It is absolutely useless to do app we tried 7xs times by the time we got otp we lost the order so we had to order elsewhere

Never delivered my items, rang them multiple times and when finally put through to the manager he began to scream and shout calling me a liar, he started to make claims of calling and driver being outside for ages when myelf and multiple other people were in watching for the food, someone like him should not be in a position of power and i feel sorry for the poor people who work under him if thats how he treats his customers. i'd avoid as much as is possible and will never order from them again. UPDATE: upon speaking to the manager yet again he started off by blaming myself yet again, admitting at one point they went to the wrong address and then tried to back track once i called him out on it, thankfully i record all phone calls and will be forwarding this along.

For some reason this dominos can never quite seem to get the order correct. We’ve had undercooked garlic pizza bread on one occasion and on numerous occasions they fail to get our simple order correct and we constantly have to ask for a new one to be delivered, which they then proceed to take the incorrect one back. This even happens during quiet periods. This has me wondering if they do it so the drivers can have a free pizza for dinner themselves. Definitely not up to the standards of other dominos. We have now decided not to order from here again as it’s not worth the hassle.

what a joke of a company... order online... 2.5 hours later try and phone where our order is and no one answers the phone. Now we defeat all aspects of a takeaway and head down there to see what is going on! Only to get greeted with careless staff who says it's another 3 minutes! Wow... sort it out, surely not 16,000 people... everyone in Faversham are ordering pizza at the same time! Never will return!

As Domino’s goes - this branch is a good one. Went right off the chain for years - too many bad experiences. After a particularly heavy few days we bit the bullet and picked one up. It was excellent. We’ve had three (3) in the past month.

Imlike Pizza and voted to have this place in Town but its far too expensive for what you get . Please look at this .

I bought a medium pizza for myself even though I knew I wouldn’t eat it but I done it for the delivery because I’m 8 months pregnant can hardly walk and my partner works nights, which then he has to take the only 1 car we have.. anyway so I waited over an hour for just 1 medium pizza for then the driver to ring me and say which flat number are you? I proceeded to tell him, he then says ooh I’m on the other side of the gate, so I said yes you need to come round the next street to get to my flat.. so he says can you come to me? I hummed and arred but then agreed… so for me to pay an extra £7 for it enough to be delivered I still had to manage to walk outside in the freezing cold in my pyjamas to collect the pizza!! I think you need to train your drivers better!

Well, here I am again. The renowned BigMac1212 with yet another review. It has been a while my friends, some would argue too long. I am still the family man we all know and love and I'm here with another review. Domino's, domino's, domino's. I can't lie to you. I have been feeling rather down lately. I haven't been able to find myself physically or emotionally. However, it was a Friday night and I thought I would treat my beloved family to a nice pizza. Well all I can say is, we got what we so dearly desired. The crust was made to an exquisite standard and the pizza. Oh don't get me started on the doughy-ness of the base and the toppings. Wow. Domino's you have done it my friends. I have found myself yet again. I will cherish you for that as long as I live. You have earned a four star. For my standards that is incredible. Congratulations domino's!

Absolutely disgusting service!! We ordered £45 worth of food to be delivered, order placed at 5:05pm, our order came at 6:00pm and could tell from it being on the floor it wasn’t what we ordered at all, we had ordered 2 medium pizzas and 6 sides and we had 1 large pizza and 2 sides placed on the floor (the wrong pizza and wrong sides). I waved at the delivery driver and told her that we were missing some of our order and she told us she would go back to the store and sort it. 10 minutes later i decided to call the store and the lady on the other end of the phone had “no record of our order”, i preceded to tell her someone had just delivered to our home so it must be somewhere. After a lot of useless conversation, she finally told me she could redo my order and get it to me within 10 minutes which i was more than happy with, however she proceeded to put me on hold...? I then had the honour to speak to the manager who again had asked me what was missing, what i had received etc, apparently no one could understand i had received the wrong order? I got told the order could be redone but he had no idea how long it would as they were busy??? I asked for a rough time guide as i had a 3 year old to feed and get to bed, and was told i can’t give you one. Unbelievably rude and not 1 apology between either staff member. I told him not to bother and we asked for our money back, we were told this had already been processed (although we hadn’t asked for one yet), and i asked for some form of email or receipt for the refund and was told “we can’t give you one but it should be in your bank within 7 days” ... “should be or will be? what happens if it isn’t?” ... “i don’t know call us”, 20 minute phone call later that has put us off for life. To say we are disgusted is an understatement. We have used dominos for a few years and never been one to moan, often minor things wrong such as lukewarm, wrong side, pizzas not even cut etc but never put us off as those things happen however this was too far. We were left with the wrong order which we didn’t like and unfortunately had to go straight in the bin which i’m gutted about we hate to waste. I work in the industry myself so would never be a “Karen” or rude to any other person, however the customer service at this place is disgusting, avoid at all costs, use other pizza places in town that are plenty better and cheaper.

Two for one!!! Not worth it, getting one free, do people pay the list price? Unbelievable!!! Pizza was cold & dry like a thin spread of ingredients on a piece of cardboard considering an extra of mozzarella was ordered. I can honestly say this was the worst pizza I Have ever eaten and I have eaten quite a few in my lifetime

Used the lunchtime deal found it great value, on time and the pizzas were the best I’ve had. Keep up the good work.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Terrible food not made well and with no care. Garlic bread came with no tomato base and oily clumpy cheese that was under cooked. After ringing the complain in I was not given a solution I was shrugged of with no care by a rude manager Do not recommend.

Quick and Easy. The staff are always so lovely and are very quick at producing the pizza. Excellent treat for the family!

Have been using these for a few years now , good pizzas good delivery time ,any problems they sort out straight away

After ordering a pizza at 23:16 for collection within 10-15 minutes, I eventually got it at 23:55 after finding out it had to be remade (nice of the staff to tell me - not!). The whole place is disorganised and I'd only recommend if you have an hour to two to spare.

You get what you expect but its well made. A very good Dominoes as far as Dominoes goes... Well cooked. Nice staff... easier to pop in and collect than wait for delivery...

Faversham Kent Dominos.Ordered online. After 30 minutes the app said the order was still going through and not yet being prepared. I rang to check my order was going through ok and was told they have a lot of orders and only 1 driver. The wait would be 60 - 90 minutes. Pizza arrived after 1hr 45mins Toppings seem to be only scattered over the centre of the pizza rather than covering the entire pizza. There should be some kind of discount / refund if people are waiting so long.

Not normally one to complain, we ordered £27 worth of pizza with the request of them going light on the sauce, something we always request, the girl was pleasant and read our order back to us. Pizza arrived, drowning in the stuff, we were not prepared to eat it so phoned up and said that we were not happy. The girl was again pleasant and remembered our order, she said they would recook another and send it out. Then we received a call back from her as her manager had obviously ranted at her that he made them perfectly and would not redo.Manager came on the phone finally and said that we are wrong , the pizza were perfect as he had made them and anything else that they sent would arrive burnt. He was at least correct with this and a burnt replacement pizza was delivered ( albeit better than the doughy slop they first delivered) we gave his sloppy mess back to him, so in the end spent £27 on cookies which were the only edible part of this diabolical mealThe sheer front of the manager to say the customer is wrong and nothing will be done about it is shocking enough but to bully his staff into calling to do his dirty work is spineless to say the least, I would imagine this is a regular thing judging by other reviews on here. We will certainly not be using Dominos in Faversham again and will advise all to go elsewhere. Try pizzaking or pizza hut

I ordered a pizza meal deal at 18:04 on Saturday the 28th of October. At 20:30 I called to complain and was told there had been an error and my pizza would be sent asap. At 20:56 my pizza did arrive. It was just hot enough, and did not come with the garlic sauce I had requested instead of bbq. I have been offered no discount, even after asking for a refund. I find this appalling from such a brand. I like Dominos but this has really put me off.

Really disappointed with my order tonight. Not usually one to complain, but tonight was just not good enough. Firstly both pizzas with pouring with the tomato base, to the point it was just pouring out. It was not nice to eat at all! The potato wedges were undercooked, they were rock hard. And lastly the garlic bread was not even cut up, it’s not the end of the world but just because it’s almost closing time does not mean the staff can be lazy and not be bothered to do things properly! Very disappointed from someone who orders regularly!

Received notification our order was ready for collection. We then waited a further 50 for our food to finally appear. We kept querying when the food would arrive, kept being told it had been cooked just waiting on 1 item. We asked every 10 minutes only to be told the same thing. Eventually, after a 50 minute wait it was quite obvious that the food wasnt 'just coming'. We asked for some sort of compensation as it was actually ridiculous. Was offered a drink, we declined. Manager made a brief appearance and said no one told him that we were waiting...... We advised we had made it very clear with several team members that we were indeed waiting. He huffed and puffed as though some how our fault. Eventually pizzas arrived, minus the garlic bread!!!! No offer was made to prepare some so we just left. At this point the manager had disappeared completely, leaving the poor girl on the till to deal with us. Absolutely terrible service. We were offered a refund, but we had to really push for this. Wished we hadnt even bothered and gone else where. We left with 2 very tired, hungry little children. Not good enough Dominos Faversham.

Ordered dominos for the family wait 50 mins was out for delivery for 25 mins on the app. One pizza had hardly any toppings on might as well been a cheese pizza and the other one was wrong. I called and told them, they wanted the pizza back what I had waited for 50 mins anyways and they was going to bring another one but they said would be 30 mins to deliver. I live a 5 mins drive round the corner. Who ever was on the phone was very rude aswell. Wouldn't recommend at all knew I should of got a Chinese.

Ordered two pizzas online for immediate pick up. Almost an hour later I received my pizzas. Shocking customer service with an 'ah well' attitude. One pizza sweated under a hot lamp whilst I waited 45 minutes for the other to cook !!. They told me there had been a mix up.

Rang up and order 2 pizzas to be done and ready for me to pick up at 5.15pm... At 5.45 was still not done!!!

Always enjoy Dominos. Excellent service and food is brilliant. Easy to see why their arrival in Faversham has been so warmly received by many. X

Pizza cold they must have drop this pizza as it was all at one end of the box. Cost £6 will get for adsa two for £4 never again

Como un experimento, compramos una simple pizza personal. Muy caro para un muy soso, por debajo de la media pizza. Pedí algunas guindillas pero 'no, no'. servicio rápido. Es mejor tomar una pizza dos veces el tamaño por menos en Morrison. Todavía tengo la opción y no volveremos.

Mucha gente local se han quejado de dominos viniendo a Faversham, pero yo creo que necesita conseguir una vida! El edificio está en consonancia con el estilo local y que no hay lugares de entrega de pizza en Faversham y adivinen qué algunas personas como pizza! No ofrece buena y hemos usado este unas cuantas veces desde que abrió sus puertas. A veces sólo necesitas comida para llevar. Servicio muy amable y la comida deliciosa. X

Nos decidimos por una pizza y fue y ordenados. Disfruté viendo haciendo la masa para la base de pizza. Eso fue lo más destacado. Sin embargo, fuimos desde aquí. La pizza no era tan agradable, que era sosa y sin sabor y no creo que me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

Have used this delivery service on a couple of occasions and I have to say the service has been spot on. Great tasting pizzas and cooked to perfection .
