Disgusting Thieves of a company. Why is it acceptable to steal over £50 ?? I ordered £72 pounds worth of food and receive £20 worth l? Of course they dont answer the phone. Surely to god its not that hard to reD a ticket and pit the ordered food in to a bag Why offer a service if you can not fulfill it? So angry that it has to be a gamble on whether or not you get a full order

Visited with my grown up son for a catch up and a bite to eat. Was treated to a side order of a £60 car parking ticket for staying longer than 90 minutes

Firstly the customer service in the store was fantastic. However when we got back to our hotel and begun eating we all agreed that although the chicken was nice and lovely and hot…it simple didn’t have the usual KFC taste…what’s happened to the Colonel’s Secret Recipe?? When I contacted customer service through the online survey they blamed the restaurant but the restaurant only use what is sent to them. Hopefully this was a blip and when we try again now we’re back home all will be back to normal. The gravy however, I have noticed at all restaurants I’ve used is just not the same as it used to be, this is a great shame because KFC gravy used to be delicious

Was on a night out bowling and at the end of the night we went to Kfc was a bit later in the evening but 60% menu was unavailable and then we had to wait 25 minutes for the rest which sounds bad but we were glad it was going to be fresh however it came out cold! Took the food back in and the supervisor explained they had forgotten about us ! Poor customer service we were refunded and told to keep the food but it was so cold we just binned it. Kfc since being taken over by euro garages has went down hill! We wrong be back

We decided to have a change and treat our children to a fast food meal on walking into KFC Dunfermline we noticed the amount of tables that were full of litter and food waste we decided to continue and found a very dirty table and after pleading with staff they did come and clean it for us. After sitting down we noticed the floor and the furniture yuck ! The floor was disgusting strewn with food waste and drink spills and sticky in places and slippy in others, I had to use the bathroom and could litrally not hold my feet on the floor slipping whilst trying to use the toilet is no fun! We had our meal our chips were cold and my burger cheese slice was placed on a pre made burger as I could take it off and replace it even though this was the last thing I ate. I spoke with the manager who was unresponsive and disinterested in my opinions. In addition to this we also observed paper bags splitting bin covers hitting customers in there legs and a young lady in her wheelchair unable to access this restaurant due to a large lip on the threshold others commented on me approaching the manager and agreed with my opinion . KFC come on ! Take a leaf from McDonald's who do have a fast food restaurant and can keep it clean ,serve and deal with unpleasant customers! In this day and age restaurants do not need to be so disgustingly unclean I personally will never eat in one again !

Ordered one of the big bucket meals. Supposed to get two large portion of fries but we were lucky if we got one full portion of fries. Very disappointing! The chicken was fab as was the gravy (hence the 3 stars) but if you say you’re giving two large portions of fries, then please do what you say.

Always a nice place to dine and eat but its even nicer now that its been refurbished, even the toilets have been done this time and look fab. Food was as tasty as ever. The only down point was maybe concentrate more on keeping on top of keeping the restaurant cleaner. But always a nice to have a treat.

Ordered a bucket of chicken.. Not one piece was crispy and fresh...soggy batter, red chicken.. Why can't kfc uk have the same quality of kfc US???

I like the kfc food but I can't remember the last time I was able get a cup of coffee or a Krushem with the meal. you end up getting their syrupy 'soft drink' which I end up binning

decided to visit before going to pictures. this was the worst kfc ever full of grease' dirty tables all over the place and waird for 30 mins wont be back to this one

On occasion we feel the need to eat fast food, on this particular day it KFC as the Q for McDonalds was long, we regret not waiting, the service, establishment, toilets, food were all the same, terrible, in fact pathetic, we left most of the food and we were not the only customers to do this, it isn't difficult to maintain cleanliness standards, legal requirement too boot, food was cold, unhygienic, staff were past caring many months before our visit, we caught the brunt, never again.

The place is absolutely filthy! It is so vile no food was purchased.. The staff seem to care very little that there is litter all over the place and the tables and floors are dirty. Would not eat in here if you paid me

Making the most of coming out of lockdown so we decided to go for a drive and treat ourselves to some junk food No vegan Ennie today.... I ordered a ZInger Wrap Meal Deal with spicy sauce, chips and beans with a side of spicy chicken bites. Ordering was easy and got it quickly. Everything was fine with the order, no issuesto report. All was fine with the box meal.

I have always loved KFC however this place is a wee bit disappointing. I ordered a trilogy box Unfortunately when it came it was cold I pointed this out and a whole new box was delivered very quickly. So that was a good turnaround. Love the Zinger This place is acwee bit scruffy lots of rubbish on the floor. The staff were good and helpful

Worst KFC I have ever eaten. Chips cold and sloppy. Chicken was so dry, it was inedible. Very disappointing.

No organisation or direction to maintain social distances. Queue to till alongside self serve machines. Eventually reached the till once mr slow had processed the chap in front. Only then to find out it’s cash only, which in itself in these times is very strange. Not ideal for me as I don’t carry cash anymore. Was directed to the self serve machines, which would be fine but no way to apply my discount which was the main reason to choose kfc over other local and generally better food places. Even more confusingly if I wanted to use my discount card I was instructed that I could go back to the car, drive into the drive thru (which was far too long a queue to consider as lunch might have turned into dinner by that point) and order and pay by card that way. Why I can pay by card from the car at the window but not 6ft away standing at the counter inside I’ve no idea. I’m sure whoever came up with that had some logic, but to be honest think their brain cells must be made of popcorn chicken. Absolute shambles, so we left, went elsewhere and had a lovely lunch in an accommodating place, and imagine I may never set foot inside this place ever again.

I understand that in these uncertain times, that it is difficult for the staff to maintain efficiency but this is ridiculous. Third time we went through the drive through and ordered a bunch of stuff including a 10 piece mini fillet. They gave us 2 bags which were taped with ‘checked and sealed’ tags. And when we got home, we saw they forgot the mini fillets. Three times in a row. Whoever is in charge needs a serous talk with their staff because I don’t know how often they forget items.

Having been here prior and had a n average meal, I thought I'd try again. So Thursday 3pm ish not busy, a few people in the resteraunt as in 4 or 5 maximum, so not a busy period.Yet the food is mediocre, cold and chicken not at all crispy, given that it is a main component of KFC brand its a bit of a dissapointment.The only positive was there coffee is good.

sunday 5pm 17/11/19 stopped off for a KFC at this outlet ,to start with they seem to make a preference to the drive through,Food wise the chips were rotten and you only get about 12,the chicken was over done and greasy,but it was the portion size,i had a 3 piece original and my wife had the 3 piece boneless with dips,2 small drinks this came to over a tenner ,ive never in my puff had a smaller portion of chips infact i could of eaten mine and the wifes,perhaps i should of had a party bucket to myself,never again waste of money and the staff were scruffy

My family went here a few nights ago and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. One half of the place was shut off and the other half that wasn't was absolutely disgusting. Hardly any free tables because there was old food and trays all over them. More food all over the floor than in the kitchen and so slippy I nearly went my length. I actually had to tell staff to come and clean so people could get a table. Waited 35 minutes for cold food. Also it is always freezing inside. On an October night it was actually warmer outside. They have decorated the place but it doesn't hide the dirty mess. Boycotting this "fast food restaurant" from now on.

Popped into kfc today arounf 4pm today and to say I was disgusted was an understatement. We went in and every single table was filthy and needing cleaned. The floors had so much rubbish on them plastic knives forks sachets bits of food. I went up to the boy behind the desk and told him about the mess. He was very polite and said he was away to clean as he could see my point. Absolutely awful and filthy. We walked out not long after this I didnt want to sit and eat in a place like this. There were 2 families sitting down eating meals at the time and a man outside on the bench no wonder. Possibly a lot cleaner. Who ever was supervisor today should be ashamed of themselves. Carry on like that and wont be long until its shut down. Disgraceful.

Went here for a meal about 10:30am and the restaurant was very quiet except for the very loud music being played (Luckily the radio station played good music).My wife had a chicken fillet burger meal and I had the mighty bucket meal. Both meals were tasty and served hot, looked like they were cooked to order which was great.Service was good.Would definitely go back but please turn the music down.

No issues with kfc all I wish is that they would double check orders at the drive though cos sometimes they forget to put stuff in the bag.

I took my partner and her two little cousins today after taking them all bowling.For what it was I couldn’t actually fault it, the service was pretty good as was the food (apart from the chips... the girls wouldn’t touch them) - I ate them anyway, took the hit for the team... two additional portions for me ✌️It wasn’t too busy either so I didn’t have to listen to other people’s children shouting the place down. I was also happy to come here instead of McDonald’s after a couple of consecutive bad experiences at the latter. I would have grudged going there today... so a win on that front as well... it’s the small petty wins that matter! Also, if KFC changed their chip type and recipe to a more familiar style they would do much better world over - surely their marketing department know this?

Just a joke.. ordered Wicked variety bucket should have 4 mini fillets guess what somebody from the staff probably was hungry and they were missing from the bucket. Yeah nice KFC should check food what's inside or what.. never again in that branch. The only customer at that time and you were chatting and made a mistake with order. Good luck with your jobs.

We ordered the party bucket for a family of five.. the restaurant said they had no bottles of juice... all they gave us was two large pepsi's.... how can you share two drinks between five people... called the restaurant to query this and they did not care... they said that the cost of the two large drinks is equivalent to the cost of a 1.5 litre bottle, well perhaps in price but certainly not quantity! large cups are 500ml... 2 large cups are 1000ml... how is that equivalent of a 1.5 litre bottle?? At least with McDonalds, if they make a mistake with an order or are unable to fulfill part of an order, they offer a refund or even go as far to improve upon your order with an extra item as compensation. It's easy to see why the McDonalds is always busier than this KFC in Dunfermline, McDonalds care better for their customers. We have long been a regular customer of this KFC but we will not be back now.

Not too busy at drive thru, around 5pm. Chicken and fries were freshly cooked and crispy. Friendly staff. Have started giving out lemon wipes again to clean your hands, nice one!!

The car park was covered in litter, the inside was dirty too. The toilets were disgusting and there were loads of dirty tables. It wasn’t busy and it wouldn’t have taken someone long to sort it all out but no one appeared to be on clean up duty. Won’t be back.

Just home from kfc, Dunfermline,ordered 3 boneless meals,couldn’t of been listening to my order,came home with 2 beans,was supposed to be 2 gravy 1 bean,thanks for that.

Absolutely ridiculous! Krushem machine never works every time I visit. Will not be returning! Awful staff too, wouldn’t hurt to smile !!!!!

I arrived at 8:30pm, eventually got served at 8:50 and food served at 9:05 (minus part of the order), remainder of the food arrived as the first part had been finished at 9:25.

Arrived at 11:21 on a Saturday morning. The restaurant was smelling dingy and greasy. The chairs I was covered in bits of food from the night before. The cleaner needs to be sacked. Absolutely horrendous!!!!!!.

Dropped in for tea at 6.30 very busy on the drive through but quieter for sitting in ,very clean with a girl cleaning tables and sweeping up .The service was friendly ,helpful and fast. Great flavour and quality served piping hot. we love it here

Less than a dozen people in the restaurant, we should have known better.... food cold even though it was cooked to order, bland & soggy.

You cant beat a KFC, finger licking good chicken, The bargain buckets they offer are good value for all, and the chicken is always first class...

My last visit was so bad I vowed never again. Never as it happened was tonight.Much better, though not perfect. Girl that served us was really chirpy and friendly. I had the ltd edition dirty Louisiana meal, which was nice and tasty. Corn was ok too.Food was ok, hot and cooked. Overall condition of the restaurant could have been better and cleaner.Plenty of parking spaces.

My son loves the big daddy burger I do adore the big daddy meal but its to much for my son as the meal is massive. A very family friendly place the staff are very friendly place the kids adore it.

Todo lo que puedo decir es que como un pollo cuando mi pals pollo conseguir perritos como yo espero que terminan en M@S Y NO comer pollo kfc. cubo Esperé toda mi vida para ser servido a un cliente, pero eran tan molesta cuando se metieron en mí, me parecía en nada al de la foto que tenía en el outlet y me estaba cubierta de grasa y otras cosas. Qué desperdicio de una vida. Acabé en otro cubo. Triste pero cierto.

Fácil aparcamiento, muy restaurante "moderno" y los asientos refleja esto. No es fácil de encontrar su camino por el menú, pero el personal te puede ayudar con esto. La comida estaba bien, típico de comida rápida KFC, bastante rápido. Tuvimos que pedir la salsa que debía haber sido con el pollo y el ayudante dippers parecía sorprendido de que queríamos! No encontramos los asientos muy cómodos, las mesas y pisos) (podría haberlo hecho con limpieza, y los baños dejaban mucho que desear en términos de limpieza y suministros.

This was my first visit to this KFC.The Chicken and chips and milkshake were a tasty meal.The restaurant was comfortable and the young staff welcoming.Service was prompt.The prices are very reasonable and it was easy to get parked.We will return!

Went in tonight with my son,ordered at 21:36,went to sit down to be told "takeaway only as shut at 10 pm"(other customers told the same)told them we will be finished by then,to be told "cant sit down takeaway only"bloody disgrace if you shut at 10 there is no reason not to let customers eat then if 10 comes then lock door to stop customers comming in but let others finish that are already in.Also the crushum came half full,hubby asked why?and was told "only allowed to fill to half line" ,whats that all about?We will never be back at this kfc ever and your a disgrace to Fife Leisure Park that has so many good restuarants in it. You know you get some really bad KFCs and really good ones. Well I can say the Leisure park KFC is a good one! I go their regularly and rarely have any issues with my meal. There's the occasional forgotten item, hence why I always check my bag before driving off. But always enjoyable food with very well presented and friendly staff. Great job managers!

This is the worst KFC I have every been too. It is our local one but I would now drive the extra 11 miles to get to the one in Kircaldy as it is better. We have been to this restaurant on quite a few occasions to give it "another" chance. The last one was 2 days ago and another disappointment. Previously we have found that the chicken had little or no KFC herds and spices thus making it a piece of fried chicken. Our last excursion on Saturday had the chicken slightly under cooked and the large beans was just sauce with a little bit of beans on the bottom of the tub. Staff are uninterested. I would recommend going to another KFC if you get the urge for one.

Not really a KFC fan but took family out for a quick bite as we had a busy day, Where to begin! Staff disinterested, restaurant dirty - the table next to us was empty when we arrived but there was still food all over the table and floor. As for our food, if you want dry tasteless chicken and cold soggy chips then get here quick.Sorry KFC Dunfermline but being a fast food outlet does not excuse this poor standard.

I really fancied some KFC having not had it in years, i was excited to try it. On the way there I checked out the menu and we decided what to have. Staff were great but the food left a lot to be desired. The chicken and rice was OK but the mayo sauce over the top ruined the taste of the chicken crumb coating and made it soggy. My husband tried the Maltesers Krushem which was basically ice with some crumbs of choc in it. A very cheap way to sell a drink, The photo online looked nice and creamy like a milk shake but in reality it was just frozen water with very little taste. Needless to say we won't be back.

Great to pop in if you don't want to wait at a table service restaurant after a visit to cinema. Lots to choose from and it also has the drive through option.

Sometimes we stop by to have a quick bite to eat but you cannot rely on the chicken being moist and juicy, sometimes it is, others dry. Better off asking for freshly cooked chicken and waiting. The last time we visited, the restaurant floor was covered in rubbish, all four outside bins were overflowing with KFC cartons etc. There were numerous people behind the tills and no- one on the floor. We were eating in and had to hunt for an area that wasn't dirty. Eventually, someone came from behind the till area to start cleaning. It was not busy and there were over 12 staff behind the counter area and no-one on the floor. ? Why. However, previous times we have visited, the restaurant has been clean. Just a dissapointment and off- putting to eat in.

Clean and tidy, KFC as I would expect it. Food was tasty and hot and staff were polite and food served in a timely manner. I have no idea why anyone would expect anymore than this.

Enjoyed the food and the service was quick. Had not been there before but would go back again. Very cheap and tasty chicken.

Came here after being nagged by the grandchildren. I'm not after a gourmet meal which was lucky. Normal microwave food. The toilets were smelly and dirty. The kids loved it.

We visited on sunday 20th march with a 6 yr old and a 3 yr old. We opted for 12 piece boneless feast. Kids love this. We got corn on cobb as sides. Food....fries awful. Hot but tasted stale. Popcorn chicken passable. Corn on cob scalding hot. Chicken fillets....rock hard. Tables needed cleaned. Waste bins over flowing. We ate as we were hungry. Another cust complained about tables . I had cleaned ours. The staff looked harassed and seemed to lack a leader. The kids ate what they could. I had to remove coating from chicken for them. My husband scratched back of his throat due to chicken coating. This is not what you expect. It may well be fast food but it should be edible and enjoyable....

cheapish fast food. basic restaurant more for kids but ok if your in a hurry. good choices and reasonably quick service. you get what you pay for

Came in here on Thursday 17th March.early afternoon. Place was spotless and looked as if has had a make over. Service from cashier was pleasant, but another girl dished up the meal. She asked if I would like sauce and as i said i would, she promptly put 6 sachets on the tray....to go with the 6 napkins.Now I know I had a suit on, but I did not think i was a messy eater to need 6 napkins...and I only needed one sauce. Cut back the sauce and napkins and start making a profit. Food was good and hot. Latte was a bit under filled, but tasted good. Ohh one other thing, turn the crackling radio down, very noisy and unpleasant.

This is a bad KFC to stop by. I had a chicken roll and when I received it there was no lettuce (which I ordered,) mayonnaise (which I didn't order) and no drinks. The toilets were filthy (classic) and the staff were absolutely horrible. After I approached a member of staff and said my food didn't match what I ordered she told me that it was an 'innocent mistake'. I told her what I got and she then got a bit snappy and shouted 'deal with it yourself!'. I then went and ate my roll the chicken tasted disgusting and I found tomatoes in it as well (I hate tomatoes, so I asked for none. But, of course, I got tomatoes anyway.)The next day I felt a bit nauseous and I've never been back since.

This is my first visit for sitting in. There was about fifteen unsupervised kids running about and screaming. The place is so cold. There was fries and bits of food strewn all over all the floor. Staff were two young girls who tried to keep the place clean .Maybe staffing levels is the problem . Food was good and tasty but chicken popcorn cold. I don't think I will be going back to this branch.

veggie myself so can never get anything here but my family do love popping in for boneless chicken etc. Chicken is always well cooked and full of flavour they tell me and the fries are certainly far better than mcdonalds. My 14 year old loves the milkshakes (can't stand them myeself - can't get my head round 'bits' in milkshakes lol but she always wants a Crushem with her dinner ;0). Service is great and always fast and piping hot so no faults here x

Stopped going in here, the place is freezing cold. have to sit and eat your food with your coat on. speed bumps in the drive through could they be any higher. service ok and food ok but would avoid sitting in.

They carry on to much . Sometimes you wait a while for your meal . Toilets aren't very clean , certainly not done regular . Service slow to medium

This KFC has to be the dirtiest and slowest around. On the two occasions I have been inside, near enough every table had wrappers and uneaten food left on it by previous customers.Staff are always really slow at getting food out and the food here is either cold or stuff missing from order.Why do we try here again after bad service, well probably because like a previous reviewer said you want a quick bite to eat, nothing fancy. But you can't be bothered with the heaving McDonalds across the road, however never again!

It's just another branch of the well known fast food chain and on this visit I only used the drive through and purchased a set menu, when asked what drink I wanted, I requested a latte this in turn pushed up the price of the set menu whereas a normal coffee or tea doesn't. To my knowledge..and I always drink lattes, no other fast food place does this so that's a bit poor from KFC. Otherwise food was the usual high standard and service was good too.

Okay, I really don't like this particular KFC, It always looks dirty and never tastes right, in addition to this I always end up with a sore stomach. My wife on the other hand enjoys a KFC and doesn't seem to mind this place, well until recently, think she has had a sore stomach the last couple of times as well. Maybe just too much spice in the spice mix who knows, all I can say is I don't eat here anymore

Vile and dirty. Even by kfc standards this is the pits. Been a few times and it's never appealing. Won't be going again. Best thing you can do is either starve or go to McDonald's. Best thing kfc could do would be knock the building down!! Avoid.

I had the misfortune to come across THE rudest member of staff, EVER! He has tall, dark hair, with short dark beard and mustache and I have to say that his attitude was absolutely appalling and I feel he is definitely in the wrong job! What caused his rudeness? All because I asked for my orders (totaling over £30) to be kept at the side as had to go to Mc'D's for some stuff. The person who served me (who was lovely by the way) said it was absolutely no problem. When I arrived back at the "restaurant" I was met with such hostility and rudeness from this man (I think he may be the supervisor/manager - although couldn't make out the name on his badge as the writing is so small!). He claimed that my order was "clogging up" valuable space and they will never allow me to leave an order at the side again. I tried to explain that the girl who served me said it was ok, and that it was fine if it wasn't allowed, that I would never ask again. I was then accused of having an attitude, to which I replied that I didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to me and that HIS attitude was disgusting, to which he replied "well if you don't like it, don't come back again". I assured him that I would never be back there. I then returned to work with my order, only to discover to my horror, that some items were missing!!!! I went back and surprise, surprise I had to deal with him again. I explained the problem, only for him to say (in a very offhand way) that he had personally packed my order and all items were definitely placed in the bags. I said that no, 3 items, which had been paid for, were not included. He went into the kitchen and at that point, another female member of staff said (and I quote) "I'm really sorry about him and the way he is acting". I eventually got my missing items and as I was leaving, he started on again about the issue from earlier! I said to him that I wasn't prepared to go through all of that with him again, but he just wouldn't let it go!! The place was full of other customers and it was very embarrassing to be spoken down to, like a child, by this man! I again said I didn't appreciate his attitude, only to be told by him again "well if you don't like it, don't bother coming back". I found the whole experience extremely upsetting and embarrassing. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but there is NO excuse to treat anyone this way. Eat there at your own risk!!

Had reason to visit here recently and were very much let-down. On entry to the premises we noticed how filthy it appeared to be, the floor had signs that food and drink had soiled it. It was never cleaned in all the time we were sat at our table. One member of staff was carrying out some form of cleaning ,not sure what, no sign of staff at the counter. The person who was cleaning then re-appeared behind the counter to take our order. Did he have time to wash his hands before handling our food? He himself was polite and took our order in a helpful manner. The food was cold but we almost didn't notice as we were famished and would have eaten anything. Poor experience all round.By comparison to Mcdonalds where you will see constant evidence of cleaning staff at clearing and tidying tables sweeping floors and so on but no evidence of this activity at KFC. The car park at this KFC had signs of food particles scattered with the annoyance of sea-gulls and crows devouring all this food waste. There were small pools of stagnant water in the car park too and these also had small particles of food floating in them. While we were eating our meal a small queue had built up at the counter and the one member of staff then bellowed at the top of his voice, within earshot of everyone,that we wanted some help from his colleagues. Our anger is not aimed at this one lone member of the KFC empire. Go to McDonalds.

Few times been here now ordered a few diff thing tonight's chicken was so tough it was inedible!! Dunfermline kfc compared to other kfc we have visited is like night and day.. Dunfermline always a let down massively disappointed again!! Never will order from Dunfermline kfc ever again!! Done!!

Usual KFC. But has been refurbished looks really nice and a fresh new look makes it more modern I would go back when am not on a diet

I have visited this fast food outlet many times, since it opened, and to date I have never been completely satisfied with the whole meal, either the Chicken is rubbery or the fries are cold.Yesterday 20/5/15 I again stopped here with my son for lunch, Its been re-vamped, a complete make over, nice fresh décor, but again the meals we had, again contained cold fries, This Fast Food outlet, the times I have visited, never appears to be busy, hence products are either overcooked and or cold, Better to go to KFC Kirkcaldy.

Have passed through here twice now and have to say not sure I'll do so again.Drive through service ok, food awful.I wonder if they keep the dried up pieces for the drive through as once was bad enough, but twice mm theme going on I wonder.Can't comment on cleanliness or anything else, but would say if doing a drive through beware and check the goods before you leave.

What can you say this place was like every other fast food restaurant the food was good, bins overflowing to be honest if you want quick tasty chicken its worth it in the end.

Fast service and very fresh food without a long wait. We did not receive dips as advertised but were given sauce on request.

Went to eat in but one look was enough, cold horrible environment reminded me of a public convenience. Come on kfc get some heat on in this place and make it a nice environment to eat in. Got a take away and food was lovely staff very friendly and helpful. Would not recommend anyone to have a meal in.

The service is always friendly and quick. The meals for a takeaway and sit in are not bad but the place is always cold. The staff and the customers sit wrapped up like eskimos. Should turn the heating up. Come on Col Saunders

Terrible! Ordered the 14 piece bargain bucket for £15.99. Took 20 minutes to be ready. The chicken was hot which was the only good thing about it. The bottom of the bucket was SWIMMING in oil, resulting in soggy, greasy chicken. Chips were cold. The bins were full to the point of overflowing. The toilets were dirty. Won't be back.

My family always love this place with minimum 20 hot wings three big daddy never disappoint still coming. Will come next week again.

the food is what it is.... its fast food so what can you say... the inside area and car park area need much attention. tables are mostly littered and sticky. overall looks grotty. BUT THE KITCHEN AREA IS FINE...... the food is fine, never had a problem there, but if you are easily scunnered, go via drive through and don't look, just eat. but you do get a fresh hot meal at a very good price

Not been here since the middle of last year and it was so bad we left takin our food with us and heated it up when i got home, i did complain but since then thay have cleaned up there place and think thay have changed the staff it was so much better im glad i went back food hot and didnt have to wait long eather and staff was friendly and helpful thank u will be back xx

Second visit as my son wanted to. First time disaster. I ordered burger and forgot son likes it plain. Went for another but 1p short. Refused service till got 1p from car. This time served quickly but not told no salt available. returned food and got refund. Never again

called by for a quick meal on way home.The young man serving needed to listen t what people are asking for to ensure that the orders are correct.Speedy service and the tables/outside very clean.

I visited this place at 950pm last Friday but it was just closing so I was told to use the drive through at the back which I did. However whilst waiting for my order I couldn't help but notice the amount of litter that had been strewn around the site it reminded me of some landfill site somewhere!I ordered a chicken burger and fries which came luke warm which wasn't very appealing! Found it hard to believe that it closed so early on a Friday night!

Stopped for a bite to eat whilst travelling north. Nothing spectacular but reasonable choice. Staff fairly friendly although when we visited they were stretched.

I took my kids here for dinner,I ordered 2 pulled chicken BBQ wrap,meal for one and a kids meal.had to wait 15minutes before even getting served then another 10minutes for our food.would understand if they were busy!when we got our food one of the wrap meals were missing and to my shock the kids meal was small corn cob and a peice of chicken the size of a nugget,I spoke to manager straight away who wasn't at all helpful and seemed he couldn't be bothered with our complaint and told us we only paid for the one chicken wrap meal.my receipt stated 2 was paid for!in the end I ended up having nothing to eat as was put off.also went to toilet and they were disgusting and smelly and not a drip of soap to wash the grease of my hands.this place needs inspection for cleanliness and customer service training for staff and managment.will not return to here and advise people to go elsewhere

This restaurant has been needing cleaned both times we visited.Dirty tables and cloths on the serving counter,rubbish on the empty tables and floor,LAZY and Can't be bothered staff, my family had their food and the tables were still not cleaned.The manager needs to go to the Alloa shop and see how it should be kept.

On arrival at this KFC outlet I noticed workmen fitting a new sign near the main entrance, working on a platform without any barrier, protecting the public below.Mess all over the floor and general rubbish strewn throughout the carpark. First impressions not good.The windows of this KFC chain were disgusting very dirty and there was rubbish on the floor.On ordering food the clothes on one particular staff member were disgusting dirty and she looked dishevelled.The whole staff looked like they need to wash more .Due to the dirtiness of the seating area I decided to take the food home.Not expecting anything great i was disapointingly correct cold chips cold chicken all in all a load of crap.The Manager of this chain of KFC needs to change things big time.To conclude this was the worse KFC i have ever been in NEVER againYOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..

I have been in several times as the food is okay, I would like to add that the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I have been in there are dirty tables and rubbish lying on the floor.How they get away with it I do not know if I had more time I would write to KFC myself. The staff are polite and friendly but they need to get a full time cleaner.

the KFC in Dunfermline is the slowest one I have ever been to, if you are hoping for fast food then choose somewhere else.

This place is a joke , someone needs to get a grip if this place it's absolutely disgusting iv actually just been served and the girl who's serving is not th cleanest of looking people , this is terrible , my dog blankets r cleaner than the fleece and the shirt she had on and it's not th first I've went in and they just do not look clean at all some young girls look stunning but they need to get a serious grip of this place big time

More than three customers in the queue, then expect a long wait. The inside wndows and flooring could do with a good clean and the staff are lathargic.

Having visited at 9pm the chicken had been sitting in the hot cabinet a long time, it was a soggy greasy nasty mess. All you could taste was the oil. Will never go back

I've never really rated dunfermline's KFC but last Monday's visit there was the worst. It's always cold and uninviting to begin with but the food was just awful. I rave about KFC normally as the chicken fillets are brilliant. Not in Dunfermline! It was thin, dry and mainly batter. The corn on the cob was cold as were the chips and the wings again were mostly batter.I won't be visiting that branch again.I still love KFC tho.
