Very poor ,went in to order takeaway 3 pc meal and when I got home realised I was given 3 legs!!!! Guys there should be a least one pc of breast!!!!

We hadn't been to a KFC for a couple of years but decided to try while in St Austell. We ate in. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and friendly. The quality and value of the food, excellent. Really enjoyed the experience

We ordered a bucket meal (Deliveroo) and we were supposed to get 3 sides. What we actually got was 3 different sized pots of gravy. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. Won't be ordering again.

After not having had a KFC for about 20 years, we had one here because we were staying next door and it was easy. It was a pleasant surprise, and certainly much better than a Maccy D's we'd also tried again recently after a long break. I'd certainly give it another go if I was staying in the Travelodge again.

Popped in before going shopping and it must be the worse KFC we have ever had. Full of grease and the chicken was pink, had one mouthful and spat it out. Table's dirty and staff standing around. 0/10

when you notice that the floor is really sticky, its never a good start to the ordering, the breadcrumb coating was coming off and it was very greasy, Chicken wasn't hot and potion sizes were really small. the only good thing was the service.

This place is disgusting from outside. When you park and walk across from the car park the restaurants commercial bins are overflowing.. the grease can be seen on the pavements and on pavement to kitchen. Staff smoke at the back door in uniform. The building doesn't look well maintained / cleaned

Called in today. My advise stay away. Not even busy and still managed to mess my order up. If you won’t good food and service stay clear Went for dinner treat took away. As we live 6 Miles away. When got home some of order was missing. When I rang what great customer service I got 😂😂. Was even told I was talking to the manager. Who said she will refund my meal but not my whole order even though we have to make do what we have collected oh but if I wonted to they will replace missing items if I wish to drive all the way back to them. 🤷🏽‍♀️ If you have time to can contact customer care and see what they can do. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Food all dry and cleanness of restaurant is just Appoiling Think kfc should think about there staff as they seem to busy talking then actually cleaning restaurant and double checking order before it leaves restaurant.

Still sitting here 30 mins later place is a utter shambles how there must be at least 40 people in here waiting I know it’s a Friday but sort it out

Went to this KFC during an extremely busy shift during peak holiday time. Would just like to commend them on their excellent service standard, we actually had an issue with a previous order that was promptly dealt with politely and efficiently. These guys are having a hugely busy time and did a great job. Chicken was spot on, enjoyed by all. I recommend! (though maybe at its quieter time.)

Definitely do not go there, my partner bought us food from there for a quick dinner and we both ended up with food poisoning. Unless you want to spend the night on the loo I would highly recommend you avoid like the plague

after visiting st Austell wife and I decided to have kfc been there many times before on entering we was overwhelmed by the very loud music couldnt hear the till operator even after complaining they just carried on my wife ordered zinger bun and I ordered 3 piece variety meal we were going to eat in but noise to loud so went up road to cut a long story short the bun was dry as was the chicken threw it away my meal was just awful dry tastless and not what I was use to they had forgotton my gravy prob due to noise level dry and tastless and what ever happend to giving out the salt ect we got two hand wipes and one was dry useless never again will I go back

Three piece meal, with extra Hot wings and large gravy, under £9. All was good, fresh and tasty, and served quickly. The lady who served me advised on how to order, and so helped to save me money.

Came here for a treat, plenty of parking. Have plenty of safety measures in place with Covid. Food was very tasty and hot. Good value for money worth a visit 👍

I normally love a kfc, but this outlet just has it all wrong. Had a bit of a lunch break but thought instead of maccys I'd go kfc, big mistake, Popcorn chicken was luke warm, chips were cold, the place had no feeling to it, doubt I'll be back, I'll go for the big mac next time

I'm an American from the deep south and it's always nice to have a yummy KFC meal, which is real southern fried chicken! I prefer the Boneless Dip Meal over any, now thank goodness with the option of mashed potatoes & gravy, the southern way!

Some of the greasiest chicken I've ever had from KFC. Fries cooked in old dirty oil. Sadly not a one-off accident, very poor standards across multiple visits over the last 2 years.

Visiting KFC St Austell tonight was worse than usual. We were greeted with “we are out of CO2 so no fizzy drinks”.Thankfully we ordered by the machine as the chap behind us waited over 4 minutes for the server to finish cleaning the ice cream unit. Meanwhile the full bins we bring emptied by a young man that was burping loudly while he was doing his business. In fact, we heard him burp 6 times.We had our meal, no bag we said? Yeah sorry we haven’t any paper bags. My wife checked the order and she forgot to add our chips. It was hard to get an apology from her. I said it’s a good job you’ve run out of bags as we wouldn’t have had our chips. Begrudgingly she apologised.When we got home, our chips were stone cold, 2 bags weren’t even full.What a downright shambles!!Buyer beware!! Don’t buy from here unless you really want bad service cold chips from a staff that doesn’t care and are rude.

Full KFC menus and plenty of places to sit and eat in if you wish to. The food was good and hot but the restaurant dining area was dirty with many tables uncleared. While this is a problem with the clientele the staff need to get it sorted as it is quite unpleasant.

This kfc is normally the best one I’ve been to. Always good food, fresh chicken. Today I was disappointed. The chicken came out too fast and I suspected it wouldn’t be great. It wasn’t. Chicken very dry. Not happy as the colonels chicken is the best. Let down today

Visited today as locals and the food was stone cold. We ordered popcorn chicken and chips, boneless banquet for 1 and a fillet tower burger meal spending £21. The chips were stone cold and old as if they had been there all afternoon safe to say all 5 of us didn't eat our chips. The popcorn chicken was cold and the cherry coke tasted of pure syrup. Overall it was a disappointing lunch and a waste of money. We would have complained but there was only 1 member of staff handing the food out and the other member of staff was taking orders. The bins were over flowing and there was rubbish and dirty tables everywhere.

I have no idea what KFC are doing these days. I used to enjoy a KFC 3 piece meal with its crispy coated chicken. The most recent visit was greasy slimy certainly not crispy chicken. Small pieces and generally unappetising. As much as I love fried chicken, it won't be KFC anymore. This KFC has not managed to up its game in all the time I have lived here. Bring back Pizza Hut

I ordered a fillet tower meal with diet drink and got a fillet burger and full fat pepsi. Even though when i doubled checked the drink was diet the member of staff assured me it was. As i diabetic i have to be careful and when i conplained their answer was well you got what you paid for its on your receipt. How is that my fault that the member of staff serving cant put through orders correctly or double check the order is right before payment. Manager eventually gave me the correct burger without fuss.

Me and my mum and dad went into the KFC to get some chicken and the line was quite long so we waited over 20 mins to get food . (I justed played on my phone ) . Then we got to the ordering station and We ordered and just before my dad payed the stupid women said " Oh i forgot to tell you we are out of Beans , Chips , Chicken and Corn Sorry" We walked over the road to Mcdonalds it was much better MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FOOD KFC ST AUSTELL

Got a large bargain bucket but fries were very limp and the coating on the chicken pieces was almost tasteless - what happened to the secret recipe? Terrible value for money.Fillet and Zinger burgers were OK but no large cups were available to upgrade a full meal to large; you would only get a medium drink although they would still charge you the full price. Worst of all NO NAPKINS - finger lickin' is the only option available! Ridiculous for a fried chicken outlet.

I went in st Austell KFC and orderd 2 tower box meals to be told they had completely run out of hash browns so couldn't do that meal! (I only like the tower burger meals with the hash browns! I asked the young lady behind the till when they would be getting more in as I wouldn't have minded waiting and she looked at me dumb founded and said sorry I don't know when we'll be getting more in without making any attempt to even find out! I left st Austell KFC having bought no food and headed for Bodmin KFC which is approx 30 mile round trip out of our way for our tower burger meals which cost an extra £10 in fuel on top of what we would have payed if st Austell KFC had adiquate enough stock for their customers!!!!

As we were staying at the nearby Travelodge, we decided it was convenient to visit KFC for the first time in years. It was quick, efficient, but a little bewildering for someone who does not use fat food outlets very often.

The staff here were very young didn't seem to have any idea what they were doing and the manager/supervisor just seem to stand around. The place was very dirty and wasn't that busy so no excuse. Don't know how they got 5 for hygiene. Wont be stopping there again

Came here for a quick bite to eat while staying nearby and was waiting for food for 20 mins. The local youth population hang about outside the doors and on entering some tried to jump the que as they clearly knew the staff. While waiting for our order like everyone else one of the local youths brazenly walks up to the counter and calls over to the lady called Zoe who is serving that he has not got time to wait as his friends are leaving and he’s wanting his food now as he’s a regular !!!!!! the lad was no more than 14 years old and “Zoe” stopped dealing with her queuing customers and served him. This alone will make sure I will never walk into that place again which is a shame as previous visits have always been spot on.

I ordered hot chicken wing meal for my family but the spice was non existent. I had to put them in a bin and sort the food somewhere else. I did not had an opportunity to complain there because no staff was free and customer queue was all the way out of the door. I would avoid this place in future.

We’re should one start! Firstly you can’t always say it the service or the staff. The staff were helpful and could see that the food that they were handling out to people was not that nice or good, but they had a job to do. We stoped to have something fast on are way though St Austell on are way to our hotel (The Cornwall Hotel) We ended up putting the food in the bin, yes it was that bad. I was going to say something to the staff but I already know that they know it was bad, so what was the point. Not a good experience

We was staying at the travelodge behind KFC for a few days we came for evening meal a little apprensive due to the fact we've tried KFC at hazel Grove near us and one in Llandudno both of which served soggy chicken well we was shocked absolutely stunning crispy on the outside wonderful on the inside

Lovely food, staff very friendly. Clean and tidy good value for money. Easy to park. Love the zinger burger meals they do. Crushums are fantastic.

not much to review really. It's your bog standard KFC. It's quite big as a restaurant. Lots of space and plenty of seats. Staff are always friendly and accomadating and the food comes out as quick as possible.

Visited this a couple of times whilst on holiday. Great customer service. Only down side, be careful where you sit as the air conditioning can make it quite cold.

KFC was busy, but we were served quickly. Be careful where you park, though. As some of the spaces outside were not availabe to KFC users.

Vine aquí con mi familia para una cena de Kentucky y he de decir que fue una de las mejores comidas que he tenido kfc. Las piezas de pollo estaban recién preparado y muy sabroso. La zona del restaurante era luminoso y limpio. Y aunque estaba lleno, nos sirvieron la comida bastante rápidamente. Sabroso, entrar en mi estómago.

Nunca tuve un problema con la comida kfc siempre buen sabor estaba preparado a buen nivel. Siempre fui más de mc donalds pollo kfc. La única cosa que tenía un problema con y siguen, el menú no es lo suficientemente consistente.comenzamos con un cargador super luego fuimos a algo y luego algo más sólo con un nombre diferente y cada vez que había un nuevo lanzamiento que iban a decrecer.Recuerdo que fue mi cumpleaños y me dijo se detuvieron haciendo y cómo me decepcionó!Nos trajeron de vuelta un sobrecompresor por la demanda al cliente por un tiempo limitado, no lo suficiente,todo lo demás, aunque ha sido magnífico.

Mi hija y yo llamé a almorzar, era bastante sólo 6 de nosotros allí a la llegada. Nos sirvió una encantadora señora que sólo había estado allí desde noviembre, estaba limpia y ordenada, pero fría, no es realmente agradable para sentarse y comer, la familia también comentó cómo se debe ahorrar dinero sin calefacción. Pollo era preciosa, pero chips donde frío! Apetece hacer queja como realmente no quiere sentarse allí durante más tiempo.

He estado 3 veces, y sólo 1 de esos 3 veces ha sido la comida buena. La primera vez que las patatas fritas no estaban cocinados en absoluto! La segunda vez el pollo era horrible y no me gusto nada como KFC. La tercera vez fue mucho mejor, pero aún no estoy sosteniendo ninguna esperanza.
