i have placed an order today and it came on time and was very warm when arrived by the driver and it was delicious and very good toppings in it which i was choosen 👍 Hope i will order it again Thanks

Very poor service , rude staff, I actually went in the shop and ordered a large Philly cheese steak pizza and I counted 5 tiny pieces of meat on the whole large pizza , shocking wouldn't recommend this store to nobody

Ordered a deal with some chicken poppers and a large pizza, they called us AFTER they had started making the pizza to say they had run out of the poppers then proceeded to call me stupid and insult me over the phone because I just wanted the order to be refunded at this point but they said they couldn't because the pizza itself was already in the oven (They had hung up on my fiance twice before this point) and it was only agreed that my money would be refunded and my order cancelled once i said i would to go the bank to dispute the charge. Terrible service.

AWFUL service. Placed an order at 4:30pm, an hour passed and we had heard nothing. Called the store and waited on the line for 15 minutes with no response. Got in the car to drive down there to get our food when the store called back and said the pizza would be there in 10 minutes; no apology. I asked why nobody answered the phone and apparently nobody was there to answer it. What? Sloppy, cold pizza that was not worth the wait. Avoid at all costs.

First delivered our food to a parcel box without notifying us, as you can imagine 2 hours later after numerous calls it was stone cold. Then tonight after ordering 2 hours later we received a rude call telling us to collect out 6 pizzas or they would cancel our order. Disgrace to the PAPA JOHNS BRAND do not use. Bad enough a few months ago they were shut down by the council, clearly they haven’t improved.

No progress on order and don't answer the telephone at all. Completely inedpt save yourself the time and hassle and go elsewhere.

Ordered pizza at 6.04 this evening at 7.30 nothing had turned up rang the store 18mins no answer so decided to go to the store. Approached the counter and wow pizzas everywhere I mean uncooked pizzas everywhere both people don’t speech English not a single word so after 10-15 mins trying to show pic on app etc of order still nothing a delivery driver turns up tells him what happened he said they don’t know what there doing I’m shutting the store tryed to call manger no answer 72 orders on system that’s a lot of unhappy customers While I was there 2 angry customers walked in dealing with same trouble avoid avoid avoid report to council as pizzas with meat left everywhere avoid avoid no refund no pizza delivered

Really good pizza but the people there are either mugging the franchisee off and ignoring phonecall orders or they don't care about order via phone. I can't get the same deal on Uber eats or just eat as I can over the phone. For the last 5 years no one answers the phone it's a joke

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the Sittingbourne branch. Order online at 7pm. Still no pizza delivered at 9pm. Tryed calling many times no awnser and tracking the food isent working the company happily took my money tho. 😡😡 Now having to order elsewhere at 9pm for my kids

They became confused over my order, so cancelled it, then refused to put it through again, saying "we have plenty of orders". Then swore at me over phone (won't repeat) and hung up on me saying that customer service was something I had to do myself online.

Well, i thought this store was worth another try after my last review 3 months ago. 1 hour after placing the order I called the store. Spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Eventually, they did and told me it would be delivered in the next 15 minutes as they only had one driver. Waited another hour with no food. Called and called and called and eventually waited a total of 2 hours and 6 minutes, when eventually we got a knock at the door. Typically ( and as expected ), food was cold, everything covered in grease, crushed pizzas, and no answer to their phone system. Please, save your money and order from anywhere but here. They don't care, they don't try hard enough, and the wait isn't worth it.

Ordered a pizza that was cold and greasy, driver said he was the only driver on a saturday night! Nduja wings turned out to be bbq wings, no dips. Try to ring branch and the phone just keeps ringing. Wouldn’t be surprised if the driver is the pizzaiolo too. Avoid!

Why are they training people on a busy Saturday night ? ordered half pepperoni, half works . half the works doesn't have any toppings on it , no olives at all . Also wasn't very hot at all , Definitely won't get My custom anymore .

Appaling service rude manager cold food never again

Waited 1 hour and a half and I didn't even get my food. Called them 15 times but no one picks up. Eventually I went to centre and picked them up myself after waiting 30 more minutes. Oh yeah, and they refused to refund aswell.

I would never order from here again and I recommend people not to either we ordered a pizza that never came and the driver claimed he delivered it and we never got refunded the money it’s a absolute joke

Ordered 2 large pizzas one of them stuffed crust and a dip. Asked if the dips where in the boxes at the door to be told 'i dont know im just a driver' Didn't recieve the dip had a medium pizza with no stuffed crust so when I called to inform them I got told 'it was a stuffed crust I made it' I was going to send it back but after that comment I decided I wouldn't recieve a well made pizza so asked for a refund.

We ordered 2 large pizzas, one pepperoni and one half and half with stuffed crust (pepperoni and the works). We also ordered some dips. The dips did not arrive, and the half and half had a normal crust, and while it came in a large box it was in fact a medium pizza. We were left extremely annoyed and irritated, especially when after we called they insisted that they had made the pizza correctly. It was a truly unsatisfactory experience and we will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered all the meats pizza tonight ..it was very nice ..really hot..full of different meat..the crust was super lush..the order service on line was nice and easy and we got our pizza 20 nins later after we ordered..very happy

I rung them and the woman that answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful she even put the phone down this place is a disgrace and will be taking this to there head office. Usually really good but was terrible tonight. Waited over an hour just for an update on the app but it never happened. Called up and a girl on the phone had a really bad cough, not great in todays climate. Got given the choice to add something to the order or cancel as none of it had yet been made. Cancelled due to the girl's really bad cough - I don't want that all over my food! Nasty!

Every single Saturday we place the same order , every single time they forget the extra dip we order . Yes it's only 50p per time but it's so frustrating. After the 4th week running my wife called to complain, however the customer service is useless, the operator had a couldn't care less attitude. We will now take our business elsewhere. .

Usually papa johns is great at helping out customers. They deliver would nearly always food on time and if not, they would always pick up the phone to tell you why. But today it has been awful I've waited over an hour for our food and the tracking app said its still in the preparing stage. Also the store won't even pick up the phone

After an initial mix up via an online ordering portal and a very apologetic lady in the shop (credit to the store) i got my food and it was hot and presented well will certainly use again.

I was very hungry and bought a pizza, I liked it, the pizza can be improved a little more, the staff is responsive, I am satisfied in general!

Waited 2.5 hrs for a £109 order! We ate at 10:30 at night!! They arrived cold. They had also placed the sauces in the boxes with the pizzas- not an issue until you realise they have put 4 pots of non vegan sauce in a vegan pizza box and it has exploded all over the pizza!! Completely unable to eat as dairy free because I am a breastfeeding mother to a baby with dairy allergies. When we alerted the company they offered no refund even for the inedible pizza!!!! In fact they were very rude. Absolutely disgusted and appalled and will be posting reviews everywhere I can until I receive a satisfactory response and compensation from Papa Johns!

The customer service at Papa Johns in Sittingbourne is outstanding. They are always incredibly polite and friendly. The pizzas are delicious and amazing value for money. The new owner and his staff have clearly worked incredibly hard to build an excellent reputation following the previous owners failings. Having ordered numerous times under the new ownership and never being disappointed, I would highly recommend papa Johns Sittingbourne!!!!!

I would strongly NOT recommend buying a takeaway from this papa johns takeaway in sittingbourne. I asked clearly over the phone for 9 garlic dips but only received 2! I also asked for extra jalapeños on my pizza but got very little and the pizza was to soft and mushy. My dessert was the chocolate brownies and they arrived all crusty and hard, not nice and soft to pull apart like a normal brownie. And the chicken wings I ordered even came in the wrong box saying they was chocolate brownies. And the chocolate brownies came in the chicken wings box!? The only thing they managed to get right other than poor customer service over the phone was our drinks that we ordered. I strongly recommend that you don't order from here, unless you want rubbish food, and risk not what you order. Remember that the customer is always right!

Ordered from here several times and get let down each time- despite giving them chances to prove their apologies.There seems to be several members or staff that are there to have fun and not actually work.Speaking to a girl (more than once) seems difficult for her to listen correctly when ordering food or when taking my card info. She seems easily distracted with the background noise of people messing about and her laughing- this has happened several times.The general rule is delivery 30 to 45 minutes- but ours is always late and always borderline cold and 50% the wrong order!!!!! Sometimes the chicken wings are very fatty or undercooked!Even going into the establishment the orders are not correct!I’ve even escalated my complaints to the manager- but the person I spoke to confirmed it’s the blind leading the blind! Avoid where possible

I have never had a problem with the pizza's from papa johns, they are always lovely. However, going to collect my order instead of having it delivered was a mistake as it was unpleasant to wait an extra 20-30 mins (despite them saying the pizza was going to be ready for collection at the time i arrived) and then listening to the staff swearing at each other and complaining about customer orders.

Orderd to collect, arrived at the time it stated for it to be ready (20mins since order time) Got there and it had not even been made. Had to wait another 35mins in store until it wad made. Pineapple was raw. Kitchen looked like it needed a clean up too. Staff in the kitchen could be heard swearing very loudly.

Don't even bother, unless you enjoy being very unwell. This place has consistently bad hygiene scores awarded by the council. Ranging from 0 to 2 out of 5. I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.

Recent encounter with this Takeaway was not good, my issue only got sorted finally when the duty manager was spoken to. I was discussing where my collection was only to be told they have no order, I had to embarrassingly argue my case even though I had the order number and confirmation of payment.This went on for some 15 minutes where the shop were adamant no order was on the system so I had got it wrong, in the mean time other takeaway food I had purchased was sitting in my car going cold.Finally a duty manager appeared and it was dealt with logically, he asked them if i had produced a order number, confirmation it was Sittingbourne and finally that I had paid... He then said "Well make it for him"Starving kids at home waiting for a pizza and a very Peeved wife....

Rude indian lady answered phone to me 4 times and put me on hold. Ignored what I was saying . Also slammed phone on side so I could here. So you know who you are and you have lost customer. Plus I be spreading word with family and friends.

I used to use the Sittingbourne branch a lot and their pizzas were by far the best in town in my opinion. After around 18 months of a 'pizza fee' diet I decided to treat myself to a Papa Johns....wow, how things have changed. Delivery time was OK but the quality has changed beyond recognition. The pizza not only looked bad, it tasted even worse. I had to add flavour to it to make it edible and the texture was just unacceptable. Very VERY bad pizza, I think I may now find giving up pizza much easier so thank you for that at least.

Pizza box had been stored on its side, so all the topping had slid off and folded in half. So much grease, was coming through box. First time ordering here and will be my last.
