Firstly when I walked in the place absolutely stank of weed!! Secondly the staff need to learn some manner! Shouting “Order online we don’t take orders” whilst making a pizza in the other end of the room is just plain rude and poor customer service! Response; Thank you for looking into this please can you verify which part you found was false how how you came to this conclusion.

Mostly takeaway place, get better deals on online booking. Quick fast food for students.

Ordered delivery home on my day off and Domino’s north acton never disappoints. From pizza quality to freshness of toppings everything was amazing. plus they got very friendly and professional delivery drivers.

Had such a lovely experience with service from Fred. There was an issue with our online delivery order and Fred took hardly 5 minutes to provide a solution over a phonecall. Very satisfied!

Please avoid- You cant pay for the pizza at the shop... Darius needs to be sacked no customer service what soever was totally unhelpful the store will close down soon if it continues the way its heading. Refused an elderly ladies order and told her to order online when she does not have the facilities!

What a disaster. As a tourist you are not able to order onsite - only online. What a discrimination in general. Ok, accepted. Trying to make an online reservation fails as well!. The web site says: Access denied! You can still not order! Ok, trying to install the App. Not available in your country. The food is one meter away and nobody wants our money. So we had to leave and starve. Unbelievable service strategy . Or is the food so bad and not feasible for tourists?

This branch is very hit and miss. Delivery is generally very slow, and therefore pizza arrives cold 9 times out of 10, although I live within a 5 minute drive of the shop. On the very rare occasion it arrives quickly the pizza is excellent, but there’s no consistency with deliveries. Update: huge improvements with the service, especially delivery, over the past 4-5 months, have been very pleased with all orders I’ve placed in this timeframe.

If you will decide to collect hot pizza from this branch forget about that! It's a complete chaos and employees barely speak English. I arrived for collection once "track my pizza" showed its ready for collection. Because my name wasn't on the screen I was asked to wait and wait. When finally after 35 of placing an order and almost 20 min of waiting in the branch I spoke to someone somehow they found my pizza. Well done! If I would like to get a cold pizza which I need to reheat in the oven I woukd decided to go for much cheaper option from Asda or Tesco.

Food came very quickly and was still hot. They gave us an extra side for free which was very kind of them. The delivery driver was very friendly and nice when welcomed at the door.

Never delivered pizza, marked as delivered and when I phone, no one answers

I order two large Pizza from Dominos North Acton . Then I relies . I forgot to order soft drinks . I called them up to add a few soft drink I was informed by two lazy member of staff they no longer do sell on the store . Im very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service I receiver , as I check on line that do have then in stock .

Everytime I order from this Dominos I get a bad stomach! 3 weeks in a row now. The taste is fine and looks good but its weird how it causes stomach pain. Never had this issue with dominos before.

This is officially the worst Dominos I have ever experienced. They never answer the phone and if they do they are rude. Orders get marked as delivered when they aren’t. Avoid and pick the next closest one and save yourself the hassle. Unbelievable.

Ordered a pizza. 1 hour 30 mins later it arrived. Hardly quick. Also it was the saddest looking Hawaiian I’ve ever seen. Avoid.

They were good, but they don't do delivery anymore. Every since then their quality dropped. I have a suspicion they might be something going on in this branch and that is why they no longer offer delivery and their quality plummeted.

First and last experience in this brunch! always the same issue. Staff that don't even understand English when pick the phone, wrong order and when i received the food missed one pizza, they sent the missed pizza after 20 min or so , it was completely cold and the textured like rubber! Stopped in the Travelodge up the road as they are not doing food we ordered hear 3 times, order on the app then collect only takes about 15 mins to be ready from ordering so by the time you get their its ready, really cheap due to the automatic deal calculator, food was hot and tasty every time would definetly order again, staff were friendly and helpful.

Don’t know what’s happened to their pizza recently, but the pizza is too cheesy. They do not put enough toppings on their pizza, it’s like they are trying to ration what they have. Would not recommend this Dominos branch.

Good quality but they always mess up my orders,I always do the order from the app and I always receive less or I receive something totally different from what I order. Plus one day the delivery boy instead of giving me a new bottle of water as I ordered,he gave me his own bottle! I saw it less,I tried to open it and it was already open, I showed to him and he apologised but it's unacceptable!The staff has to be more careful!!!! Also,I always leave a note for the delivery boy to not ring the bell as I've a baby..and they always ignore my note.

I used to order pizza from here quite often, my last two orders didn’t have the same taste, the spicy chicken was awful, such a bad smell and taste, the delivery was bad as well. I will never order again. I paid as well for extra potato wedges but they didn’t bring it. Awful!

Worst delivery order experience of my life. Order was delivered to the wrong address and replacement sent. Replacement also did not arrive. People on the phone were very unhelpful. Would put me on hold without warning. 4 hours of waiting and calling later- still no food.

Ordered, got a message that pizza was on it's way 40 mins later no pizza I called the store and was told it would be here in 3 minutes. 10 minutes later a cold old pizza arrived not even in a heated bag. When I told the driver it was cold he said call the store. I called the store first the manager told me he would refund the order based for my phone number twice the said it will take an hour to get another pizza to me. I told him I would prefer a refund he said no next time I could just call and get a free pizza I just said ok and left it at that next thing I get a message that my piping hot pizza is ready for collecting. REDUCU

I've been ordering from them for long time up till today when they brought me not even warm pizza after over 1 hour (instead of written 25-35min) waiting time. Refused to accept this old gummy pizza! Also customer service via telephone was like a joke. I've been put on hold 4 times during our talk because branch manager had to do other things. RIDICULOUS!

Always short in staff, bad service, 20 minutes waiting for a pizza, no one on the desk to answer customers, pizza was finished more than 6 minutes and no one is there to pack it!!! This is the third time with very bad experience.

Service and delivery is quite good. The pizzas are also really good. Me and my friends always like to order from there when we are up for a pizza. I recommend this place. Delivery comes quite fast. This is my personal experience, I can't guarantee you'll have it the same.

Creepy delivery guy harassed us by inappropriately holding our hands and leaning on the wall in a flirtatious way .. fully disgusted by his behavior and after calling the manager completely appalled by the managers way of handling the situation by telling him to call my mobile number from his private phone number .. not to mention we are both under age .. we are disgusted

I tried to order at the desk and I literally got blanked and waited for about 5 minutes and even longer and they still didn't even take my order. They acknowledged that I was there but they didn't bother.

Evening time took 1hour 45 mins to deliver one large pepperoni pizza. When I called the store the customer service was appalling. I was told your expected delivery is 45-50 mins. I had to point out it was DOUBLE that. All they would say is driver will be 5 mins. When the pizza did arrive it was COLD. No offer of reduction or apology and no attempt to sort this out on the spot. Don't bother with the North Acton branch, as someone else said it needs overhauling. Use Papa John's or Pizza Hut- never had problems there!

Very disappointed with the service today. I ordered pizza for my lunch break. I cannot answer my personal phone during working hours. Yes, the driver has called on my mobile, but I have also mentioned the company name when placing the order and he didn't even bother to call on the intercom. I ordered many times from this place and I never before had this problem. Now I'm left without food, cannot go out to get anything else as my lunch break is nearly finished, so I got to starve for all day. THANKS DOMINOS! I will never order from you guys again.

Appalling service. We ordered a pizza this afternoon but no confirmation email arrived in the inbox though the payment was confirmed and I could see it as pending on my card. After 45 minutes of the pizza still being in the prep stages I decided to call the shop and ask if perhaps there had been a technical problem with the order. It rang and rang and rang for the best part of 20 minutes before I eventually gave up and made an online complaint. Suffice to say I will inevitably receive a nonsensical apology in 5 working days but this is only the beginning. I called again 1 hour and 45 minutes after placing the initial order and finally spoke to a young lady who clearly wanted to help me but was let down by her insufficient command of English. She passed me over to the rudest, most unapologetic, ignorant brick of a human I have had the displeasure of speaking with. First my order was incorrectly down as correction. Then somehow the driver was miraculously out for delivery. No apology. No explanation. I asked for a refund of my money and for the order to be cancelled. After much time wasted (and again no apology) the brick confirmed that I would be refunded. Then the driver calls and tells me he has been outside for 15 minutes which is beyond dishonest considering I had seen him arrive not 4 minutes prior. Bottom line is these people are crooks and couldn't run a bath. Dominos should take steps to review this franchise as North Acton does their brand no favours.

There so many deals you just need to look or ask for the one for you

I am afraid that this pizza brand has grown too big and cannot cope with busy periods and sudden surges of takeaway pizza deliveries to the extent that your order turns up either lukewarm or cold even though you only live about 10 minutes (if that) from the outlet.This has happened more frequently in recent takeaways - that a pizza has not only taken approximately 1hr 20mins to be delivered and when it does arrive - the food was found to be lukewarm whether it was the Pizzas, Garlic Bread or sides. I have also noticed that the quality of the pizzas has also dropped. When you ring the outlet to query where your order is, you are given a ‘cock and bull’ story that the driver is on his way…another 30 minutes!! Then the outlet say we will send you a free drink…really, send another driver out, oh come on Dominos who are you kidding!! Just deliver the original order – it’s supposed to be fast food!! We could have made pizzas in less time at home, and that’s including the dough proving time.Once upon a time you would get (as far as takeaways go) a good hot pizza delivered very quickly - not anymore. That is a thing of the past. These pizzas for what they are – are actually very expensive – and with the amount of money that I have spent on this brand over the years I feel well justified in writing a review. I shall not be using this brand anymore and will be making my own pizzas at home which are actually very good (I don’t mind saying) with fresh ingredients and oh yeah… they will be hot to eat!!

So working on a local contract, I ordered a Pizza with extra toppings and a few other things for my dinner at the nearby Holiday Inn express. Ordered and paid for on line - arrived 4 mins late, but it was waiting for me when I got there. I thought the guy behind the counter did a double take when he looked at the on-line order to confirm, but thought nothing of it. Checked I had my Pizza, drink and side order, then went back to the hotel. Opened up everything only to find a basic Pizza with none of the 3 extra toppings I'd ordered and PAID FOR! What do you do - pack it all up again and walk back, or complain the following day. Well, if you are leaving early in the morning you can't pop in and complain, so complain on line! But you can't do that as the web site tells you to take up complaints with the local shop! Other course of action - bad review on Trip Advisor and put it down to a lesson learned - probably use Papa John's next time too!

The food there was always hot and delicious. The restaurant was very clean and it was good that you could see your good made right in front of you. We ate there two of the three nights that we were there because we would get in so late from our activities. the pizza and wings were great and I love the fact that they provided a dipping sauce for the pizza. Very pleasing.

I've ordered collections from this store a few times. Generally poor customer service as I am usually left waiting alone at the counter whilst being ignored, even though several drivers walk past. I was told on my last visit that no orders could be taken for 30 mins. I went to Papa John's which is nearby instead.

Shocking. Have ordered from here a few times but today the pizza, garlic bread and wedges was delivered burnt as a crisp we couldn’t believe it. Every single thing was black and crispy I don’t know how anyone would think it was ok to send out. When I called I was told there was no manger there and randomly told I wasn’t a regular customer and didn’t come up on the system, I don’t know why this was even said! I had to explain I had just ordered for the first time on a new phone could they please come and collect the burnt food I’m not sure why I had to explain that. There was no apology, they came and collected the pizza and brought another one and the door was knocked so aggressively by the driver we jumped out of our skin. The driver stood at my front door examining all of the food then just walked me off with no apology and didn’t even shut my gate. Will never be ordering from here again.

Called into the branch and wasn't completely sure what to order. I spent some time looking at the menu and made a few selections. The member of staff didn't understand what I meant by a pizza-based garlic bread... When I went back to collect my pizza etc. I spotted that they have offers where I could have ordered another side and it would have made my order about £7 cheaper. More food for less money.... Why didn't the staff tell me? When I got the food to my hotel, the garlic bread was so burnt I couldn't eat it. I wish I had tried Papa John's a few doors away instead.

Delivery was quicker than expected (stated 45 min wait, but arrived in 20 mins), food arrived hot and tasted fresh. Delivery driver was polite too - excellent service. Pizza Hut, take note!!
