useless I called him trying to tell him where it is he didn't speak English very rude and impulsive I went out of my way to help them and they were giving me attitude not good do not recomend

There where green pepers that was not on your menu I cannot eat these and cold due to not knowing my address

Got two pizzas was actually correct for a change however this time decided to miss out the tomato base literally dough and cheese and pepperoni same with the Philly cheesesteak again no base sause sides were ok

Food is ok, but when you see 'employees' walking in out of an unlocked front door out of hours with takeaways from favorit chicken, which is a few doors down, kind of makes you wonder why they would rather food from a 3* hygiene rated place?

Wrong pizza asked for chicken bbq classic got a double pepperoni instead and got special garlic and herb dip instead of the normal one

Pizza was poor quality for the price hardly any toppings or sauce, way over priced for pizza in the first place but expected it to be well topped, very disappointed.

I made a mistake with my online pizza order & quickly called to rectify it. Sadly due to not getting through immediately, when I did - my pizza had already been prepared. However the store redid my pizza & at no extra charge! 10/10 Thank you much appreciated!

The pizza was delivered 20minutes late and was cold on delivery. I rang them and explained everything. They apologised for the delay and said they would send me a replacement pizza. This arrived at 1600hrs . So I ordered it 1410 and got it almost 2 hours later. To say the least I will never order another pizza from them. To say I am not happy would be understatement.

Clearly states on website and app that there is an offer for 50% off pizzas when you spend over £30. Woman on the phone told me that she won’t check the website and won’t do the deal

Great food, fantastic delivery driver even went out his way to wish my daughter a happy birthday after seeing the banner on the front door, delivery was very fast I would highly recommend.

Never disappointed, always accommodates special requests for different cheese. Good timing and taste.

Wrong order arrived, was taken back. No replacements and no refund. Dodgy staff that would not speak English when asked what was going on. Avoid this place!

Considerable delay! When speaking to restaurant the first time I was told it’d be 2/3 minutes but still no food so my second call I was told an attempt had been made to deliver the food & a call to my number but this was not true. When the food eventually arrived it was cold & distasteful. Shocking for the amount of money paid for it!

I do love papa johns pizza, best base around although a little more cheese would be good because you can never have too much! The new dough balls are lush

Whenever I use papa johns pizza is always consistent standard. Food is always timely and hot. No issues experienced. Will continue to use them.

My food wasn’t delivered I was waiting an hour for my food and the store had now closed, my money has been taken and I have no pizza I want a refund

Absolutely disgusting, papa johns allowed me to place a order and took the money even though they was shut! Absolutely disgusting!

Food was so greasy. Chicken bites were cold inside and half soggy. Didn’t enjoy the taste of anything apart from the garlic and cheese sticks. The tato tots with cheese and bacon has five tiny squares of bacon and tasted cheap. And needed cooking a lot longer.

The worst pizza place that NEVER delivered a pizza Order messed up, sudden language change from English to whatever language the store decided to converse in that was impossible for us to understand. Driver asked to take back, which he did and replace with our order, which he didn’t. No one knows about anything I’ve paid for an order we never received, hey ho! Don’t waste your time with the sheerness branch we had been told this happens by others. Glad I only lost £23. This store can’t close down soon enough. Should’ve stuck with the trusty dominos

Ordered for delivery, someone came after about 30 minutes after ordering. unfortunately she had the wrong order. Told us she didn't know what had happened and that our delivery could be with the other driver. Left it 20 minutes or so before calling to store to be told by someone she also doesn't know what's happened and to wait for the other driver. After an hour and half in total with no correspondence from the store we called back to be told the other driver has taken our order and now wasn't answering his phone so they couldn't contact him. Said all they can do is remake the order and send that out. Its now been 2 hours and we still haven't had our delivery.

Food was absolutely terrible! Food wasn’t cooked and cold, staff was awfully mannered, get it out off the high street!!

Terrible website which has twice messed up and either double charged me or removed deals and overcharged when paying. Would not recommend.

Before ordering tonight, looked at the Google reviews and was surprised of the low rating. I then went to collect my pizza and asked the manager what is going on as I have always had great orders. Young chap explained that the Dominos workers are being sent to cause “Agro” to fight competition. Naughty Dominos, I do order from them and there’s times when I’m happy and times when less happy with the orders but to actually plot against a business that’s naughty. Anyway, my pizza was perfect🍕 cheers lads

Awful! Potatoes was not cooked properly and arrive cold. I order veg pizza and all toppings was just dumped on the middle. Never again.

Ordered 3 pizzas garlic bread and jalapenos with cream cheese. Despite the bad reviews I've read on here. The pizzas were all hot, cooked, correct and bloody delicious!! Garlic bread is the best ever. The jalapenos wasn't to my taste but that was only preference.

Probably the worst takeaway pizza I've had. Tesco value frozen pizzas would have been nicer.
