The pizza always looks like it was made long before it was ordered. Also, all the positive reviews look like they were left by staff. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Pizza was great as always.... BUT yet again items missing from order... how can you not read the order reciept?

not great at all. pizza was wrong, i gave one star bcs it was still edible and warm but it was like they just threw the toppings on without a thought and also i just want to say ive had pizza here before like 2 or three times and every single time i order the same pizza and get a different thing. fries were soggy and cold had to put them in the oven and the chicken tasted like it was reheated. the delivery guy was nice so extra points

Left standing by the counter for 15 minutes while I could hear about 4 people making the pizzas. The pizza was ok but they are very stingy with the ingredients and there was barely any cheese on the pizza. Could actually buy better ready made

The food was cold, with the wrong crust and too much sauce. Nothing wrong with delivery driver but I would not order Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 12.30pm. Got a call from the store saying they didn't have a driver straight away and we would get it delivered after 1pm. We called at 1.30pm to be told that the driver still had not arrived and would be delivered at 2.30pm. When I questioned I was told that 2.30pm is after 1pm. Cancelled order but told refund would be 1-2 weeks.

Ordered at 17:20 arrived at 18:45 on an estimated 40 min delivery. Once out for delivery had no problem but either with preparing or waiting for driver to go to restaurant waited so long with no updates just time changing constantly. This is the second time it’s happened it’s really unacceptable

This people have a big heart I have losted my wallet and couldn’t pay for my hotel when arrived in sittingbourne me and my friend was stranded as we think we got robbed out stuff we have a mad night but tomorrow will be able to come back and pay them back thanks a lot

Went to collect order was over 40 minutes late and items missing

Honestly a good experience, did have a slight hickup with delivery, when rang up they were already aware and said that it was on its way, had the full delivery in ten minutes of that call. Pizzas taste great can’t really complain for the whole experience.

What the hell is this place and why are they called Pizza Hut? Standards are low, price is high. Close yourselves down! Food is crap, service is crap. I’m trying to be a polite as I can be. When the restaurant was opened, the food was ok and the takeaways were always good. This? THIS!! You really should consider closing. I know I’m never going to spend another penny in this place. The pizza was stiff, the toppings were scarce and I’m sorry, there is NOTHING positive I can say! Disgusting

Staff are so rude here literally couldn’t understand the staff very poor English ! Secondly my order sat on the counter for an hour without anyone informing me that uber haven’t got a driver the lady on the phone was so extremely rude !!! NEVER AGAIN RUDE RUDE RUDE

The pizza is always awesome! I’m addicted to their Large Texas BBQ handmade pizza with garlic sprinkles. The make the best ones. Faslu the delivery driver was great too.

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER! They have messed up my orders before, but tonight takes the p*ss. I ordered 1 pizza, (that's it) and they delivered me someone else's order. Called to have my correct order re-deliverd. They said sure. An hour later still no sign of the delivery driver. Then he calls saying he can't find our house, so I relay directions. 30 mins later shows up. Pizza is stone cold. Absolute joke.

Not sure what the issue was but everything was below par on this visit. I suspect they were fulfilling delivery orders first as I was there over half an hour. Another customer who came in was waiting ten minutes before anyone came out from the back to serve. When my order came it was incomplete and so had to remind the chap what should be there. There was nothing wrong with the food and complimentary ice-cream for the waiting but I think more priority should be given to customers in the shop.

all food arrived cold, the ice cream had melted. The pizza looked dry as if had stood under a hotplate all morning and the driver was more interested in chatting on his phone and the only contact with me was what was the code, nothing else.

Poor, take ages for it to arrive and when it did it was cold. Very disappointed but after waiting well over 1hr 45mins for order was a bit to much and to top it off the food was cold when it arrived.

Order every few weeks and pretty much consistently they forget to deliver part of the food order. Recently ordered the ‘new base’ medium sized pizza which is definitely smaller than it used to be and feels like a massive rip-off; Going back to Domino’s from now on.

Unfortunately, i have to change my review. Due to bad experience on tuesday. The lady manager has no manners how to treat customers and other people. She seems like she doesn’t care about customer and their food. She kept me waiting for almost 35 minutes without informing how much more time and no apologies at all. This is my second time, I am facing issue with same manager. On the other hand pizza quality has been down severly. Pizzas were under cooked and very hard like a card board.

it is worst shop with worst manager working in. i waited more then half hour for my uber order today. i asked many times about the order she didn’t care about it and didn’t tell me anything about. 0/10 😏 she was so rude when i asked her again about the order and told me thatit will be 2 minutes more. and after thatvi waited for 15 minutes and she didn’t come up with order. i was getting calls from customer that why my order is getting late. customer canceled the order and i lost the money and 40 minutes of my time. very disappointed.

The Pizza Hut pizza you get these days is very different to the Pizza Hut of the past. It’s a lot more ‘standard’ these days and doesn’t stand out from the pack like it once did. This little Pizza Hut delivery popped up last year - there used to be a restaurant in town, but it closed in 2021 and didn’t do delivery- and is a good addition, particularly now Papa John’s has closed. The toppings on the Pizza Hut meat feast are very good. The base is average, but ok. The choice of sides is pretty poor overall, nothing there I really want. Ordered online and delivery was pretty prompt; although they need to provide some sort of navigation aid for their drivers if they aren’t local. The offers were decent; two for £20 seemed pretty cheap. The cherry Pepsi max was unwelcome though 😆 First had Pizza Hut in 1994. 30 years ago. That’s pretty good going for a brand.

Unable to send the right order. Ordered a plant based veggie supreme, which states is vegan. Pizza sent had meat on it, when called to complain, we were told the pizza is supposed to have meat on it. Staff are clearly clueless.

Good food, questionable service/delivery

What a joke!!!!!! You pay for extra toppings and have to wait extra for delivery!!!! Called Pizza Hut and they hung up before I spoke because they had an other call??? What a joke! All the extras were burnt! The delivery driver claimed he was delayed because he had too many other deliveries!??????? I wanted a pizza- not cremated toppings that I paid extra for!

Been waiting over an hour and a half and still no pizza, app says delivered, phoned and they couldn’t care less! Come on Pizza Hut is this how you treat your customers.

Food was meant to arrive at 7:30 did not get to me until 8:10. Food was barely warm, would suggest, yet again, the courier had to make several deliveries, especially as his boot was full of just eat bags. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this.

I've used this branch quite a few times for collection. I usually order on the app while I'm in Lidl (a short distance away) then walk down from the Lidl car park to collect the pizza after doing my shopping. The pizza is always absolutely delicious - in my opinion it's by far the nicest take away pizza in the town. My orders have always been accurate and ready on time. A very happy customer.

Will never being ordering from here again, the last few times hardly no cheese on the pizzas. When I called to say this has been happening a lot lot lately I got spoke to so rudely by the man and absolute disgrace. Avoid!!!!!!

The food was ordered at 4.30pm (over an hour before it was required) for delivery at 6pm. It was for a children's birthday party. We had no communication at all from Just Eat to update about timings, simply left as 'the restaurant have confirmed'. At 6.15pm we phoned the restaurant who confirmed food was ready but no there was driver to collect/ deliver it. Again, still no updates from Just Eat. We phoned the restaurant again at 6.40pm and were told the same. We tried to contact Just Eat several times with no luck. Finally a delivery driver was assigned at 6.45pm and the food was finally delivered after 7pm. The delivery driver was not even informed about the order until 6.45pm which seems that Just Eat had clearly no intention of delivering before then. By this point the food was cold and barely edible, whilst the children were left waiting and hungry. Extremely disappointing. I will be seeking a refund.

Couldn’t get a driver for 45 minutes

Conveniently the late option won’t let me put more than 60mins. The order was placed at 17:36, turned up at 19:15. The “deal for two” wording is misleading, the manager unhelpful. Just avoid.
