KFC in City of London, Westminster

Es un local de la conocida cadena que está ubicado a pocas cuadras de la Estación Paddington. Fuimos a cenar con mi marido y pedimos una de las opciones que ofrecían. El lugar es cómodo, la atención fue buena, pero faltaba un poco de limpieza, especialmente en las mesas.

The food was mid and the wait was long The staff didn’t really care about us and didn’t even give me a drink

The place was very small and crowded, the tables weren't clean. We had to wait a lot of time to get the food. The chicken was ok, but the fries weren't that good. Wouldn't recommend.

Sjukt dåligt ställe. Det går inte att höra vad personalen säger eftersom de pratar så tyst i denna bullriga miljö. De är otydliga vid beställning så det blir lätt fel. De glömde bort en massa saker så jag fick säga till och ändå blev maten fel. Gå ej hit!!

Very disappointed. Chicken was over cooked. The chips burnt and not edible. The burger had little to no lettuce. I thought the standard would be maintained internationally but it was not. Most of it, unfortunately, ended up in the bin.

Stopped over coming into London from Heathrow , they can’t speak English properly, do t think they understand it either. ,messed by my order completely , pieces of chicken short no gravy given when you phone them to tell t , manager can’t hear you as he is in the basement cooking the chicken shoring at you and his staff and when they finally the ground floor puts the phone down manager asks you for evidence which his staff has taken asap from you - Order number - the worst KFC experience ever.

Good food and the dark meat of the chicken was juicy but the light meat as always was dry and the place was a slight bit tiny.

The food was okay, on par for KFC standard. The eating area was dirty and the staff who “cleaned” it were rude and weren’t wearing masks and had no issue with getting into a persons personal space, very unsafe and uncomfortable, The toilets were disgusting and my partner avoided them after I had to use them, poor and disgusting, not something you want to see in a place that sells food! Also no signs up to say when the dining area shuts, got a few glares from staff as we were told it shut at 1 and not 10!

Placed an order on line at 18.30 went inside straight away waited over 10 mins no order My order number had gone off screen so asked an employee ,whom brutly told me I should have told them I was there,I have never done that in any other KFC Pointed out to the employee that whilst I was there 2 of the staff hadn't either washed or sanitise there hands in between each task,tobe told they only after do that every hour!!! Your surpose to watch or sanitise your hand after ever task before Covid since this it's more often Hand Hygiene what a joke

Picked up an 8.30pm take out on way home, the girl who served us was so short and off. Despite saying thank you for our order, thank you for the food and thank you for tomato sauce she was unable to return the compliment. Didn't realise until we'd paid, a large gravy is £1.95 when small ones are 45p each. I can't imagine 4 x 45p small ones being the same size as a large, don't get ripped off like we did. KFC time to send in a mystery shopper and give this miserable, manner less individual a piece of your mind.

Truly awful! Avoid at all costs! We ordered a quick, easy KFC (or so we thought) to our hotel after a long day around London zoo and central London attractions. Order arrived very late, cold, and only 1 if the 3 meals arrived leaving myself and my young son with no food! Phoned the store to find out why, and was told, they delivered what was on the order, and the order was now closed, so nothing they could do! On the 1 meal we did receive,cold chicken and chips, and coleslaw instead of a corn on the cob! Couldn't of got our order more wrong! And then really couldn't give a cr*p when the errors were pointed out! 25 quid for a 2 piece meal....a bit steep.....certainly won't use kfc Paddington again!

This is probably not the best KFC outlet I have visited anywhere in the world. The chicken just did not have the KFC 'taste'.

The worse Kfc in London. Staff are rude and know better what i wanted order - finally the give me different Burger then I order. My order was 11£ and some pp. I give 15£ and never saw rest of my money. I would not recommend this płace even for my worst enemy. Go to McDonald in second side of the road, at least they will treat you with respect and don’t stole your money

It appears that they really went for quantity over quality. The chicken tasted like it was still raw, 60% of one piece was just fat and it just tasted horrible. They went too far with the spicy pieces. “fInGeR LiCkIn’ gOoD” my ass

Mai stato in un KFC e l'ho trovato molto buono: era attiva una ottima offerta che ci ha permesso di mangiare e bere a sazietà pur rimanendo contenute le spese. Buona la cottura del pollo che è pur sempre carne bianca. Disponibile e paziente il personale. Sicuramente si può fare di meglio nella pulizia dei servizi igienici, ma vi gravitano così tante persone. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The queue blocks the entrance doors. There's no queing system. The food prep. area is cramped. Cleanliness is suspect. Staff seem to avoid clearing the tables. And if they do bits of food is simply wiped onto the floor.

El viernes fui a Kfc en la estación de Paddington, frente al hotel Mercury, donde mi compañero toma una habitación, que viene del extranjero. Uno de ellos pidió una comida en mi gran sorpresa, el lugar no estaba bien mantenido.Me acerqué al gerente, un hombre asiático corto, primero me ignoró, así que lo llamé cuando vino. Me preguntó qué quería. Le dije que quería pedir una comida, pero el estado del lugar era irritante. piso y mesa, ¿por qué no despides a un miembro del personal para limpiar mesas y trapear el piso, y debajo de tu estación de cocina hay un pollo?Me gritó que no eres el gerente. Yo estoy a cargo. Dije que la tarifa estándar de higiene en la puerta principal es 4, pero no creo que no la respetes. Tendré que enviar fotos y contactar a la oficina central, en lugar de diciendo lo siento, hemos estado ocupados con grandes grupos.Nunca dijo una palabra. Cuando salió de la estación y salió a la zona de asientos, gritó a un empleado que viniera a limpiar y vi la estupefacción de sus ojos.Pero se dio cuenta de que era verdad, entonces comenzaron a limpiar las mesas y el piso. Pero, ¿por qué estaban 8 empleados detrás del mostrador en lugar de 6 y 1 o 2 en el área de asientos? No tiene buenas habilidades de cliente y tiene muy malas habilidades de gestión. Basura. Recuerde Paddington el lugar turístico.

En realidad no hay tantos KFC en el centro de Londres. Este es un pequeño restaurante en una calle concurrida y el personal hizo frente bien. Uno tuvo que tratar con un cliente particularmente desagradable pero bien manejado. Habiendo venido de Australia, siempre es interesante ver las diferentes opciones de menú en otro país.El pollo era bueno, pero este restaurante debe ser más grande para hacer frente a la demanda de asientos.

Espera muy larga con la cola constantemente siendo saltada por conductores de reparto, amigos del personal, etc. Sin Krushems, no hay té, pero no lo descubres hasta que hayas esperado por mucho tiempo. Personal grosero que no entiende lo que dices y te llama Querido de una manera condescendiente. No vengas aquí a menos que estés desesperado y todo lo demás esté cerrado. Como mínimo, la larga espera me ha dado tiempo para escribir una reseña.

Siempre he pensado que todos los KFC tienen el mismo proveedor de pollo y los mismos métodos de cocción, pero creo que ese no es el caso.

Kfc solito con il solito pollo fritto ma è penalizzato dal fatto che è piccolo e molto frequentato. Ne subisce il servizio approssimativo ma soprattutto per la pulizia dei locali e per mangiare va intrapresa una lotta alla conquista del tavolo. Bah secondo me squalifica tutta la catena. Se non c'è posto sufficiente non apritelo. Cari lettori a voi sconsiglio di andarci

average, typical KFC.. it was busy whenever I passed by. Not too bad when I stopped to eat. spots of the place were unkept(tables needing cleaning).. food prepped in timely manner.

In Italia i KFC sono pochissimi e lontani da dove abitiamo per cui, se capita, andiamo volentieri.

KFC always has good food, even if it might not be good for you. Fast service, perfectly cooked, packed with care for takeout. We always go to this place when visiting London, and has not been disappointed yet.

I have been here 5 or 6 times. The last 3 times they have got my order wrong when they have given me the food. The staff always seem rushed off their feet, flustered with no control over what they are doing. Last time I had to wait 20 minutes, as they had completely forgotten my order.

Solito kfc nonostante faccia parte di una grande catena e' gustoso e secondo me per una cena veloce ed economica e' piu che sufficente peccato che in italia ce ne sono pochi.

Espere al menos 15 minutos para un filete de hamburguesa de pollo y algunos. Los clientes que habíamos venido antes y después me habían servido - algunos de ellos había mucho más grande. Cuando le pregunté qué podría hacer el personal para compensar la espera, por ejemplo pollo libre, me dijeron que no lo hacen en forma grosera y despectiva. Esta no es la primera vez que ha sido mantenido esperando algún tiempo para "comida rápida". No volveré allí de nuevo. Es mejor ir a otra sucursal o cerca de Burger king o McDonald's!

especialidad en pollo y papas fritas, porciones abundantes, se come muy bien y es económico, son muy rapidos para atender.

Sono stata in questo fast food il primo giorno di vacanza a Londra e non poteva andare peggio. Oltre ad aver sbagliato l’ordinazione, il locale era sporco e con gente non raccomandabile. Il pollo è buono ma le patatine sciape, non riandrei mai più!

I asked for a sandwich and I was told they don’t do it “because it has bacon and this is a halal restaurant”....ok, well how about the rest of us who don’t eat halal?? The girl was very rude, when my friend wanted to order...

Ho visitato questo KFC ad agosto 2016 ed era disordinato e trascurato. Ci sono tornata a luglio 2017 ed il locale è stato rimesso a nuovo. E sempre troppo piccolo, a mio parere, per una zona così frequentata, però l'ho trovato più pulito e luminoso. Il pollo è sempre buono.

Sono stato a mangiare in questo locale in tarda serata in compagnia della mia fidanzata. Tra i vari fast-food presenti nel territorio britannico secondo me KFC è il migliore sia per la qualità che per i prezzi. Consiglio il box meal che comprende di hamburger, patatine, pezzo di pollo, pannocchia e bibita ad un prezzo davvero ragionevole.

No normalmente pop en aquí, pero ocurrió que tenga un antojo por algún pollo frito antes de coger mi tren. Pedí una cena para dos piezas, pero subrayó que solo queria que si dos piezas de carne de mama estaban disponibles. Me aseguraron que esto no sería un problema, pero que tendría que esperar unos 8 minutos, que yo estaba feliz de hacer.

Nos encontramos para cenar con mis amigos, tienen buenas ofertas y las raciones son muy buenas, el personal es amable.

Kylling.Var oppe og klage og fik at vide de ikke kunne lave en Twister pt. - de 2 stk. kyllingen råbte han gemmen Food produktionen at de manglede - intet skete.Kyllingen var ikke sprød, men blød og nærmest kogt i olie.Der er 10 borde som alle bærer præg af manglende rengøring, gulvet var meget snavset og toiletterne var frygtelige.Vi spiste et stk. Kylling hver og forlod KFC.Virkelig en dårlig reklame for KFC -Bør lukkes, mest af alt pga. sundheds grunde/manglende rengøring.

Very small outlet. Eat in area very tiny and no one seem to be wiping the tables. Ordered a bargain bucket to eat in.Had to wait awhile. Chicken pieces were lukewarm. Fries were cold. However the chicken pops and gravy were nice and hot.

Went there for a quick bite in a very small lunch break. Waiting time for a meal was 12 mins and as usual the service was basic. Staff scathing faces and no smiles at all. Scruffily dressed as well. The sickening stuff is the toilets. If the Westminster council sees the state of them, they will close immediately. Disgrace for KFC business.

Будучи любителем курицы KFC люблю и посещаю регулярно. В этот раз - лондонский вариант не произвел впечатления. Курица переперченная и пересушенная. Само кафе- забегаловка не из самых чистых.

晚上從Paddington車站回來已經有點晚了，周邊一些餐廳也試過，急著想吃晚飯，所以就選擇了速食，點了漢堡套餐和烤雞翅，烤雞翅一直是最愛，新鮮熱辣，這家店因為位置好，也一直比較熱鬧。

Ho scelto KFC perché è molto buono e devo dire che anche questa volta è stato all' altezza del suo nome. Ho un po' di difficoltà con l' inglese, ma il ragazzo è stato molto paziente e gentile e mi ha dato più cose di quelle che mi aspettavo, senza pagare di più. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Quando se come em Londres você deve variar nos gastos entre lanches rápidos e os Pubs. O KFC é bem localizado é como está em um excelente ponto vale a pena para comer aquele frango frito com as batatas.

My first visit here. Service was good and I enjoyed my meal. The seating area is small but I don't mind sharing.

Had to wait for chicken which is ok but also then once I had my order had to wait for beans which I got halfway through my meal,then I had to go up and get a fork to eat them with! No salt, no paper napkins which is essential with greasy chicken, generally poor service although the actual chicken was fine.

The chicken served here was spongy and didn't taste good at all. Even if the staff worked hard they didn't manage to give us the right order until the third visit to the counter.

Medföljande tonåring önskade få äta på KFC så vi åt lunch här direkt vi klev av tåget från Heathrow. Det var kö in från gatan, men de flesta var där för take away så vi hittade ändå ett ledigt bord. Gissningsvis har menyn anpassats för brittisk smak? Tillbehör var en hemsk brun sås och vita bönor. Tror tonåringens längtan efter KFC är för evigt botad.

Ho pranzato in questo KFC diverse volte perchè mio figlio adora il pollo fritto, purtroppo questa filiale è molto piccola e troppo affollata per la zona in cui si trova. Lunghi tempi d'attesa, bidoni dell'immondizia pieni e tavolini e pavimento sempre sporchi. Abbiamo anche trovato capelli in due porzioni di pollo........

Fried chicken were tasty at this outlet but is let down by its service crews. Upper management should pay unscheduled visit to this outlet to observe how the service crews provide their services. Service crews i) chat among themselves in the middle of taking customers' orders, ii) not paying attention while placing order, iii) sweeping the floor whilst the dining area is fully filled with customers.

I came in the break to eat, i paid with the card and charged me extra...so be careful ask for receive...very dirty place

We came at a late time at this place and the staff looked like they don't want any customers inside, they had only 2 types of chicken from the menu and they didn't seemed bothered to clean the dirty tables.Overall, a bad experience about the service, which I cannot say the same about the food, which was the same like everywhere.

Como siempre en KFC (en el exterior no así en Argentina) la comida mantiene su estándar de calidad, con un precio muy razonable, sobre todo para familias, sin embargo este local en particular resulta demasiado pequeño y un poco incómodo. Es más conveniente pedir para llevar.

Premetto che in quella zona quasi tutti i posti che servono cibo si spacciano per italiani o inglesi ma sono gestiti da indiani o pakistani ma pensavo che le grandi catene come appunto KFC fossero diverse, invece appena entriamo puzza, sporco, pollo fritto che invece era gommoso, hamburger cattivo con non so quale salsa (di sicuro non bbq come doveva essere).

駅を出て少し東に歩くと通りに面してありました。イートインスペースも広くあり、サーブまでの時間、店内の清潔さなど、まずまずでした。日本とはマヨネーズなどの味付けが違って面白かったです。

Pollo. Parliamo di una catena internazionale di pollo, ed il pollo era buono. Per 9 sterline circa ho avuto bibita media, patate fritte, due cosce di pollo, 3 ali di pollo piccanti e 2 cosce croccanti.Sicuramente per quella cifra in giro per londra si mangia molto meno.

Un'alternativa al classico Mcdonald....adoro tutti i suoi piatti, ambiene molto informaile, di passaggio.ma cibo economico e di qualita'.Attenzione, le pietanze sono un tantno piccanti , anche le alette di pollo.IL box con il riso e pollo e' davvero delizioso, come le pannocchie immancabili in ogni menu.

Chicken was terrible the first time I came here but I gave it the benefit of the doubt as I thought it may have been quiet and so they hadn't changed the oil for the while. Just as bad the second time. Chips were also hard. Although I live nearby it is unlikely I will go again.

When we visited it was 7.30 on a Wednesday evening and not particularly busy. The place was filthy, I had to clear a table for us to eat - every table was covered in dirty paper plates, food boxes & cups. There was also rubbish on the floor. Despite having a simple enough order for 4 of us, the server made 2 mistakes which had to be rectified.......on discovering the 3rd mistake we decided to 'put up' with the incorrect item, eat up & get out of there as soon as possible. The staff were to busy talking amongst themselves to notice that they had a job to do!

This is where we have our first lunch in London. Chicken is tender and yummy. The place is little bit small so expect to wait for available seats when the place is crowded.

Excelente para mediodia, por 3 libras se tiene un buen almuerzo de buena calidad. Para aquellos que no les interesa almorzar, es una buena opcion para seguir adelante, rapida y economica

La verdad es que es muy basto, comer pollo grasiento con las manos en una mesa con muy poco espacio es incomodo, solo vale para llenar el estomago, pero ni es comodo, ni limpio, ni tranquilo, las 2 veces que fuimos salimos incomodos.

We ordered two meals in this KFC including 2 small coleslaw. After we paid, we were informed that there was no more small coleslaw and if we wanted instead a bigger size coleslaw. I agreed to this but realized that one big was cheaper than two... I pointed this but was refused the refund of the difference. I had to cancel the order. This was not a very friendly or commercial attitude.

Frango excelente, super crocante e gostoso. Bem localizado e tem uma rede enorme. Super indico para quem esteja passando pela região.

Creo que es en Londres donde esta cadena luce, porque si bien los precios son en libras al mismo monto que en dolares. Se destacan por la calidad y la limpieza.

Nós fomos no kfc porque já tinhamos cansado de comer coisas estranhas rs, essas manias de viajar e provar o que o local tem a 'oferecer' .. frango sempre é uma aposta certa e quentinho ainda, deu pra aliviar o frio que fazia lá fora.

Comida muito gordurosa, como muitas em Londres. Porções grandes. Boa opção se você quer comida rápida e barata.
