Direct Pizza in Swale

Pizza was the only thing I had eaten that day. Following morning I urgently woke up and had to use the loo, and it was runnier than chocolate milkshake. It literally poured out of me. So whilst it tasted ok, I suspect poor hygiene was at play and cross contamination had happened. Ironically, that was the second time I had ordered from DPC and the first time, months previously, I experienced the exact same symptoms. I don’t think I’ll order from them again and will go back to domino’s.

My food was cold late and the drinks wasnt correct.

Purely honest, it can be very hit or miss but recent orders have been top notch, delivery guy is always polite, very rarely missing anything on order, the positives tend to outweigh past negatives that could have outside issues i.e weather, traffic.

Lil disapointed this time, pizza had inccorect toppings, somehow ended up with tomato instead of pepperoni and no sweetcorn and sausage, instead it was mushroom, tomato, ham

Another Local place let us down So we had to find another And most was shut, So we used these guys and to be honest it’s been a while since we used you but That won’t happen again. Food was gorgeous, Fresh and hot and bery polite delivery driver!

Have the best pizza in town. Friendly costumer service come and try it.

Always a great experience ordering from here good pizza (Its sort of “Kebab shop pizza” but the best of that kind) decent price for the area can’t complain seem like great people too!

Been using here years got my order tonight with extra topping someone’s hair! Very disappointed with the lack of care by the person on the phone he offered a new garlic bread but after finding that kinda ruined the meal so didn’t want they I understand things happen and requested a free meal for what I paid for tonight but he said no only the garlic bread will be replaced. Won’t be ordering from here again

Great prices with their 2 for one on pizza. For me personally, the pizzas weren't the best I've had, and I hate it when you take a bite and the whole topping comes off the slice of pizza. Great menu to pick from, great customer service.

Was phoned and told order would be an hour late .... Then I phoned after 2 hours and I was told 40mins that was 9pm still no food turns up 10.15pm

False advertisement, ordered buy one get one free pizza with extra costs to both pizzas, only one came. rang them up for a man to tell me the other was free so why would he deliver it! Completely rude! Won’t be coming back again

Ordered a pizza meal deal for one. When I spoke to someone on the phone, they confirmed everything that I wanted I said yes. Was expecting them to get my food delivered to me. But what I got sent to me was a two pizza deal which was buy one get one free. I couldn’t send those pizzas back to them. So there I am with two pizzas that I won’t be able to eat at all. I’ve chucked the pizzas straight in the bin and went hungry for the rest of the night. I won’t be ordering from there ever again. Be warned that your orders may not be correct at time of delivery. Avoid the shop
