The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Excellent service this morning! Tom, who helped me, was fantastic, checking allergies and serving efficiently despite how busy it was. He was also personable with other customers. Food was hot, of a good quality, and tasted great. Appreciate the vegetarian offerings in particular.

The worst kfc ever chips cold and limp asked for salt they said it was in the pack and not in there corn was cold disgusting The staff seemed like they didn’t want to serve me and they gave me straw for my Fanta joke

Viviendo en Cork llevamos a mi hijo a visitar Titanic Belfast por su cumpleaños, escuchamos hablar de 5 chicos y decidimos visitar y tratar a mi hijo, estábamos alojados en este restaurante en el hotel Crowne Plaza. 3 de mayo a eso de las 3 pm. No tenía ni idea de cómo funcionaba este lugar, y fueron servidos en la caja por una chica no tan servicial, mi hijo tenía una pequeña hamburguesa de queso y papas fritas y un batido de leche, yo tenía una hamburguesa de queso grande y un batido de leche mi esposa tenía una hamburguesa de queso y una coca-cola, sin mención a nosotros sobre los extras como cebolla o tomates o encurtidos que podríamos haber tenido. Esperamos y la comida llegó debidamente. La carne de res era de calidad, las patatas fritas que realmente bueno los batidos eran buenos también. Las hamburguesas estaban descuidadas sin nada en ese entonces, pero de nuevo no nos ofrecieron nada en ellas porque no pedimos ni nos dijeron. Probablemente lo dejé en la ignorancia de mi parte. El personal estaba riendo y pasándolo muy bien, la cuenta llegó a 60 libras impares más o menos 70 euros, por lo que recibimos yo diría extorsivo, ¿Iría de nuevo probablemente no ese personal y particularmente la mujer en la Hasta necesita una buena lección de atención al cliente. Macdonalds mucho mejor relación calidad-precio. Mantente alejado

Terrible compañía ya que cobran £ 60 - £ 100 por el aparcamiento si te quedas demasiado tiempo o sales del sitio, incluso después de 10 minutos de aparcamiento.

Thursday 23rd March and we were travelling along the M5 on our way from Seaton, Devon to Bolton. We stopped at this Service Station for a quick bite and a pit. We visited this branch of McDonald's which is located in the circular Food Hall area in the Service Station. It has a number of eateries, including this one around the edge of the area with seating in the centre. We ordered and paid for our food and drinks, two cheeseburgers and two flat whites, via self ordering screens. We did not have to wait long for our order to be prepared and collected. The burgers were tasty and at a good temperature, the coffee was as always flavoursome, fans of McD's coffee. The seating area was clean and well maintained. This was one of the best Service Station's that we have visited and McDonald's did not disappoint.

Toilet, rubbish, shocking!!! I arrived at 12.15am and was informed that I wasn't allowed in, I'd just finished work and fancied a quick pint before I went to my hotel. The doorman informed me that it was after midnight ( surely I know that,as I'm quite aware of the time) !!!! .If you advertise that you are open until 1am then ......,either you are not open as advertise or your doorman is turning away trade? MAYBE I could understand if I was a teenager or drunk, I'm nearly 60 and like I've previously stated had just finished work, I'd love to here from the management to explain.

Got fined for spending 2 hours here, should extend parking limit if they want customers to buy more than one drink, drinks average, would not recommend

Worst ever service , waiting alteast one more than 30 minutes only for naan , ridiculous experience in my life and specially staff don’t know how to treat the customer uneducated people

it does not ever serve coffee in the last 2 years I have gone there. Every time I ask they only offer soft drinks which I am not happy with.

Poor and rude service , little English, 2 bit of chicken dry and llleather slipper, another was barely cooked , crazy tasted burnt and to to the lot was charged extra money because it was after 11 pm in when ask where it states this was told look on t&c in which wouldn't download , month after making complaint and 30 phone calls to restaurant with no reply , Plenty of good places to eat so avoid if u value your health and money , they are thief's and can't cook , read other reviews aswell it's a franchise and needs shutting down

Had lunch with the Mrs and the manager Jay and his staff was friendly and polite, I spoke to the manager directly to thank him personally 5*

Ended up here at the end of a night out around Kelham. First time here and it had fun & chilled vibe plus the music was great. Staff were super friendly too, shout out to Kaya!

Had a kebab from spice land , best one I’ve had. Hot , tasty and fantastic delivery. Definitely be having mine from here now . Yarrow close 😜

I used to be a regular at The Signal Box. Covid stopped that. Had to meet two of my grown up children yesterday, so chose my ex regular venue. Oh dear. I arrived slightly early and chose to enjoy a coffee while I waited. No coffee on. None. I then remembered that had happened previously when I was a regular. OK … machines break down, but can’t they have some instant available for such occasions? So I had sparkling water. My family arrived and all was good … chatting in a relaxed atmosphere. Then the food problem. My daughter is vegan and ordered a simple salad and sweetcorn on the side. I didn’t go to the bar with her but understand there was awful confusion over ordering. She was told that the dressing was not vegan, but they didn’t know why. She asked for a simple oil and vinegar mix instead but they were unable to help. Uh? No olive oil or no wine vinegar available? Apparently not. So she had to consume the salad dry! C’mon Signal Box …. Surely you can do better than this. Finally … once we had eaten, there was nobody coming to the tables to clear plates and glasses. And they were far from busy. Such a shame …. Will need to find a new venue now. That was embarrassing.

I was served by a short person with glasses and a ponytail who was rude and provided shitty service. I noticed that the gloves weren’t changed( which I have a wheat allergy and got sick from it), no apron and just super rude :(
