Papa John's in Ealing

I checked the Just Eat website to see the stairs of my food an hour after I made the order. It said that it had been delivered. I phoned Papa John's and they told me that the pizza was coming out of the oven just then. I mentioned the status update on Just Eat but they didn't reply. My food arrived an hour and a half after. I felt the service was very poor. No explanation and no apology.

Make sure to look for their deals online! Amazing pizza's and great service.

£15.99 for a medium pizza which was very average and missing a main ingredient of the pizza (which is what swayed me towards this one) also had chilies all over it which was not specified and I struggle to eat them. Very poor. I don't know where they dare charge these prices

Order took 1hour 20 mins to arrive and when it did they forgot 1 of the pizzas. That was delivered (after 5 call attempts) 15 mins later and was like warm. Very disappointing!

The best place to get pizza by far👌🏼.. Pity the offers that are on the website aren't on JustEat, so was a bit over my budget.. Didn't notice the offers until after I finished the pizza

If you like mass produced American pizzas then you will probably like papa johns. Not for me tho.

Food took nearly 2 hours to come, and was just about warm at best, and Defo not worth how much they are!

the delivery driver arrived 20 minutes late and said that I hadn't paid by card even though I had he then was rude to me and then despite seeing the confirmation went to call the shop to confirm then just drove off without any apology for his rudeness or the mistake. great food dreadful customer service.

The food wasn't bad, but it's very expensive compared with other Leeds pizza places.

I used to spend too much on Domino's til I found out about this restaurant! absolutely outstanding everytime. I ordered cheese and tomato with olives, and jalapeno bites! i recommend the honey sauce one with it. I just cant get over how mouth-watering that was!

Very good quick delivery, although some of the potato wedges were cold and uncooked.... The pizza was nice and came quicker than the expected time

Decided to try papa johns for the first and it will be the last! Way overpriced for what feels like a frozen pizza. Oh and sides were frozen when got them

Terrible service. Wouldn't except our order as we were in a hotel but when we rang to try and resolve the problem we were talked to with no respect or decent customer service

First time I have used this company. Will transfer my pizza orders to this place from now on. Much nicer, friendlier, quicker and tastier than my normal place.

Delivery was very speedy and the chicken is lovely. Especially the chicken poppets, they beat KFC by a mile

I don't think I could recommend Papa Johns for a few reasons. Firstly the price is way too high compared with other takeaways in Leeds. There are restaurants which deliver that charge less and use similar quality ingredients. Secondly while the dough, sauce and cheese are all decent the rest of the toppings were really scarce. A meat feast pizza should have plenty of meat on it. Finally (and this is kind of a minor complaint) but the delivery time they advised was nothing like the time it actually took.

I will never order a pizza from anywhere else again. Amazing and definitely not disappointing!

Awesome pizzas and garlic bread. It is expensive as compared to dominos r pizza hut but 10 times the quality. Would order again.

Best pizza I've had in Leeds. And I love pizza. The only negative was how pricey it was, but if your looking for a truly decent pizza look no further.
