I have heard rumblings that this wonderful establishment may have gone bust. NO! I'm crest-fallen. I'm not a business person, whatever they say is greek to me, but it's unbelievable that a place as special as this could be forced to pull down the shutters forever. I'm giving 5 stars across the board in a meek effort to tempt the owners out of an early retirement and back into the heat of the wood fired pizza ovens they work so beautifully. Please come back, the world needs you

Ordered online through their website. They took my money but didn’t deliver the order. Now it looks like they’ve gone out of business. Steer clear.

The pizza was cold and they didn't include the right dip and I ordered 2 dips but only received one. They are usually very good at compiling the correct order and always punctual.

Delivery took a while and pizza arrived cold, delivery driver forgot my drink so I mentioned and he said he’d go get it from his bike, then looked at me and drove off

Delivery was great this time. Unfortunately the pizza wasn’t up to scratch like my previous orders as dough was too chewy and wasn’t pancetta as listed, that was pepperoni.

The tiramisu was frozen,not worth it

This was by far the worst food I’ve had in my life, honestly I’d rather be 12years old and stuck on Epsteins island than eat this stuff again.

I was very upset, if I didn't call the restaurant they will not call me. What irritates me is that they said that they are calling me but I didn't received any call from them.

Lots of toppings which was great, but felt like the pizza needed 30 seconds longer in the oven as it was slightly under cooked. The pizza was still nice though.

Didn't even deliver our food even after waiting up for over an hour. Now trying to get our money back. No correspondence about the whereabouts of our food and couldn't get in contact when trying to ring to chase our order.

I would give -10 stars if I could. Unarguably one of the worst pizzas I have ever faced in my life.

If you like a pizza with a whole TUB OF SALT poured over it - then order from here. I paid for Parma ham and all I got was pizza covered in SALT over the other toppings I’d also ordered. Totally inedible and cold. Don’t order from her unless you like Dough and Salt. Absolutely disgusting! 🤢

The customer service was terrible! The short guy at the till was very rude for no reason! Not soft spoken and friendly at all! Must be really insecure for being short! He doesn’t fit to be running the place! Please change him!

The driver left the order on the doorstep without knocking on our door to let us know it had arrived. Food was cold!!! Not the restaurants fault, we have used them before and the food was lovely when served hot!!

There was supposed to be garlic bread as an additional item for ordering a certain amount of food and I guess they decided to just not include it (why is this difficult to process??). The price of a tiny tub of pasta and very basic pizza should never amount to £22 but here we are. Learn to cook what you order for takeaway and avoid this mess.

Terrible experience, I have ordered the pizza for specific time and came 10 min earlier when I wasn’t still at home. The delivery guys apparently lest the pizza outside but after 5 min it wasn’t there

The tastiest wood oven pizza I ever had in my life, I will come again and again.

The last two times when ordering from this place, both times the delivery driver did not bring any change. First time it was around £3, but this time it was £8. This is completely unacceptable. With service charge and bag fee and everything added to the orders, this is just a rip off. Look into your drivers' behaviour please.

Paid extra for extra dips when ordering online, did not recieve it. rude guy on the phone not giving refund or solving the issue. just kept saying he will give us something next time. this has happened more than once. Food quality has also gone down over time, used to be good but now not the same, very poor quality. STAY CLEAR.

Two of the plastic pots of dips had obviously been put into the pizza boxes before they were heated, so they had burst all over the pizza. Usually Oregano is good so this was disappointing.

Neglected to bring the salad. Rider said he forgot. He asked did I want him to get it, or to give a refund? I said I'll have a refund. Refund never happened. I contacted Just Eat and they said it was outside the window to intervene. I rang them and they always say "ring later. I know nothing". Will never order from them again until they refund me. At the moment, I would recommend going to a more honest restaurant.

BBQ Chicken pizza person had to visit the smallest room several times the following day, if you know what I mean.

I don’t eat pork and they put pepperoni on a Méxican pizza. That’s not even part of the toppings why would they do that. I could even eat it. Complete waste of money.

2 stars rather than 1 as the food eventually arrived and it didn't give me food poisoning... The time to arrive initially said 20 mins but it took an hour and had to phone twice for an update on the order when the staff told us they were very busy (no apology and didn't seem to care). We ordered carbonara which was literally boiled pasta mixed with cheese, cream and loads of butter which was so rich and horrible. Can't comment on the pizza but wouldn't recommend ordering here.

Tiramisu was poor quality - came frozen and icy. Pizza was ok, quite salty.

Oregano Leaf pizzas are always lovely. I am not sure if this review is for the restaurant or the delivery. The delivery was very poor, very late. Pizzas were stone cold. I had to walk outdoors and go looking for the delivery driver in the rain and the cold. At the estimated time of delivery, I received a message from JustEat to say enjoy your food. Then i received notification that it would be late. Then the driver called to say he was outside, but he wasn't at the address. I called back, and he and the controller insisted he was at the correct address, when the entire street was empty. There was no sign of the delivery driver anywhere (I could see at least 100m either side of the address). The driver then eventually said he was at an address 12 railway arches away from the address I was at. I had found that address earlier that day with no difficulty and within minutes of arriving in the area by bus. Driver had only used the postcode, and not the name of the venue or the street number.

I’ve paid £6 for a cake which not arrived. I call the restaurant they says I’l refund but this never happened. Worst experience since I’m using JustEats.

Food was great, however the handling of the food by the driver was shocking. Took my pasta dish from his bag like a football with the sauce going everywhere. Shocking really

Ordered 2X 15” pizzas recieved 2x 13” and driver took forever.

The delivery driver called me while outside my house the entire time I could see him through my window I direct him to literally turn into my road and he drove off in the other direction I called him multiple times and I could barely understand him I would like a whole new pizza delivered

Delivery chap refused to deliver to flat, gave no rationale or apology, didn't even ask me to meet him on the street and simply kept repeating that my "delivery's here" on the intercom.

- Bolognese: Generous portion, pasta over-cooked, but tastes good. - Calamari: Decent portion. (Huge rings). Golden panko breadcrumbs. Wedge of bitter lime, which I don't recommend using, as it made them all taste horribly bitter and unpleasant and ruined the meal.

Food was good piping hot but why charge me 20p for a bag if they come in a box if you're doing that every customer then you're making a profit it may be only 20p but for every 5 customers that £1 how many customers do you have a day per week per month per year
