Personally this was the best pizza I ever ate I loved to pick it up on fridays when I lived in Hanwell the pizza was always fresh and full of topings also the staff is very friendly. When I visit London again I will definitely come here

Consistently good pizza from this place, only place to order from in Ealing. The chicken tandoori bbq base is elite! They provided pizzas for a party we hosted today and the service was impeccable. Thank you for delivering on time and always providing delicious pizzas! We're loyal regulars!

Tasty pizza that's good value for money! I ordered as a walk-in customer and the seating area was a nice, calm place to wait. I'd happily drop in again if I'm in the area and need some food on the go :)

Very very bad experience! I ordered on Just Eat but apparently they handle their own delivery. They gave delivery time of 40 mins which is fine. But after 40 mins they cancelled my order for lack of delivery drivers!! This is terrible. My kid and their friend had to wait another 45 minutes to eat dinner! This is highly unacceptable! If you don't have drivers then shut your shop and don't take orders. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE!!

Promised me 40 mins. But it took 1 hour and 20 mins. It came very cold and all over the place. This has happened 4 times. Exactly the same experience. I had guest and they left before the pizza arrived. I will never order again from this place.

Called and asked if the food would be ready by 8. Was assured that it would be. At 8, no food. Called again to see when the food would be ready by. No answer. Called another 16 times. No answer. Turn up at the shop, shuttered off as you can see in the picture. I look inside and see someone standing there on the phone, ignoring me as I knock on the shutters. Not even the human decency to answer. Phone calls in the background from other customers the whole time and he's ignoring them too. Food arrives 40 minutes late. They got the order wrong. The sauces that I paid for are all wrong. Spicy veggie pizza instead of a barbecue pizza. The guy who dropped off the food did not have enough change. The pizza itself was bland, really nothing special at all. Turkey bacon was burnt, not crispy. Nothing like what some of the reviews describe. I would seriously advise you to think again before ordering from here, they really do not care about you as long as they can take your money.

100% the best pizza in ealing. Pizzas are always prepared fresh and to your specific order. I have used them for delivery and collection, they can not be faulted. The pizza base is soft and fresh, the cheese is stringy and not soaking in oil by time it is cooked. The vegetables are fresh and flavoursome, and the meats are delicious. Garlic bread with cheese is a nice side to go with the pizza too. Can't knock these guys. Great customer service time and time again.

Disgusting No Hygiene Training No respect to customers. We ordered Pizza 100% Vegetarian. What we got Chicken Slices inside pizza. We told them we cannot eat we are vegetarian people health wise also religion wise but..(Owner Guy With Long Hair Pakistani Man) we took it back showed him guess.. what he said I am very experienced in Food don’t teach me I was only was asking for refund because of I brought back the Pizza we cannot eat. Instead of apology he was (Long Hair Man) just showing his aggravation towards me. Remember we are the people made your small business running absolutely SHOCKING behaviour he needs Anger Management treatment because of he is sitting there 7 days a week he has lost his ability how should he behave with customers I can see he can clearly poison anyone due to no Clue what to do how to rectify orders or follow Hygiene procedures. You can see how careless management how dirty they’re preparing the Pizza even they thrown anything to your Pizza regardless of you could DIE with it. They Only care of Money… Zero Star AVOID if you don’t want get any disease. Good Luck customers

I made an order through Deliveroo. The time for the deliver was 1:15pm however 15 minutes later I still haven't received my order. I called this pizza place and they told me they are a different location and they don't open until 3pm and their Deliveroo is not working. They advised me to call Deliveroo and get a refund. Once I did a live chat with Deliveroo they advised me it must be open as they have accepted the order and to wait for about 15 minutes. The order finally arrived and hour later. It was soggy, uncooked and disgusting. It did not look appetising at all. I waited for an hour for disgusting pizza. If you don't know how to cook pizza please don't cook it at all!

This place is by far the best takeaway pizza you can get in Ealing. I have tried every other place and nothing compares to this little joint. Other than the food being amazing and the fact that they are specialised in pizza rather than doing everything, the staff are far too nice and polite. Great little business, and I hope you guys have more well deserved success. Bravo

Ordered from this restaurant via deliveroo. The order did not come and was charged. I had phoned 3 to 4 times with no answer. Avoid this place!

I have to admit I just love this place... the old owners were good but these new guys made me nearly cry at how good my pizza was... I ordered a stuff crust 12inch with BBQ and Garlic herb base, topping was Chicken Tandoori, Meatballs, Spicy Beef and Sweetcorn... finally he put some seasoning on top and then started cooking it, after it came out looking like the Mona Lisa And it tasted even better!

The worst pizza place and customer service in west London. After I called to complain, I was told they never receive complaints and their food is the best...the problem was me. BBQ wings had no BBQ sauce , just grilled wings with a few extra feathers on top. The pizza was so greasy ... I literally poured the oil into a cup. Garlic bread was soggy and tasteless. Well done for losing your customers, a simple sorry goes a long way.

Worst customer service...wouldnt even give them a star if I could! Rather than accept they got the order wrong and the food wasn't of a good standard and apologise, instead get told they have the best food, no one has ever complained about the food and the problem is with our taste buds! Clearly you guys have a problem with reading because there's many complaints about the food...jokers!

Pedimos en la línea. . 18 pulgadas. dos pizzas por 15 libras, y como éramos 6 de nosotros pedimos 4. La orden fue un poco complicado ya que queríamos que todo vegetariano, lo que significaba que no incluye varios bits (aunque había varias opciones de todos modos), pero fue correcto y rápido. Las pizzas estaban muy sabrosos, no demasiado grasiento, y tanto la corteza delgada y profunda pan eran bases excelente. Aunque teníamos hambre sólo terminado aproximadamente la mitad de las orden. . Así muchas cosas para el día siguiente!

La pizza de Pizza es pedir la peor de las peores que he probado. La cantidad de sal en la pizza así como harina utilizada era muy amarga para la lengua. Me dio vergüenza en frente de mi adivinado ya que todos no tomar otro bocado. El queso olía de decadencia no me puedo creer que el propietario se vende pizza podridos a sus clientes muy decepcionado y nunca orden nuevo desde pizza excelente en Hanwell.

SUPERB LOL ............ BIGGEST OVER STATEMENT EVER

Garlic bread was burnt, following day ordered again, over 1 hour late and driver hasn't even left for delivery. Then Driver can't find the address to deliver. Driver is shouting at me for not finding the address. Called manager to tell him about this, he did not even apologise. Poor customer services, not enough comunications with in themselves ie burnt food and delaying in deliveries.

Lovely food but but BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I was told my delivery will take 40-45minutes 1hour 10mins later I receive the food after having calling the shop to me told 10minutes I will have my order by and it took 30mins from the 10mins he said. Asked the manager to deduct some money for there delay to be told he can't do that. Received the food cold and garlic bread was burnt. Called the shop back for the manager to say he can't do anything about it. Had I called Pizza Hut or dominoes I would of received a discount or a voucher for my next order. Dominoes sent me a £10 voucher off my next purchase as they were 5minutes later. WORST EXPEIRENCE EVER!

Suprisingly good! 30 mins delivery, burning hot pizza with tasty dough and packed with unbelievable amount of cheese! I just got back my trust in take aways. Good value.

He usado el comer app para pedir dos pizzas a domicilio, y la entrega a tiempo con un conductor. La pizza llegó caliente y la botella de pop aún estaba helada. Sin embargo, la pizza estaba muy normal. No es muy bueno y un poco pasada. £17,99 por 2 x 12" pizzas, una botella de pop, y pan de ajo.
