Domino's Pizza in Ealing

Speed of delivery was Very impressive!. Ordered, arrived very quickly and was so hot steam came from the box.

I ordered 1 garlic bread today for takeaway and it was not cooked. Taste was very bad i did not able to ate it I throwed away my pizza. I am really unsatisfied with Greenford domino’s pizza .

This place gave me food poisoning and the driver put my food on the dirty floor outside. AVOID this branch!!!!

For me personally the pizza was undercooked very doughy and hard to chew and swallow. The toppings are not generous at all for example on the new Korean there was barely any chicken and even less red jalapeno. Same with the other half of the pizza I swapped mushroom for sweet corn on the meat feast and there were like 10 sweet corns. Very tight. Doubt I'll order again any time soon, my review seems in line with the recent trend trend of dissatisfied customers. I actually left the pizza and just ate the nachos which were better than the pizza itself! 22/9/24

Extremely Dissatisfied with Delivery Service I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I received . The delivery driver dropped my large pot of garlic sauce outside my door, splattering it everywhere, including on my brand new shoes, which are now damaged. When I told him it was his fault, he asked me to pick it up. After I refused, he picked it up himself, but then left all the sauce in the hallway, creating a major hazard where someone could easily slip and seriously injure themselves. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced or expected from your company. To make matters worse, I received a call from Domino's offering me a new tub of sauce with my next order. Who said I would use your service again? Who said I didn't want the sauce with the meal I ordered? This is completely unacceptable.

Cold pizza even though the store is 2 minutes away. The ground beef tasted terrible and definitely not fresh. One of the worst pizza I've had in my life.

Placed a walkin order and was served bet quickly with a short time wait for the pizza to be ready. Pizza was still warm by the time was home and tasted good.

Fast delivery, friendly delivery drivers

Not equal topping on slices . Also not the same size. One big and another slice too small . Nothing on one slice and one slice had more topping. In general not good presentation.

Ordered takeout from here often, food is always great. On this occasion they were running a bit late, Naveed let me know of the delay, handled the situation well and got a free bottle of pepsi, great service.

Bad they made me pay extra for a pizza I didn't even want and the employee's were so rude and when handling my pizza they DROPPED IT ON THE FLOOR!

constant late deliveries, bad service, last time it was late by an hour or more, it all came cold (as last time and the other times) I paid for a big drink and did not get it, they don't always answer the phone the 'manager' on the phone the next day was very rude, kept interrupting and did not offer a full refund or full anything. pizzas don't look fully topped up either...... straaaaangeeeee

On Friday 18th Feb I ordered a large of pizza with sides and drinks. The team did an excellent job specially Clifton as I ordered the food the day before and also the drivers as the business was not easy to find. The food was lovely and hot and everyone enjoyed it

Best Dominos branch by far, Meet, the delivery guy was polite and well spoken, and as always I tip the drivers a couple of Quid, well worth it!! I've tried lots of Dominos around London and the Greenford Road branch is by far the best!!

Ordered a vegi sizzler and chicken feast pizzas. Was extremely disappointed due to the lack of toppings. It was almost like eating margarita pizza with very little cheese. Domino's sell what you advertise! The pizza I received were not even close to what is shown in the menu photos.

Prompt delivery usually and taste is good but far too often very stingy with the toppings. Very expensive as well

I placed an order for a vegan pizza. I opted for the new customer incentive and have said pizza delivered to comply with social distancing etc. The site and in-play countdown is cool, user friendly. I received a call from this branch confirming they had sold out of vegan cheese. Fair enough. I opted to cancel the order as the branch offered no cheese or to cancel. I paid via PayPal - I did have to chase my refund but all resolved. Will try to use again.

No issues with delivery, pizza was not overcooked either. However, truthfully the Domino's sauce had this unpleasant overly salty tangy aftertaste. The "tandoori chicken" tasted like synthetic meat pieces with food colouring added and the meatballs were mushy in texture on the inside. The company has gone downhill, even the dough for the base is tasteless and stodgy, sits in your stomach for hours.

I am vegetarian and There was a little bone in my pizza . I contacted the store . Manger Faisal was rude, unhelpful and hanged the phone up.

Faster delivery and amazing taste

Had a last minute order for around 90 pizzas to be delivered at 30 minute intervals to our employees and the manager Clifton (i believe his name was) and his team were fantastic.

Pizza was perfect, not greasy and loaded with plenty of toppings.

Absolute harrasement!! Do not give them your phone number. I have rang over 10 times to complain and request that they remove my phone number from their records however they still send me texts almost every day.

Delivered to wrong address, waited 1.5hrs until I called. Was told they could provide another order in 45 minutes or deliver tomorrow for free. Apparently the definition of "free" is lost in translation as no refund would be given which I had to clarify multiple times during the phone calls.

Very good service, delivery times exceptional. I have ordered from them a few times and never been disappointed.

Cant belive they dönt Have chicken tikka,but the worse thing that ,people do not work do not have a income so I believe they should drop they price, they should make it more affordable rather than be so expensive also no any good offers are on,or shut temporarily like other bussines.But I guess it's all about they profit making business than anything else .

This is the third issue I have had with this branch in 2 months, and by far the worst!! HAIR in my PIZZA? this is not even the type of hair that can be missed! this is a very long brunette to blond hair embedded in the melted cheese topping of the pizza. Whether this is sabotage by a staff member, gross negligence or misconduct! I don’t need to be paying for food and finding my food contaminated with hair out of all things! all kitchen staff should be wearing hair nets!! As I said this is the third issue with them in 2 months! I have had enough now and will no longer be buying food from here! …Dominos sort yourselves out!!

Too expensive, I ordered buy one get one free for £17, he asked we can have up to four toppings but he never said it costs for toppings, at last they charged me £21 instead of £17

Ordered pizza at 9:45pm delivered after 10:45pm, and it was cold dry. I was tracking the driver he went for delivery with my order and went back to the store and then when I called them the deliveeda the pizza. It was like the pizza was outside for long time. Never going to order any more from this branch even though I live within five minutes of driving.

Awful. The pizza's from here regularly arrive as if they have been dropped or sloshed around in transit. At least 3 times I've had this and had to call up and ask for a new pizza. Never had this issue from Domino's elsewhere, not sure what they are doing wrong. Don't bother with this place.

Worst domino’s, badly run service. I called the other night and asked for an order for collection, person on the phone took my order details and when I arrived to collect (5 minutes later), the store was closed. Today, I ordered a pizza online. I got the pizza with no sauce. Literally cheese and toppings. I explained this to the person on the phone and they said that this was what I requested, no I didn’t. Manager didn’t even bother speaking to me and said I would need to reorder!

Disgusting joke of a pizza place, ordered at 21:29 and had to go pick up my own DELIVERY ORDER at 23:10 as they only answered the phone once at 22:30 and said "15 minutes" after which proceeding to never answer the phone. Absolute joke customer service, did not even offer a free drink or some type of apology for this joke of Dominos franchise. If you want your food to be 2hrs late; no answer on the phone and disgusting attitude and customer service, then order here, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Terrible customer service! Brought the wrong pizza, when I called I was informed that they ran out of burger sauce... how is that possible please? The woman who picks up the phone has an attitude problem!

Regularly order from this branch, pizza is always hot and fresh. Delivery drivers are always polite and courteous. If there ever is an issue they always sort it out quickly

Great service and quick delivery

Dominos has lost its way and dropped standards. Delivered a clearly burnt pizza, driver had no money to give me my change and then when I complained to the branch and customer services no one cared enough to reimburse me for food I couldn’t eat. Last time I’ll have dominos and recommend others do the same. Not what it used to be.

Never again. I paid £13.99 for a small pizza. Took 30 minutes arrive and arrived warm not hot. I ordered extra cheese but then one half of the pizza barely had any cheese. I feel robbed.

Takes ages to get a delivery from this place.. ages as in over am hour.. even if you just live locally.. they do NOT have bikes/mopeds to deliver the food.. they deliver the food in their own cars.. food comes warm.. not hot.. if you are thinking of having your food delivered.. don't bother.. go and collect it or don't order.. 1 🌟

Great service, ordered a free 7 inch pizza from a voucher code. Was unable to pick up at the time I had a arranged, called to let them know. When i arrived half an hour later with my daughter, he gave me a fresh one as he said was for a child. Was very grateful for this, fab customer service.

Ordered a small pizza meal it came to £13.99 and the driver told my younger brother (the person who answered the door) it was £20. He drove off without giving the change. Can't get through to the greenford store due to refits now. I will get my money back one way or another. Scummy thief!!!!!!!!!!!

Its now 1 hour and 1 min since I placed the order. I called the store and the guy who answered it told me to stand outside and flag the car down if I want the pizza quicker!!! What an idiot. Don't order from this store. Are rude.
