Cream's in Ealing

Wandered into this place looking for ide cream on a hot day after lunch elsewhere. Was impressed with the selection of ice creams. They also have some wonderful-looking cakes. Other food consists of crepes and waffles all with fruit and sweet stuff. The best deal is the 3 scoop ice cream. But, it is puzzling that this is one of those horrible places where everything is ordered electronically. Translation: Sloooow service. It takes ages to place an order and it takes ages for someone to deliver it to your table. Why is is this considered an improvement in the service industry?? What ever happened to walking in, ordering your ice cream across the counter, and getting it immediately?? Other than that we enjoyed it and would eat here again. At least "Creams" accepts cash. :) (I refused to buy an ice cream at a similar place in Bayswater that refused to take cash - only cards!! Have to resist this war vs cash!!)

Used to be a great place and to give them credit, the desserts are delicious, IF they have all the ingredients for them, which yesterday wasn't the case. In fact it seemed they'd run out of about 90% of the flavours of gelato on the menu, plus I heard others in the queue to order (which took an absolute eternity) being told that they didn't have this or that or the other. The staff move around the place, sour-faced at a glacial speed, barely a pleasantry exchanged with the customers. Tables are sticky, the toilet filthy with paper strewn everywhere and the door-handle/lock almost broken off the door. The management here needs a serious think about training and motivating their staff, and about their logistics chain. Perhaps hiring a cleaner may also be an idea.

I don’t write many reviews but I had to make an exception. Firstly, the food was excellent so have nothing bad to say about that. My friend and I walked in and made our way to sit down. We couldn’t find one clean table. The floor was extremely dirty as well as the seats too. The toilets I’d give a solid 0/10 too. Not clean at all. I went to order the food, went for the Oreo cookie dough and asked for two waters. The waters never arrived. None of the staff were smiling at all, they didn’t seem interested at all. There were many files flying around our food, which can only suggest, along with the dirtiness, this restaurants needs to be examined by pest control and I’d be surprised if this had a rating of 2 or more in the FSA. But the food was excellent.

Had an issue with my delivery driver delivering the wrong order. I rang the store and spoke with a staff member called Jalal who was very helpful and polite when assisting me. Happy with my service today.

staff is very rude, the guy who brought our food without a word and with a screw face dashed the food on the table and walked off, he brought two separate orders and has done the same thing with both. The portion looked very questionable and looked nothing like the picture or what it comes like in other creams. The staff that brought our food made our visit very disappointing and i will definitely not be coming back !!

OMG I have not had a good Cream for a long time this Creams is better then Hounslow by far the ice cream is is amazing and outstanding as you can see in the pictures it was full of flavours and the Waffle omg it was to die for mmmm please people come and get your desserts from her its like having Christmas it's like wow if you go and eat anywhere that's fine but just come here for your dessert 🍨 it's by the far best in town and the milkshake I have no word's for them at all

I went the other day with my family and to say that the manager was rude is understatement! He was unprofessional, extremely rude and just couldn’t understand why someone with no level of customer service is a manager there! He wouldn’t listen to what I wanted to order and rushed my order?m, the food came late and when you try to speak to him to explain he just doesn’t understand and doesn’t care, I really wouldn’t be coming back here again. His name was Leo and creams should value their customers but with someone like that they would lose a lot of customers Thanks but no thanks creams ealing!

Best ice cream ever!!! Waffles, Sundays, milkshakes or pancakes. All the options in the menu are a good choice.

Kids wanted milkshakes. This place had appalling bad-tempered service, stale food, no atmosphere, bad coffee, and dirty bathrooms. Terrible in every possible way.

Music was far too loud in there, I had a waffle topped with strawberries and chocolate sauce and ice cream. Portion was good and the waffle was light hence the two stars. But the strawberries were coated in some kind of gelatine to keep it looking fresh and tasted overly sweet and not fresh. The chocolate sauce wasn’t melted chocolate as I expected and it was a chocolate flavored sauce! And there was too much of it, and yet I had asked for no chocolate shavings. I think it’s best for those who want ice creams maybe? Or don’t pay too much attention to quality or ambience. Waitress plonked the plate in front of us and ran off too, table was sticky and the plate kept slipping around the table when trying to slice through my waffle!

The Crepes were fresh and tasty, large quantity as well. Me and my friend were the last customers there, they were closing at the time but they kindly waited for us to finish our food. They didnt rush us at all and they were very polite. Great after drinks cafe for a sweet bite to eat.

I asked for one mango gogo and one caribbean beach. I can see the fellow filling up the blender with water from the sink instead of filling it up with juice. I tasted the mango and noticed that the taste is terrible. I went back and asked another employee to try it. He did notice the difference and replaced it for me. However, I did try the Caribbean beach one until it got home and noticed that it’s as bad as the first mango gogo that I had. Ended up paying £9.90 for one smoothie!!

I went to the creams in Norbury with my friends and I waited about 1 hr just to get a table. 4 other group of friends came after us and they got a table before us and it was only 3 of us but the food is really good

We ordered Uber eats delivery. 2 waffles and Apple crumble. Apple crumble was an absolute joke. It was £6.45 contained no apple. Just a very crumbly cinnamon square. The size of it was ridiculous. I put a pencil next to it to compare the size. Contacted Uber would not refund. What there actually was it went in the bin. Disgusting!!!!

Staff at this store is very rude and unprofessional, for the 3rd time I came to this place I thought the service will change evwntually but every time is the same and even worse, from the moment you came into the counter the staff doesn't even look at you they are all talking at the en of the counter with the tall one ( the supervisor ) just looking behind someones head but not coming as the conversation must be interesting.Once you get served they ask you to seat and then again nobody come to serve you so you have to get up and get the menus yourself as they still talking or on the phone as the place is not busy at all. After placing our order I can see that the tall lady ( apparently the supervisor ) is preparing everything without gloves which is was disgusting as she was touching everything else including money and her phone, when I asked her why she is not gloves she said is allergic, after receiving our orders we had to wait for our ice creams to meat before they gave us any spons to eat, when I asked for it they gave the the attitude because I interrupted their conversation saying the spots should be on your table, they might be on other tables but was no one at our table, they brought some and stop them at the table.After having such a bad service from the start my daughter wanted some water so I asked for some tap water which one of the ladies replied they don't do tap water but if I want I can go and get it on the counter my self :/.I FIND THE SERVICE A TOTAL DISGRACE AND THE STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

A group of us went and found the service from one of the staff members in particular to be outstanding...did not get his name but was really attentive and welcoming... food was also great!

Our manager was retiring and a group of 12 of us came for lunch. Whilst the service was generally very good and most were happy with what they had. Myself and my colleague were very disappointed with the Knickerbocker Glory. The menu stated that it contained fresh mango, banana and strawberries. However when it turned up, my friend who was sitting at the other end of the table to me noticed that there was no mango. She queried this with the waitress who asked her if she wanted mango sauce on the ice cream. I didn't know what conversation had taken part, the waitress asked me if I wanted mango sauce to which I replied no thankyou as I already had strawberry or raspberry sauce on my ice cream. As I started eating I noticed that there was no mango and then my friend said they had ran out. This was totally unacceptable, we should have been told this when we ordered. The Knickerbocker Glory was mainly banana. A very cheep alternative to mango! If they had ran out they could have easily popped to the market stall or one of the many supermarkets nearby. £6.95 for some banana and ice cream is totally unacceptable. The reason I didn't complain at the time is because it was my manager's Retirement and I didn't want to spoil or create a scene.

Tuvimos la mala suerte de visitar el restaurante helados ealing esta noche como una familia tratan durante una escapada de fin de semana en Londres. El servicio de atención al cliente era probablemente entre los peores y más caótica que he experimentado. Nos pusieron un 45 libras para 5 postres y 4 bebidas con al Hamada en el hasta que sermed bastante distraído, y fuimos cuesta abajo desde allí. Un postre llegamos seguido por dos de las bebidas. Por el momento un segundo postre finalmente llegó mi hija casi se había terminado para ella y el resto de nosotros aún estaban esperando. Luego apareció una camarera y pedí el recibo para comprobar lo que habíamos pedido. Caminó con el recibo y continuamos a esperar y esperar y esperar mientras la gente que había llegado mucho después nosotros nos sirve primero. Todavía no más bebidas o postres. Al final nos quejamos a otra camarera que hizo lo mejor para el resto de nuestra orden. Para colmo de males, no recibimos todo lo que había pedido, pero cuando pedimos un reembolso de hasta el al Hamada para el elemento que faltaba nos dijeron que esto no era posible. En ese punto toda la experiencia dejó un sabor bastante desagradable, una sensación de ser timados y no desea visitar un restaurante cremas jamás Evitar!

Wow, qué experiencia (aunque sea negativa). Cinco de nosotros visitamos esta noche. Pedimos 4 bebidas y 5 postres - tan simple que creo. Un postre salió primero, aunque después de esperar 20 minutos (buen comienzo), seguido por una bebida (bien hasta ahora). 15 minutos más tarde, llegó el postre 2 (falta una adicional pagado por tema, se negaron a reembolso) aunque el postre 1 ya habían sido comido. Luego vino a la mesa camarera para preguntar qué elementos desaparecidos y cuando respondimos "básicamente todo" tuvo que tomar el recibo de vuelta al mostrador para que pudieran completar la orden. La camarera y luego volvimos con un postre para la mesa de al lado. Luego tuvimos que esperar más de 20 minutos para las 3 restantes (dos de los postres que eran incorrectos) y 3 bebidas. Había claramente un liderazgo o gestión. Cada miembro del personal que trabaja sus estaciones propias ajenos a los otros. No sirve para las mesas o incluso tener allí los pedidos salen juntos. Yo trabajo en una escuela de primaria y nuestra Año 1 alumnos tendría más éxito en la gerencia de ese negocio que los de allí esta noche. Intentamos quejarnos, pero nadie parecía interesado (de hecho, fuimos testigos el hombre teniendo respuesta la orden de alguien de su teléfono móvil personal a medio camino). Si esta rama de helados sigue funcionando de manera rentable en 12 meses con ese nivel de servicio, entonces me comeré mi waffle (aunque sabiendo que ellos te sirven un panqueque). Es costumbre en la industria restaurante para dar la propina, sin embargo en esta instancia sería para cerrar el restaurante y reciclarme (o incluso tren! El personal antes de abrir). El té de menta, era agradable, (lástima que tomó 40 minutos). ! !

Tan pronto como mi pareja nos paramos y entramos en la sala de espera de unos 10 minutos y tuvimos que pedir un limpiador si podíamos conseguir una mesa. Una camarera pronto nos llevó a nuestra asientos y había caos claramente. Los clientes quejándose de su comida. No ha llegado. El frío había desaparecido gofres. Solicitando reembolsos. El hombre. gofre estaba sudando mucho. . No es un look tbh. Por lo tanto, no intentar conseguir las galletas y pensé lo difícil que puede pedir tres bolas de helado y lo hicimos. 50 minutos más tarde y una amenaza para un reembolso el helado llegó finalmente pero ya me sentí molesto. Sin un sistema claro de todo el proceso y el personal eran claramente abrumado. No nos lo siento por ellos.

The ice cream dessert that we ordered, didn't match the description in the menu, so we went to the counter to question it. The customer in front of me was also questioning her order and the customer who came after me asked about some missing items from her order. Maybe the fault lies in staff training. Saying that though, the server who dealt with our problem was lovely and did all she could to rectify the problem

Ordered a Ferrero and strawberry waffle. Was very busy but was not told about how long food would take to come - standard hospitality practice.

The taste of the ice cream are very different to other places that I have been and are very unique :)

Rubbish service one item out of 4 arrived the other 3 didn’t until half an hr later Eaten mess was served without any meringue 😟 No apology for poor service Shocking does not even deserve one circle

Miejsce absolutnie okropne!!! Było to wyjście z przyjaciółmi,mając w pamięci ich pyszne desery sprzed roku zdecydowałyśmy się na wizytę właśnie tam. Składanie zamówienia poszło bez problemu,kłopoty zaczęły się później. Desery podane na brudnych talerzykach,szklanki również nie wyglądały na czyste,dodatkowo z zaciekami. Stolik chyba nigdy nie był przetarty. Do jednego z deserów zapomniano dodać bita śmietanę,na porcje lodów dla dziecka czekałyśmy 20 minut. Zamówiliśmy kolejne kawy,niestety na 4 zamówione napoje otrzymałyśmy 3. Po 15 minutach postanowiłyśmy się upomnieć,musiałyśmy przypominać obsłudze (5 osób rozmawiających w najlepsze) ze nadal czekamy. Obsługa dodatkowo zerka na gości nieustannie,dając do zrozumienia że czas już opuścić lokal. Nie polecam nikomu!!!

Estoy avergonzado por los italianos. La decoración de estas "helado" es absolutamente horrible y salones destinado al final más baratos del mercado, no es de extrañar la franquicias de Londres se encuentren en zonas que son. He estado en 2 de estos (bajo coacción), pero nunca se va a uno nuevo. Hazte un favor, a pie.

日曜の夕方、店員さんが足りていないのか店内は大混雑。注文の列は外まで伸びていました。周りのお客さんからも自分のアイスが提供されていないとクレームの嵐（笑）bubble waffleアイスを注文しましたがwaffleを焼くところから作るので時間がかかります。無事に１０分程度で提供されましたが焼き立てワッフルはとっても美味しかったです。

Been here before very inconsistent in portions , ordered two scoops was like half a scoop this happens quite a lot at this Ealing Creams

Me encanta ir a a usar cremas, ya que cambiaron el menú y poner sus precios el valor y la calidad ha bajado.

Rara mezcla de helado promedio, peor que la media de los gofres, mayores que el promedio de precios y todo en medio de la decoración de una discoteca hortera. No sé lo que este lugar está tratando de ser y no estoy seguro de que hacer; extraño lugar.

Parado aquí en el camino de vuelta a nuestra habitación de hotel después de visitar un pub cerca. Gran helado hizo un buen aperitivo a medianoche. Ambiente agradable y seguro.

My wife and I took my son and his wife "for a treat" on blazing hot Fathers' Day. My son was in a wheelchair as he has just had an operation on his foot. Accessing the cafe was very difficult, but we managed with the help of another customer (NOT a member of staff, who seemed quite content to ignore us). We order four ice creams - over £20 worth, and waited to be served. Two ices were served to my son and his wife, some of my son's was almost liquid in consistency, so I insisted they should not wait for my wife and I to be served. Just as well, as my "Monkey Guzzle" arrived well after they had finished eating. After a further ten minutes, my daughter in law had to collar a waiter and ask when my wife's "Chuckle Berry" would be arriving. He went behind the counter, and reappeared assuring us that it would be here soon. A couple of minutes later it finally arrived. What a shambolic outfit! Sure, it was busy, but after they have taken our money at the till, surely they should have the capacity to prepare and serve four ices at approximately the same time? Dreadful customer service.

No estoy seguro de qué hacer aquí como esta es la primera vez que escribo una crítica negativa. Visitamos aquí después del almuerzo como parte de un regalo del Día del Padre. Poco después de que compró el single cucharada helado, entonces el director llegó a dar excusas excusas diciendo básicamente después de su personal son nuevos, así que he cometido errores. really nice menu of ice cream crepes and waffles. everything looks really nice. staff a little slow. queues get large in the evening

It was lovely to bring four girls for an after-school birthday treat. It is like a trip back to the 1950s milk cars we have seen in movies. Lovely to have somewhere fun for children that does not feel like it is made for toddlers but for all ages.

We ate in a restaurant opposite for dinner so decided to come here for dessert. Considering everywhere else in Ealing was dead (it was a Sunday evening), Creams was pretty packed. We went for a banoffee waffle which was incredible. Played it safe and got one to share but it was so good I want my own next time! Great selection of desserts and like the booths.

This is a great place for sweet lovers. The ice cream is lovely and waffle is good when it's worm, my daughter ❤️ the blue bubble gum,the pink bubble gum and the cappuccino ice cream is really nice ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Ask to taste it before you buy it. This place is always busy so have some patience and smile that will make it even better

Desserts in chain restaurants in Ealing Broadway are often loaded with sugar and unappealing. A great solution is to come to this ice cream parlour serving gelato with many options.Highly recommended dish is a plain waffle with one or two scoops of gelato - we like vanilla and pistachio, but many flavours to try.Ordering system is same as Nando's - get seated - order and pay - they bring to your numbered table.

Hot spot for teens more than anything, my kids loved it although at £34 for ice cream....ouch!!!! Nothing is clearly signed, you have to wait for a table to be cleared, just be prepared for over priced ice cream n noisy teens

Bizarre experience. Desert palours are not something I would frequent but decided to try this out whilst staying in a nearby hotel. Were seated within a couple of minutes, handed menus that were heavily worn and very sticky. Ordered food at counter (crepes) along with 2 cokes. Handed knife and fork but no napkins. Food arrived quickly, drinks did not.Asked member of staff for drinks, they promptly returned with 2 cokes in bottles. No glass, no straw so assume it's the norm to drink out of the bottle there.Crepes were served, as order with ice cream but no spoon offered to eat with.By this time, I had had enough so just ate with I could and left.Real shame about the service as I couldn't fault the food.

You come here for the ice creams, waffles, crepes and smoothies. Staff are not really the quickest out of the blocks and they even got our order wrong. Wasn't a big deal as what they had sent looked just as yummy. Huge portions, very sweet, tastes great and you don't be disappointed. When asked how our desserts were we said the order was wrong and the waiter just started laughing. As I said not the quickest. 4 stars for the product.

Creams has a great selection of icecreams, sundaes and sweet treats. They were pretty busy when we popped in, which the staff didn't seem to handle well...loads of the tables had dirty dishes piled everywhere.Loved the icecream, but wouldn't eat in again.

I heartily recommend. Delicious ice cream, pancakes and waffles. Service very fast and friendly. We will definitely go back.

Nothing to write home about. Visited after daughter's birthday outing it was of a low standard as exemplified by the clientele!

The staff are so rude. They don't smile or anything. One of the ladies was having a milkshake from the blender with a spoon, like come on man.

took my granddaughter as a treat. My mistake was buying her an ice cream and a shake and an ice cream for my self. Far too much, we should have shared. Alas bubblegum ice cream is not for me.

Went here for ice cream a few weeks ago. The name does the place justice - the different flavours taste like cream and nothing else. I went for pistachio and caramel and they tasted the same. I was incredibly disappointed and didn't finish my ice cream because of the heavy cream taste. Can't remember if they have sorbet so that might taste differently. Definitely not going here again.

I love the ice cream from here, it is very tasty. It isn't a particularly glamourises place but if you are in need for ice cream, it does the job!

We came here one evening around 9PM after dinner. There was a queue of a few people which we joined.They have a stupid system where you queue once to pay, then queue AGAIN to actually get your order.Even though there were only a few people in front of us we had to wait 20 minutes to get a few scoops of ice cream.The staff genuinely didn't want to be there.

After hearing the craze about creams from everyone who I knew had been, I thought it would be wise to try it and see what the fuss about it was. The staff are incredibly friendly. We had an issue of a few school kids sat on the table next to us who decided to throw waffles covered in icecream at us. We informed a staff member who attempted to tell them off but they ran out the store. We could tell they were frequent customer's who often cos disruption as the staff member was really annoyed at what they had done. When he came back he told us they were often in here making mess. Despite that, food was great, there's quite a big selection with desserts in terms of what flavours you can have. Would definitely return.

the que was insane considering it was nearly 10pm at night! but after getting a booth and trying the waffles i now know why. I wish they did soya/almond milk aswell though as i would have loved a latte

Nice decor and enjoyed smart diner look. I ordered the waffle with natela chocolate and banana ,my wife had tooty fruity ice cream. The ice cream came with sliced fruit and a sauce.It was very filling so we had one milkshake to shareReally enjoyed our evening.Had to order from the counter but it came quickly.Good service.

The food I ordered was to take away, my milk shake was quite good but my girlfriend's order got mixed up and she got the wrong one. Too bad we realized that too late to go back and change it.

I had heard so much about Creams that I was so looking forward to my first time there. Staff at the walking Broadway branch are rude, not very welcoming at all. You sit down and decide what you want and then order at the till only the notice that tells you this is easily missed! Staff don't ask us toy have dined their before as they do in nandos as this ensures that you know how they operate. Furthermore, staff just plonked my plate down on the table and walked off, no 'enjoy' or anything like that. Really disappointed with the staff's attitude, left the wrong first impression for a new customer ! However this aside, crepe was delicious as was my cappuccino. Shame this place loses points on quality of service!

the ice creams are not gelatos.full of fake flavours and lots of odd colours.crepes and waffles are not tasty. they use a bitter and horrid dark choc sauce on most things- no option for milk choc. Service is slow.You will freeze if you sit towards the front!

I had never heard of Creams until my Husband! suggested we went there one evening! And I'm glad he did! The decor is very modern has good lighting and purple sparkly walls! With booths with the Creams logo embroidered into them if you want the eat in option!! The selection of deserts is great, You have many different choices of ice cream, sorbets, crepes and waffles with so many toppings to choose from. There's so many choices of toppings that it's hard to decide....! The first visit myself and my husband had waffles and strawberries with chocolate sauce and flakes which was delicious and the second time we had a banana and chocolate crepe! We had previously always shared but the third time we decided to get our own as we both had appetites!! I chose the crepe with white chocolate sauce and flakes with peaches... I loved the combination but the syrup from the peaches curdled with the chocolate which made it not taste and look as appetising as it could have done! So will not be going for this option again... My husband had a crepe with toffee and banana topping and he enjoyed his with no complaints! One thing I have to mention is the dirty cutlery, every time without fail our cutlery has been dirty and we have always had to ask for new ones as well having to ask for a spoon even when you have ice cream with your choice!!! The staff are friendly and approachable and always willing to help! The pricing is relatively reasonable and would say fits the uniqueness of creams! I would recommend creams to anyone that has a sweet tooth!!!

Came here for a nice dessert thinking it specialised in tasty, proper ice creams. Actually they served me the cheapest catering type of ice cream in my sundae, with no flavour whatsoever. It was supposed to be cookie dough ice cream but I don't know if they had just run out or not.. but they gave me the cheap bland ice cream with cooked cookies crumbled on top. That's clearly not cookie dough! I take my cookie dough very seriously so it was enough to put me off for good.Also at almost £7 for a sundae, I would have much preffered some Ben & Jerry's at £5 a tub. Has cool decor and feels like a fun hang out so maybe I would recommend it for a teenagers date night :)

Service toooooooo slow they really need to sort or some one buy this place and sort it out cause these people haven't got a clue

From outside this appears to be an ice cream parlour in American style. Good selection of ice cream flavours but it is not clear how you order what you want and staff are not welcoming or helpful. We sat inside and I expected it to be full of families but in reality it was rather tacky and full of loud teens taking selfies and squealing, so maybe only suited to that group.

My wife and I tried Cream's in Southall some years ago and wanted an excuse to come here. Last night we went out for a curry and decided to try this place for coffee and ice cream. Inside was really busy with a queue at around 9pm so we sat outside. A waiter came immediately and in very poor English tried to explain we needed to order at the counter giving our tabel number. We sat down, decided what we wanted and then one of us went to order. Whilst they were ordering a couple of guys came back and siad that they had already ordered with our table number but did not leave any clue that the table had already been taken which was really awkward.It took nearly 10 minutes to order successfully as they were busy. We got capuccinos quickly and they were not bad. We waiting for the ice cream and waited and waited and waited. After 25 minutes my friend went to the counter and the waitress said our order was being done. After another 5-10 minutes I went up and found our order had been forgotten and I was not surprised as people who came in after us were being served.We had waited nearly 35 minutes for 4 scoops of ice cream. The ice cream was great quality but the staff need proper traning and supervision to improve the service especially as they are so busy.

Went with my partner and the waitress who served us wouldn't allow us to substitute s topping which was identically priced, she got flustered and extremely defensive saying "it can't be done, we are under new management". Another waitress heard, aplogised and said of course we can do it! First waitress apologised. I went a couple of weeks later with a friend and the same waitress served us and the same issues arose! Again she was adamant it can't be done- she eventually put our order through and made our pancake. When it came over she didn't put any fruit that was included on top, when asked she said "they don't it gets messy". The other waitress making pancakes made an identical one which had fruit on top, when I showed her, her response begrudgingly was "do you want me.to get it for you?" Like it was our fault! We took a couple of bites and realised she didn't put any sauce inside! I asked her why as the pancake was dry and she said that's how they make them! The other waitress who was making pancakes apologised and said that's not how we make them to which the first response "what do you want me.to do". The other waitress kindly made us a proper pancake. I decided to speak to the manager as this has happened a few times in this branch. A guy who said was manager came out, he apologised but also said everything is set from headoffice they can't do anything. So if I want a specific type of pancake I can create my own, which is no problem despite being a bit pricey. So I asked, I'll make a duplicate pancake with my toppings but some of the toppings are missing from the menu so how can I make my own?! His response was "if you can't see it on the menu you can't have it"- so how can I create my own?! He then said they would be a charge despite the price on being on the menu!! I contacted their headoffice as this is just ridiculous and they agreed! They are investigating whether staff need further training, I was told I would have a resolution within 5 working days. However the store are yet to contact me (been about 15 days now). If you want to waste your money and time come here, if you want the same desserts cheaper and better go into the mall!! Freshly made waffles and crepes with Ice cream for a lot less!

I have been to couple of other branches of creams cafe and have never been disappointed, however this place is just awful. Ice cream was too sweet with ice crystals (not a good sign) and Portion were very small as well.

I went with my wife and two teenaged children to have some ice cream on a Tuesday evening (16 June 2015) at about 8pm. There weren't many people seated so we decided to eat in. We queued for a table but nobody came to our assistance. One of the waitresses appeared from a nearby doorway and we tried to attract her attention. She seemed to ignore us as she walked across the restaurant. A short while later she returned and as she walked past us totally ignoring us, my 14 year old daughter said 'excuse me could we have a table please?'. The waitress responded by jumping up and down and waving her arms in the air saying 'I will get you a table in a moment if you will just wait!'. That was enough for us, we just turned around and walked out. I went back to try and get a photo of her, but curiously she had disappeared.

I really like Cream's but last time I have been there I was really happy to try Galaxy milkshake. I usually eat in, but this time I wanted a take out. I waited quite a long time, and when I finally got my order it ended up wrong. I got kinder bueno instead of galaxy milkshake! For most it's not really big difference, but I really like galaxy milkshakes. I couldn't be bothered to complain and wait again, but it did put me off.

Cream's is a regular treat; we have stopped having dessert in a restaurant when we are in Ealing. The whole family prefer to head over to Cream's. We haven't had a bad dish. Kids favourites are the sundaes. Tonight we had a great Oreo cheesecake. It's busy in the evening - if you want to sit in be prepared to wait but it's with the queue. The staff are friendly and very hard working. We love it.

decided to treat ourselves on May Bank Holiday Sunday evening as we had our dinner and was staying in the area. Very popular and crazy busy place. thankfully we were quickly whisked to a table by a nice little blond girl. we ate up and didnt delay. For £10 we were happy enough. We have liked to have tried it when not so busy probably would be a different experience.

Hygiene rating is 5. I have been there a couple of times, and I prefer to sit next to big mirrors which makes the experience nicer. Last time I had bubblelicious sundae, and I quite didn't like zoos, but it's just my opinion, I think they have very nice ice creams, and portions are big. My boyfriend doesn't like ice creams, so he always gets waffles, which comes with small scoop of ice cream. It's also delicious, but I prefer ice creams. It's often very busy on weekends, and sometimes you need to wait for table quite a while, but service is quick and friendly. Well, it's busy for a reason as best ice cream place in Ealing. I will visit them again.

First time staying in Ealing lovely area... Creams was across from hotel we had to try it ...we lived the glittery disco decor .. Bit confused at how to order etc but know for next time .. Amazing flavors to choose from the salted caramel was so nice we had to go the next day ... Why have dessert anywhere else !!!!

Walked in, always amazes me to how dark it is. Once a girl stopped talking about the size of her colleagues' muscles, she pointed me towards the till, for a takeaway. I bought 'two-scoop cup'; 1st scoop Peanut Butter and Nutella, 2nd scoop Pistachio. Peanut butter and Nutella was more Peanut Butter, no taste from the Nutella whatsoever, Pistachio was nice.I guess you can't win them all, but I know not to order the Peanut Butter and Nutella again.

Always give creams a go and it never seems to impress. I ordered cookie dough which I found too raw and my husband ordered a chocolate crepe which he said was average too. They use a chocolate sauce which is artificial. They'd do so much better using fresh Belgium chocolate sauce. Service and decor very nice. Also, huge selection.

Que ricos helados! Hay bastante variedad y excelente calidad...tan buenos con los que hay en Argentina donde hay una gran poblacion italiana.

We always head here when staying in Ealing.Amazing choice of ice creams and sorbets, delicious waffles and cakes - what more could you ask for!!

Weekend treat for the family. We are at the restaurant although they do many of their desserts and ice creams to take away. We all had ice cream sundaes. They were tasty. But beware be hungry if you order the portions are very generous.

Took my daughter for a sweet treat, didn't think it would be my sort of place but had a really great coffee and good waffle with fantastic icecream. She thoroughly enjoyed her hot chocolate and ice cream. Extensive selection of deserts, friendly staff & very clean.

This place is a good option if you're looking for a tasty dessert. The gelato is really good and the cheesecake was also very tasty.Loads of options on the menu.Recommended!
