Food was lush, staff were so nice, we visited while there was a drag brunch on (which sounded like amazing fun) and they let us know there would be a delay in the pizzas - worth the wait!

Made my order via the QR code like I normally do and the drinks came to us very quickly , 50 minutes later no food. Was told our order never came through… yet they knew our drinks. Got a refund for the food but it would have been nice to have the drinks on the house for the mess up.

We had food booked for 16 people. Were put upstairs and basically forgotten about. Asked for some water for the table never got it. It took an hour from the first dishes coming out to the last of our mains. My burger was totally cold when our chips came up. Cutlery came half way through our mains. Still had to ask for napkins. Whole meal was a joke. They did however look after the cake I had made and gave us a knife. Would only go back if there were 2 of us

Great place, awesome location and nice decor! And tasty pizza! The house pilsner is delicious too! However... There for a wedding and told food would be served between 7:30 and 8:30. The bride and groom had paid for pizzas to be brought out to the guest during this window. When this time came around in the evening, the food being brought out was quite slow even though there were around 50 guests there and it's an early bird gets the slice of pizza afair. It's then that you realise that instead of not taking outside orders and just catering to the wedding guests for 1 hour so everyone can be sufficiently fed, you are taking orders from the public including a stack of around 10 from one customer. It's pretty shameful to essentially side hustle a wedding that's paid for the venue food and drink and serve outside customers. Anyway the pizza and fries that we got were delicious, thank you.

It is a place for youngsters ran by youngsters. Pizza was good and affordable, but nothing more to add. It is nothing special.

The best burger and chips I think I've ever had 🙌 and I think I went on their busiest day of the year (hopfest). Seems to be run be teenagers, but they're really good at running that place!

After a little wander around the quay it felt right to sit with a coffee and take in the place and people watch. Very pleasant staff and quick service. Clean toilets. Noticed that they have live music and other events. A really cool place.

Great little spot for pizza and drinks on a sunny evening. The service was fantastic and very quick. We just ordered from our phone and the drinks and food started coming out. The place was busy so I was not sure how long we would have to wait as I know from reading on their website it also does take away but we didn’t have to wait long at all!! The food was really nice… we ordered skin on fries, greens and pepperoni pizza to share! It was just the right amount of food and it was delicious. Will definitely be back again and will be recommending to friends.

We were a group of 10 and they went out of their way to ensure we all ate at the same time and had all we needed.

Wouldn't let us use their customer toilets while eating in their restaurant at lunch due to an event starting 4 hours later. I totally understand once the even has started it being difficult to maintain the cleanliness but to shut them over the lunch period is really pretty unacceptable. They feel put on porta-loos across the way are acceptable, bearing in mind they sell pizza and chips to be eaten with hands, leaving one unable to easily access washing facilities.

The food is always really good & reasonably priced- it is our go to take away. We ordered for collection this evening and they were really busy so running very slightly behind, because of this they very kindly gave us a complimentary dessert and drinks! Made our evening

Great Pizza, (possibly the best in Kent in my opinion) Great staff who are super friendly. Live music and a real buzz about the place especially in the height of summer. Love the place. I can't recommend it enough.

My friend and I visited here for pizza and truffle fries on a lovely sunny Friday evening. I had the special pizza with BBQ sauce, chicken, peppers, onions and mushrooms and it was divine. The best pizza I think I have ever had. There was a live band playing music and it made for a really lovely evening. I will definitely return when in the area.

We could not love Papa Bianca’s anymore. My husband loves pizza so having this on our doorstep is amazing. The food is amazing always freshly cooked , hot, great choice of options. We love grabbing it to take away and sitting outside in the summer enjoying the atmosphere! Can’t recommend it enough, especially the caramelised onion garlic bread!

I had a really fun night with friends. I had gluten free pizza, but the base sadly wasn't very nice. However the atmosphere was great, with live music 🎶 ⭐

food was lovely. we had the combo meal which was huge, filling and great value and easily the best burger. great location too.

We pre ordered for a delivery time slot and it arrived bang on time, food was hot and delicious.

Food was fine, but for whatever reason they had a live DJ playing music with a speaker system far too large and loud for a venue of their small size - no one on the table could hear each other or any of the service staff, and we left as soon as we could with ears ringing. That can’t be good for anyone’s hearing, you’re a restaurant not a night club.

Tried the BargeBurger at Papa Bianco for the first time last night with some friends. The food was great, very tasty & large portion of delicious fries, service was great & such a great place to eat/drink when the suns out.

Located in the Corn Exchange adjacent to Faversham Creek Papa Bianco delivers great food in a great setting. The pizzas are perfectly cooked, tasty and fresh. You can enjoy the fabulous food either outside or in, soaking up the chilled vibes and welcoming atmosphere.

It has been a while since our last visit to PB. It is very interesting how things are never static. Although the quality is the same and delicious prices are on the expensive side for a regular family.

Love the burgers and everyone's food all arrived at the same time. This seems to be difficult to achieve and it's no fun to eat yours while others wait and we've visited with friends and family before and had some of us get and finish our pizza before others at our table have even received theirs. It's happened each time we've come and has put us off ordering those. Back to the burgers.... Portion sizes are good and there's a generous range of toppings but there was way too much paprika seasoning on the fries, so they were too highly spiced and it dries them out and makes them hard to digest, we all came away with really red mouths. It would be good to have just a dusting of paprika and the option of traditional salted fries. Staff were lovely and helpful, nice surrounds.

Lovely pizza restaurant on the quayside. Great atmosphere and good food. The service can be a little slow - our order included a pizza that arrived after everyone else had finished their food - but the website does warn about that and recommends ordering in advance.

I went for a friend's birthday the atmosphere was ok but the service was shocking. I ordered food and drinks and after 1 hour of waiting I had to go and ask where my drinks were and I never got all of my food order. When I went to ask about it the lady behind the counter was helpful but her co worker was rude and very unhelpful. I won't be going back.

We ordered through a delivery app, but a computer glitch lost our order. The team at Papa Bianco were absolutely lovely when they called us to let us know. They got our food out to us really quickly, and it was delicious. Possibly the best fries we've ever had too. Great food, excellent customer service, highly recommend.

Wonderful relaxed atmosphere and great food. The waitress was happy for us to move tables together for our group while she borrowed a highchair from the tearoom nearby. Pizza was delicious and they cater for dairy allergies too.

Lovely place, great location but genuinely zero clue of what a pizza should be. What on earth did you do with your dough? Uniformly 1mm thick pizza, including the 'crust'. Sorry guys...

The service was quick and efficient, but definitely not good value for money. Pizza was mediocre at best, good chips though. I'd recommend to look elsewhere if you want to eat a good pizza.

For the price, the pizza’s are modest in size and the toppings are v low quality. Also limited selection of options. We tried a few cocktails - avoid the pina colada as it was terrible!

I ventured back to Standard Quay, despite having received two parking tickets last summer (ended up paying £340). There is a two hour time limit on your stay and I couldn't see any signs showing this. So it was busy on Bank Holiday weekend. There was plenty of atmosphere, but the overall experience was poor. Two of us sat outside at a table for four. Dirty cups and plates remained on the table throughout our stay. Only Margarita and Pepperoni pizzas left on the menu. These were oily, small, thin and disgusting. The rosemary and salt chips were soggy. Two beers in plastic cups £42. Rip off. Definitely won't be coming back.

Shocking shut at 3pm on a busy Sunday? Waste of time

Went there on a Friday evening for dinner. I’ve been there once before but the vibe on the weekend totally different as there was live music and a good crowd! While their pizzas are delicious, they took about an hour to arrive as it was busy. I would highly recommend the Spicy boi pizza and Parmesan truffle fries.

Delicious, relaxed, great location. Hoping to return for a music night.

Got to be in the top three best burgers I've had, add the nice atmosphere and great staff and you have a great evening experience.

If the sun is shining, this is the place to be when eating pizza. It’s a beautiful setting in the quay and with outdoor seating you can take it all in. The food is lovely to go with the surroundings. I got a pepperoni pizza which was thin and crispy with lovely toppings. The fries on the side were perfectly crisp coated in rosemary. They also do burgers here which looked amazing and I’ll be trying the next time I’m back. The cocktails looked good also and plenty of people were ordering them. Looking forward to coming back here over the summer!

Delicious food and environment, definitely worth

Visited here today around 1pm (opens then).. plenty of parking which is great (2 hr stay). Ordered on the QR code which was good as got 10% off drinks. Food came out separately, I am assuming it came out once cooked so fresh. Our pizzas took over an hour. Apparently was a large table upstairs - imagine if it was packed in there. Food was good but service could be better, staff are friendly but don’t ask if you need anything ketchup for chips etc. Loads of events are advertised which is good. I would return but maybe if I had lots of time.

Tasty pizzas and good vibe about the place. Service and cleanliness was 5 star. We went on a Weds which was possibly a bit quieter but enjoyed the excellent jazz guitarist whilst sipping on some nice beer and cider....

It is a very nice restaurant with delicious pizzas and a nice atmosphere. Inside it is very nice. I would highly recommend coming.

Arrive to watch a band play. Got there early as we wanted to eat as well. Not busy. My husband went to the bar and was told we could ONLY order from the QR code on the table. We are over 60 (youngest in the place that evening) and realy STRUGLED with the online menu. Then waited for AGES to get our food. Young waitress was very sweet. When our friends arrived, same senario ; real struggle with online menu. Even longer wait for their food. All in all disappointed 😞 band was brilliant and food was nice but over shadowed by experience.

Great evening, good food (best Pizza’s in Kent) and the life music was fantastic. Will come again....🙂

Have had some enjoyable meals here in the past, but seems to be a victim of its own success 1hr 15 to get a pizza is ridiculous and no indication given at order that things would even be slow. Worse than that, we we told it was ‘on its way’ before another 15 min wait and then no effort was made to remedy the situation with a refund, free drink, apology. Nothing If it wasn’t for prepayment, we would have walked off long before. But they seem to have lots of punters and individual customer service doesn’t appear to matter within the masses. Shame Burger we had was delicious and delivered in reasonable time.

Great venue - pizzas were fantastic. One of the best burgers ever… Faversham and the creek is amazing. So much to do in faversham. Was really surprised.
