This is our favorite pizza ever. We love Franco Manca, and especially the East Dulwich team, particularly Angelo and Raffaella. They are very kind and always make our dinner special, especially with my son, who has been a regular customer since he was a baby—he's 7 years old now. I definitely recommend this place.

Took my wife and 2 young boys there after school on Friday and the whole experience was faultless. The food was great (and swift to arrive) and our waitress (Aga) was absolutely amazing looking after us and the 2 kids. Will definitely be going again.

Ordered two pizzas to takeaway and eat in the park - pizzas were fine however I asked the staff member for two cans of Coke and paid. He brought me two glass bottles. Asked for a refund and staff were really not bothered and reluctant because it was too much trouble to do the paperwork and it took 15 days anyway. I asked why he didn’t correct me about asking for cans and he said he didn’t think it mattered

Had a lovely birthday meal for our ten year old son - we received great service from Raffaella, who went to the trouble of arranging a birthday celebration for our son which was much appreciated. Enjoyed some great new cocktails on the menu too!

Unfortunately I can't rate this restaurant on food as I was refused service due to my coeliac disease. I asked the waiters and manager about pizzas, salads, or literally anything that I could eat alongside my family and they said everything was "covered in flour" and that they couldn't retrieve anything fresh from the fridge or ask the chefs to wash their hands. It's a shame that such a large chain can refuse service on the basis of something so simply that smaller restaurants manage such as washing hands, keeping produce clean and putting a pizza on a tray! Such a shame as I had to sit and watch my family eat and then order from a more reputable local pizza company later that was able to simply cater to my needs.

Not the absolute best pizza you'll ever find, but good quality ingredients and decent drinks for a reasonable price.

Really good sourdough pizza served in a wonderful modern atmosphere. Our server, Raffaella made us feel very welcome and was amazingly friendly and pleasant.

Our family are regulars, we have been coming here with our son most weeks for the last 8+ years. The staff are so warm and friendly - our son loves Aga, one of the waiting staff, she is brilliant with children and always welcomes you with a smile. Our son is also fond of the Chef who he calls ‘Pizza Angelo’. The pizzas are delicious. Service good and the right level of attentive. Homemade lemonade a must.

Nariman was a lovely staff member who catered to me and my daughters. She recommended a custard-like dessert in replacement of vanilla ice cream which was fantastic. Will be back again!

Super delicious pizza served by warm and enthusiastic personnel’s. I was amazed by the quality of the cheese used as toppings (yummy)! Don’t be surprised to see your little ones showing big smiles on their faces, not forgetting yours as for all adult pizza ordered one kid’s one is graciously offered! It didn’t end there, at the end all our three kids received free ice creams. Franco Manca is definitely the most fun, family friendly place in Dulwich; not to forget their delicious pizza. This is our local Franco Manca and we have always enjoyed going there. The staff are lovely and friendly, and the pizzas are always super tasty. Highly recommended indeed!

Our pizza was really good. The toppings were delicious and so was the sorbet. I took my son who ate the whole pizza! Aga was really friendly and my almost 4yr old was entertained by Angelo who made our pizzas. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a fantastic dining experience! The food is amazing here, for years now. Aga was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice, even remembering my lemonade choice the minute i walked in. This makes anyones evening even more enjoyable. Her colleague was also very friendly and attentive. Great service all around! Highly recommend Franco Manca.

Had a great Bank Holiday date night dinner with my partner, was particularly impressed with the service from Aga, helped us get table quickly on a busy night, friendly and lovely throughout. Nariman was also very helpful - staff here are all lovely.

It's actually a very lovely place to gather with family and friends. Is higlhly chidlren friendly. The staff is welcoming and warm at all times. The food is delicious as well. Feels like Italy in your plate.

Terrible service from Aga the supervisor. Went to Franco on Friday night. Had a lovely server take our order. The orders were slow to arrive. Kids’ pizza came first followed by my wife and I’s salad. When I told Aga that our bites hadn’t arrived yet, she said that they normally arrive with the main. I expressed surprise at this and said I thought it would come out as a starter. ‘No, it does not work like that. You have to ask for the bites to come out first if you want it as a starter.’ I then ended up in a useless disagreement with her about customers expectations for which foods to come out first. As my table was right next to the oven, I could see the chicken bites had not been cooked and it seemed all this was because Aga did not want to admit this. All in all - an awful dining experience. The other servers were great but let down by the Aga restaurant supervisor of all people.

Went there with my family and we had a shocking experience there . -asked the manager why the order is taking so long told me we are not at mcDonalds ! -waitress chewing gum when taking order. After 1.5 hour wait we just left and went to mc Donald .

I was there last night with my family and we were waiting for hour and half when we asked the manager about our food . The manager said with no manners and unprofessional behaviours said this is not McDonald’s it takes time . I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

This restaurant is great for families with kids. The kids menu is varied and well priced. It was lovely showing my daughter the pizza being made and Aga, our waitress, was friendly and considerate, bringing colouring pencils and a hat to keep my toddler entertained. The pizza here never disappoints and the portion sizes are just right for adults and the kids portion is quite generous. Would highly recommend.

The chef did an amazing job preparing our pizza very quickly with lots of toppings spread all around the pizza. Aga was wonderful in her customer service quickly helping us out and recommending alternative toppings to cater ho our dietary requirements. Great spot on the high street for some delicious pizza. Come here all the time and food is fantastic, service is great. We usually get a variety of meat and veggie options which are all good. Cocktails are great here too. The scotch bonnet dip is always highly rated too. Staff are attentive but not overbearing and service is swift but not rushed.

The waiter was terribly rude, I visited here on 13th of January at 1pm with my party, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival the waiter told us that all tables were booked and left us waiting in the cold for about half an hour. To our surprise, another group arrived without a reservation (we overheard them) during our wait, and the waiter promptly seated them. I went in and confronted him and the other party admitted that they didn't have a reservation and then they left! We felt deceived and frustrated, especially given the presence of a child in our group and the freezing weather. Obviously we also left, and went to one of the other several restaurants in East Dulwich... I really think the management need to review the booking system and the professionalism of their staff as what we experienced this weekend was just awful.
