Bottomless pizza and bottomless ice creams???!!!! it's a dream that comes true!! Matteo,our waiter, made our experience memorable, very funny guy but professional at the same time!

So disappointed. Went here for my daughter’s birthday. 2 of our party, grown men, we’re only given a total of 5 small slices of pizza. They stopped serving and they were still hungry, as was I. That is not by definition ‘unlimited pizza.’ waiters were not very friendly. My daughter’s meal of Mac and cheese came 25 minutes after ordering (admittedly they didn’t charge for this as they had forgot to bring it. We regularly order as a takeaway and always happy but Will never use this place again!

I must assume that we must have had an off experience as the reviews for this place are predominantly 5 star. However that was not our experience and we were expecting a wow experience. The pizza was awful, very little cheese, way too much tomato and very slow service indeed and the place was not busy. The gluten free pizza is also awful. At £20/head for kids too it's really poor value IMHO. So 8 people and £200 later I would highly recommend you find somewhere else to eat. Sorry Gordon, we had high hopes. I wish I'd taken a photo of my tragic pizza slices so you could all see.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Street Pizza Southwark. The food was of excellent quality and the members of staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. They knew what they had to do to give us a great experience and they delivered! Good job, guys! Keep it up and we will see you again soon!

Cozy restaurant in the basement, nicely decorated and great staff! Pizzas are very tasty and just keep coming. Unlimited prosceco for £24 on top to wash it all down.

Upon arrival we received a friendly greeting from the host and were given a choice of tables, this was the highlight. After being sat for 10 mins the waitress in our area came over and asked if we had ordered, to which we said no but we were ready. She left us and never came back. We waited another 15 mins and tried several times to get her attention and failed, so we left.

Really not the experience I was expecting. Should’ve known following the unfriendly welcome. Mentioned that I had booked with a buyagift voucher and duly handed it over. Was immediately met with a request for “the other voucher, there should be two”. I had to explain that the single voucher was for two adults and two children. Our server Patricia came back to say that the voucher was for Sunday lunch for two but that it was fine to use in a tone that could be interpreted as ‘we’re doing you a favour.’ To be honest wish we’d gone upstairs and used it for Sunday lunch instead! This was our first visit to Gordon Ramsay Street pizza. We received no explanation as to how it worked. My sister who has been before said the servers come round at regular intervals and serve you pizza by the slice so you always get hot pizza. You can accept or decline the flavours as they are served. It wasn’t busy. There were another two tables of two. We got started with an entire Margherita pizza, which was very light on the cheese. We then got served an entire pepperoni pizza, which my kids hardly ate. We were never asked what pizza we might want to try next and then got delivered an entire ham and pineapple which is a complete waste on us as we hate this combination. It was wet from a drizzling of cream or some sort of white sauce. I told Patricia that we did not like that pizza and asked what happened to being served by the slice. He said something along the lines of it being bottomless pizza and you get served what is offered. The reality is the pizza isn’t ‘offered’ it’s chucked on the table, and not even by the slice - a whole pizza! He made some excuse that it was not busy which I didn’t quite understand as surely it is better to offer a hot pizza by the slice to everyone, than to give a whole pizza to a single table of a flavour they don’t like. It felt like such an unnecessary waste. We then heard other tables being given the choice of pizza flavours, and doing half and half. Second rate service to voucher customers ✅ I went to play some of the games with my kids…in the dark. Literally. The lights above the pool table, football tables and darts section were all off. Relying on the lights coming from the two basketball machines (one which was not working) to light up the games space. Honestly, I cannot recommend this place at all. Service matters, and here it is non-existent.

Bar fair a hidden gem in London, Parrish who served us was amazing and so bubbly. The pizzas are unreal ! You can even have a break to play some of the games they have there. Such a good vibe well worth a visit

upon arrival we were seated by a very unpleasant waiter, we didn't know if we should leave, in the end we stayed, the very pleasant waitress Patricia started attending to us, she saved everything. Average pizza, does not offend, does not inspire. I would not repeat the visit again

This is the first time I have ever had to walk out of a restaurant, which is a shame as we were looking forward to visiting this place for a long time. There is no way this can be advertised as bottomless pizza as the service is just far too slow. We had 3 slices of pizza served in half an hour. Customers were only on 5 tables ( so you’d expect service to be quick) but everyone was looking around wondering where the pizza was. I can’t fault the taste of the pizza, just wish there was more urgency to get the pizzas to the tables.

I think it's just a bit of a scam, £20 for "unlimited" pizza but we took as much pizza as possible and had a little more than 1 each. Free pool, darts and basketball machine though.

My favorite pizza was the hawaian pizza From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The bottomless pizza deal is unbeatable, with a delicious variety of freshly baked pizzas served straight to your table. Each slice was better than the last—crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and perfect seasoning. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were never empty. Whether you’re out with friends or just grabbing a casual bite, this spot delivers on all fronts. Can’t wait to return for another pizza feast!

Place is a must go if you’re around the area looking for a great food/hangout spot. The food is amazing and the games are free. Staff is amazing and very attentive and helpful.

I won't say anything else. Although I am not Italian. Is this normal? When I told the staff that the bread was too burnt, they said it was average... I don't know. Korean neighborhood pizza places are 100 times better. The name Gordon Ramsay is a waste.

There were four of us in London and we ate here on the first evening. A great evening with great food, fun games and a very nice waitress, Patricia - we recommend it!

Pizzas were hit or miss: the pepperoni and Margherita were very bland, the remaining flavours were flavoursome and had some refreshing flavour combinations (like the Idiot pizza with short rib) Wouldn't recommend that you go on a Friday night because it was dead, there were literally two other tables until 9pm when we left. Great that the games are free! It's quite hard to eat £20 worth of pizza, but you do get to take your leftovers home. It's nice being able to try multiple flavours without having to order as they come to you, and even ask once you've tried them all if there are any you want more of. We also ordered the GF pizzas and the bases were like cardboard. Overall I won't be back. I'd rather spend £15 on one really good pizza than £20 on a couple of slices of good and bland pizzas

This was a great experience. Started off a bit bumpy as there wasn't a wait here to be seated sign or any indication of what to do. Once seated we got some cocktails and the pizza started to come out and as soon as one slice was eaten another pizza with different toppings would be brought round. After an hour the pizza won the battle but there are games such as pool and darts you can do to keep you occupied. An enjoyable visit and worth a trip if in the area, seemingly customers in there were returns so that says a lot about the place. Just a sign to aid newbies as to the process once in the door would be handy.

I was staying in a hotel near this place and I went to eat pizza there by chance... I was impressed! As an Italian, the pizza was very good, and the pizza chef Mattia was fantastic!!!!!!

I visited your restraunt today with my partner we had an amazing time, the quality of the food absolute amazing, the chef cooking all to perfection, the atmosphere is brilliant. The gaming in your resteraunt is great I met 2 workers named jay and Carlos they are great people very respectful,polite happy people. We need more workers like you have employed great atmosphere. From the moment we walked in we were greated not only by our fantastic hosts Joshua and Carlos ,but an amazing atmosphere and devine aromas . The service swift and ready , the tables and decor clean and presented with a degree of sophistication beyond there street image . The food cooked so well we barely left a crumb our hunger beyond sated. Following we hit the basketball hoops and photo booth . A fantastic evening for all. Definetly worth the visit . Wish they would open a location in Australia ,preferably Melbourne

I booked a table for two and it really didn't disappoint. Pizza was fresh, hot and tasty. Ice cream was realy creamy. The staff Jay (pizza chef)and Carlos (server) were AMAZING. They were friendly, kind and super helpful. Nothing was a problem. I will definitely be going back as they made me feel very welcome, more like a friends house than a restaurant. This is the kind of service I expect at every restaurant. The play area is also really cool with a variety of games from darts, snooker, table tennis and basketball.

Jay and Carlos provided an excellent service all the way through my meal. Especially when you consider my friends allergies. Considerate, patient and delivered with great food.

Absolutely abysmal. We had the vegetarian and vegan pizzas. They had unnecessary and weird toppings that didn’t go together and didn’t make sense. Even the margherita was like a 6/10. Genuinely disappointing for something with Gordon Ramsey name on it.

Absolutely beautiful.. from the moment we walked in the staff where very friendly and chatty,lovely atmosphere and pretty surroundings… Now to get onto the food myself and my son went for a 3 course set menu for his birthday and we were not disappointed the food was beautiful every course was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully… the best chimchurri sauce I’ve ever had 😋 Thank you for making our experience amazing

Great pizza,drinks and the server was a legend. The only thing we didnt know before coming to eat there is that you cannot order any pizza. You get the unlimited pizza choise by defult.

I loved this place. Not only was every slice of pizza delicious but the service was above and beyond as well. Patricia made our diner more than lovely. She is a real treasure. She made us excellent cocktails and suggested some delicious virgin cocktails for us as well. Next to that my son of 9 had a wonderful time at the basketball, pool and darts corner. As children can’t ever sit properly through a meal. Thank you for making our diner extra special. ❤️

Overall very good. However one of our party wasn't a big pizza person and planned to have lasagna and dirty fries - which they had run out of. I understand we went to a pizza place but they need to accept that there may be someone who would want something else they had advertised on the menu. They also had run out of a lot of the mixers for cocktails, so had a very limited list of what was available. That being said, the atmosphere and pizza was great. We enjoyed the free bar games afterwards with drinks. Would go again without our pizza-phobe friend. 😊

The staff were an absolute delight. It’s great that the games (basketball, table football, darts, 8-pool) are free to play. As a point of constructive feedback, both I and the other person I was with independently thought that the music in the toilets was a lot more pleasant than the music in the dining area.

I came here today, for my GCSEs results day and free unlimited pizza. All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious. The ambience of the restaurant was great with very pretty lighting and games and a photo booth in the back. I had a great time and will definitely be visiting again!!

False advertisement. Their website claimed they were offering free pizza for gcse students on results day. This was completely fake. Once I arrived there and showed them my results they claimed they were a fake set of results. We spoke to the manager who also said they were fake and that their kitchen was closing even though I had booked a table for the time I arrived. Terrible service and lying to customers

This place was absolutely lovely! Our plate was never empty with workers bringing round all different types of pizzas for us to try, all in which were absolutely delicious !! An incredibly sub standard pizza restaurant. Just very very average pizza. As someone who has built a large part of his career criticising others restaurants, I’m surprised Mr Ramsey would put his name to such mediocracy.

As a chef myself, I hold restaurants to a high regard and Gordon Ramsay’s street pizza in Southwark did not dissapoint. The food (as expected) was exceptional, the atmosphere was lively and I would most definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely experience, I will return very soon!

The only option was going for bottomless pizza , we couldn’t ask for a whole pizza. And somehow we were always the last table to be served the newly cooked pizza , and sometimes there wasn’t enough pieces left so we would have to wait for the next pizza which would again be served starting from the other edge of the restaurant. We were there for an hour and were ‘t even served the whole variety. We were only served pineapple and ham three times, mozzarella twice and pepperoni only once. Wouldn’t go there again.

Worst service I’ve ever had in London. No idea what he’s doing; always in a rush even though there were only a few tables! “Bottomless” is a joke! I had 3-4 slices of the same pizza with pineapple. The pizza is nowhere near as good as any street slice you could find on any corner in Camden!

I was here with my family to experience the famous Ramsay Gordon It was a nice environment . Great service from Carlos and Mathias . The environment is serene with a nice interior. Definitely a must try again

I came to Street Pizza Southwark with my family last night and we had an AMAZING time!! The food was spectacular, made carefully by the chef Mattia and Carlo looked after us throughout the evening. Was a wonderful atmosphere and will definitely be coming back. Many thanks!

I was very torn on 4 or 5 stars here. I'm giving 5 but will make a suggestion. Also, put this out there for anyone who hasn't been here before. To start, the pizza was very good. As well as my hard lemonade. That drink was so good! And the service I was provided was great, all a good representation of what good service should be! Ok, now to set it straight. Yes, you are ordering "bottomless pizza," but you wait for pizza to be walked around, and you get a slice. And it may not be what kind you want either. So if you don't just take whatever it may be the you could be there forever. I'm not sure if you can just order a pizza or not, but if you can and I'd known that, then I would have just ordered a pepperoni pizza and been done with it. All in all, though, it was good, and I would come back for sure!
