I went during a dinner time rush and a young man named "Dylan" was very helpful and nice and he was very professional. He deserves a raise

in the last year, KFC seems to have really improved it's quality of food and service overall. i used to feel a bit crap after eating KFC (as you typically do with any fast food), but i no longer feel like that anymore. i'm guessing they changed the way they make something in their food, whatever it was, keep it up! as for the cleanliness of the restaurant, cannot fault it. one of the cleanest fast food places i've ever been to. no complaints whatsoever.

Bought the new Louisiana Burger, the size of the chicken inside was absolutely tiny. It was smaller than a mini fillet. I tried to speak to someone but a bloke (really big guy who I think was the manager) just shrugged his shoulders and said that’s how they come. Photo below, note I hadn’t actually bitten the chicken after 2 big bites of the bun. Very expensive when the food is correct, I feel sick having paid over £10 for the crap food and the attitude off the staff.

Very mid, for a chicken shop, the chicken is bland, soggy and very much like any other fast food takeaway place. The nicest thing was the quesadilla they do, it was quite filled up and tasted great which was a positive, however, it was extremely oily to the point where it was leaking through the wrapper, then the polystyrene box, then the paper wrap around the box, leaving a puddle of oil on my table.

It was very quiet when we arrived but don’t let that fool you We were welcomed warmly and given a booth by a friendly host Desserts came quickly are were delicious My daughter was very happy with the size of her ice cream ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s from us 👍

Very poor ,went in to order takeaway 3 pc meal and when I got home realised I was given 3 legs!!!! Guys there should be a least one pc of breast!!!!

We visited this KFC twice within a two hour period as another family member wanted food after we returned home and got a fine of £60. Food was o.k but we will never return as the land is privately owned by scammers.

Not only is the food always cold from here, but when they state that their breakfast finishes as 11.00am on Saturday and Sunday it should actually finish at that time not 20 minutes prior to that time. I can't imagine many people enjoy a burger at 10.40am? Over all awful service and rude staff.

Had an interview for the company when they had the claughton village shop, no one would ever get back in contact with me after my interview, not even to say if I got the job or not, thank god I never went there as 2 of my friends are still owed money from when they done work there 2/3 years ago, avoid at all cost looking at facebook reviews none of the food is cooked properly.

Nos sentamos y nos sirvieron de inmediato y nos atendió una joven encantadora que me atendió siendo diabética una buena flotadora de Coca-Cola Dietética, con agua cuando pedimos y buenas delicias para mi familia, delicioso sorbete de mango, y una buena crepé y batido para mi hija y esposo. Fue realmente delicioso y vale la pena esperar el regalo, ya que normalmente evito lugares desiertos debido a ser diabético. Gracias por su servicio y fue extra bueno ya que pude usar mi tarjeta de luz azul y obtener un 10% de descuento en la factura, lo que ayudó a ahorrar unos centavos.
