I’m completely appalled with the service and food I have received from Red Planet Pizza. The pizza came 3/4 cooked and the toppings was still cold. I fear I’m going to get sick from the state of the food and this isn’t how a food establishment should be managed! I will NOT be coming back. DO BETTER!!

didn't attempt to deliver my food, when I called the shop they told me they had thrown it in the bin because the driver couldn't find me, after the person on the phone shouting at me for 20 minutes telling me it's not his problem the driver has gone home now, even though the app says its been delivered.

I waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery and upon eating the pizza it was warm to cold and the garlic bread cold and soggy. I won't be ordering from them again!

Used to be a regular customer but it seems they either have new management or have just gone downhill. Ordered a fake deal as they didn't send some items that was claimed in the deal, i.e a 1.5L drink which I even had to pay extra for for it to be pepsi. They sent me thin crust pizza instead of deep pan. Pizza also didnt taste as good as before. I will never order from here again.

Poor service, got the stuff crust with salami inside, when pizza arrived no salami in the stuff crust. Spoke to Sean at the shop who said they didn’t have any, they didn’t tell me even though I paid extra for it. Said I would get £5 refund and that never materialised. Be carful what you order as they probably won’t have it and still charge you for it.

Missing item, call restaurant they said they will deliver the missing item. Delivered 40 mins later which is unacceptable as by that time rest of food was cold. Plus one of the pizza was really burnt and I don’t mean just the edges. Restaurant need to start taking responsibility to make sure all items are delivered.

The pizza was little cold by the time it arrived

I ordered a margarita and a vegetarian with chicken wings an hour and 20 minutes later the delivery came without the margarita. I rang back and they apologised and said they would send one out. An hour and a half later the rude women was telling me it my my fault and I should have ordered two pizzas if I had wanted two pizzas . I did order two pizzas . Absolutely disgraceful customer service she kept shouting over me . Needless to say we never got the margarita. I will never be using Red planet again and I will be telling friends and family about the disgusting attitude of the rudest women I have ever had the misfortune to speak to

Tried, Pizza, Chicken Wings and Garlic Bread few times. Great taste, and the staff is very friendly, good job guys!

This pizza is one of the best in town. Not only do they consistently deliver orders on time, but they also offer a delightful variety of pizza flavors that cater to all tastes. Their excellent wings are a must-try addition to any order. It's a perfect place to satisfy your pizza cravings

The Lewisham way Red Planet Pizza is clean and the staff are friendly. The quality of the pizzas are not consistently great. Unfortunately if the guys leave the woman to make the pizza, I'll give it a miss. When the guys make it, my pizza's are always pipping hot and the cheese is still bubbling by the time I walk home with it. The pizza is also super tasty. When the lady as friendly as she made it, it looked like she had left it on the shelf for too long before she puts any topping on it. The cheese had set & was gamey. It wasnt that tasty either. The pizza was warm when she handed it to me. It's such a shame as this lady's pizza making skills spoil it for the delicious pizzas that the guys make

Absolutely horrible customer service they are despicable to everyone and no health and safety measures put in place at all. Disgusting!

I am utterly shocked by the lack of respect for customers who are paying your monthly wages. When i was ordering my food I saw a rat run across the kitchen, I almost lost my balance from the shock of the poor sanitation standards.

Food is good but greedy people. Everything is advertised with price ending in 99p but they will always charge a round up figure. For example, if the price is £4.99, you will be charged £5. When I asked him to charge me exact price, he put me on the spot and said I was being difficult when he tries to be nice with me. I don’t understand the logic of how can somebody be nice when they are over charging you!!!!! He then said he will charge 50p service charge for card payment . So if the customer question them about the price and want to pay with card , will be charged 50pextra. So, beware! If you ask for the penny change, you are not nice!!!!!😅😅. I have no respect for them. Why can’t they be honest and advertise the price they actually charge???

Food was slightly warm normally comes piping hot but it's very cold out so give benefit of the doubt

Always on time, the pizza is cheap and super tasty. I order at least once a week. Can't order from anyone else. Great!!!!

I ordered a 4 cheese pizza. That is a WHITE PIZZA. It should come WITHOUT a tomato base. Educate yourself and improve your service.

Red and green bell peppers are not a substitute for jalapeños (and I'm allergic to bell peppers), and when you pay for extra mushrooms,it would be nice to actually have them. Disappointing

There’s a guy who’s making pizza, a very rude and selfish. Every day I’m coming to the pizza shop, but every day he says no pizza! Change the rude staff! If not there’s no costumer!

I had ordered on the phone and arrives after 15minutes . I was then told I would need to wait an extra 30 minutes as they are making fresh dough . After all of that they still got my order wrong and left out a topping . When I confronted them they laughed and claimed I should just eat without it today

Not tasty food, I ordered a salad and no salad arrived, we did not update that there is no salad. Medium pizza came small pizza, do not describe the size properly. Burnt pizza, full of oil. Very bad service.

Poor quality, I have had better frozen ones from Iceland. Very over cooked, almost burned. Supposed to get chicken wings with order and that never happened. As usual with just eat couldn't get through to restaurant or speak to anyone, so give up due to not stressing myself on a Friday I do not recommend this place

The estimated time was15:25-15:45 and my food arrived at 16:15 and I had placed the order at 14:15. At 15:50 o tried to call the restaurant but got no answer. When my food arrived the pizza was covered in Jalapeños which was not in the description and was way too spicy, my onion rings where missing and the desert I ordered I received a different one. Safe to say I won’t be ordering here again and am very disappointed and hungry.

Pizza was ok, nothing special, but took 2 hours to arrive from a place less than 10 mins walk away. Ordered a Greek salad but ended up with s mix of tomato, cucumber, green peppers and red onion, not what I expected!

Driver was a bit rude. Called me to open the door, he said if I didn’t, I would have to go downstairs to get the food myself.

The food was delivered on time. The food was hot and the correct order but I think when you are paying 25 pounds the pizza toppings should be spread evenly across the product and not being to tight on the toppings and the sliced evenly. A few more seconds of care would have turned this into five stars with a handful more vegetables across the pizzas.

Awful pizza, base is not fresh, dry toppings, too salty for human consumption, probably it's the lowest , cheapest grade cheese. Had to return it, just to receive another salty so called pizza. Promised a refund ,never got it. Avoid!

The quality of the food was perfect, one of the best pizzas I have ever had, the meats tasted delicious and fresh. The wait time was longer but from the distance they had to travel definitely acceptable. Next time I’m visiting London I certainly will be ordering from them again.

Order was late, after chasing they told me that it’ll be with me within 15 minutes as they had a mechanical problem, food was delivered 20 mins later. Wings were lovely and hot but the pizza was cold, was misshaped as if it had been thrown around and left a huge puddle of fat in the pizza box, probably the worst service and pizza I have had.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza the non hot one with no chilli and they send me one with red chilli. Not happy. Thanks for leaving my kids mouth burning

Gave me the wrong pizza for a start, when returning no apology or anything complimentary for the mistake they made. Got home and the pepperoni was burnt and the greasiest thing i’d eaten, avoid.

Even know the delivery arrived late, the good thing the food was still hot. But the pizza base pastry was undercooked in the middle, the toppings was good.

The driver refused to deliver to the door. (or didn't have a mask and wasn't allowed into the flat) Either way, it wasn't great.

I only put late but spoke on phone they was busy but I blame the app for saying it's on the way when it hasnt even left yet but he said 15 minutes and will be with me and they done it in 10 minutes

Worst pizza I have ever tasted. It was lukewarm and the pizza did not look appetising at all.

Over 50 minutes late , called twice and told each time 5 to 10 minutes. Pizza cold and not Parma ham but some dreadful substitute, garlic bread burnt and doughnuts frozen hard. Also did not follow the additional instructions i.e. basement flat . No not use

Via Uber Eats. Driver somehow got lost which resulted in late delivery. Pizzas were slightly cold and undercooked which emphasised the greasiness and congealed cheese. Sour cream dips were both a month out of date. Strawberry cheesecake ice cream substitued for strawberry cheesecake without notification (£2.50 less expensive!) - so paid extra for something we didn't order. I'm often reticent to criticise so much but when barely anything was good what else can I do? Will definitely not ever order from here again.
