Poor and rude service , little English, 2 bit of chicken dry and llleather slipper, another was barely cooked , crazy tasted burnt and to to the lot was charged extra money because it was after 11 pm in when ask where it states this was told look on t&c in which wouldn't download , month after making complaint and 30 phone calls to restaurant with no reply , Plenty of good places to eat so avoid if u value your health and money , they are thief's and can't cook , read other reviews aswell it's a franchise and needs shutting down

Ended up here at the end of a night out around Kelham. First time here and it had fun & chilled vibe plus the music was great. Staff were super friendly too, shout out to Kaya!

Had lunch with the Mrs and the manager Jay and his staff was friendly and polite, I spoke to the manager directly to thank him personally 5*

I used to be a regular at The Signal Box. Covid stopped that. Had to meet two of my grown up children yesterday, so chose my ex regular venue. Oh dear. I arrived slightly early and chose to enjoy a coffee while I waited. No coffee on. None. I then remembered that had happened previously when I was a regular. OK … machines break down, but can’t they have some instant available for such occasions? So I had sparkling water. My family arrived and all was good … chatting in a relaxed atmosphere. Then the food problem. My daughter is vegan and ordered a simple salad and sweetcorn on the side. I didn’t go to the bar with her but understand there was awful confusion over ordering. She was told that the dressing was not vegan, but they didn’t know why. She asked for a simple oil and vinegar mix instead but they were unable to help. Uh? No olive oil or no wine vinegar available? Apparently not. So she had to consume the salad dry! C’mon Signal Box …. Surely you can do better than this. Finally … once we had eaten, there was nobody coming to the tables to clear plates and glasses. And they were far from busy. Such a shame …. Will need to find a new venue now. That was embarrassing.

worst KFC I have ever seen. Never have i been so disappointed in my employees. As the owner of KFC I have cordially decided to shut down this restaurant due to the bad attitude of the employees. And I have heard that jemma who works here hasn't been pulling her weight. So Jemma, you are permanently fired from the KFC corporation.

Yesterday I've had a very hard day. Didnt sleep or eat whole day. Cried whole day. Because of personal reasons. I went to the shop finally after someone's pursuation to eat something within budget. I was talking to that friend on phone the whole time and waiting quietly. The pakistani/indian guy there called me. He asked what salad i.want. i was holding the phone but not talking to anyone. And my voice was very low. Reasonably. I had a hard day. He didnt hear me properly. Suddenly he EXTREMELY RUDELY asked "can you please put the phone down for ONE MINUTE PLEASE?" I was baffled. And very insulted. Then i asked "yes of course but u cant behave like this with me". Then he asked " and can you talk a little LOUDER? I CANT HEAR YOU AT ALL...etc etc". At that moment I was so insulted that i didnt hear him at all. I said "sorry i dont want" and left the place. I got out and cried the whole road. This day was so hard for me. Therr was no one beside me except for a stranger friend on facebook who was there just because i requested. I was missing my parents. I had been horribly betrayed by someone. And i was sick. Ut was the only shop nearby my house. And now i get this after having the courage of finally getting out to eat? I wanna ask that guy, "do you know how much courage it took to get out yesterday?" and you didnt even reimburse my payment. Anyways. I.dont want that too. Maybe you shouldnt presume and behave this way with a person from next time? You just dont know what he/she went thru right? I hope you learn to be a human in addition to having a good business. Thanks.

This is the worst KFC I've had. Ordered a family boneless meal for our family and the chicken was too chewy to eat..I don't know if they're cooking it for too long or re-frying old chicken but it was an awful rubbery texture.. The corn on the cobs were not cooked long enough as they were not really edible. I wouldn't eat here again!

I was served by a short person with glasses and a ponytail who was rude and provided shitty service. I noticed that the gloves weren’t changed( which I have a wheat allergy and got sick from it), no apron and just super rude :(

Often come here with my family as it's right on my door step. But I do wonder why I bother. Often we have to wait 20 plus minutes for food with it usually wrong or something missing. Never have milkshakes/ice cream either!! Today the food was fine and came relatively quick for a change. On leaving though i was appalled on how disgusting it was outside! Every litter bin was full to bursting and over flowing with litter. There were milkshakes splattered all on the outside tables and on floor with more litter just left. What a filthy dump. Wish I'd of taken some photos. One of the worst macdonalds in the area along with the one in York city centre.

Very bad staff,there is one indian girl in night shift is very rude and very slow I waited my order for 15 min ,i was keep asking how long for my order she was not reacting that she was not hearing what i was saying then very rudely she said wait 5 min .I replied i already waited for 15 min then she gave me a angry look.i was scared that they all people of staff could attck on me.then i left the shop …..i think kfc should keep an eye on their staff

¡Este lugar es una broma! ¡Continuamente hemos recibido la orden equivocada de ellos! Así que paramos unos meses y pedimos en otro lugar. Anoche pensamos que volveríamos a intentarlo ya que nos perdimos mucho tener KFC. . gran error! Pedimos a través de Just Eat. La comida llegó a su debido tiempo, pero como era de esperar solo teníamos la mitad de lo que pagamos! ¡Esto arruinó totalmente nuestra noche! Kfc Uplands no contestó el teléfono después de muchos intentos. Hemos contactado con Just Eat y están investigando. £ 33 se gastó, y teníamos aproximadamente £ 10 en comida! También hemos contactado con la oficina central de KFC. ¡Les advierto a todos que este lugar no es confiable! El personal es probablemente niños jugando con! ¡Nunca más caeré en este lugar! ¡Tan enfadado y decepcionado! 😤
