My pizza was damaged and all over the box when it came. The toppings came over and stuck all over the box so I had to throw the box away

Food was awful never had a really bad pizza until now. Will never use again, plus some items were replaced with another which I was not notified. What if I was allergic to it?

Food was great and delivered on time but the delivery person did not knock on the door hard enough for me to hear it and left the food without making sure someone came to pick it up

Ordered a quarter pounder meal. The burger hardly had any burger sauce. The burger bun was also too hard.

My experience of the meal was that the food quality was alright and the delivery was 20 minutes early.

Shocking experience from a place I use quite a lot. Over an hour delay on delivery, claiming to be due to weather on the warmest day of the year so far.

We recieved same 8 pieces of chicken (breast pieces) which were cold and old. Very disappointing never ordering from them again. Chips tasted old we had to throw away. Chicken will also be going in the bin!

Chicken was dry no taste the sauce on there garlic bread is disgusting and the mozzarella stick have hardly any mozzarella in them and come stuffed with chips

Incredibly late. Arrived cold. Restaurant refusing to answer the phone. Delivery driver the rudest man I’ve ever encountered. This place should be delisted from Just Eat immediately.

The delivery driver was rude and had a attitude for no reason, the cheeseburger was dry like it was cooked yesterday and was slapped together, the same for the chicken burgers, they were a mess and you forgot my order of sauce which I paid for....never ordering from here again.

No sauces, pizza was cold and tastless. Wings were dry and tiny. Garlic bread was dry and burnt. Will not order again

This order was absolutely disgusting. I’ve ordered from here several times and today was the worst order Ive ever received. The pizza was burnt, the toppings looked just chucked on, it was freezing cold ( pizza wasn’t in the insulated warm bag just carried in the box!) and it was so revolting 99% of it got chucked in the bin. The one slice I tried to eat is making me gag still! A complete waste of money. Was Told there are new owners, Different pizza makers at different time’s but honestly, Lidl cheap pizza’s better than this place!! Stay away if u don’t want to chuck money down the drain or feel nauseous from one slice of pizza.

They gave me the complete wrong order, so I could barely eat it, and the garlic bread was too sour. Quality of food was bad.

Our food was almost an hour late. When we attempted to contact the restaurant the phone was constantly engaged, so we were unable to speak to anyone. They then marked the delivery time as 22:20 when it was 22:45 before the food arrived.

The pizza taste old, the meat in the top was not fresh and the pizza smelt like old oil. The wings were ok and the garlic bread was just not nice. The best thing about my order was the bottle of coca-cola. I wont order from them again.

Order never arrived and no refund received! Several calls and emails later and still nothing!

Ordered over an hour ago, gave it 10 mins extra to get an update from the restaurant an once I've called I am told to wait twice an than told to wait 15-20 mins for my order an the guy hangs up on me before I got a chance to have a reason for no update an for the late response.

The driver was really really rude. He threw the pizza away on the desk and shouted the name for the recipient. The food was ordered 2325hrs but 10 Mins before the delivery got a call from restaurant that please order before midnight and before she could say something the restaurant put the phone down. Tried calling the restaurant but the phone was continuously engaged. As the order was made before midnight and according to website the restaurant doesn’t close till 0115 am I don’t understand what’s the point of this behaviour. Not ordering with them again due to their behaviour. In fact I demand my money to be refunded!! This rude behaviour is simply not acceptable. I paid money to have my food delivered. I didn’t pay them to behave with me in this manner!! Unacceptable behaviour from the member of staff..

One of the worst places I've ordered from on Just Eat. To start off the order was 40 mins late and the shop only called me 20 mins after the lateness and didn't even acknowledge it, when the food came one of the dips had be squashed in a bag and it was all over it mind you I paid 30p each for them. the food was cold, chips was hard, and the burger was pretty bad tasted like one of them iceland chicken steaks you can get 8 for £2. All in all I would never order from here again and I would say you shouldn't either, order from a better place or go to your local Pizza/chicken shop.

Bbq hot wings tasted like the dropped a heap of salt on the dry chicken, the only thing moisturing about the chickeb was the Bbq suave, but even the Bbq sauce was questionable... The meal did not feel safe to eat so I ended up throwing it Way... Won't be ordering from here again.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Sent wrong items - meat instead of vegetarian order. When I called to complain I was yelled at. Just Eat made me call again to try and get them to mark the order as complete so I could get a refund and was yelled at again. Waste of food as can't eat it, waste of money and waste of time. AVOID

I ordered very first time from this restaurant to try new taste! As I see on the website the order was accepted at ASAP although food was arrived on time but the very disappointed moment is that the delivery driver has no change & he start arguing very rudely, I surprised to see his behaviour he said he don’t want to give my food unless I arrange the change , very harsh & disrespected attitude totally disappointed with that service sorry guys no more orders from there..

What food I haven't received my food and it is now 19.14,still waiting on the driver.

On the website it showed the food would be delivered for 7.30 however our food didn’t arrived til 7.50 and when calling the shop they didn’t answer the phone when we tried to call many times. Once they did they were rude and said that the driver had just left I called.

Not happy at all! Paid for 2 cheese cakes and didn’t receive them tried to get in contact online then wasn’t working

On top of that forgot garlic bread and 1 can.

I'm an Aussie and have been living in London for 5 months. While the general quality of food here is relatively poor, I've acclimatised to this new 'normal' baseline after my time here. In saying that, I was legitimately appalled by American Hot Pizza's 'food'. We ordered a pizza, burger and chips, and some cake, and literally every item was absolutely disgusting. It felt like American High School canteen food - soggy chips that exuded oil out into an almost dripping, falling apart cardboard box, a burger that felt like it came out of a tin, and a shocking rock hard cheese pizza – the box was literally half open when it arrived, leaking heat. And the cherry on top? Even the chocolate cake was jaw droppingly sickening – a thin slither of plastic looking cake in an al-foil tin that happened to also taste like plastic...

Great food and friendly delivery and got what I requested.

Cold food late delivery not happy

Ordered margarita and chicken feast pizza, food was perfect and the portions of toppings was really good, driver was really friendly and arrived just on time. definitely recommend them

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and chicken wings but was given a mushroom and onion pizza accompanied by what can only be described as pigeon wings

The chicken wings were pretty terrible. Ordered 8 chicken nuggets, got 5 instead. Also forgot to bring me my pasta, that's £4.75 down the drain. Overall very disappointed, used to order from them all the time, guess I won't anymore.

Not the greatest pizza, cheese was like rubber and poor quality chicken for the wings.

Again, no garlic in my garlic and cheese stuffed crust and the 'ham' was more like thick pieces of long life spam. The pizza its self tasted nice and fresh. The thick ham pieces let it down. When its nice its nice but when its not its not. I wish it was consistently tasty.

The pizza was upside down, squashed and cold. The chicken was really small and weren’t fresh at all and lastly the the garlic bread was damp and wet with hardly any flavour it’s really disappointing and I won’t be using this restaurant again.

Never again. Over 2 hours late. Don’t bother

The food was good and I called to ask about the wings they forgot to add because they gave me a chips instead of wings. Within few minutes of calling the restaurant the wings was delivered.

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the food that was provided today and the customer service I received. I ordered barbecue ribs and they were un- cooked and all covered in fat and the meat had a really bad smell. I rang the restaurant straight away to make a complaint and the guy on the phone just laughed and said meat is fine, we never get complaints. I wouldnt be calling them if order was fine. Customer service was Very bad and food had to be thrown away. Will NEVER order again from here.
