Shocking booked a table earlier in the day it was great i specifically asked for a table which was right next to the quiz man which is also next to the bar and he said yeah so the round table either 36 or 37 and i was like that’s perfect and that wasn’t rude or anything and when i arrived our table wasn’t free and was occupied so i asked the bar man where we are seated as i had asked for a table next to the quiz/bar and he had put us all the way on the other side of the restaurant at table 3 which is in a corner. It’s been great but it is not appropriate to say and book a table and then get there and you can not sit there due to lies and especially when you come ever week to do the quiz.

Wow! What a pub. They do 0% Guinness, that's hard to find in a pub near me. The selection of toys in the machines are great.

Ordered the 9oz Ribeye steak with extra fried eggs and the salad. I dint receive a Ribeye??? I am 100% that what I received was the sirloin instead and the eggs was hard not even a smige of York came out. Also the Salad!!!! I mean what’s wrong with just a bit of dressing on it. And they even came over and said how’s your Ribeye as if to convince me it was lol if you know you know your steaks I’d get them to bring them out and tell them which one you want. Rant over other than that the pub looks like an alright boozer.

We went today for a meal my husband had a turkey dinner carrots hard peas hard stuffing was to hard to eat roast potatoes soggy and was all Luke warm I my self had fish chips mushy peas chips cold and mushy peas the only thing was the fish which was hot not very happy with the food

Food comes out very quickly and everyone is so friendly. Just a lovely place over all.

Food was great, service was great although I could only see one young waitress for the whole of our side of the restaurant. Definitely needs a pay rise considering how hard she was working.

Went for drinks after work. Nice, clean place. Plenty of choice for drinks and a decent menu. It was also free pool! Staff were nice and friendly - will definitely visit again.

The Blue Bell in Attenborough is a great pub offering pub grill based foods at a good price. The staff are always polite and friendly and the experience consistent of expectations.

Had the best rib eye steak I've eaten out in ages. I asked the waiting staff will to tell the chef Jordan as it was amazing. I'm usually extremely fussy with steak from a pub but this was definitely the best in a long time. Bar and waiting team were lovely too and made sure everything was right for the kids

Started coming to the Blue Bell about a year ago, latest visit was on 15th April to check out the new menu. I can honestly say I’ve not had a bad meal yet and the staff are very friendly. The new “Reaper” sauce is a must if you like a “hot” sauce. Planning my next visit already 👍.

Went as a party of people. It's a nice place, the food is alright, portions not as good as they used to be but that's a sign of the times. The staff were very friendly.

Here for the amazing Friday night quiz. Only thing missing is the quality bar service from Will and the exceptional skills from the floor girl Ava. Cal was okay on bar.

Wow, ignored, then sighed at as if ordering was an inconvenience. Toilets are vile, didn't stay long Left and hopefully won't return

First time visitor, here for the Harry Potter themed Quiz - atmosphere is great! Although there are more than 30 tables playing, the wait for drinks (for a table of 6) is less than 5 mins, good music, good vibes, can't wait to come back for more quiz nights!

Took my daughter as she fancied going here. What a great choice. Both had the mixed grill. Just wow. I added the Texas chicken wings too. Definitely try these. They were amazing. Staff were extremely attentive too. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

Have been here twice before for a steak birthday meal and had no complaints. Don't know who the chef was tonight but my sirloin steak was hard, dry and pink, and tough as old boots, same with the dry peas, and this was after a long wait for the food to arrive as a couple of large parties in. The meal spoiled my only birthday plans out. Won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Good pub for classic pub grub! Me and the misses just went and I'd say 8 out of ten. It's no gordan ramsey food but it's decent price, hot when it comes, tasty and yummy and quick service. Staff nice and friendly also. If you want a chill pub grub meal then go as I couldn't fault it one bit. Would recommend to couples wanting a quick bit of food and also family's and lads nights.

Went for a Sunday dinner today to find out there are no vegetarian/ vegan options to have, apparently you just get the potatoes and veg !!!!! So looked on the main menu for options and there were only two, surely in this day and age it could be better

My lasagne came out as a burnt mush, service was ok, the male floor staff was helpful and friendly however the female floor staff seemed stiff and as if she didn’t want to be there. May go back with freinds if invited but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

Had xmas dinner there. First thanks to all the staff for working xmas day you are amazing. The service was fantastic within a mins of being seated the starters arrived. We were never rushed though from this point. we were always asked between courses if were done befor the next course. The food was great especially the vegan/ veggie we had. And good value. The crackers were good quality and a nice touch was the xmas card and a copy of your menu choice on the table so you know exactly what you ordered. Overall exellent. For xmas dinner.

We went here recently for our annual Christmas get together. There was 20 of us. The whole evening was fantastic! The service was quick and never without a smile. The food was perfect and all came out together so no-one was left waiting. We all had the festive fayre menu which was a bargain. £17.99 for 3 courses! Booking was super easy as was the pre-ordering as you could upload it all a bit at a time as people put their orders in. The staff here are just the best, nothing is ever too much for them and they are always so polite. Credits to the chefs for the amazing food as always too! Thank you for making our evening a fantastic one!!

What pub don't sell smirnoff vodka wife had other brand they sell and said it was horrible when asked they said they don't sell smirnoff and their attitude was not nice last time I go there not nice place now its obviously has changed owners food was OK its the staff that needs attention gone down hill
