal

Tried ordering dominos later last night and they told us that they don’t deliver to my address, which was a lie as I have ordered from this dominos at least 10 times since living here. Woman on the phone told me that she was the store manager and has never delivered to that address , clearly doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing, past experiences I’ve actually had an order cancel 2 hours after I placed it and customer service is always the worst.

Customer service skills weren’t the best, had to wait quite a while for my food and pizza tasted reheated, will not be buying from here again

Not usually bad but this time, took over an hour, pizza cold, crust stale, stuffed crust didn’t seem like it had been cooked enough, pineapple on the pizza when that’s not what I ordered and as per usual they forgot my dip. Considering how bloody expensive it is the dips should be free so you’re not losing money when they forget them!! Not ordering again waste of money

I ordered two pizzas, a wrap and garlic bread. The pizzas were both cold and didn't taste great and the wrap contained barely any filling! Avoid this Dominos!

pre-ordered for collection, however was 20 minutes late being made. only two staff on to make the pizzas, answer the phones, serve customers at the counter. clearly they are putting profits over service by not having enough staff

food cold , service cold and management that dont seem to care what is cold . Go to a different shop there are plenty of them about. i will never use this dominos again!!!!! i guess the review below is by an employee or someone who likes their food served cold.

Terrible. Pizzas look like they've been throw around as toppings are all over the place. I have only ordered from here twice and both times part of order was missing yet I paid for it! Somewhere to avoid. Another Domino's is available in Whickham which is much better.

working a 12 hour nightshift. ordered a pizza. just haven't bothered delivering. called Dominoes who said the Blaydon branch closes at 11, and no way of contacting them. going hungry tonight. Very poor experience. 1 star is generous

Got £22 Family Deal on Thursday to be delivered 1hr after ordering... both pizzas nearly burnt and cold, wedges disgusting...was the same last time but thought we'd give them another chance! Never again all local places cheaper and nicer

Pizza toppings all in a heap - had to eat it with a fork - rang to say what had happened - was offered another pizza but didnt want to wait for another one - was told if i wanted credit note i had to supply a photo - what a carry on - wont be using Dominos again.

First of all my pizza got sent to the wrong house, then my pizza got sent to a different town and the best they could offer me was a refund or my pizza or a free large pizza and a side with no refund. Nice Dominos,nice.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese (dairy allergy). After 25 minutes a pizza arrived covered in cheese. Called to complain and they offered to send another one. I stressed NO CHEESE several times. After a further 20 minutes another pizza arrived...covered in cheese. Gave up.

Worst ever experience with dominos- placed an order at 9pm and at 11pm I was still waiting. I rang multiple times but received little apology and was given no reason for the delay, or any idea of how long it would be. Absolutely disgusted with the service. No explanation for why it took more than 2 hours to make 1 large pizza and deliver it to an address which is around a 15 minute drive from the store on a Sunday night.

Ordered food took 50 mins told be half hour. Pizzas luke warm asked for garlic bread with no cheese come with cheese. £23.99 for meal deal absolute joke spoke to lass about it and basically wasn't interested with our complaint. Never again!!!!!!

I usually order and collect from here. Deliveries can sometimes be delayed or incorrect although that's only happened twice in the past couple of years.

Ran fairly late but pizzas were really nice - would have to be using a deal to eat here, £17 for a small pizza is far more expensive than a decent Italian restaurant!

I ordered for collection as they said they dont deliver and when i got there my pizza was ready but my garlic bread wasnt it then took them another half an hour to make the garlic bread by which time my pizza was cold and stale was not very happy it was also greasy and tasted like cardboard

Great pizza but a little more pricey that the local pizza places. However the Nacho's are awesome. Shame it doesn't deliver to my home address

Great offers regularly to be had. Blaydon has needed this Dominos for ages! But be warned, that's reflected in how popular and therefore busy it often gets though. But I've still found them to be fast every time, be it collection or delivery. But make sure you check for one of the regular offers first, as all such branded pizza firms are over pricey when paying full prices...
