Superb pizza in Ealing

Me and my friends all ordered pizza and chicken strips last week, was 10 children eating it. 8 of those children have food poisoning! They are really poorly spoke to worker who was very rude and just asked what we wanted us to do about it. Will never eat from here again! Disgusting! You have made no sense in your reply to my review how can I be a fake customer yet you remember my complaint. What I said was very true. The children were very unwell after eating from your shop. You were rude about it on the phone. We would never order from you again!

I ordered two pizzas and arrived on time. However when opened the boxes I've seen that both of the were twisted. I don't know what the driver done with them because we could eat only half from each pizza.

I don't bother ordering pizza from anywhere else anymore. I've ordered countless times from Superb now and it's never been anything less than perfect. Nothing negative to say - ever. Pizza is the best tasting by FAR, service is always quick and staff are very friendly. Food always arrives hot & price is very reasonable considering the high quality.

I tried these guys based on reviews. The taste wasn’t to my liking but I’m not saying it wasn’t good, it’s just I didn’t like it for me, I expected something and it wasn’t that. But the quality and time was great

the reviews and prices looked good, so I thought I would go for this pizza. one pizza was not bad, although Square beef pieces does not seem right. the other pizza had charred based rendering horrid to eat , I would have thought they have pizza on a timer. I suppose you get what you pay for . I wish I could post pictures

Personally this was the best pizza I ever ate I loved to pick it up on fridays when I lived in Hanwell the pizza was always fresh and full of topings also the staff is very friendly. When I visit London again I will definitely come here

The delivery person was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to deliver to my doorstep implying that “we don’t know how much he works”. Please take this into account as charging for delivery with this quality staff is unacceptable. Thank you.

Consistently good pizza from this place, only place to order from in Ealing. The chicken tandoori bbq base is elite! They provided pizzas for a party we hosted today and the service was impeccable. Thank you for delivering on time and always providing delicious pizzas! We're loyal regulars!

Tasty pizza that's good value for money! I ordered as a walk-in customer and the seating area was a nice, calm place to wait. I'd happily drop in again if I'm in the area and need some food on the go :)

I ordered fried wings and you send me bbq I paid extra for mushroom and no mushrooms. I was better off making it at home instead wasting so much money.

The food has still not come ....originally they said it will be delivered between 3.25-3.45pm !!!! ...it is now 4.12 pm and its still not here

FINALLYYY A PIZZA PLACE THAT DOES NOT GO CHEEP WITH TOPPINGS OR CHEESE!! Very happy with this place, lots of toppings and a lot of cheese ! So many other places put to little but here they are very generous and it tastes great! Recommend to all !! They even do free upgrades to your order !

all 3 of the pizzas were squashed , the chicken wings were uncooked and the pizza was warm also the food came late. it wasn't on time so I called the restaurant and the lady informed me that their oven wasn't working before , then she said it's started working and the pizzas will be delivered in 10 mins but it was another 30 mins

This place is amazing for pizzas! They have a nice variety of toppings and they are fresh and very delicious. Great addition to Hanwell. Better than Pizza Hut for me in terms of quality. I visit every week. Thank you again !

Pizza was a few minutes late but it was warm and delicious. Flavours on point and we thoroughly enjoyed them. My go to place for pizza from now on. Love the inferno pizza. Need to try some of the other ones too now.

Very very bad experience! I ordered on Just Eat but apparently they handle their own delivery. They gave delivery time of 40 mins which is fine. But after 40 mins they cancelled my order for lack of delivery drivers!! This is terrible. My kid and their friend had to wait another 45 minutes to eat dinner! This is highly unacceptable! If you don't have drivers then shut your shop and don't take orders. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE!!

Promised me 40 mins. But it took 1 hour and 20 mins. It came very cold and all over the place. This has happened 4 times. Exactly the same experience. I had guest and they left before the pizza arrived. I will never order again from this place.

Food was delivered bang on time. Food was good. I wish it was a tad warmer though. The place has a lot of good reviews which prompted me to order. It was good I would order again but I wouldn't say it's the best pizza in the world. Overall good.

So fresh! It feels like it comes directly from the oven. I could barely hold the box, it was that hot! I don't know how they do it, but this restaurant has mastered the ability to deliver pizza, as if it was cooked in-front if you. Great tasting food, as usual.

When I complained, the person I spoke to was very dismissive giving no reason for the delay.

Called and asked if the food would be ready by 8. Was assured that it would be. At 8, no food. Called again to see when the food would be ready by. No answer. Called another 16 times. No answer. Turn up at the shop, shuttered off as you can see in the picture. I look inside and see someone standing there on the phone, ignoring me as I knock on the shutters. Not even the human decency to answer. Phone calls in the background from other customers the whole time and he's ignoring them too. Food arrives 40 minutes late. They got the order wrong. The sauces that I paid for are all wrong. Spicy veggie pizza instead of a barbecue pizza. The guy who dropped off the food did not have enough change. The pizza itself was bland, really nothing special at all. Turkey bacon was burnt, not crispy. Nothing like what some of the reviews describe. I would seriously advise you to think again before ordering from here, they really do not care about you as long as they can take your money.

Ordered at 7.45pm…. Arrived at 9.15pm (was meant to come 8.15-8.35). Rang the restaurant who said they were busy and the hung up on me. Food finally arrived and pizza and garlic bread cold 😫 wedges burnt, cold and soggy. Not great when iv just waiting and hour & half.

Never tried the nachos before and as a first time having them, they were amazing.

First time trying and so very impressed. Ordered because our usual place was closed and Superb pizza was open till quiet late. So many extras options for pizza and really reasonable price. The thin base pizza was excellent- really thing and crispy closest thing to wood fired Italian style Will most def be ordering again - our new go to pizza place! 😬👍🏽

100% the best pizza in ealing. Pizzas are always prepared fresh and to your specific order. I have used them for delivery and collection, they can not be faulted. The pizza base is soft and fresh, the cheese is stringy and not soaking in oil by time it is cooked. The vegetables are fresh and flavoursome, and the meats are delicious. Garlic bread with cheese is a nice side to go with the pizza too. Can't knock these guys. Great customer service time and time again.

Friendly and helpful service from both the restaurant on the phone and the delivery man. Food was hot and tasty and good quality but pizza crust could have been cooked a little longer - it wasn’t quite crispy enough, especially underneath where it was a bit soft.

I ordered 12 slices and paid £16.99 and got 8 slices… when I tried to call the number wasn’t working.

Disgusting No Hygiene Training No respect to customers. We ordered Pizza 100% Vegetarian. What we got Chicken Slices inside pizza. We told them we cannot eat we are vegetarian people health wise also religion wise but..(Owner Guy With Long Hair Pakistani Man) we took it back showed him guess.. what he said I am very experienced in Food don’t teach me I was only was asking for refund because of I brought back the Pizza we cannot eat. Instead of apology he was (Long Hair Man) just showing his aggravation towards me. Remember we are the people made your small business running absolutely SHOCKING behaviour he needs Anger Management treatment because of he is sitting there 7 days a week he has lost his ability how should he behave with customers I can see he can clearly poison anyone due to no Clue what to do how to rectify orders or follow Hygiene procedures. You can see how careless management how dirty they’re preparing the Pizza even they thrown anything to your Pizza regardless of you could DIE with it. I made an order through Deliveroo. The time for the deliver was 1:15pm however 15 minutes later I still haven't received my order. I called this pizza place and they told me they are a different location and they don't open until 3pm and their Deliveroo is not working. They advised me to call Deliveroo and get a refund. Once I did a live chat with Deliveroo they advised me it must be open as they have accepted the order and to wait for about 15 minutes. The order finally arrived and hour later. It was soggy, uncooked and disgusting. It did not look appetising at all. I waited for an hour for disgusting pizza. If you don't know how to cook pizza please don't cook it at all!

The pizzer is good the topping are a good amount definitely worth the price especially when u getting a good amount of amount of ingredients on the pizzer. When my food arrived it was piping hot all around the food was excellent I would highly recommend this restaurant, The delivery driver was polite and friendly and on time and was happy to answer any questions he waited patiently for me to make a payment. All around I would definitely order again💯👍👊😎
