McDonald's in Broxtowe

Not only is the food always cold from here, but when they state that their breakfast finishes as 11.00am on Saturday and Sunday it should actually finish at that time not 20 minutes prior to that time. I can't imagine many people enjoy a burger at 10.40am? Over all awful service and rude staff.

Always efficient and not too long a wait. Food fresh. I come here when hanging :) Chips are sometimes undercooked...

Love the touch screen ordering system but waiting for your order number to be ready takes a while. Waited up to 10 minutes previously but the food was good.

Hemos estado varias veces a este McDonald's desde mi última crítica tanto en coche e ir a través de y no tenemos ninguna queja. El personal parece ser mucho más feliz y agradable y la comida es siempre fresca y caliente. Autoservicio pidiendo dentro si lo desea con WIFI gratuito en el restaurante. Puede llegar a estar muy concurrida durante el fin de semana, pero sólo demuestra lo popular que es! Sin duda que volveré.

Clean, tidy and the food was excellent. Ordering the food no problem and very little waiting time for it, it only depended on the length of the queue but still very quick.

Sólo tuvimos almuerzo en McDonald's en Chilwell. Tenía unas cuantas dodgy_nfp comidas aquí, ya que la reforma pero esta vez no tengo ninguna queja. La comida estaba caliente y sabrosa. En coche a través de todavía ocupados ya que el nuevo diseño. No estoy seguro de cómo pueden mejorar, ya que es, y será siempre ocupado. El personal parece ser mucho más feliz y agradable, que siempre es agradable. No está mal para un bocado para comer.

Went through drive thru - that was ok although when I got home an item was missing from my order. However, whilst I was there I realised I had forgotten to order something so after going through the drive-in I parked up and went inside to get what I had forgotten. I didn't realise that they have adopted a system the same as Argos where you order at one till and wait until your order number comes on screen to collect. What a shambles - drinks, ice creams, food are sat on a side but no-one was there to dispense the things. I had to ask a cleaner to pass me my food that I saw sitting there but couldn't reach. When are these organisations going to realise that you need staff to give good service.

We came here as it was close by to Attenborough Nature Reserve and figured after a day there, we could pop in to grab a quick bite to eat.Except that it was not quick. I twice was given the wrong burger and was met with the STAFF member being frustrated!! What the...?! There was no need to be huffing and puffing at me when it wasn't my incompetence!!!! The place was absolutely filthy, perhaps because it was rammed to the rafters. I went to visit the toilet before I left and came straight back out again and decided to pop into Tesco round the corner on the way home instead to use their facilities. Yes it's cheap, but you still expect a service for your money. Worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of visiting.

I'd like to congratulate McDonalds on creating the first restaurant which after heavy rain becomes surrounded by its own private moat.Not only this but once we had waded across five feet of water to the entrance of the restaurant we were greeted with one person on a till taking orders and a series of self-order terminals and an "Argos" style numbered collection point.It's basically rubbish. Lots of people standing around waiting far too long for their "fast" food to be delivered. It took 10 minutes for them to sort out 2 Happy Meals and a Big Mac.Not good. Please can we have the old style McDonalds back??

Awful. After a lengthy wait, our order for three was prepared out of sync which resulted in us having to return to the counter to ask for missing food. My promised drink was again chased, failed to arrive as promised, and only my plea to avoid a diabetic episode resulted in me being passed a slightly warm 'hot' drink from an apathetic staff member. Definitely one to be avoided in future.

This was our first visit after the refurbishment and I was very disappointed. Even though it does look nice, the service was poor! I hate the new self order system, I find it informal and are not able to use student cards or to change a order (e.g. No onions). Also I found this system time consuming; you are waiting for food longer, even though you'd think it would be quicker. Plus, even though staff was pleasant, they where very slow therefore chips went cold fast.

First visit today since revamp, not impressed. Grand kids wanted to play on the new computers, one not working already. On closer inspection realised how dirty and unhygienic they are, people eating food while using them, licking fingers and then touching the screen,yuck. Looked to see if there are any wipes to use but could not see any. Do we really need to have computers at mc Donald's? I am not a clean freak and know kids need to be around a bit of muck to build immune system up but not to this degree.also the seating area felt very cramped and slightly claustrophobic..we usually enjoy our visit the staff at front of house are very good,efficient and always go the extra mile to help ,food and staff super, new layout disappointing.

An ice cold drink and a burger to help us on way for the motorway journey home! Quick and friendly service!

Have had food from this outlet on several occasions, no real complaints. It is what it is. The chicken mayo at 99p is probably our favourite.

We were a little hungry and as nothing else close by we thought give them a go. We wish we hadn't. Placed what was a simple order and was told to take a seat as it was not ready. When it came it was not what we had ordered. Tried to tell staff but they did not seem to understand us. You get what you pay for or not what you pay for. If possible go anywhere other than here.

Being the only food option on a retail park this gets pretty busy but the staff cope well & it means food turns over quickly & is fresher. Does the job for a 99p cheeseburger to keep you going!

Staff here are great, very efficient, pleasant and look like they enjoy their jobs. Food very fast and hot. Great prices and very clean restaurant and toilets. Plenty of parking too. Best Mcdonalds in Nottingham, the other branches could learn a thing or too from here especially Clumber Street. Well done to the Managers here.

Just another McDonalds where the food tastes the same as any other mcdonalds,prices are rising and is always busy.

A McDonald's. In a retail park. Full of chavs with feral children squawking.Set your expectations at that level and you'll be fine.The food? Like any other McDonald's.
